This is my take on the plot of Naruto. A lot of plot points will be adjusted, and some things will be overhauled entirely. This will cover everything up to the Sasuke Retrieval arc.

In an ideal scenario, Naruto Uzumaki would've been revered since birth as a hero. The world is not ideal however. He was reviled. It's unfortunate instead of overcoming his anguish and loneliness he succumbed to it. Friends alone could not save him from himself.
