Hello me, it's me again...

"Dean, you have no idea how much I missed you." Roman held the other teenager in his arms.

Both boys were in the vicinity of the school Dean was attending.

"Then kiss me, Big Dog." Dean was smiling happily.

The boys kissed passionately and at that moment a car with tinted windows pulled up next to them.

Roman and Dean immediately let go and Dean put his hands to his face as he recognized who was exiting the vehicle.

"Dad..." The auburn haired teen sighed.

"The Principal called me, he told me that you have been very distracted, even skipping classes. But you come home very late." The man was fuming. "And I find you kissing this garbage. These guys are not people, they are not even animals. They are like plagues that roam without identity! with nothing!"

"Don't you dare!" Dean clenched his fists. "None of us are better than them."

"Please. The mere fact of having laid hands on you is a good reason to lock him up in a jail. You know they are forbidden to approach us." With that, Dean's dad took his phone. "In fact right now I'm going to notify the authorities. I'll get rid of the problem at once."

"You're not going to take me away from him."

"Watch me!"

Dean took Roman's hand and whispered in his ear. "It's now or never."

"I can't do that to you. You have no idea what life on the streets is like, you won't resist." Roman shook his head.

"As if someone could change my mind." Dean smirked. "Besides, you always do what I tell you, that's how crazy in love you are for me."

Roman glanced at the man making the phone call, and looked down the alley. He knew all the escape routes perfectly, he could take Dean with him. In his world, no matter how difficult it was, he would protect him... because that was how crazy in love he was for this auburn haired boy.

Roman just pushed Dean's dad and both boys ran as fast as they could.

"I will charge you for kidnapping!" The man screamed.

"And I will make a video telling the world that I ran away with the man I love!" Dean yelled into the distance.

That night, in the midst of poverty, on the outskirts of that metropolis, Roman had Dean lying on the old mattress that was his bed. Dean's head in his lap, while he stroked his soft auburn hair.

"You left everything for me." Roman was smiling at him tenderly.

"And I would do it again." Dean nodded. "Now we are together. Nothing will keep us apart."

Roman lay down next to his boyfriend and they hugged each other, on the first of many nights together.

The light of the rising sun woke Roman. The Samoan pressed the other man's body against his own and the boy moaned. Roman took a deep breath and instinctively brought his hand to the other boy's face, tilted his face to reach his lips and finally the sun came out, illuminating everything in his path.

Roman was in awe, the beautiful face of the one who slept next to him was not his boyfriend's at all. Although it was no less beautiful for that. Roman was paralyzed, he couldn't help but appreciate the beauty of the boy who had become his partner and accomplice. His pink lips, his long lashes adorning those doe eyes that, if he were awake, would be full of life and bright with emotion.

Then, Roman realized it had all been a dream, Dean was no longer part of his life. At least not for now, and... the one who slept happily next to him was another boy.

Roman sighed, but he didn't pull away, he couldn't. He was mesmerized appreciating the beauty of the new angel that he had found in this same fucking city.

At that moment Seth stretched a bit and opened his eyes.

They both looked at each other and at that moment they realized that they were very much glued together. They both looked away and parted slightly.

"Roman..." Seth sat on the bed and returned his gaze to the samoan. "Too bad, I was supposed to wake up before you."

Roman sat in front of Seth. "Why?"

"I wanted to surprise you, in gratitude for all you have done for me." Seth smirked. "Because you don't judge me, you're just trying to help me."

"You are doing the same." Roman smiled back. "No other person would have believed me, it's only fair that I believe in you too."

Seth nodded. "Let's get ready, then. Come with me."

Roman just nodded and did what he had done since the night he met this boy: follow him blindly.

And now they were both in a distant part of the huge garden of the mansion. Seth and he had made breakfast and packed it in a basket. There was a small lake, probably artificial, and a bridge across it. A small wooden house was located on one of the banks. It looked like a tree house, only it was on the ground. Outside the house there was a large log that served as a table and some wooden benches.

"It's lovely". Roman said looking at the beauty of this place.

"Dad made this part of the garden for me." Seth said lovingly as he placed the basket on the table. "It was my gift when I turned 8."

Seth studied Roman"s face, who continued to admire the place.

"Too ostentatious, right?" Seth asked when Roman didn't say anything.

"Not when it comes to you." Roman couldn't keep the words from leaving his lips.

And when he realized what he said, it was that Roman finally looked at Seth.

The boy was extremely blushed, his eyes wide, staring at the Samoan, as if trying to understand the connotation of the other man's words.

They were both silent for a while, unable to stop looking at each other.

It was Seth who broke the silence and the eye contact as he shifted his gaze to the ground. "And as hard as I try, I can't stop thinking that if my father knew what kind of person I've become..."

"He would have given you a bigger gift." Roman no longer knew what he was doing, he just couldn't shut up.

Seth gulped. "You don't have to act like this, no one is actually watching us."

"I'm not acting, I actually think you deserve every good thing that happens to you." Roman closed his eyes trying to keep his composure.

