Chapter Two:

One of the first things that the Bakugan known as Wile Vine noticed once the near-instantaneous journey from Gundalia to Earth along with her partner was a distinct lack of a certain… energy in the air, for want of a better way to put it. While the Bakugan could certainly feel that there was some kind of energy in the atmosphere of the planet, it wasn't the kind of energy that allowed Bakugan to assume their true forms, which had been, and still was, abundant on Gundalia (and Neathia she assumed (only assuming because Wile Vine had never left the planet of Gundalia until just a few seconds ago). Meaning that she was stuck in her Ball-form for the foreseeable future, much to her frustration as it made Wile Vine feel like a useless weed, as the plant-lady-like Bakugan would have put it. Pushing down her frustration, Wile Vine started making her to a rather primitive looking (at least when compared to the Gundalian infrastructure) wall made of stones, not too far away from the spot in field where Wile Vine and her seedling landed (or rather appeared, because teleporter), which took quite a long time. Something that made sense considering not only that she wasn't a Bakugan naturally capable of flight and therefore had to hop her way to and up the wall but also because of how small she was in Ball-form. That didn't stop her from grumbling in frustration all the way though.

Once the Bakugan of the element of Darkness made her way onto the top of the wall, which took a few high jumps, she let herself lie down on her back and catch her breath. After catching it, Wile Vine sent her seedling a quick glance, who was revealed to still be asleep even after the teleportation, a sight which would have caused a fond smile to appear on the Bakugan's face, if it wasn't for the fact that she couldn't really make any expressions in Ball-form. Turning her attention back to the path on the other side of the wall, Wile Vine spotted a pair of the native sentient species on the planet, consisting of one male and a female if the similarities they shared appearance wise with Gundalians was anything to go on, who seemed to have spotted the seedling, but not Wile Vine herself, indicated by the fact that they were looking directly at the seedling.

"Am I seeing things James, or is that a baby in the field?" Asked the female in a tone of disbelief.

"Looks like it, Lily, but what's a baby doing in a field?" Replied the male, whose name was apparently James, in a tone of both worry and curiosity as the female, Lily apparently, picked up the seedling and held it in her arms.

"I can answer that." Exclaimed Wile Vine suddenly from her spot on the wall, startling the pair of the native sentient species.

"Who said that!?" Exclaimed Lily in response to the Bakugan's own exclamation looking all over the place trying to find the source of the voice.

"Me."

"Where are you?" Replied James, who was doing the same as the female, trying to find the source of the voice.

"I'm right here. On the wall." As Lily and James turned towards the wall, the two searched the wall for the source of the third voice, eventually spotting the tiny thing that looked like it could curl and fold up into a ball standing on the wall. "Took the two of you long enough to find me."

"Did that thing just talk?" Asked James, the disbelief evident in his voice.

"Why do you find it surprising that I can talk? Never seen a Bakugan in Ball-form before?"

"A what/Bakugan?" Replied James and Lily respectively in obvious confusion.

"That's what I am. I'm a Bakugan. The name's Wile Vine by the way and I'm the seedling in your arms' Guardian Bakugan."
