Chapter Four: Observing Sucks

After Amelia finished explaining everything that she had learned, she couldn't help but let out a humorless chuckle at the complete disbelief on her brother's face. Looking up at Zordon's impassive face, she asked, "Now what do we do Zordon?

Their Mentor remained silent and thoughtful for a few minutes, even closing his eyes to think. Finally he opened his eyes, and looking directly at Amelia, he answered, "You do nothing." Now it was Amelia's turn to looked shocked, "What? Zordon! We can't just do nothing! This, this THING, nearly destroyed the moon and is stating that he will do the same to Earth in a year! A YEAR Zordon! We need to do SOMETHING!"

Adam, noticing his little sister begin to hyperventilate, calmly walked over to her and placing his strong hands on her shoulders, he said calmly, "Lia, breathe with me. Deep breath in, slow exhale out. Repeat." Closing her eyes, Amelia followed her brother's instructions and felt herself slowly calming down. When she felt she had a better grip of her emotions, she opened her eyes and gave her brother a small smile of gratitude. Then turning to Zordon, she gave him a slight nod of apology and said, "I'm sorry for my outburst Zordon. I guess today's events left me a little more rattled than I thought."

Zordon nodded his head in acceptance and replied, "I understand young Amelia, and I admire your strength that you have shown today. Now let me explain why I said that you will do nothing…"

The next morning, Amelia showed up for class early with her cousin. To their surprise, they found the rest of the class already there as well. When Meg, the female class representative, spotted her, she walked over and said, "Good morning Amelia, here this is for you." With that said, she handed Amelia a BB gun full of pink pellets. Looking down at the gun in confusion, Amelia asked, "What is this for?"

Patting her on the shoulder, Meg gave her a grim smile and explained, "Our first Assassination attempt." She then went on to explain that during roll call, the whole class was going to attempt a "shoot out" assassination. Tilting her head at the explanation, Amelia blandly pointed out, "Won't that be to predictable? I mean, the thing said he moves at mach 20!" Shrugging her shoulders, Meg replied, "Its better to start with something, instead of nothing, and to work our way up from there. Now come on, let's get to our seats."

As she walked to her desk in the back of the classroom, Amelia's mind began to wander back to the conversation she had with Zordon the previous night. He did not say much, but what was left unspoken was made abundantly clear. The Power Rangers will not interfere in the affairs of the Government. She was ordered to only actively participate by teaching Martial Arts, and to only get involved in the Assassination if one, to protect her fellow classmates, two, the Octopus looked like he was breaking his promise to the Officials, or three, if any of their current enemies attempt to interfere.

Sighing, Amelia sat down and put her head on her arms. She knew that it would be hard to hide that she was not actively participating, especially since the head Government Official was already keeping a close eye on her. But she also agreed with Zordon. It went against everything a Power Ranger stood for to train to be an Assassin. Rangers were meant to save lives, not destroy them.

A sudden rumbling impact outside shook the buildings foundation slightly, making everyone tense their hold on their weapons. Grateful for being in the back of the classroom and out of site of her classmates, Amelia subtly put the gun that was loaned to her into her desk, and instead pulled out her math book for the first class of the day, just as the new teacher made his appearance.

"All right people, let's get started shall we? Class monitor if you would do the honors?" Amelia watched in curiosity, wondering what a class monitor was, when her new friend, Nagisa, sat up straighter and said, "Right, Ready!" At once, everyone stood up, so Amelia stood as well. The difference though, she was the only one not pointing a gun at the Octopus! "Aim! Fire!"

Pandemonium ensued once the word 'fire' left Nagisa's mouth. Pink BB's sailed and ricocheted all over the classroom, and Amelia immediately ducked for cover behind her desk, since she didn't have any eye protection to protect from the flying projectiles. From her hiding spot, she watched in awe as their yellow tentacled teacher seemed to, almost easily, dodge every single BB as it flew towards him and ricocheted off the black board.

