Previously on Dragon Ball Aftermath: Rewrite
After killing Katopesla and losing to Gohan and the others, Cell resorted to absorbing Buu, but it went wrong for him. The Majin had negated the absorption using magic and absorbed the Bio-Android instead, giving him a great power-up. Frost finds Frieza, engaging in a battle against him. Buu would absorb Android 17, Android 18, and Rylibeu, before being attacked by Dabura in a new Demon God form.
Chapter Twenty-Seven
The two wolf brothers watch in shock as Bergamo falls to the ground, gasping for air. "Consider that your only warning," Dabura says, as he turns and walks back over to Super Buu. Basil and Lavender run to their brother's side, trying to comfort him.
"Sorry, you two," Bergamo says with a strained voice. "Looks like this is where my days end."
The two tear up as they see his life fade away. He closes his eyes, his energy disappearing. Lavender gets up, poison covering his entire body. He roars and runs toward Dabura like a feral animal at incredible speeds, foam dripping from his mouth.
"LAVENDER! NO!" Basil tries to stop him, but Lavender leaps up and attacks Dabura. The demon king swipes him away with ease, knocking him out while not batting an eye. He then turns around and leaps toward the remaining Trio de Dangers, attempting to slash them.
Suddenly, Vegeta shoots in the way in Super Saiyan White, catching the sword. He growls, his arm shaking. He charges an energy ball and slams it into Dabura, sending him spiraling back.
The demon king stops himself and sees Buu flying toward him from behind. He spins around and launches a blast of hellfire from his mouth to temporarily stop the Majin.
He flies toward Vegeta, but Goten gets in the way and kicks him, catching him off guard. The demon growls and grabs the Saiyan, throwing him into a mountain. Super Buu raises his hand and fires an energy beam toward the other fighters that sends them flying back.
Kale runs toward him and launches a barrage of green energy blasts, but he knocks them all away, rushing toward Kale and attempting to absorb her. Gohan yells and enters his ultimate form, knocking her out of the way.
The Majin goes to absorb him instead, but he bursts his aura, barely escaping the blob. "Damn it... I can't use my full power, only my Ultimate form. I stand no chance against him like this."
Buu chuckles, walking up to Gohan and reaching his hand out. "You will become part of me once again, Gohan. Accept your fate."
Out of nowhere, a blur slams into Buu, stunning him for a split second. The figure grabs Gohan and runs to a safe distance, setting him down. "You're..."
Dyspo and the Pride Troopers fly in to assist the rest of the fighters. "The Pride Troopers!"
Ganos, Chappil, Caway, and Dende fly over as well, joining up with the groups. After them, Piccolo, Chi-Chi, Saonel, Pirina, Tien, Chiaotzu, Yamcha, and Jimizu fly over.
Ribrianne, Kakunsa, and Rosie fly over, having recovered from their initial battle alongside Hop and Murichim.
Paparoni and Koichiarator run over as well, joining the massive group. Dabura growls, coating his sword in fire. Buu turns toward all the fighters and smiles menacingly, his aura flaring up.
Piccolo walks over and places a hand on Gohan's shoulder, healing him and slowly restoring his energy. "Good job, Gohan. You've gotten more powerful than I could've imagined."
The Half-Saiyan chuckles. "The real battle hasn't even begun yet, Piccolo. We'll do this together, though."
Vegeta yells, the sky flashing white for a split second. "Enough talk. Let's destroy these bastards!"
He yells and launches forward, alongside everybody else. There would be over thirty fighters flying in all at once. They split up into two groups that take on Majin Buu and Dabura.
The Pride Troopers, Piccolo, Saonel, Pirina, Dende, Caway, Ganos, and Chappil fight Dabura, while the rest take on Buu.
Dabura yells, leaping down toward them and bringing down his sword. Piccolo creates a barrier, barely blocking the attack. Caway shoots behind the demon king and swings a massive hammer made of energy, which shatters on impact. "Huh?!"
The demon king spins around and kicks her, sending her crashing through the ground. Ganos yells, launching electricity that he simply walks through. He goes to grab Ganos, but then Dyspo kicks his arm.
Chappil roars and launches a wave of fire, but Dabura then raises his fist and flies over, slamming it through his chest and paralyzing him. He kicks him away and punches Saonel to the ground.
Piccolo catches Chappil and throws him to Dende. "Dende, heal him! I'll take care of Dabura!"
