HP: -5

I groan, a sharp pain flashing across my face rocking me from sleep. I crack my eyes open, the fat pig grinning with a sadistic smile as I woke up. "Get up slave, time for your usual workload."

He then waddled out of my cell, obviously planning to mess with and harass the female slaves … like he usually did. "Garo is a pig" was one of the few things everyone could agree on while working.

Anyway, it's been about a week since I first woke up. I've managed to level up once! ONLY once. I think it's to do with a kind of trial run, after my level up the exp I'd get from that same quest dropped considerably, pulling in just a little over 10 exp every time I completed it. At least I think that's the case (I forget if I got an extra Int point from figuring it out or not).

I grumble, touching the fresh whip mark on my cheek, as I head into the mining area. As I go, I grab a pickaxe, twirling it in my hands. At least my mining level has gone up twice. I look up the wall, activating Observe as I look over the wall.

During this week, I have been trying to figure out more, either about the system or the people that I am housed with, but both so far nothing new on either front for obvious reasons.

So instead, I looked over this bodys memories and what I saw was shocking. Apparently I had been in this place for about 3 years but before that I was passed around different slave stations. Apparently, none of my previous "Owners" trusted me as far as they could through me, which they tried a lot.

*clenk* *crack* "pfuu" I say after breaking a light sweat from all of the mining that I am doing, causing my mining level to go up more. I can now do a lot more work, but that causes the guards to give me more work or harder depending on the guard *cough * Garo *cough *.

Though Uru memories were not all bad there were a few good one like spending time with Noona and Borros trying to have some fun with life, but there was one memory that I got to experience two days after I was transferred into this body, *shivers* that explains everyone's body state.

*Flashback*

*Gron* I grunted when I woke up. You have slept on the cold hard ground 25% HP,MP,and SP have been restored. I swipe the screen in front of me away 'You know after a while it starts to become a pain in the ass every morning seeing the same thing telling the same thing.'

I have been here for two days now and so far Garo is on my shit list, like I feel he just loves to torment me, every time he walks by me he either pushes me down or gives me a beating.

But on a side note, is it so hard to get like some hay or a hammock around here my back is killing me, like great Solomon, I am 8 feeling like 80.

*Grawll* 'I guess I am hungry, seeing as I didn't eat anything yesterday.' I said to myself getting up off the floor and walking out of my cell in hopes of finding food.

Along the way I bumped into Noona and as soon as she saw me she ran up to me to give me a hug, then after losing 5 HP from a human missile we talked a little then made to get some food.

When we arrived at what looked like a food mark stand, with two old people serving something in a big pot and some bread, there was already a line but it's not too long so that's a plus in my book.

So when it was mine and Noona's turn, we both were given a wooden bowl and spoon with a scoop of what looks like very thick soup and a small loaf of bread, then we were off to find somewhere to eat.

We found a small little area with nobody around so we sat down and ate whatever this was. I turned to Noona and asked her "So have you ever wondered what is in this, ah soup?" she looked at me and said "Honestly, I have no idea what it is, something chunky and it doesn't taste all that good." with her head tilted sideways thinking about my question.

'That doesn't help much, well with no choice but to say down the hatch' I thought with a small sweat drop at the back of my head, then I grab a spoonful of whatever it is and eat it.

But as soon as I put it in my mouth and swallow I tasted something that has no words to describe how bad it was 'Oh my Solomon! What is in this shit? I tasted a few bad foods in my old life but damn that is something else altogether' I thought trying to keep whatever that was down in and not throw it back up.

'Shit whatever that was something else, I wonder if observe can tell me anything about what I just ate.' so with that thought in mind I use Observe on this shit, but as soon as I tried I got two new notifications.

Congrats you unlock two new skills! Iron stomach and Appraisal

'Well that was unexpected' I thought, staring at the notification and deciding to see what they are all about, then I clicked on Iron stomach.

Iron stomach (Passive) Lv 1 5/100- The ability to eat the most disgusting or spiciest of food without puking or losing it during something disgusting (EX you walking into a murder show) and not burn your tastbuds off +5 EXP per bite

Appraisal (Passive) Lv 1 EXP: 0/100- The sub branch of Observe this skill will scan any item, food, or weapon and tell you what it is made of and if it has side effects, it will also tell you its market value higher levels will unlock more info ( if you have ? and ? the marked value will increase ) +10 EXP per scan

'Uh so that's what I got if I had to guess, I got Iron stomach from not puking my food so that's a plus, and Appraisal when I tried to see what I just ate.' I thought and just then:

+1 INT for breaking down your skills

'Okay now that is done let's try this again' I thought and then looked at my food again and used Appraisal and what I got was something I was not expecting.