"Oh my! Well, why don't I just call roll while you children wear yourselves out!" The Yellow Octopus happily exclaimed while moving at the speed of Mach 20. And with that, he began calling Roll. When Amelia heard her name called through the sound of gunfire, she had to literally shout, "HERE!" to be heard over all the noise. All to soon, the gunfire slowly died down as her classmates became exhausted from the constant shooting. Once the last name on the Roll Call List was called out and marked Present, the shooting fully ceased, and Amelia felt it was finally safe enough to emerge back out from behind her desk. As she sat back down, their teacher called out happily, "Excellent, all present and accounted for. NO TARDIES, CONGRATULATIONS!"

Amelia couldn't help but smile a bit at the enthusiasm of her new teacher. Even as the rest of the class simply groaned at failing to land a hit on him. She vaguely listened to the mutterings of some of her classmates as they said things like, "Wow, he's fast," "The whole class opened fire on him and he doesn't even have a scratch!" That last one almost made Amelia flinch, but all her Martial Arts discipline forced her to keep a calm exterior while she simply pulled out her notebook to go next to her math book.

"I get that you're trying to cast the net as widely as possible, so to speak, but the approach lacked originality. When a target clocks at Mach 20 an assassin has to think outside the box." At that, Amelia swore that she saw Meg send a quick glance her way, almost as if she was also remembering Amelia saying something similar right before the Octopus arrived.

Amelia was then startled out of her thoughts when she heard her one classmate, Maehara if she remembered correctly, scoff loudly and state, "Yeah right, Mach 20. No freaking way did you dodge that hail of bullets!" Sugino then spoke up and added, "He's got a point, I mean these are only BBs right? For all we know, you just stood there and took them like a champ."

At that, Amelia rolled her eyes and finally decided to do a little participation. Before anyone could make another complaint about how the BBs did nothing to their teacher, Amelia whipped out her gun, stood, and without even a second thought, aimed and shot from the back of the classroom, all within less than five-seconds. The resounding BANG! Caused everyone to scream in startled surprise as suddenly one of the Octopus's Tentacles was now wiggling around on the floor and the remaining appendage was spewing mucus all over the place!

As one, everyones heads whipped around to stare in shock at Amelia, who was now once again sitting calmly at her desk and writing a couple notes in her notebook, not even looking like she had just shot their teacher! But, and the same thought flew through everyones minds at the same time, who else could have made that shot if not her?

"Wonderful performance Miss Amelia! Nice job in waiting till I was distracted by your fellow classmates before shooting, and amazing reflexes! Though I don't think you have anybody fooled with you're taking notes act to make it seem like it wasn't you. You were the only one that still had ammo in your gun, so the likely candidate had to be you." The Octopus stated from the front of the classroom with his creepy grin. Amelia gave a sheepish grin of her own, and shrugging her shoulders replied, "Can't blame a girl for trying. I don't like drawing to much attention to myself."

Turning to the rest of the class, with his broken tentacle just now stopping its mucus spew, and giving off his weird, almost signature chuckle; Their teacher gathered everyone's attention once again by explaining,"As your classmate demonstrated, these are Anti-Me BBs. Harmless to you, but able to split my cells like a knife through warm tofu. Developed by your Government for that express purpose."

Then, as he spoke, the tentacle that had been blasted off, suddenly grew back! "Of course after a few seconds I can regenerate good as new! A luxury you won't have if you accidentally shoot your eye out. From now on, no discharging guns in the classroom, safety first." Then, to Amelia's interest, their Teacher's face formed green stripes and his smile grew a little bigger as he stated smugly, "And good luck killing me before graduation, you're going to need it!"

With that announcement, class began and Amelia could finally breathe a sigh of relief as her classmates finally stopped staring at her to focus on the lesson. 'Sorry Zordon' She thought, grimacing mentally to herself, 'Observation sucks.'