He launches multiple Special Beam Cannons from his fingers that dart through the air, all of them flying toward Dabura. The demon king deflects them with his sword and leaps forward, ramming into the namekian and sending him flying. "AGHH!"
Kahseral and Kettol fly up toward Dabura, trying to slash him, but the demon king simply waves them away, sending them spiraling back. Tupper drops on him from above, increasing his weight, but the demon king catches him, completely unaffected.
"Insects..." He grabs Tupper and rips his leg off, making him yell in agony. He then tosses him to the ground, knocking him unconscious. Pirina yells and swings a punch, but Dabura swings Tupper's severed leg and hits him to knock him away.
Piccolo gets up and yells, as two energy hands form out of the ground and grab Dabura, trying to crush him. The demon king roars and bursts his aura, shattering the hands. He coats his sword in hellfire and leaps toward Saonel, slashing through him.
Piccolo's eyes widen as he sees the namekian sliced in half, hellfire consuming him. He gets enraged, seeing one of his kind die. Everybody backs away from Dabura, horrified.
Pirina punches the ground, trying not to cry from his loss. "Damn it all..."
Energy shoots from Piccolo, distracting everybody. He roars, a pillar of light going into outer space. The entire planet shakes, cracks spreading through the ground. He would stand there in a new form. He would look more like a dragon than before, with his antennae spiked up like horns.
Thanks to Seji's teachings, he would've unlocked Dragon God. A staff forms in his hand, electricity dancing around him. Dabura smirks and leaps down to him, swinging his sword.
The namekian spins his staff and deflects his sword, before kicking the demon king in the gut, causing him to cough up blood. "Ugh... What?! That's impossible!"
Piccolo backflips and kicks Dabura up, damaging him. Dabura turns toward him and roars, launching a beam that forces the namekian to block. "A simple power-up is nothing! I am the demon king- no... The Demon God!"
He raises his hand, charging a full-power energy blast. The namekian walks over to Dende and places a hand on him. "Dende, I'll need to borrow your Dragon Balls."
"Why?" the guardian asks, confused.
Without responding, seven orbs fly down toward Piccolo, surrounding him. "Come forth, Shenron!"
The Dragon Balls of Earth glow as a massive green dragon flies out of them, looking at Piccolo. "State your wish and I shall grant it."
"I have only one wish, Shenron," Piccolo says. He spins his staff and raises it, a bright light emanating from it. Around him, the dragon balls shatter, but Shenron somehow is still there. "Be my companion in battle, and we will defeat them together."
The dragon's eyes widen but would feel as if he can trust his new master. "As you wish."
Piccolo leaps onto his back and places a hand on him. "Awaken, Shenron!"
A massive explosion of energy distracts everybody on the battlefield for a moment, as Shenron's eyes turn golden and his claws grow sharper. He roars and flies down toward Dabura, ramming into him with his head.
"GAHHHH!" The demon king flies through multiple mountains, each of them collapsing. Dende watches the battle in awe. "No way... He turned Shenron into a god! A companion!"
Shenron opens his mouth and charges up an attack. Piccolo does the same, as they both launch an enormous combined beam that hits Dabura, resulting in a massive explosion.
Dabura falls to his knees, before getting up and flying toward them. He teleports behind Shenron and goes to slice his head off, but his sword only bounces off his scales. "What the?!"
Shenron spins around and whacks him with his tail, sending him flying back. Piccolo leaps off the dragon and slams his staff down on Dabura, sending him spiraling down.
The dragon flies over and snatches Dabura in his mouth, piercing him with his teeth. The demon king yells in pain, unable to fight back against the battle. Shenron charges a beam in his mouth, launching it toward the sky alongside Dabura.
The beam slowly eradicates the demon king as he flies into space and collides with the Sun, ending him for good.
Gohan and Goten swing a combined punch, nailing Buu in the face. Vegeta spreads his hands and yells, charging a dark blast. "ANTI-FINAL FLASH!"
A massive black beam shoots through the air, bending reality around it. It slams into Buu and nearly incinerates him. He growls and yells, launching a Double Sunday that sends some of them flying back.
Murichim creates a barrier that partially blocks it, while Cabba and Kale fly toward Buu side by side and kick him. He blocks both attacks and blasts them away, injuring them.
"Big Armor!" Ribrianne places her hand on the ground and strands of energy wrap around Buu, trapping him in a heart-shaped cage of energy. Krillin raises his hand and launches a Destructo Disk that slices the Majin in half, which he'd quickly regenerate from.