Scrap Porridge- A soup that has a mix of different animal parts mixed together with only salt as a season +2 HP regen, 0 MP, +3 SP regen market value 1 copper coin.

'I don't even want to know what animals they used in this thing' I thought, shivering and hoping it's nothing too bad then I turned my gaze to my small loft of bread that is about the length of my arm and I was confused at it.

Weapons grade bread- Stale bread that somehow despite not having mold on it has become hard as a club that is strong enough to crack stone when dropped from a few feet in the air +3 ATK , 0 HP, 0 MP, 0.5 SP (if you can even eat it and if you can why and how?) market value 2 copper coins.

'Okay now I am confused how do you get stale bread with no mold on it? And THESE PEOPLE LIKE LITERALLY GAVE US WEAPONS! Like what the hell? Were they hoping we would be so hungry that we would bite this thing with all that we have?' I thought to myself.

After answering my own questions, I try to eat this scrap porridge while sneaking my bread into my inventory. You never know when you will need it, plus it's a free weapon. After Noona and I were done, we returned the bowl and spoon to the stand and got back to work.

*Flashback ends*

Another thing I figured out during this week was that we only eat every two days and the only time we are allowed to drink some pure water compared to whatever sludge they clear this water (it looks like there are some rocks or something in it) is when it rains and that is also the only time we can shower.

As I was finishing for the day, I saw the head guard walking to an old school elevator pulley system that is coming down and I can see two people in it but I don't know them and I can barely see their titles. "Those people are Mr. and young Miss Cairn, the ones we serve," said Borros behind me, making me jump a little before I turned around and looked at him wide eyed.

"What did I scare you hehe?" said Borros with a small chuckle before rubbing my head again while I looked at him thinking 'Is this dude a ninja? I didn't even hear him coming up to me?'

"What do you mean you didn't scare me and why are they coming down here?" I said to Borros after moving back so he can stop petting my hair, "Well to answer your question they come down here once a week to check the prisoners see who will be thrown away, sold or they want as their personal slaves ... so I DID scare you hehe." said Borros answering my question with a chuckle at the end.

'So they are my so-called masters. I wonder what they look like and what kind of person they are.' I thought turning to the elevator, a well dressed man looking roughly 39 years old, at his side is a young girl. My eyes narrow as the pair talk to the head guard. I move a bit closer to see both of their stats as I start to Observe.

Name: Mobius Cairn

Title: Master of the House

Level: ?

HP: ?

SP: ?

MP: ?

'Is he somehow over level 20? That's … surprising. I would have thought he wouldn't be training or something.' I shrug inwardly as I look at the daughter.

Name: Cecilia Cairn

Title: None

Level: 8

HP: 150/150

SP: 100/100

MP: 0/0

Cecilia Cairn, the only daughter of Mobius and Maria Cairn, is the heir to the house of Cairn. Ever since the death of her mother she has joined her father in learning more about the family business and of her home. Her stepmother loves her, but doesn't want to get into the slave market.

Feelings: Excited, Pleased, Annoyed

I raise an eyebrow at that "annoyed" feeling as they pass by, scurrying off quickly to get back to work (hey extra jewels never hurt), but I kept my eye on the pair as they went past us.

"Hmmm, is that the Fanalis? I heard he brings in so much marble." I hear a young girl's voice near me, a soft chuckle resounding.

"Yes, my lady. In fact, since he decided to work harder, our productivity has gone up immensely." Durress remarks, a proud smile on his face as he leads the pair around. My eyes follow the young heiress, as a part of me flutters. 'Woah calm down dude. Not only are you mentally grown, you're also a damn kid. Besides they're the ones that own these chains.' I internally debate, shaking my head.

I look down to my foot cuffs as I finish my task. 'I so want to get out of these. They chafe so much.' I scratch my leg a little, before feeling the wind tugging on my hair, or I guess the rukh happened. I look around and spot a strange glowing crack in the stone. I raise an eyebrow and go to it, keeping an eye out so no one catches me.

As I walk through, I spot two older slaves, by like 10 years, whispering to each other. I stop and lean against the wall, the pair seeming to miss that I stopped. I then activate my Enhanced Senses ability, using it on my ears to hear the conversation (I've done this a few times, it's a slow level up thing).

"I'm so done with this all." Terra Mano (a teen slave, hasn't been here for more than a week) complains to his friend. "Do you think we'd have a chance to escape?"

"No way." Marcus states, audibly gulping. "Last time someone did, they were sent into Sallos, and well there's no escaping that."