The rest of the day was basically like a normal school day, well… as normal a school day can be when your teacher is a giant yellow octopus. To Amelia's surprise, the Octopus was turning out to be one of the best teachers that she had ever had!

All to soon the bell for Lunch period began to ring and Amelia leaned back to take a deep breath of satisfaction. Who knew having an Octopus for a teacher would make learning more enjoyable? She thought to herself with a smile as she watched their teacher walk to the sliding window and say something about getting food from China before zooming away at some sort of crazy speed.

Stretching, Amelia decided to take her lunch break outside. So grabbing her Lunch, she quietly snuck out of the room before anyone noticed. Once she was outside, she took a deep, calming breath and found a comfortable looking tree to sit in to enjoy her lunch.

As she sat and ate, she thought back once again to the new Mission that Zordon had assigned her, making her sigh. 'It will be super easy to fool my classmates that I am helping them. But the real trick is trying to fool the government guy and the yellow menace himself.'

Suddenly a commotion near the entrance to the school building caused Amelia to pause in her musings and turn to look. Standing in a group were three boys that Amelia judged to be the 'delinquents' of the class. They almost seemed to be ganging up on the blue haired boy that she had met the previous day, Nagisa, if she recalled correctly.

Using her slightly enhanced skills as a Ninja Power Ranger, Amelia stealthily jumped from tree to tree till she was standing on the school roof, overlooking the boys. Hands on her hips, she called out to the oblivious group, "Hey!" Startled the group whipped around to find the source of the voice, the biggest of the bullies letting go of Nagisa in the process. Slightly amused, she called out again, "Up here kiddies." At that, all the boys looked up and as one their jaws, even Nagisa's, fell open in shock to see the new girl standing calmly on the rooftop with her hands on her hips and giving them an unreadable look.

One of the bullies, a dark-skinned boy with dreadlocks for hair, pointed at her and shouted, "How the hell did you get up there?!" Raising an eyebrow, Amelia smirked and asked, "Didn't your mother ever teach you that it's impolite to swear?" Then to further the boys shock, Amelia literally jumped off the roof! She flipped once in the air, grateful that she decided to wear leggings, and landed gracefully on the ground, right in front of the completely awed and stunned group of boys.

Smiling at their stunned looks, Amelia turned to Nagisa and asked gently, "Are you ok? They weren't bothering you to much right?" Her question seemed to shake the boys out of their stupor and who she assumed to be the Leader of the gang of boys, patted Nagisa on the shoulder and replied for him saying, "He's fine! Better than fine, right Nagisa?" Hesitantly, Nagisa nodded his head, still to in awe of the beautiful Transfer student to say anything.

The others began heading inside and Terasaka leaned in and whispered into Nagisa's ear, "Remember what I said squirt. Just because she's here doesn't mean you are out of the job." Then walking away he called out, "Good Luck Nagisa!"

Amelia watched the group leave with a look of concerned confusion on her face. Turning back to Nagisa she saw him looking down contemplatively at an orange bag in his hands. "Nagisa," She called to gain his attention again. When he looked up at her with his, in her opinion, amazing crystal blue eyes, she gave him a look of concern and asked again, "Are you sure that everything is fine?"

Nagisa looked at the new girl and couldn't help but feel himself blush slightly. 'She's only been here two days and she is already far more amazing then any of us. Heck, she has even been elevated to Teacher status in PE to teach us all self defense! I could never be as good as her, and can't let her be burdened by me.'

Mustering a fake smile, Nagisa replied, "Nothing is wrong Amelia. Thank you for worrying though." Amelia frowned, seeing through the fake smile, but before she could make another comment, they both heard the sudden sound of whistling air and turned just in time to block their faces from their teacher's hard landing.