However, this would only be a distraction, as Vegeta, Gohan, and Goten attack him simultaneously, knocking him around. He'd hit his breaking point, as he roars, an explosion knocking everybody away.
He slams his foot on the ground, shattering it. White electricity surrounds him as he spreads his hands, launching pink blobs everywhere. They'd form into weaker clones of himself, as they'd attack everybody.
One by one, they'd start to absorb some fighters, increasing the Majin's power even further. Vegeta watches and growls, his aura spiking up. "Gohan, Goten, this guy will be unstoppable at this rate. I'll need you to lend me all of your energy!"
"That kind of power would be too much for you to handle, Vegeta!" Gohan replies. "Who's to say it won't fail?"
"Just trust me!" He snaps, his aura growing to full size. "Do it!"
Without any other option, Gohan and Goten power up to their full power, placing a hand on Vegeta's shoulders and lending him all of their energy. Vegeta yells, the sheer force of his voice cracking the ground.
His muscles bulk up and his aura destabilizes. "I've been developing this technique, but it requires more energy than I can output!"
The rocks around him rise from the ground as he charges a full-power beam. "ANTI... FLARE!"
He fires it, as the attack would rapidly flash white and black. It splits into many homing, smaller blasts that surround Buu and hit him at the same time, leveling the area.
Vegeta powers down, panting heavily. Clouds of smoke dissipate, as Buu would still stand there, reforming. The prince falls to his knees, defeated. "I... I can't move! My body..."
Buu flies up to him and kicks him in the chest, cracking his ribs. He coughs up blood and tumbles back, crashing into a rock. He then looks to see him absorbing Gohan and Goten. "Damn it..."
The Majin absorbs the rest of the fighters who try to escape, leaving only him. He rises in the air, his presence disturbing the entire universe. "Looks like I'm the winner. Time to die, Vegeta."
He raises his hand, charging a blast. Suddenly, a massive dragon slams into him and sends him spiraling back. Vegeta looks to see Piccolo riding... Shenron? No, that's not possible.
Piccolo would be in his Dragon God form, having just defeated Dabura. Shenron lets out an ear-piercing roar, flying toward Buu. The Majin yells and slams his fist on its snout, knocking him down.
Shenron gets up and growls, launching a beam at Buu. The Majin yells and swipes his arm, knocking it to the side. He flies toward Piccolo, who vanishes out of the way before he can be absorbed.
The namekian vanishes behind him and yells, slamming his staff down. Buu grunts and rubs his head before swiping at Piccolo, who leaps out of the way. "Insect!"
Piccolo leaps around him, planting markings on the ground around the Majin. Buu destroys some of the ground where they are, but more markings would take their place. He gets impatient and leaps toward the namekian, but he pushes him back with his staff.
The namekian leaps back and places a hand on the ground, patterns connecting all the markings. "This technique is normally used for removing and scattering an opponent's energy, but I will repurpose it here."
A bright light engulfs Buu, and he yells, bunches of lights shooting out of him and onto the markings. Master Roshi gets up, rubbing his head. "Oh, my... What just happened?"
Gohan coughs, and Goten helps him up. "We're safe... But how?"
Vegeta looks over and gasps, as he sees Raditz, Babidi, and Cell get up from the ground, fully restored thanks to being in Buu. Piccolo goes over to Vegeta and places a hand on him, healing him.
However, the namekian would start to feel exhausted. He pants slightly as Vegeta gets up and transforms into Super Saiyan White. "Tch... Wait here."
"Vegeta-" Piccolo is about to say something, but the prince flies over toward Kid Buu, who notices him, eyes widened. He roars and launches a full-power beam that immediately incinerates the Majin, leaving no trace left.
Cell immediately rushes over but stops in place as he feels a dark force overcoming him. He grips his head, grunting. "What the hell is this?!"
Babidi laughs, taking control of him and Raditz. With little trouble, he turns them into his servants. Majin symbols appear on their heads and they walk in front of the wizard to protect him.
"You there, absorb the Saiyan," Babidi says. Cell bows his head toward him and Raditz tries to resist, but the wizard would use his magic to restrain him. The Bio-Android absorbs the Saiyan and transforms, now being more powerful than ever.
Gohan glances at Vegeta, and the two would know what they need to do. "Well, there's a first time for everything."
They begin to do the Fusion Dance, and their fingertips connect as a new warrior appears. The fusion opens its eyes. "We... are Gohgeta."
