I own nothing you may recognize
A Few Months Later, June 4,1992
"Hadrian, Hadrian!" Neville said running up to Hadrian as he re-entered the castle from the grounds where he, Susan, and Padma had been visiting Brynnais having completed their exams.
"Yeah, what's up Neville?" Hadrian asked confused why his friend was in such a rush.
"You remember how Ron was going on about how Snape was going after Flamel's stone, that was apparently in the forbidden corridor," Neville asked quickly.
"Yeah, what about it?" Hadrian asked curiously.
"Well, he believes Snape is going after it today and so he, Dean, and Seamus all went after Snape," Neville said quickly.
"Well I care for Dean, he is a good guy, but why should I care?" Hadrian asked calmly.
"None of the professors believed me when I told them neither did any of the upper years, and well you are the best in our year, so I thought maybe you could save them, because having a dead student in our year would really suck. Oh and the headmaster left for some meeting," Neville said quickly as Hedwig suddenly flew over to them,
"Damn, Susan, can you write a letter to your aunt and have Hedwig take it, Padma can you go get Penny and tell her, Neville, you come with me, we'll save those idiots," Hadrian said quickly.
"What, are you crazy, what if you die?" Susan asked amazed by his choice.
"Well, if I really get in trouble I'll call for Brynnais to come and save us, now let's go before I decided this is too stupid and let the fools die," Hadrian said before rushing with Neville following him a bit slower.
"Look the door is open, and the three-headed dog is asleep," Neville said as they entered the room.
"Well that is good, let's go before he wakes up," Hadrian said quickly pointing to the trap door which he wrenched up and jumped through followed by Neville, only to find themselves landing on something soft which started to grab them.
"It's Devil's Snare, do you have any light, otherwise we are going to be killed by it," Neville said quickly.
"We have wands, what is the light charm, oh right, Incendio!" Hadrian said causing fire to erupt from his wand burning the plant and causing it to flee to the edges of the walls causing them to fall to the floor.
"Wow, that was fast thinking Hadrian, for a second I thought we were goners," Neville said simply before they entered a second room which had keys flying around.
"You know I hate this, why did I agree to do this? Oh yeah, to make sure Dean does not die, let's see, how to handle this?" Hadrian asked aloud.
"Why don't we catch one key and then use the switching spell to trade it for the one with broken wings?" Neville suggested as he jumped and grabbed one of the low flying keys.
"You are a genius Neville, why don't you do that," Hadrian said allowing Neville to cast the spell and suddenly Neville was holding the right key, which they used to open the door only to enter yet another room where they saw Ron, Seamus and Dean all acting as part of a chess set.
"Oh thank goodness you are here," Dean said before Ron spoke, cutting him off.
"Rook to E3," Ron said forcing Dean to move to where he had said before he was smacked by a white pawn holding a sword knocking him out before the pawn threw Dean off to the side of the board.
"What the hell are you doing? Neville can you check and make sure Dean is okay?" Hadrian asked angrily.
"I'm making sure we win, knight to E8, checkmate," Ron said as Seamus was moved to block the opposing King's final exit point.
"He's still breathing and it looks like he just has a concussion, Hadrian," Neville said simply.
"Thank goodness, well now we are with you three let's go back and let adults handle this mess," Hadrian said firmly.
"No way am I going to let Snape steal the stone, it would allow him to be immortal," Ron said before he and Seamus charged into the next room.
"Neville stay here, and watch Dean, apparently I have to save those other two buffoons," Hadrian said as he heard a thud, and headed into the next room, where Seamus was laying against the wall bleeding while Ron looked at a troll who was looking to smack him next.
"Uhg," Seamus moaned out, allowing Hadrian to know he was still alive before he faced the troll
"Nadal agh maukum a bubhosh kulkodar glob ob mal!" Hadrian yelled causing the troll to turn to him in shock(stop and fight a great dragon fool of mountain)
"Lat flas, gaz shara, amol?" The troll asked in shock.(You speak, small human, how?")