When the dust cleared, they both saw their Octopus teacher standing in front of them, holding a missile! Amelia's jaw couldn't help but drop in shock as their teacher calmly stated, "Hello! I'm back." The simple statement, accompanied by the bizarre image her teacher created, was to much for Amelia and she began giggling uncontrollably. Nagisa on the other hand, was able to shake off the shock to say, "Ok, hi sir. So what, what is with the missile?"

Holding her hands over her mouth, Amelia was able to calm her giggles down enough to hear their teacher reply, "Oh this? A souvenir from a strike force that tried to bring me down over the sea of Japan." Sweat dropping, Nagisa asked, "Must be lonely living your life in the crosshairs." Smiling, their teacher replied, "Quite the opposite actually. Reminds me of how amazing I am!" Amelia suddenly lost her giggles when she literally felt something shift with her new friend at their teacher's words.

Their teacher did not seem to notice as he walked past them and stated, "Now then, inside for fifth period please you two." Amelia was about to follow, when she noticed that Nagisa was not. He was standing with his head bowed, and Amelia could just sense the negative thoughts rolling around his brain. Walking back to him, she slung her arm around his shoulders, startling him as she smiled and stated, "You know, to many negative thoughts like that can be very bad for your health." Startled, and slightly flustered, Nagisa spluttered, "Wha, what are you talking about?" Steering Nagisa towards the doors to head back inside, Amelia replied, "You have seemed off ever since those bullies left. I assume they said some mean things to you, and for some strange reason you agree with them? Ignore anything that they may have said to you Nagisa! I may have only known you for about two days now, but what I have discovered is that you are an amazing individual, and shouldn't let others negative thoughts get to you."

Stopping their walk right before the doors to the school house, Amelia released her hold of Nagisa and took a step forward, then turning around she gave him a closed eyed smile that made him unconsciously blush as she finished saying, "Just something positive for you to think about instead." Turning around, she began heading back inside, calling out, "Don't be to long Nagisa!"

Nagisa watched his new classmate walk away with clear awe written all over his face, and he couldn't seem to shake the slight blush adorning his cheeks, 'I may seem invisible to everyone, even my teacher, but it seems I am not invisible to her…' That thought made Nagisa smile big and his blush slightly darken. And with a slightly happier step, he followed Amelia to the classroom.

Once everyone was seated back in the classroom, the Octopus began writing on the blackboard. As he wrote, Amelia had the oddest thought run through her mind. She thought it weird that this classroom still had a blackboard, when she knew for a fact that the classrooms down the mountain had the newer white boards like back in America.

When he finished writing he turned with his wriggling tentacles and stated, "Oki-Doki! Your assignment for this afternoon is to construct a poem. The final line should read, 'was tentacles all along.'" Amelia had to put a hand over her mouth again to keep herself from laughing, while the rest of the class complained at the weird way they had to end the poem. She didn't see why they were complaining, this had to be the funniest assignment she has ever had to do!

"When you have finished the assignment, kindly bring it forward. You will be graded on creativity, grammar, and overall beauty of expression. You may go home once you are finished." That made Amelia grin, and she immediately got to work, while the rest of the class continued to complain. She didn't see why they were so upset by the assignment. But then again, this was Japanese class, and she was technically American, not Japanese, even though both her parents were from here. So she was used to bizarre assignments like this that challenged a student's creative thinking.

Before she could finish writing, she heard one of her new friends, the girl with the green hair, Kayano, call out, "Um, sir question," the teacher looked to Kayano and replied, "Of course, fire away Kayano," "Do we always have to call you sir? You haven't given us your name and I think we need one." That made Amelia perk up with interest, as well as the rest of the class. They all unanimously agreed that it was beginning to get tiring constantly calling him Sir, teacher, or the Octopus.

Their teacher looked a little lost as he scratched his head with his tentacle and replied, "Trouble is, I don't have the sort of name that you just give to people. Why not pick one for me!" Amelia grinned mischievously at that thinking, 'He's asking a bunch of fourteen and fifteen year olds to pick his name? He is definitely asking for trouble.'