Cell flies forward and yells, launching a Kamehameha. The fusion knocks it away with the back of his hand, completely unphased. The Bio-Android barrages him with a set of punches, but Gohgeta stops them with the palm of his hand.
He yells and slams a punch in Cell's gut, sending him spiraling back into Babidi, also sending him flying. Cell clenches his gut, getting increasingly angry. "How?! I've become even more perfect than I intended my project to be!"
Gohgeta vanishes in front of Cell and grabs him by the neck, throwing him up in the air. "It's time to end this for good. We have other matters to tend to."
He yells, launching a massive yellow blast. "FINAL... MASENKO!" Cell yells, as the blast consumes and breaks him apart, destroying him for good.
Babidi takes a step back, horrified. "No! I cannot die again! I cannot go back to Hell!"
He tries to run away, but the fusion places a finger on his head, stopping him in place. "Maybe you'll learn your lesson this time, Babidi. Think about your mistakes in Hell."
He throws the wizard up and blasts him, completely incinerating him. Gohgeta lowers his hand and walks toward the fighters. "Looks like we had some casualties during the battle. Come, everyone. Let's settle this war."
Everybody cheers, as they all fly off toward the battle with the gods.

Meanwhile, Goku Black and Jiren go back and forth, the former having unlocked a new transformation. They clash elbows, and Goku Black laughs, as his hair would be longer.
"What do you think of this form, mortal? A true spectacle, is it not?" He'd have unlocked Super Saiyan Rosé 3. Jiren grunts and kicks him in the gut, sending him flying down.
He lands on his feet, skidding back. He creates a scythe made of his energy and leaps up, going to slice Jiren's head off. Caulifla gets in the way and enters Super Saiyan Blue, deflecting his weapon.
Zamasu does his best to fend off Hit and Obuni, but it would be a struggle, even with his new boost. He slices into Obuni's arm, but Hit uses his time skip and kicks him back, stunning him.
He would see many orbs floating in the surrounding air, as beams travel across them at an insane speed, piercing through the orbs. "AGH!"
Black vanishes next to him and deflects the rest of the beams, launching a blast that sends Harmira flying. "There's only one thing we can resort to. You know what it is."
Zamasu smirks as he puts on an earring, his counterpart doing the same. They glow and collide with each other, a beam of energy shooting up. The new fusion hovers in the air, having longer hair than the original.
"The true god of this multiverse has arrived," he says, raising his hand. He launches a volley of powerful red energy blasts toward the fighters, forcing them to dodge. Jiren slides his foot back and swings a punch, the pressure of the attack traveling through the air and toward the fusion.
Zamasu blocks it with one arm, hardly phased by the attack. Hit shoots in front of him and goes to kick him, but a white barrier of light blocks his attack, confusing him.
The fusion yells, swinging his arm and launching the assassin away. Caulifla flies up to him and launches a beam at him, but he walks through it, grabbing the Saiyan and electrocuting her. "GAHHH!"
He then kicks her into a portal, which leads behind Obuni, resulting in a collision between the two. Harmira gets up and yells, launching a laser toward the god, but he deflects it with his finger.
Zamasu goes through a portal and appears behind Prum, slashing his back. He looks up and his eyes widen to see a fist collide with his face. Jiren, with his other hand, charges a red Ki blast and blasts the fusion into the atmosphere.
The Pride Trooper leaps above him and kicks him down to the ground with his two legs, resulting in a gigantic crater. Zamasu coughs up spit and gets up, clenching his fists. "I will not lose again to a mere mortal! I am... GOD!"
He roars, lightning dancing around him. He materializes blocks of Katchin out of thin air, launching them toward Jiren. The warrior powers up and yells, shattering all of them with a single punch.
The force of the attack would be so potent that it reaches Zamasu and knocks him to the ground. "It's over. You stand no chance against me."
Zamasu gets up, his eyes flashing white. "You-"
He suddenly pauses, feeling massive red eyes stare down at him. The fusion shakily looks around, seeing a projection of Qhuteus placing a hand on his shoulder. "You're the only one who can stop those fools from delaying my plans. I will give you a small boost in power, well... Small in my terms. Succeed and you will become a god in the new multiverse."
Zamasu grunts, feeling a massive amount of energy radiating from him. He yells, a force of wind knocking even Jiren back. Everybody on the battlefield watches, as Zamasu's figure changes.
His skin turns a paler blue, and his hair glows brighter. He opens his eyes, and they would look as if he is in Ultra Instinct, but red. "As you wish, master..."
