Raelle stood next to her unit in their new uniform as they waited for people to arrive to formally sign the new accord. She was glad that the Army brass had a breakthrough while she was having lunch with Scylla. But she was truly feeling uncomfortable in her new uniform.

"What's the matter?" Abigail asked, watching Raelle tug at her collar.

"Something about this new uniform is irritating me," Raelle admitted. "Don't you feel it?"

"Maybe they made it extra starchy just for you; you being the most powerful witch should be able to handle it," Abigail teased straight-faced, smiling only after Raelle made a face.

The trio saw Nicte headed their way and were amazed at how different and relaxed she looked.

"Hello Red," Nicte greeted Tally first. "Thanks to you, the revolution is over."

"It was Raelle, really," Tally redirected the credit.

"It was all of us," Raelle corrected her. "We all worked together to make it happen."

"The important thing is we're no longer fighting each other," Nicte said. "And we'll have more freedom to choose how we want to live our lives after the new accord is signed."

"But within the rules," Abigail insisted.

"Of course," Nicte confirmed. "But do you always follow the rules Bellweather?" She walked away before Abigail could reply.

"Where is your necro?" Abigail asked, turning her attention to Scylla. "She's going to be late."

"Relax Abs, she'll be here," Raelle said. "And don't pick on my girlfriend just because you got outdone."

"Guys come on; it's a new start; everyone forgiving one another and making a conscious decision to live alongside each other," Tally said. "How long do you think it would last?"

"Hopefully more than three centuries," Raelle said. "I'm hoping the new accord will win hearts and show that we're all in this together."

"Your girlfriend will like that the tables are now turned," Abigail noted.

"Everyone is free to live their lives the way they see fit," Raelle corrected her. "It's when one tries to kill another that they will be made accountable for unless it's in self-defense."

"I still don't get it, non-witches die if they kill a witch in malice," Abigail paraphrased, wondering how that would work.

"Yup," Raelle confirmed.

"Because the Mother is everywhere and know everything," Tally finished for Raelle. "She'll protect her children."

"Ladies, it's about to start," an usher informed them as he walked towards the assembly room.

"Necro is late," Abigail said, relishing proving Raelle wrong as they followed him.

"Oh, my goddess," Tally said, being the first to see Scylla arrive.

Raelle turned from frowning at Abigail to find Scylla in a body-hugging dress that made her jaw drop. She quickly abandoned her unit to be next to the brunette.

.

Scylla didn't know how Byron managed to get her into her dress but seeing Raelle's reaction to it on her made her forgive him for being Porter's friend. She met Raelle half-way and mirrored the look of admiration she saw on the blonde's face.

"You look amazing," Raelle said first, looking very affected by the brunette's appearance.

"You look great yourself," Scylla said, running her fingers across Raelle's chest. "What's wrong?" She noted the other's discomfort.

"Something about this new uniform is bothering me," Raelle admitted, pulling at her collar. "What are you doing?" She wondered as Scylla moved a hand to her neck and whisper something.

"I'm trying to cool you off so the fabric won't scratch your skin," Scylla explained. "Did that help?"

"You always know what to do," Raelle said appreciatively. "So, Byron was nice and gentle with you right? Not a pinprick anywhere?"

"Would you like me to turn around for your inspection?" Scylla said seductively.

"I have a pretty good view from here," Raelle confessed, looking at the reflective surface behind her.

Scylla turned her head and saw what Raelle was seeing. "You like that?" Before Raelle could answer, she pulled her into the ballroom as the doors were about to close.

Once inside, Raelle led Scylla to their seats beside her unit. She saw Abigail glare at her for being late but she merely smiled charmingly in return.

Petra, Nicte and other witch leaders were at the table facing their civilian counterparts each ready to sign the new accord.

"You should be up there," Raelle whispered to Scylla. "Aren't you the Dodgers' leader?"

"Dodgers have no leaders; no commitments remember," Scylla whispered back.

