It's October of 2020, but the wildfires and worldwide pandemic never happened. We return to Gungellan for a modern reboot of our beloved McLeod's Daughters. The cattle stations of Drovers Run and Killarney are still working farms, and Wilgul has found a new life. Time has passed, but the love flowing around Drovers Run has never faltered.

"I think that's everything. I hope we didn't forget anything." Charlotte said as she loaded Hazel into the horse trailer.

"Jodi, do you have the first aid kit?" asked Tess.

"Yes, it's right here." replied Jodi.

"Then we are good to go. Between the six of us, we should have everything we need. And if we don't, we will just have to figure it out," Tess declared.

"Okay girls, let's hit the road,'' said Kate who had volunteered to drive them to the trail that would start them on their journey. Ben was driving the other group from Wilgul and would meet them there.

"Well here we are, six McLeod women on an adventure." said Jodi with a smile. Every woman was on horseback with two large saddlebags and a rifle holster with a loaded rifle on the saddle. Regan and Jodi were wearing the cameras that Russell had rigged up.

"I hope it's a successful adventure!" declared Jaz. She was really happy to be able to join her family on this trip. She had missed out on building many memories with her sisters and cousins while she was living the life of an elite athlete, and she was glad to be a part of this one.

"Let's take a photo before you hit the trail." suggested Kate.

"A great idea! This one will go on the Drovers Refrigerator'' said Jodi as the six women and six horses lined up for Kate's photo.

"Got it! You girls look great! Be safe and don't forget to call us if you have trouble. You've got a satellite phone with you."

"So who has the snacks?" Regan asked a few hours into the trip. "I'm starting to get hungry."

"Here, Ben made us some trail mix for our trail ride!" Jaz said as she handed a ziplock baggie over to Regan.

"Nice, I'll take some too." said Charlotte as she brought Hazel up next to Jaz and Annie.

"Here! It's his special recipe. I keep a bag in my pocket on extra busy days, while I'm running around MEETC" explained Jaz.

"Ooh it has got M&Ms!" said Charlotte as she munched a handful. "I love when trail mix has chocolate in it!"

"It really is the best. It's like such a nice surprise. You think you're eating something relatively healthy, guilt free, and then it's just ooh! Chocolate!" laughed Grace

"Haha, even Kate would eat this with the M&Ms in it." joked Jodi.