"Flas tarthur fuk ob dabugdal. Dorzog!" Hadrian said in response.( Speak by power of Dabugdal. Surrender!)
"Naan throquurz, bolkum kjani, shara kul mir," The troll replied(But hungry, human taste good for me)
"Naan olog kul mir u kulkodar, kulkodar gost mab latob maushat," Hadrian said in turn (But troll is good to dragon, dragon feast on your flesh)
"brus dur shara u izish, nar ha gaz shara," The troll said in compromise. (have big man to me, no eat small men)
"zark, dur shara kjani," Hadrian said before the troll sat down content. (fine, big man food)
"What did you say to the troll? I thought I was a goner," Ron said shocked by what he had witnessed.
"Doesn't matter, get Seamus to the Hospital wing," Hadrian said firmly.
"Not until we stop Snape," Ron said firmly.
"Fine idiot, but if it's no one, I'm allowing the troll to eat you," Hadrian said before entering yet another chamber this one having a riddle which he quickly solved.
"Oh look who finally arrived, Harry Potter, I expected you would come," Quirrell said as the two entered the final chamber where there was just the mirror that Hadrian had seen during Christmas break.
"What where's Snape?" Ron asked shocked to see Quirrell.
"Oh, Mr. Weasley, I had thought you would have been beaten by one of the previous obstacles. Well no matter, Petrificus Totalus!" Quirrell said causing Ron to go stiff as a board and fall forward breaking his nose in the process.
"So, Professor Quirrell, what exactly are you doing here?" Hadrian asked curiously.
"Well as Mr. Weasley correctly assumed I want the stone to resurrect my master and for the gold making properties," Quirrell said simply causing Hadrian to notice a small black chain around him that was more apparent when he mentioned the gold, which Hadrian out of sure interest thought, what if that chain was thicker.
"Oh, and who is your master?" Hadrian asked focusing on making the chain thicker and was shocked as it did so.
"Money, I need gold, give me the stone so I can get gold!" Quirrell said suddenly.
"I don't have the stone, and even if I did why would I give it to you?" Hadrian asked confused as he focused on making the chain even thicker.
"Give me the stone, look in the mirror and you will get the stone, I needs it, I needs the gold," Quirrell said almost rabidly.
"You fool, you don't need the gold you need the stone to bring your master back, idiot," A voice said from the back of Quirrell's head.
"I don't need you master, I need gold, just gold," Quirrell said before noticing that Hadrian now had a small stone shaped bulge in his pocket from when he briefly looked in the mirror.
"Oh, do you want this? Come and get it," Hadrian said as he pulled the stone from his pocket before running out of the room with Quirrell hot in pursuit.
"lat brus dur shara, rad lat ukh, izg ha," The Troll said after smacking Quirrell over the head with his club as Hadrian ran through with Quirrell behind him. (you have big man, now you go, I eat)
"Akh ha, izg ukh," Hadrian replied before he grabbed Seamus and drug him into the next room where Neville was waiting with Professor Flitwick, Padma, Susan, and Penny all with him and Dean. (Yes eat, I go)
"Mr. Potter, I was just about to move forward to help get you, where is Mr. Weasley?" Professor Flitwick asked before a small scream was heard before being silenced.
"In the last chamber, Professor Quirrell was after the stone for the sake of gold but apparently only I could get the stone for some reason, but as soon as I left the room it vanished, not that he knew that and so he petrified Mr. Weasley before he became almost rabid. I would not pass through the next room though, I think the troll just killed Professor Quirrell," Hadrian said calmly.
"Oh, interesting, but how did none of you get eaten by the troll?" Professor Flitwick asked curiously.
"Well, you remember back at Halloween how my humming stopped the one troll from killing Hermione, well I did the same today and yeah, apparently it would rather eat a bigger person anyway," Hadrian said simply.