Raelle looked around the room and saw Jin, Ash, Quinn, Khalida and Adil in the crowd. She also saw Tiffany on the shoulders of a man she presumed was her adoptive father standing beside Quinn. She saw hope in their faces and that was encouraging. Her attention was brought back by Scylla's hand on her knee to watch the signing of the accord.

.

Raelle stood alone and watched the leaders congratulate each other for achieving peace. She hoped it would last and was still deep in thought when Petra walked up to her.

"Raelle, Abigail told me you plan to leave the Army," Petra said, masking her disappointment as best she could.

"Yes ma'am," Raelle confirmed. "I think I'm done fighting."

"There won't be many after this," Petra noted expectantly. "It'll be peaceful for a while if not longer. At least stay until you complete War College."

.

Scylla had just finished talking with Nicte and other Spree leaders when she found Raelle with Petra. She decided to hang back until they were finished speaking.

"Amelia is wondering when she can borrow that dress," Anacostia said walking up to Scylla.

"She can have it after tonight," Scylla offered, smiling at her friend. "Would she like the shoes, too?"

"Definitely," Anacostia accepted. "We can share more clothes if you decide to continue your necro training at Fort Salem."

.

Raelle knew this was coming and had a prepared answer for Petra. "I'd like to explore other options that would allow me to spend more time with the people I love. I'd rather not be kept away like my mom was."

"Things will be changing," Petra assured her. "You can spend as much time with your loved ones as you wish. Perhaps even more so if Scylla decides to return to Fort Salem as well."

"She won't join the Army; not again," Raelle reminded her.

"She doesn't have to," Petra assured her. "She only needs to be a witch and she has proven that quite capably."

.

Scylla could tell Petra was trying to convince Raelle to stay as she predicted. She also knew that Izadora and Anacostia were trying to get her to do the same.

"You both have such potential; you both could grow from more training at the War College," Anacostia continued. "Raelle still needs to learn to control her power more and you need to learn to do solo work more cautiously."

"You know how I feel about the Army," Scylla reminded her. "I can be with but not in it."

"Petra is planning to loosen the admission requirements and you can be the first to be the non-cadet student," Anacostia explained. "Many current cadets can gain from your perspective; not just Raelle."

.

Raelle managed to stay steadfast on her decision and was glad when some generals interrupted their conversation and allowed her to slip away. Although she escaped one Bellweather, she wasn't as lucky with the other.

"So, have you reconsidered?" Abigail asked, knowing her mother would've tried to make Raelle stay.

"I'm afraid you'll have to look for a new shitbird for your unit," Raelle stated firmly, knowing Abigail already knew nothing has changed.

"I don't think I'll find another shitbird like you," Abigail said jokingly. "And just when I had you well broken in."

"You won't even miss me," Raelle countered jokingly. "And maybe your new shitbird fixer will be less distracted and better at following your orders."

"It won't be the same without you," Abigail admitted honestly. "You have been a challenge but you've also been an exceptional friend."

"Did you just call me friend?" Raelle asked to clarify she heard right. "You can't take it back."

"I won't," Abigail agreed and gave Raelle a hug.

"You'll always be my sister-in-arms," Raelle declared. "Tally, too." She looked around for Tally and instead found Scylla standing next to Anacostia presumably being encouraged to return to the War College.

.

Scylla couldn't deny that it would be nice to put the new accord to the test but knew Raelle was firm about leaving so she had to stay the course. "I go where Raelle goes."

"So, if she chooses to stay, you'll stay?" Anacostia wondered.

"She's not going to stay," Scylla revealed. "She's ready to start the next chapter."

"With you, I take it," Anacostia concluded correctly. "It won't be forbidden moving forward you know. No one will tell you to stay away from each other."

"Not even you?" Scylla ribbed, watching Anacostia carefully. "You want me to ask her to stay, don't you?"

"I need you," Tally interrupted the pair. She took Scylla's hand and pulled her away from Anacostia to speak privately.

"Are you sure it's me you need and not Abigail or Raelle?" Scylla questioned her choice, looking back at Anacostia who was also baffled like her.