Suddenly, she noticed Nagisa get up and begin walking towards the front of the classroom. She frowned at the purposeful steps he seemed to be taking, and the specific way he held his poem board. Suddenly, she caught sight of a glint of silver around his neck and a hint of green on his board and her eyes widened in worry as she realized, he's going to attempt an Assassination!

Quietly she slowly stood up from her desk, so as not to draw attention to herself from her other classmates that were avidly watching Nagisa's every movement. The moment that Nagisa struck out with the green knife, Amelia made her stealthy move forward to save Nagisa from the idiotic move he was about to pull. What she didn't anticipate for, was for Nagisa to jump onto the teacher! "Nagisa, NO!" Amelia screamed and ran forward to stop him, but was to late. She saw the creep, Terasaka, hit something and all she could do was put her arms in front of herself to shield herself from a huge BANG! Pink BB's erupted everywhere! Amelia felt a searing hot pain all over her arms that were crossed to protect her face and could hear Sugino worriedly shout her name. But her ears were ringing a little bit and she felt sick with worry for her friend.

As she slowly lowered her arms, she realized that she somehow ended up on the floor, slammed back into a desk from the force of the blast. Crouching in front of her was her extremely worried cousin, Sugino, and Meg, their female class representative, was also crouching next to her to see how severe the damage was. Amelia ignored them as she glared right at a celebrating Terasaka and gang as they ran up to the shriveled black husk on the ground.

Gingerly getting up, thankfully with a little bit of help from Meg, she limped forwards towards Terasaka. Seeing her approach, he sneered, "What?" Feeling her inner Leopard wanting to come out and tear the idiot apart for daring to harm an innocent, Amelia snarled at him, "You bastard!" And balling her hand into a fist, she punched Terasaka right in the jaw! Everyone gasped as the force of the punch knocked Terasaka back into his two friends, who caught him and we're about to glare at her, but one look at the pure fury on her face and her hiss of warning, and they quailed in the face of her fury emanating off of her in waves. She was so angry, she didn't even say anything. But with the injured state of her arms and legs, and how her eyes seemed to almost glow a slight purple, it made everyone, even her cousin, back away slightly from her in slight fear. Suddenly someone called out, "Look!" Everyone whipped around to see Nagisa completely fine underneath some sort of protective mucus shield!

Immediately, Amelia's aura seemed to calm down and she rushed to Nagisa calling out, "Nagisa! Are you ok?" Nagisa slowly sat up, and everyone gasped to see that he was completely fine! Shocked, Terasaka, who had recovered slightly from the punch, asked, "What the hell is that membrane stuff? Did the body…" Suddenly a voice none of them were expecting to hear called out,"It's not a body, it's a husk, I shed my skin once a month, and I wrapped it around your classmate to protect him from the blast" Amelia looked up, and felt herself smile slightly at seeing their teacher alive and ok. She was slightly unnerved by how he currently looked, as was most of the class, but she couldn't bring herself to be afraid of the being who saved someone she deemed a friend.

Currently their teacher was pitch black and looked like he was almost snarling like Amelia was a little bit ago. "I'm going to go off on a limb here and assume you didn't see this coming; Terasaka, Yoshida, Muramatsu. This was your doing, wasn't it?" Amelia silently smirked at the frightened faces of the three boys who had caused this mess in the first place. The idiots tried to put the blame onto Nagisa, making Amelia almost growl like her Spirit Animal. But no one payed her any attention because at that moment, their teacher zoomed off and then not even four-seconds later, he was back dropping the name plates of everyones home onto the ground. With the three boy's plates being right on the top. Curiously, Amelia noticed that her family's nameplate was not among the pile. Making her raise an eyebrow, but continued to silently watch the proceedings as their angry teacher explained;

"Here's the deal kiddos, the agreement I have with your government prohibits me from harming you, but, theres a catch. If you pull another irresponsible stunt like that again, there's nothing stopping me from harming someone else. Family, friends, everyone in the world except for you if I feel like it." Now this made Amelia frown like the rest of her classmates. 'Try it Sensei, and you will have the Power Rangers to deal with.' She thought while the rest of her classmates quivered in fear.

