Shirou Emiya took a deep breath as he stood in his work shed, Rin and Ritsuka by his side. They had found a summoning circle in there and thought now was as good of a time as any to see if Shirou could summon a Servant.

Taking a deep breath, Shirou held out his hand, a small cut on his palm letting the blood drip down into the circle itself, the outline of the circle glowing a bright red. Closing his eyes, he did his best to remember the words Rin taught him.

"Let silver and steel be the essence.

Let stone and the archduke of contracts be the foundation.

The alighted wind becomes a-," Shirou paused, forgetting some of the words. "A umm... A Master," Rin groaned to herself, but didn't interrupt otherwise. This would be a good lesson for him.

"The gates in the four directions close," Shirou continued. "coming from the crown, the three-forked road that leads to the kingdom circulate.

Simply, shatter once filled.

――――I announce.

Your self is under me, my fate is in your sword.

In accordance with the approach of the Holy Grail, if you abide by this feeling, this reason, then answer.

Here is my oath. I am the one who becomes all the good of the world of the dead, I am the one who lays out all the evil of the world of the dead.

You, seven heavens clad in three words of power, arrive from the ring of deterrence, O keeper of the balance ―――!"

To everyone's surprise, the circle's glow intensified, and a torrent of wind began to blow within the shed, causing everyone to take a step back. Unbeknownst to the group, Shirou had a catalyst for a powerful Heroic Spirit inside of him, and now, that Heroic Spirit came to answer his call. In any other world, it would be the King of Knights from their timeline, however, with the presence of a man from outside their timeline, the Throne decided that Shirou would need a different King of Knights.

A bright light illuminated the night, and a sudden explosion of wind knocked everyone over. With pained groans, the three sat up to see a figure stepped out of the circle. To everyone's continued surprise, a three foot tall blue hedgehog with a sword stood in front of them, grinning widely at the three.

"Hey there. Saber's my class, and I'm here to kick ass!" The hedgehog spoke as he rested the sword on his shoulder.

"Crass as usual, I see," the sword spoke, making the hedgehog roll his eyes.

"Ignore the oversized letter opener. I ask of ya, are you my new buddy?" The new Saber class Servant asked, holding his hand out for Shirou.

"What...," Rin's eyes widened before her voice filled the entire night air. "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!"