"I already know what they'll say," Tally explained. "I need a third opinion and I have to get it now before you take off."

"You can always call me, wherever I may be," Scylla offered. "I can show you how to use the mirror." That offer elicited a warm hug from the redhead.

.

Raelle waited for Scylla to finish speaking with Tally then quickly reclaimed her before any other Army brass tried to speak with either of them. "Let's get out of here before they send reinforcements."

Scylla chuckled, knowing what she meant and followed the blonde out the room. "How did it go with Petra?"

"She kept trying to find ways to make me stay," Raelle confirmed. "Let me guess, Anacostia was doing the same?"

Scylla nodded to confirm. "I told you it wasn't going to be easy."

"Maybe you can shapeshift us both out of here," Raelle suggested. "I don't mind becoming a dodger."

"I could; or we can just keep saying no until they give up," Scylla countered. "I'm more determined than they are."

"That's my girl," Raelle said happily.

"Although …" Scylla began to consider.

"No; no although," Raelle warned, shaking her head emphatically

"You probably need to ask for unrestricted access to the mycelium," Scylla insisted.

"Always thinking ahead, huh?" Raelle teased.

"Someone has to look out for you; and I'd like to be the one," Scylla claimed. She knew she had the job when Raelle kissed her to seal the deal.

They pulled apart when they heard a commotion nearby and decided to investigate. They found Morgana in an altercation with a man they recognized as her husband.

"Is everything alright?" Raelle spoke up, interrupting the couple. She saw Morgana break free and move towards them.

"She's my wife," the man explained, noting that the newcomers were taking a protective stance around Eve. "What have you done to her? Why is she calling herself something else?"

"A lot has happened," Raelle confirmed. "Maybe you should take it slow."

"I just want my wife back," he pleaded.

Raelle turned to Morgana who was now standing behind Scylla to be as far from him as possible. "Do you want to talk to him?" She heard him plead again when Morgana shook her head no.

"You left me on our honeymoon," Morgana reminded him.

"Because you were glowing," he explained. "I told your dad then I woke up in the middle of nowhere. I spent days walking to get back to you."

Raelle and Scylla exchanged knowing looks and gave the couple space and privacy to talk more.

.

Scylla stood next to Raelle as they watched the pair to ensure things didn't get heated again. "Are we just going to watch them talk all night?"

"I just want to make sure she's okay," Raelle said. "Do you believe him?"

"He looks sincere," Scylla observed. "We can always ask Anacostia to weigh in."

Raelle decided Scylla's opinion was enough. "I wonder why he called Hearst instead of just talking to her."

"Well, he probably thought who better to ask than a doctor," Scylla supposed. "But apparently Hearst doesn't know witch physiology as well as he claimed."

"I wonder where her mark is," Raelle mused. She was drawn out of her thoughts when Morgana beckoned her over.

.

Raelle was glad to hear Morgana was feeling more at ease about reuniting with her husband after clearing up their misunderstanding. She wished them well before turning back to Scylla who had disappeared. "Scylla?" She searched for the brunette to no avail.

"Hey there," Byron greeted cheerfully. "What did you think of my work?"

"It was magnificent," Raelle replied, slightly distracted trying to find Scylla. "Have you seen her?"

"Who? Scylla?" Byron asked, arriving at the answer himself. "Wasn't she with you?"

"She was," Raelle confirmed. "But I may have said something that upset her and she disappeared."

"She doesn't strike me as one to just disappear," Byron noted, clearly unaware of her dodger past. "If anything, you two are one step short of being a handfasted couple."

Raelle grabbed Byron by his collar and kissed him, grateful for the idea.

.

"Scylla better not see you do that," Abigail warned walking up to Raelle and Byron. "We might just end up with another war on our hands."

"That isn't what it looks like," Raelle stammered an explanation, belatedly seeing the smile on Abigail's face indicating she was joking. "Have you seen her?" She was too concerned to frown at Abigail.

"Last time we saw her, she was with you," Tally said, joining the group. She looked around for any signs of distress but saw none. "Maybe she just went to freshen up."