Terra speaks up. "But I have an idea!" I could practically hear his excitement as he and Marcus seemed to get closer. "If we get that Fanalis on our side, we could get his overwhelming strength to break us out."

I could almost here Marcus think this over before stating. "I don't know, he's been here for five years from what I've heard. That's more than double our times combined."

I scoff inwardly at that, leaning against the wall. 'Yeah that's fair. Hell, I'm sure I could bust a few people out. The only reason I'm not is because I'm too low level … and I gotta watch after Noona.' I scowled a little before my eyes got pulled to a glowing crack in the wall.

[Instant Dungeon: Cairn Graveyard

Difficulty: Easy

5 Floors

Mob type: Zombie]

I raise an eyebrow as I stare at the message. I blink a few times as I touch the panel, which pulls up more info.

[Instant Dungeons occur when certain emotions and thoughts are rampant in the inhabitants.

These Dungeons cannot be entered by anyone unless using the power of the Gamer. Any Items gained in this dungeon will disappear upon exiting as they do not truly exist and be changed into a free EXP point upon exiting. There is a time difference between the dungeon and real life. You will arrive three minutes after you left. Upon exiting, will be healed 100%.]

'Is this for real! I could get money from an instant dungeon … then again it would make no sense how I get so much in a short time.' I groan and sigh inwardly, not wanting to catch attention.

I reach towards the, I guess, entrance as the world around me distorted. Instead of a crack in the wall, was a massive mausoleum door with stairs descending. Another sort of wind pushes past me, but instead of it being warm and almost friendly, a cold sense of dread slipped down my spine.

"Ok Uru, calm down. It's just a small dungeon. Compared to other dungeons it's more than likely not as bad. Plus it's not like the system would try to kill me … right?" With a gulp, I walk down into the mausoleum, my feet and the chain clicking on the ground.

"Why are these stairs so long!" I whine out grumpily. Sue me! I'm literally in the body of a kid and it felt like these were never ending stairs.

There was a natural shift in the air as my foot touched dirt, and a jerk of my right hand brought me out of my musings. I pull back, a decayed hand swinging through the air. In front of me is a true to god, rotten and decayed zombie, with missing teeth and a hanging eyeball.

[Zombie LvL 5

HP: 500

The undead restless soul has regained its flesh and hungers towards the flesh of the living]

My eyes widen, for a split second, before I duck down onto all fours. I jump up, my leg flashing forward as I knock against its stomach.

Zombie: 500 → 480

"About 20 Hp a kick? Wait! It's the same level as me, then why does it have so much health?" I whine again, my body jumping out of the way of the Zombie's mouth. I then step forward into its area as I pull back my fist, knocking it into the Zombie's face.

Skill created!

Zombie: 480 → 450

"That punch was 30 damage?" I blink the panel away, still dodging the monster before I grunt, accidentally backing myself into a corner. But before I could start to panic, Gamer's Mind kicked in and calmed me down, helping me to think of a way to kill this thing. Then it hit me that I have something that is close to a weapon in my inventory. "Inventory." and I grabbed the hard bread that I stored in there and held it in front of me like a sword.

'Okay it's time to remember from all those zombie movies and games that I saw/played in my old world' I thought to myself, staring at the zombie that is slowly limping to where I am, '1: zombies are slow as fuck so easy to move around if in short numbers, but gets harder the more there are. 2: depending upon the zombie type they are easily attracted to something mostly sound. 3: the primary weakness for a zombie and the main point to hit is the HEAD' I thought quickly before moving to the zombie quickly by going around it to face its back

I then jumped as high as I could (which was weirdly high) and when I was a little bit higher than its head, I brought up my piece of bread over my head and slammed it down with everything that I had to it's head.

As it tries to get back up probably trying to eat some fresh meat, I lift my bread again and slam it to its head remembering the fourth rule. "Don't forget to double tap." I state, bringing the bread down again, activating a small panel to appear as the zombie vaporises.

I look over my stats a bit, my face scrunching up a bit. "How does my stats regen? Like I've seen it at times, but I haven't paid it much mind." I wonder out loud, pressing my SP, a panel popping up in front of me.

[SP - Stamina Point:

Calculated by multiplying Str and Dex together.

SP regen:

Calculated by doubling Dex per minute]

I slightly raise an eyebrow, having a bit of trouble just to double it, before I give in and tap the SP regen part.

[SP regen:

Calculated by doubling Dex per minute

40 per minute]

I raise an eyebrow, my eyes running over it humming a bit more. I decided to look at my other main stats. I then confirm what I was wondering.