She tuned back into the conversation to the idiot Terasaka shouting at their teacher, "Call us irresponsible, we're just defending ourselves!" And all of a sudden, their teacher's angry aura was suddenly gone! Replaced by him giving Terasaka the 'correct' symbol on his face, and his voice was also suddenly back to normal as well as he replied, "Of course! I know that. I'm not calling you irresponsible for trying to kill me. No, no, no, as a matter of fact Nagisa here gets full marks for technique. His composure was simply outstanding!" As he said those words he used one tentacle to pat Nagisa on the head for a job well done. Then quickly pointing a different tentacle at the three boys, he continued saying, "However, none of you cared if he was injured! Not even Nagisa himself it seems. Only our newest student, Ms. Amelia, who it seems figured out what was about to happen, tried to stop her fellow classmate from getting injured, thus injuring herself in the process!"

At these words, Amelia suddenly remembered that she had a bunch of cuts all over her arms. The sudden remembrance brought a wince of pain, especially as she looked down and saw her black leggings were ruined with a bunch of cuts as well. Suddenly she felt something soft and squishy touch the top of her head and she looked up to see the Octopus giving her the 'correct' symbol on his face, "Excellent job Amelia for trying to defend a fellow classmate. And also partial credit for you're amazing display of bloodlust! Just please make sure next time it is aimed at me and not your classmates ok?" Staring at her teacher in surprise she nodded her head, even though she was slightly confused by what he meant by bloodlust.

Turning to Meg, their teacher asked, "Meg can you please escort your classmate to the infirmary so that she can attend to her injuries?" Meg nodded and gently began escorting Amelia out of the classroom. As the two girls left, they heard the teacher continue his lecture about the students attitude towards assassination.

As Amelia limped down the hall, she was grateful that her Ranger healing abilities were being slow to activate. She didn't want to have to answer any awkward questions. Once they reached the infirmary, Meg paused at the door and asked, "Do you need help with anything Amelia?" Amelia shook her head and replied, "No, unless you know how to salvage my leggings?" Meg smiled at the joke and said instead, "Well I'll wait for you outside the door so that no one disturbs you." Amelia gave a small smile as well and replied, "Thank you Meg." With her smile getting slightly bigger, Meg closed the Infirmary door, leaving Amelia to really assess her injuries for the first time.

It definitely was not pretty. She had a lot of cuts and bruises all along her arms. The cuts were thankfully not as bad as she originally thought due to her school jacket and leggings taking the brunt of the impacts. But she could tell that she was going to be very black and blue until she activated her healing powers. She decided she would do that tonight so that she would be able to function at school tomorrow.

For now, she took off her ruined school jumper and leggings and rolled her white long sleeve shirt sleeves up so that she could use a damp cloth to clean the deepest cuts. She was not sure how long she had been taking, but she was interrupted from her ministrations by a knock on the door. "Amelia? It's your teacher, Korosensei, may I come in?" Looking down at herself, Amelia slightly blushed at how much skin she was showing with having her sleeves rolled up and her leggings and shoes off. Quickly jumping over to the infirmary bed, she covered her legs with the blanket on the bed and called out, "Come in!"

With those words the door slid open and her teacher, now named Korosensei it seems, came in. "Where is Meg?" Amelia asked confused, not seeing her new female friend outside the door. "I sent her home for the day. Told her I would make sure you were ok, and then send you home as well."