"I already checked," Raelle said, growing anxious until she got a glimpse of her returning with Tiffany.

"Raelle," Tiffany greeted, waving to her.

Raelle quickly moved towards them and was greeted warmly by both. Tiffany hugged her first while Scylla accepted her kiss much to her relief.

"What's going on?" Scylla asked, noting the looks on her unit and Byron's faces.

"Nothing," Raelle dismissed. "I may have been worried when you left without telling me."

"You were preoccupied with Morgana," Scylla teased. "And I had to take this little one to get some ice cream while we waited for you to be free."

"So, where's my ice cream?" Raelle teased back.

"Do you deserve one?" Scylla continued their banter. "We did wait for you."

"Yeah, about that; whatever I said or did," Raelle began apologizing.

"Nothing is wrong," Scylla assured her. "It's what I love about you; you care for others." She gave the blonde a reassuring smile.

.

"Raelle, you don't have to come with me," Scylla said, noticing the blonde was distracted as she prepared for a day of babysitting Tiffany.

"No, I want to," Raelle insisted. "I'd like to spend time with Tiffany. Besides, that way I also spend time with you."

"If you're worried about Morgana, we can check on her," Scylla suggested.

"No, it's not that," Raelle assured her. "You have my full attention now." And true to her word she was present with Scylla as they went to pick up Tiffany from her adoptive parents.

"Raelle!" Tiffany greeted excitedly. "Are you spending the day with us?" The girl was ecstatic when she got the confirmation she wanted.

Scylla assured Tiffany's adoptive parents that it was no bother and she was happy to babysit. "We're not as experienced as Quinn is but I'm sure we'll manage." She watched as Raelle and Tiffany raced down the hallway to the elevator. With a quick goodbye, she followed the pair to begin their morning activities. She looked fondly at the pair holding hands as they waited for her.

"What do we do first?" Tiffany asked expectantly.

"First, breakfast," Scylla suggested.

"Pancakes?" Raelle asked with a wide smile she shared with Tiffany who mirrored it back. They both jumped into the elevator car as Scylla picked the floor for them.

.

Scylla quite enjoyed herself to the point she imagined them as a family just having a day out as they went exploring. They quite enjoyed the miniature park and found a cheese shop to hunt for their lunch among its selection.

"We should go to the beach for a picnic," Raelle suggested.

"It might be a bit cold this time of year," Scylla noted as they walked out of the store. She suggested a nearby park instead where they spent some time exploring after lunch.

"I still would like to see the beach," Raelle said as they were headed back to the hotel. "Can we just stroll for a little bit?"

Scylla acquiesced and so they walked on the deserted beach until they saw a gathering off in the distance.

"It looks like a wedding," Raelle deduced. "Should we go crash it?"

"Maybe we should take Tiffany back," Scylla replied, trying to dissuade Raelle from doing so.

"Come on, Scyl, live a little," Raelle encouraged and started heading towards it. Tiffany even ran ahead of her.

Scylla started to feel warm as they got nearer and recognized it as work. She also started to recognize some of those in attendance. She turned to Raelle for an explanation.

"We can't really crash our own wedding," Raelle explained plainly.

.

Raelle held her breath as she waited for Scylla to react to the situation at hand. She noticed the brunette swallow hard ever so subtly and worried she was going to bolt.

"When did you decide to do this?" Scylla asked, trying to determine how to respond.

"I thought we agreed to be together?" Raelle asked slightly confused.

"Yes, of course," Scylla quickly assured her. "I meant the wedding."

"Last night," Raelle said awkwardly. "That was why I was so distracted; I was talking with Abigail and Tally; and Petra and Anacostia …"

"So, you talked to everyone but me?" Scylla wondered. "If you talked to me first then you'd know this isn't necessary."

"It is, truly necessary," Raelle insisted, taking Scylla's hands in hers. "When I thought I lost you, I wished that like you I was bound to you because I didn't want to go on without you. That's how Alder gained control over me."

"It won't happen again," Scylla assured her comfortingly. "I won't let it."