[HP regen:

Calculated by doubling Vit per minute

36SP per minute]

[MP regen:

Calculated by doubling Wis per minute

40SP per minute]

I look over the various points, nodding my head. "This is really important." Talking to myself, studying the various numbers. "If I can make sure to take this into account, I could do so much with it."

After a bit of musing on the newest information, I went to the zombie's ashes to see if it dropped anything useful and already I saw a few things. I then noticed a horrible smell causing my nose to scrunch up, making me stumble from the reaction, noticing my Enhanced Senses raised by a level.

A chunk of meat, a large bone of some kind, and a small sack of what I believe is filled with coins, so I decided to see what they are starting with the chunk of meat where the horrible smell is coming from.

"Appraisal" I said looking at the meat and what I got was this.

Rotten Zombie flesh- A chunk of zombie flesh that is rotten to the core, this has a variety of uses such as in potions, rituals, ingredients to make gunpowder, and use as bait to lure in more zombies and scavenging type creatures market value 2 gold coins (witch/wizard only). +1 EXP upon exiting

Bone club- A bone femur that belongs to a dead person or animal used by cavemen in ancient times to hunt and defend themselves +10 ATK, market value 0 coins. +5 EXP upon exiting

Ancient Coin Purse - An ancient coin purse filled with ruined and old gold coins. Market value 0, potentially 100 if given to historians or collectors. +25 EXP upon exiting.

I blink a few times, staring at the three items, a lump of useless meat, a bone with some stone in it and a bag of useless coins.

"Fuck, if it's possible to get this stuff in here, and I can't keep it, then I could get so much more in the actual dungeon." I ruminate for a while before shaking my head, storing the three items into my inventory as I open the door to the next room.

And inside I see about 5 to 6 zombies walking around fallen pillars and rocks from the ceiling and from the looks of it some of the zombies are carrying weapons 'looks like they haven't seen me yet best to be quiet to save the element of surprise ' I thought to myself while moving around some tall pillars to hide behind.

'Nice this will come in handy in the future ' I thought to myself looking at the new skill that was made.

'Now that I think about it I wonder what are a zombie's stat's are in this world ' I thought to myself in wonder looking at one of the zombies that looks like a woman with messy hair, skin peeling off her arms and face, a few missing teeth, and ragging clothes that are showing one of her C cup breast I stared at her using Observe

If so, if I see a 7 foot tall gray zombie in a black trench coat and hat, then I am running like hell out of here or using the closest thing to a nuclear bomb in this world and spamming the shit out of it.'

I grumble and look at the zombies blushing softly at the girl zombie before I grip my bread. "Full Weight Strike." I step out, slamming the bread right into her head, causing Critical Strike to activate.

SP: 345 → 330

EXP: 200 → 300/4000

"Th-that one shot?! What could I do-" As I started to congratulate myself (the other Zombies turning their heads to me) I could feel the bread under my fingers disintegrate, the crumbs filling my hands. I blink a few times as a new panel appears next to me.

Weapon Degradation

As a weapon is used, it's strength dies. Certain weapons will be destroyed after a few uses, like a rusty sword could break after 50 slashes. Others such as a pristine freshly sharpened sword will last many more slashes. Uses can be recharged if the weapon is taken care of and enhanced. Finally, Djinn Metal Vessels are nearly unbreakable, unless certain conditions are met. When a weapon is destroyed when attacking the enemy, add base Strength to the damage.

I stare at the panel, half shocked and half impressed that it took this route for weapons. "I bet it got this from Breath of the- ARGH!" I grunt as a rusty sword curves on the inside of my back.

HP: 297 → 231

I look in pure shock at one attack taking off 60 of my HP, before I back away, panting as the 5 other zombies start crowding me. I look between all of them and groan, as I stand up. "Inventory." I then pull out the Bone Club twirling it around a little before I swing it towards one of the armed Zombie's skulls. It manages to raise it's arm as I hit it.

Zombie HP: 500 → 450

I pull back and barrel through the zombies, turning a bit to hit that same one again, this time the sword manages to deflect the bone. I flinch as another Zombie goes for me, as I then twist, smashing the bone against its head yelling out. "Full Weight Strike!" Critical Strike prompts as the damage barrels through it.

SP: 330 → 315

Zombie HP: 500 → 470

"SON OF A BITCH!" I state as I yank the club away from the sword as I duck down, slamming the club against the same zombie, forcing it onto one knee.

Zombie HP: 470 → 420

I jump out of the thrall of zombies as I make it to the other side of the room. "Stats!" My eyes narrow as I look at my stats before I put 10 points into my Strength, and the remaining 10 into my Vitality.