"Interesting, well I will help you all get back to the hospital wing, before I get Professor Kettleburn and we will deal with the troll and get Mr. Weasley back, but I think 25 points from Ravenclaw for taking a risk without telling a professor, but 50 points to Ravenclaw for being successful in saving friends and enemies and having other friends seek proper leaders. Also 100 points from Gryffindor for stupidity, and 25 points to Gryffindor for seeking out someone who would listen and help do the right thing," Flitwick said before levitating Dean and Seamus in front of him and leading the group to the hospital wing.
Meanwhile in the Land Beyond the Sea
"Father, it seems as though my brother has managed to learn how to use a new one of his skills he gained from a different realm," Lord said as he approached the Emperor Beyond the Sea.
"Is that so, I know he has spoken the Dark tongue and sung the song of Eru before, has come in contact with Balerion's kin, Brynnais, Excalibur from Arther, and greater leadership skills than he would normally have from Eregon, but I assume he has gained an ability from your own realm?" The Emperor Beyond the Sea asked curiously.
"Indeed, since he has managed to defeat Mammon, the Demon Lord of Greed, he can see when people are under the effects of that sin, and can magnify it, which you just saw him do to Quirrell," Lord said with a grin.
"I had been wondering how that happened, so would I be able to assume he could do the same but with Lust since he has defeated Asmodeus?" The Emperor Beyond the Sea questioned.
"Exactly, though I personally hope he does not need to use that skill for at least another year or so," Lord said with a smirk.
"I fully agree with that, my son," The Emperor Beyond the Sea said with a sigh.
Two Weeks Later, Hogwarts Club fair
"Welcome everyone to this year's club fair, for those who are new here, this fair is where new and old clubs develop their core group, and if a club does not have enough interest, then it will not be continued in the following year. This has happened in the past to certain clubs including Quodpot, and the Progression Strengthens Traditions club," Professor Flitwick said before Hadrian raised his hand.
"Professor, in regards to the last club you mentioned, would it be possible to revive the club?" Hadrian asked curiously.
"I see no problem with that, however you would need a staff sponsor and have at least seven people attending each meeting," Flitwick said kindly.
"Professor, why would seven people be needed, that seems like a rather odd number to choose?" Hermione asked confused.
"It comes down to quidditch since there are four quidditch clubs, one from each house, and so they can count practice as a meeting, the number was set at seven, or each year one house would have to go without a team since each club has to have at least four meetings in the year," Flitwick said simply.
"Mr. Potter, if you wish to restart the Progression Strengthens Traditions club, I will be the sponsor," Professor Snape said to the shock of Flitwick.
"Really Severus, I had thought you were an unofficial member of the Pureblood Purity club," Flitwick said shocked.
"Perhaps you don't remember, but I was one of the three students who first founded the Progression Strengthens Traditions club, 18 years ago," Snape said with a small drawl.
"Um Professors or Hadrian, what exactly is this Progression Strengthens Traditions club?" Penny asked shocked to hear Snape support an idea of a club that was clearly not in line with the most powerful politics club at the school.
"When founded, The Progression Strengthens Traditions club, was designed to bridge the gap between the Pureblood Purity club and the now defunct Advancement is Progress or as it was more commonly known, the Anti-tradition club," Snape said calmly.
"Wow, that is something that would be cool," Susan said excitedly.
"Indeed it was a good club, now I will help moderate that club in the first year in order to help create the basics," Snape said simply.
"Well then, if all of the club leaders would come to the front, and then we can have everyone who is interested in attending the clubs come and speak to the leaders," Flitwick said before the leaders did as directed.
Two hours Later
"Thank you all for coming to this year's end of year club fair, we cannot wait for the new year with all of the new groups and expectations that come with them," Flitwick said before dismissing the crowd.
"So Hadrian, how many people have decided to join your club?" Snape asked walking over after discussing with the President of the Potions club.
"About 40 said they were very interested, with an additional 120 or so saying they would attend, so a little over half the school," Hadrian said proudly.
"That is good, and I do believe that your fame probably has a large bit to do with it, since at the largest point with your mother we had 80 students," Snape said before encouraging Hadrian to return to his dorm to finish getting ready for the summer.