"Still," Raelle insisted. "I'd like to go through life and death then life again in lockstep with you. It's the only way I can be in control of myself. Besides, Byron says we already act like a handfasted couple. I don't know how long …"

Scylla had heard enough and pulled Raelle in for a kiss. "I love you," she whispered against her lips.

"I love you, too," Raelle reciprocated. "Just so we're clear, this is a yes, right? Abigail needs to know to get things started."

Scylla smiled and gave a confirming nod that made the crowd cheer. "I guess she told them." She saw Byron approaching them not long after.

"Well, let me be the first to congratulate you both," he beamed. "Now, time for me to work and make another dress for you to stun everyone."

Edwin was the next to arrive to greet the pair. He hugged both and kissed each in turn.

"Glad you could make it dad," Raelle said happily. She knew he wouldn't have missed it but glad nonetheless.

"Just wished your mom could've been here to see this," Edwin said with tears in his eyes.

"She's watching over us dad," Raelle said confidently, seeing Scylla agree. "Abigail wants us to get started."

.

Scylla waited for Raelle to leave before reaching for Edwin to ask for a favor. She wasn't disappointed and gave him a big hug.

"Ready for this?" Byron asked, leading her to a tent setup for her. "I can't wait to see you in this." He revealed his new creation.

"This is exquisite," she said, running her fingers down the bodice. "You've outdone yourself."

"I aim to please," he said proudly. "And I really wanted to impress you both."

"You've succeeded with me," she confirmed, getting into it. "I can't wait to see Raelle's reaction."

"You and me both," he said, making final adjustments. "Perfect!"

.

Raelle stood next to her unit as the procession began and saw who all came to attend her wedding. "What is the Imperatrix doing here?"

"She insisted on coming," Tally said. "I heard she was the first on the plane."

"Well, she better not try to stop this or I'll make her a true sea hag," Raelle said sternly.

Tally chuckled while Abigail looked confused by the reference.

"You know, it's not too late," Abigail started. "If you change your mind, I could spin up a water spout and drop Scylla into the middle of the North Sea."

Raelle glared at Abigail before finding the words. "If you do that, I'll throw you as far as Iceland."

"Iceland isn't so bad," Abigail said, suppressing a smile. "Greenland is the ice sheet." She allowed Raelle to see that she was teasing and got a gentle jab on the shoulder from the shorter witch.

"She's coming," Tally alerted the two of Scylla's arrival. "She's so beautiful." Again being the first to see Scylla in her wedding dress.

Raelle turned and saw the woman she loved in her father's arms as they marched down the aisle. She decided to meet them halfway.

Abigail was about to stop her but Tally prevented the taller witch from doing so.

.

Scylla had eyes only on Raelle as soon as she saw her. She would've flown into her arms if it weren't for Edwin holding hers so firmly.

"Hey dad," Raelle greeted him. "Thanks for holding on to her for me." She hugged him as he gave Scylla's hand to her.

"Were you worried I'd run away?" Scylla teased.

"Not at all," Raelle said confidently. "But if that slit gets any higher, I'm afraid I'll have to whisk you away if the wind picks up."

"I can handle it," Scylla assured her. "Why did you decide to wear your uniform?"

"I hope you don't mind; it would be a strong symbol of the union of Army and non-Army," Raelle explained, kissing Scylla's hand as they arrive in front of Berryessa who was officiating.

"Is this what Petra asked for?" Scylla guessed correctly, deeming it was a small price to pay for her release. She squeezed Raelle's hand to show her that she supported the choice.

"Are you sure about this?" Berryessa asked softly, leaning forward towards the couple. "You could try handfasting first."

"Scylla's already bound to me," Raelle revealed softly, watching it sink in for a moment.

.

Raelle barely heard what Berryessa was saying as she looked deep into Scylla's eyes. She just wanted to get to the part when she got to bind with the brunette.

Scylla knew Raelle was hers the moment she saw that look on the blonde and glad to see it again on their wedding day. She hoped she was reflecting the same to show her own commitment. She was first to hear Berryessa clear her throat and realized it was time so she took Raelle's hand to transfer her work.