And it was then that Roman brought one of his hands to Seth's face and the younger man closed his eyes leaning on the caress.

"You are all the good things that have happened to me this year." Seth just got carried away. "And I keep thinking that I don't deserve you. But you think I do."

"It's me who doesn't deserve you. I literally fell in your presence." Roman continued with the caress as Seth very slowly moved closer to him. "If I believed in fate I would think that..."

"We were destined." Seth smiled and opened his eyes.

They were both mesmerized by each other's gaze. So much so that they forgot the world around them. Seth smiled sweetly and Roman looked back at him. And so they remained for a long time...

"Let him go!" Drew's voice brought them back to reality.

And boy! Drew did look upset. None of the boys knew how long he had been there, but it was obvious that what he had seen and heard had caused huge anger in the Scotsman.

Roman rolled his eyes. "Now you appear out of nowhere."

"I'm sick of your stupid little game Reigns." Drew moved even closer. "And I'm not going to to put with it anymore."

With that said, Drew took Seth by one arm, pulling him away from Roman so violently that the younger boy complained of pain from the tight grip.

And god this made the Samoan angry. "Don't you dare to touch my boyfriend! I don't want you near him anymore. I'm sick of you too!"

And Roman slammed his fist into Drew's face and he fell to the ground, releasing Seth.

"Roman don't do this." Seth tried to calm the Samoan.

Drew stood up. "You are going to die!"

And he lunged at Roman who dodged the blow and pushed Drew who had his back to him. Once on the ground Roman was going to kick him but he heard the screams of a woman.

"What the hell are you doing!" Jane was running towards them.

Drew looked outraged. "This guy was bossing Seth around and I wanted to defend him."

Jane glared at Seth. "What else can you expect from these garbage you hang out with."

"That's not true." Seth said just as outraged.

"It's not?!" The woman was hysterical. "Look at the bruises on your arm!"

"Those bruises were made by this idiot!" Roman pointed out to Drew that was already getting on his feet.

"What reason would I have to hurt Seth?" Drew smirked, walking over to his girlfriend.

And again Seth was a victim of his own bad deeds. How was he going to confess to his mother why Drew had done this to him? And if he didn't say anything, everything was going to blame Roman, it wasn't fair.

"Only you have that answer!" Roman said pointing at Drew. "But what should be cristal clear to you is that if I see you near Seth, if you put a damn hand on him again, I'm going to finish what we started here."

"Get out of here!" Jane yelled at Roman. "Get out or I'll call the police!"

"Mom, Roman didn't do anything to me. He's telling the truth." Seth insisted.

"Stop covering him up!" Drew said to Seth. "Is he threatening you Seth? That's why you can't quit this toxic relationship. I think your mother is right and we should call the police."

"Do it then!" Seth couldn't take it anymore. And for the first time Seth looked at Drew with pure hatred. "Go ahead and let the whole damn truth come out!"

The smirk faded from Drew's face. He couldn't believe that Seth was challenging him. Was he really going to risk everything for Roman?

"Get out!" Jane kept yelling at Roman and slapped him.

"Mom, Roman didn't do anything wrong. If you can't believe him. Believe in me!" Seth tried to reason with Jane.

"Why would Drew lie!" She insisted. "I don't want you to be around this guy or the other friends you have. These guys are garbage! They have no manners, they don't know how to treat people like us. I'm done with this silly game of yours. You must come back home and get away from all these animals."

And Roman saw again how a parent of his boyfriend despised him, and how people cornered someone who decided to support him.

"That's not gonna happen. How do you expect me to leave my friends for someone that doesn't even believe in me?" Seth really looked disappointed at his mother. "If you kick Roman out of here, I'll leave this place with him."

Jane smirked. "If you go with him, I will take away all the support. You won't see any more money from me, not even to pay for that ugly pigsty you live in. Not for your personal expenses, not for college."

"And that's it?" Seth closed his eyes in disappointment. "Are you trying to buy me?"

"If you want to see it like that." Jane clenched her fists.

"Just because you bought him," Seth said, pointing at Drew, "doesn't mean you can buy me. I'm leaving this place with Roman and I'm staying with my friends. Keep believing in this liar, rejecting even your own son. When you realize the truth about him, I hope it's not too late."

Roman was in awe. And for the second time in his life, he watched with so much admiration someone who, having everything at his feet, rejected money or position for supporting him. Even knowing that he would lose everything.

Seth just took Roman by the hand and leaving his mother standing in the garden, he left the mansion.

That night, they were at E's house, in Seth's bedroom. Roman had Seth lying on the bed, the younger man's head in his lap, as he stroked the soft fluffly mane.

"You left everything for me." Roman closed his eyes in dejavu.

"And I would do it again." Seth nodded. "Now we only have each other."

"I didn't think this would happen to me again." Roman smiled. "I don't know what this means, I don't know what lies ahead. I just know you're right, now we only have each other. We will find a way to get ahead. I promised to take care of you and I won't dissappoint."

I will not do that again...