Amelia nodded at that and replied,"Well thankfully it's not to bad. I just finished cleaning the worst of the cuts. The worst is mostly the bruising." Reaching out one of his tentacles, Korosensei asked, "May I take a look at your arm?" Amelia hesitated slightly, but then held out her arm for the Octopus to look at it. To her surprise, he was very gentle while examining her arm and even finished cleaning the cuts that she couldn't quite reach. The silence between the two of them wasn't as uncomfortable as Amelia thought it would be.

Once he finished both of her arms, he announced, "There, that ought to do it. You should be back to normal in about a week. So until then, you are to sit out of P.E until you feel sufficiently healed." Amelia nodded and replied, "Thank you… Korosensei." Korosensei's smile, if anything, seemed to get bigger as he chucked and said, "Oh how I absolutely love this new name!"

That evening, Amelia sat by herself in her room in a meditative position. Closing her eyes, she calmed her breathing and called out softly, "Ranger healing power, activation!" Slowly a light glow of purple began to surround her. Controlling the glow, Amelia directed the healing to mainly heal all the cuts on her arms.

Amelia discovered that she had this rare Power Ranger ability right before she and her brother left for Japan. When she brought it to Zordon's attention, he simply smiled and explained that since she is the first Purple Ranger in the history of the Power Rangers, she was blessed with some special powers that apparently had been locked inside of her and were released when she accepted the Power.

Back to the present, Amelia opened her eyes and examined her arms and legs. Satisfied that the cuts were now all closed and healed, she stopped the healing and stiffly got back to her feet. Looking down, she grimaced, wishing she could also heal the bruising, but knew that that would seem too suspicious if she did so. Before she could begin changing to get ready for bed, a knock sounded at her bedroom door. "Who is it?" Amelia called out, curious that one of her family was coming to her room so late at night. "It's Adam. Can I come in?"

Hearing that it was her brother and fellow Ranger, Amelia stiffly walked over to the door and opened it to let Adam in. The moment he walked in, and saw the state of his sister, he couldn't help but chuckle and shake his head. Making Amelia growl, "What's so funny?" Stopping his chuckling, Adam gently hugged his sister, then proceeded to sit on her desk chair as he replied, "Nothing much except that you sure do know how to dive headfirst into Ranger life. You have not been a Ranger for more than three weeks and already you discovered the reason for our Mission, you got a new Mission, and you now even have your first injuries!"

Sitting down on the edge of her bed, Amelia asked with a deadpan look, "That's not the reason you're here so late at night though, is it?" Raising his hands up in surrender, Adam smiled and answered, "You caught me." Then getting more serious, he continued saying, "Earlier I received a message from Zordon. It seems Rita and Zedd have decided to continue looking for the Source or Reason for the Moon blowing up. If it is a someone, they apparently want to try and recruit them to work for them." Sitting up straighter at this news, Amelia asked, "What does that have to do with us though? Rita and Zedd usually only focus their attention back on America."

Adam frowned and replied, "Unfortunately, Zedd has noticed our absence. Zordon and Alpha said that Zedd is currently trying to pinpoint our location because Zedd apparently thinks that Zordon sent us to find the reason for the Moon's destruction as well." Gulping down some sudden anxiety, Amelia whispered, "And Zordon did send us to do exactly that!" The two siblings sat in silence for a moment, processing this news. Finally, Amelia looked to her brother and asked him one last question, "What does Zordon want us to do Adam?"

Grimacing, Adam replied, "I don't like it, but Zordon wants us to go completely incognito. Zedd is apparently trying to locate us with the power of the Morphing Grid. So Zordon doesn't want us using our Ranger Power's unless absolutely necessary. He also stated not to contact him or Alpha unless it is an emergency as well."

Amelia stared wide eyed at her older brother, "Radio Silence? He basically wants us to 'go off the grid' and be radio silent?" Adam, not enthused with the task set before them, glumly nodded his head. Closing her eyes, Amelia groaned in annoyance and laid back onto the surface of her bed. Looking up at the ceiling of her room she complained, "Did I already mention before that observation sucks?"