Raelle watched the familiar mark appear on her palm and when it was her turn, she made an R over her palm that transferred to Scylla's. She looked at Scylla for approval and got it in the form of a bright smile on the latter's face.

Berryessa pronounced them bonded for life and in lieu of stomps, some of the witches including Quinn created thunder out in the sea.

"I guess that's our cue to kiss," Raelle said, pulling Scylla into her arms.

.

Scylla stood beside Raelle while her unit hugged and congratulated the latter. She didn't expect a hug from Tally but welcomed it.

"I'm so happy for you both," Tally whispered to Scylla. "I'm going to miss you both when you leave."

"You know how to reach me," Scylla reminded her. "And you can always visit us." She then faced Abigail who towered over her.

"Make her happy; I expect nothing else," Abigail warned.

"Don't worry, I will," Scylla assured her calmly. She then heard music start playing and Raelle claimed her for their first dance as a married couple.

"Can't wait until we meet again after tonight, Scylla," Abigail said in a friendlier tone.

Scylla turned and gave the taller witch a smiling nod. "Neither can I, Abigail."

"Everything alright?" Raelle asked, pulling the brunette into her arms and taking the lead.

"Everything is perfect," Scylla replied, flashing her brightest smile. "I never imagined I'd be …"

"Married?" Raelle guessed, studying her reaction.

"That and happy again," Scylla added, wrapping her arms around Raelle's neck. "Thanks."

"I like making you happy," Raelle whispered, nuzzling closer to her.

.

"Raelle hasn't looked this happy since Willa died," Edwin noted as he danced with his new daughter-in-law. "And judging by your radiant look, I'm glad you found each other again."

Scylla looked curiously at Edwin and realized that he knew more than they thought he did. "You knew about our breakup."

"I managed to piece it together," he revealed. "I can't tell you how many times Willa broke up with me before she realized I wasn't going to stop loving her."

"That's why you made me stay," she concluded, realizing he was the rock in the family. She hugged him in appreciation. "Thanks for everything."

"All I ask is that you both be happy," he requested. "What will you two be doing after tonight?"

"We were planning to travel for a little bit," she revealed. "Why don't you come with us?"

"No, you girls go ahead," he declined. "Just call or visit me when you can."

"Every chance we get," she promised.

.

Scylla looked around for Raelle and found her dancing with Tiffany. She gave the blonde an approving nod when the other locked eyes with her.

"You were right," Anacostia began, walking up to Scylla. "Tiffany looks happier with her adoptive parents."

"Apology accepted," Scylla said with a playful smile.

"I wasn't apologizing; you only won that argument because you put me to sleep," Anacostia reminded her. "But I will admit that you made the right choice for her."

"What will happen to the other foundlings?" Scylla wondered.

"Still thinking about total liberation huh?" Anacostia teased. "Petra will give them the option but it's possible that most will stay because it's all they know."

"At least have them try," Scylla suggested. "They won't know until they experience life outside of Fort Salem." She studied Anacostia carefully and saw that her recommendation was well received.

"Maybe you can help with their placements," Anacostia proposed.

.

Raelle found Scylla by the food table after she danced with Tiffany. She took a bite of the small morsel the brunette shared with her.

"That was so sweet of you to dance with Tiffany," Scylla said. "How're your toes?"

"Still intact thankfully," Raelle joked, checking just to make sure by wiggling them in her shoes. "Yup, all there."

"Still insolent I see," the Imperatrix said in mother-tongue as she walked up to the couple. "Not only did you not handfast, you chose to bind yourself permanently such that you can never fulfil your obligation to continue your bloodline. Such a waste since you have proven you are the most powerful witch of your generation."

Raelle was ready to give a retort but Scylla spoke up first.

"It is because she is the most powerful witch that she'll have more daughters than your fingers can count," Scylla said in perfect mother-tongue before walking away.

Raelle shot the Imperatrix a look that shot daggers before going after her wife.