SP: 560 → 545

Zombie HP: 500 → 367

I scoff at that, very high over all, but annoyingly not over 200 damage, attack. I had to use two skills for it, and the fact that the Attack Rush didn't work. "Alright, let's go try this again. Attack Rush!" I could almost feel the SP drain a bit though not anyway to an actual skill as I deflect another sword. "Come on, I've made skills simply from EATING!"

I cry out as I dodge another sword slash. "I don't want to have to use two skills at once, so will you please just work! ATTACK RUSH!" I call out as a new panel opens next to my face. For those of you that don't know what it would entail HERE!

Skill Created!

Attack Rush (Active) LVL 1 EXP 10/100

Attacking multiple times in a second, this is the skill that lets you do almost max damage. You manage to attack the number of times your base DEX stat divided by 5 rounded down. Example: 12 base DEX would result in 2 extra attacks rather than 3.

SP Cost: 20

Zombie HP: 420 → 220

I groan and smirk as I then twist the club once again as I slam the club back into the head. "Full Weight Strike!" I manage out, taking the zombie down, leaving me with 4 left.

Critical Hit! Double Damage!

SP: 525 → 510

EXP: 400 → 450/4000

I pant and groan softly as I back towards the entrance, my eyes dip a bit before I breath out slowly. "Attack Rush!" I call out as I go to the only other Zombie Swordsman, my club flashing and crashing against it four times before it breaks over its head.

Critical Hit! Double Damage!

Zombie HP: 500 → 44

"D-damn that was a pain." I move in, slamming a fist straight into the zombie's chin, knocking it backwards before I slam my elbow into the side of its face. The monster fell and disintegrated as I looked at the remaining three.

EXP: 450 → 500/4000

"Alright, only three more monsters left. Let's take care of this." I state to myself as I get into a fighting position and leap up slamming my fist against the stomach, then while it was stunned, I slammed my foot into the stomach again.

Zombie HP: 367 → 287

I grunt as one of the zombies manages to slash me across the face.

HP: 567 → 537

I stumble before I step into the same Zombie's guard uttering. "Full Weight Strike, Attack Rush!"

SP: 510 → 475

The combined attack of almost 55 damage and it being hit four times, managing to throw the zombie right onto the ground.

Zombie HP: 287 → 67

I pant and dodge a few more attacks, using another Attack Rush on one of the unharmed zombies, my fists cracking against the flesh and bone. "Gross, gross." I state and slam my foot into it's chest, sending it back with the other zombie.

Zombie HP: 500 → 300

I then twirl to the last zombie, my left hand quickly flicking to hit its chest as I manage to grab one of the rusted swords, holding it awkwardly. I try to put my hands on it to hold up the weight.

Zombie HP: 500 → 460

The Zombie looks at me, charging with its maw opening wide. I flick the sword using my three main moves again, slashing its head four times.

I hum and swing the sword lightly, studying the rusted steel. My left hand twitches a little, as I then turn my head to see one of the zombies, mouth wide open, about to bite into my shoulder. I turn around enough to cut the zombie's mouth open, my sword going through its face.

Critical Hit! Double Damage!

Zombie HP: 300 → 240

"Some good stuff, while I can't really keep it the EXP will definitely help me get closer." I hum and draw the numbers into the dirt as I start adding it all up. It takes me a while I won't add, but as soon as I leave I get another 152 EXP. "This'll put me near the 200 - 300 EXP range. If I want to get even closer I'll have to keep coming down here." I hum and then notice another panel.

AND CUT!

I know, I know. Boo, hiss and all that fun stuff. It's finally out though! After so much work (both writing, a bit of research and an annoying amount of math), it's out! Now I am sorry if this chapter seemed like an info dump, I just wanted to get more combat related systems around it. I do try my best for it though.

Anyway, here's Salamander007 for his part: Hello all I hope that you love the chapter and thank you for being patient with us, and for your continued support, I hope that you all had a wonderful holidays and new year, now we know that it's been a while since the last chapter but life is stressful and demanding *sigh* what can you do about it except just move forward and hope for the best outcome to happen, now all I can say right now is that expect some interesting things to happen in the future chapters that hopefully you will love, now like, follow and comment and show your support and stay safe.

That's all, leave a review if you liked, the next time I upload it will be this story, favorite and follow this story if you want to keep up when it is uploaded.

Goodbye!

Updates: After looking over a lot of your reviews I decided to change some things up (not the math because I suck at it so forgive me with that). I lowered the power of the bread and fixed the whole thing with