.

Scylla grabbed a flute glass as the server passed and drank all its content to calm her down. She knew things wouldn't change overnight but hoped for better.

Raelle also got a glass and offered it to Scylla when the latter turned around and came face to face with her. "Need another one?" She saw Scylla shake her head so she drank the bubbly liquid herself. "I can cut all her fingers off if you like. Or maybe throw her in the middle of the sea."

Scylla grinned and tempted as she was, she refused the offer to get back at the Imperatrix so directly. "I think it's better to just prove her wrong."

Raelle chuckled and admired Scylla's spirit. She couldn't wait to see the shocked face on the Imperatrix when they do succeed. "So, you want us to have more than ten witch babies, huh?"

Scylla felt a bit embarrassed and nervously moved her lips as she thought of something to say. "It just came out; I should've talked to you first. I saw how great you were with Tiffany so I imagined us having more than one."

Raelle smiled and pulled the brunette closer. "I look forward to having as many you want. When do we start? Wait, I have an idea." She took Scylla's hand in hers and started a low tone that transformed their surroundings.

Scylla figured out quickly that Adil must've shown Raelle how to become invisible and was making them disappear to be alone with her. She took a deep breath before finalizing her decision. "Maybe you should take Byron up on his offer."

"What offer?" Raelle asked, confused why Byron was brought up.

"To replenish the troops," Scylla repeated what she heard him say. "I give you permission." She noticed a flash of anger in the blonde's eyes and then their surroundings were back to normal when the latter pulled away.

"He told you that?" Raelle asked sternly as if he had broken a confidence. "What else did he say?"

"He told me he offered his services during Beltane," Scylla revealed, taking her hand this time to keep their connection. "If not him, who?"

Raelle's face softened knowing that Scylla had good intentions. "My bloodline will continue but only with you; just as yours will with me."

Scylla frowned at that impossibility and wondered how she could convince Raelle to reconsider.

"You're forgetting that I'm the most powerful witch," Raelle reminded her. "And you're just as powerful as I am." She saw Scylla try to object but stopped her with a kiss.

"Even so, it's not possible," Scylla said after their kiss.

"My mom said that the Mother lives through her daughters and we've seen what she is capable of," Raelle said. "I'm sure she can help us continue both our bloodlines."

.

Raelle didn't have all the answers yet but she was glad Scylla agreed to give it a try. She couldn't wait to discover not only the world but what they could accomplish together. She was already making plans when her unit dragged her to the dance floor.

Scylla watched in amusement as the trio began a unit dance. It was going to be their last after that so she let them enjoy it as a trio even though Tally waved her over to join them.

"Why don't you join them?" Anacostia asked. "You are after all married to Raelle now."

"Still, I'm not part of that sisterhood," Scylla reminded her. "I hope Raelle doesn't miss it too much."

"I'm pretty sure you can keep her busy," Anacostia teased. "I heard about what you told the Imperatrix."

"Did she go crying to you?" Scylla asked with a wicked grin.

"No, but I'm in intelligence now and make it my business to know what's going on," Anacostia explained. "And just to let you know, I'm going to keep an eye on you both even if you're no longer at Fort Salem."

"So you can convince us to go back?" Scylla asked.

"No, but because I'd like to keep my friends safe," Anacostia continued. "When did you learn to speak méníshè? Don't tell me you attended classes as someone else." She studied Scylla's expression carefully.

"I won't tell you then," Scylla said but the smile on her face said it all. "Just try not to be too obvious with your fetch when you drop in for Raelle to find. Or intrude during our private moments."

"I won't intrude; I'll knock first," Anacostia promised earning her a hug from Scylla. "I think Raelle wants you back." She noticed the blonde approach them.

"Is she still trying to make you stay?" Raelle asked after Anacostia was out of earshot.

"Not at all," Scylla assured her. "Shall we dance?"

Raelle happily joined her and once again made them invisible.

"Won't they miss us?" Scylla wondered.

"I think we've done our duty and time to start our married life," Raelle said taking the lead.
