Also, one more thing, going to retract what year Rias is in. She's a third-year, not a fourth-year. Being a fourth-year meant that she'll be in college/university like she is currently within the LN. Not in high school as she's in the story right now, so sorry to those who found it a bit confusing.
Kuoh Town, Kuoh Academy, Old school Building ORC Club Room March 5th, 2018 11 am Multi Pov
It didn't take long for time to finally reach lunch hour or rush as the students would say. As well as the fact that the new white-haired girl was one of the perverted trio's youngest family member. Hyoudou Issei, which in and of itself become a huge topic as even now Chiyo was being bombarded with questions. To which patiently and kindly was answering the best she could. Of course, this bit of information made it towards the supernatural side of the school as well. Or more so were forced to take since well Hyoudou Chiyo effectively was challenging the two supposed queens of the school. Being ORC that Rias was in and the Student council where Shitori Sona was the school student president. Or rather her actual name was Sitri Sona but no one other than Rias and her peerage besides Issei and Asia and her peerage knew she was a devil as well.
Of course, Issei was asked if Chiyo really was her sister by the other members of the perverted trio and his classmates. He obviously said yes but before he could be pressed further. Two saviors came to aid, one being the school prince and fellow peerage member Yuuto Kiba and well Asia as well. Since Asia was still a new student as well and a fellow second-year within his class. But she was slighlty overshadowed by the news that Chiyo was Issei's younger sister. But she also was still talked about since well she's a foreigner from Europe and is very close to Issei
As they may their way towards the old school building passing Kiba's admirers on the way there. Like usual this past week he spoke up
Issei "Thanks Kiba I really owe you one man." he says honestly to him
Kiba "No worries, besides Rias was gathering everyone in the clubroom anyways to discuss something. Or rather inform us," he says with a warm smile like usual
Yuuto Kiba stands 172cm tall with short blonde hair and blue eyes with light skin. His attire is the Kuoh Academy boys uniform, being a black blazer with white accents over a white long-sleeve dress shirt, with black collared ribbon, matching black pants, and brown shoes. His body figure is a slight slim but well-toned with a bit of muscle. Overall a handsome late teen who looks 17 or 18yrs of age. He's Rias's knight as well being Issei's and Asia's senior or senpai by a year. In that, he's a third-year as well like Rias and Akeno. He is also the sole prince of Kuoh or so his girl fanbase within the school claims him to be.
Kiba "Also quite the sister you have Issei. She really made her presence known considering how fast and popular she'd gotten. If I didn't know any better she'd belong to the supernatural side of things. Considering the beauty she is and how easily she's challenging Buchou's and the student council authority here. You've should hear the various talks between Rias and Akeno" he says with a smile as well as chuckle a bit seeing his King and Queen in such an irritating but pouting manner
Issei "She's the best isn't she, though just know you wish to ask her out just know you have to get through me first. Since I'm not just going to let some ikemen seduce her. So watch yourself," he says in honest but informing him as well with a smile on his face
Kiba "Noted, no worries though considering who've I been surrounded by I'm pretty much immune to such beauties. Didn't really help during my hormonal and puberty period though. I still can't believe even now I survived such a thing" he says with honesty and gratefulness while letting out a slight groan thinking back to those younger days
Asia "Do you know why we're being called Kiba-senpai?" she asks honestly
Kiba "Well it could be two things honestly, I would be certain if Issei's younger sister didn't show up today. Considering this meeting may involve her being here as well." he says slight unsure while still giving the both of them a polite smile
Issei "Well I guess it may as well be considering my sister unknowingly may have some connection to the supernatural for a long time. It may even be the reason why she's been sick and ill as well," he says simply and slightly angered with a grim expression
Kiba "You don't seem to be lying judging by your expression Issei." he simply says in slight surprise but having a slighlty narrowed expression
Asia "You'd think something was done to her?" she asks honestly thinking back to last night sleeping in Chiyo's room and feeling mana in the air. As well dawing a worried expression
Issei "Can't really say but I'll explain once inside since I'm sure either Akeno-senpai or Buchou would clarify if I'm wrong or right" he says honestly with a slight worried but honest smile
Kiba "They would know better than anyone yes, more so Akeno considering how she is," he says while looking towards the front, having reached their destination and pushing the doors open to reveal Rias behind the desk, Akeno by her side serving tea and Koneko on a couch eating sweets
Himejima Akeno is the Queen and right hand of Rias as well as her best friend. Also good friends with Kiba as well and like teasing Issei when she sees a chance to. She stands 168cm tall with very long black hair that reaches down her legs that are tied into a ponytail, with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward. Having been tied with an orange ribbon to keep it in place. She has violent eyes with light fair skin with her attire being the Kuoh academy female uniform. She was a curvaceous yet even more voluptuous figure compared to Rias and Chiyo. Beating them both in terms of breasts being J cups and having I size ass with nice thighs. She is overall the definition of Yamato Nadeshiko beauty and her age is 18yrs of age enough though her body doesn't look like one. As well as being a third year like Rias and Kiba are.
Toujou Koneko is a petite but cute girl with fair skin, short white hair, and golden eyes. The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. She also wears a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair. Her current attire is also the female Kuoh academy uniform as her being a first-year within Kuoh Academy like Chiyo. As such she's 16yrs of age despite being 138cm tall and as mentioned. Having a petite yet slight well-toned and curve figure. Having A cups, C size ass, and nice thighs, she's also the Rook within Rias's peerage.
Seeing the Kiba spoke up
Kiba "We've arrived Buchou" he greeted rias and Akeno informing them of their presence.
All three both look in their direction dawing smiles on their faces with Akeno speaking up for the both of them
Akeno "Ara, good work Kiba, I guess it was a good thing of rescuing our weak Kouhai's from being swarmed," she says to them kindly with a smile on her face
Kiba "More like I had to pull them out from said swarm that descended upon them. Still could've been worse if Rias hadn't sent me to pick them up," he says honestly still having his smile. All the while moving to take a seat on one of the couches where Koneko was sitting. With Issei and Asia sitting together on the opposite couch of Kiba and Koneko. Who at Koneko stopped eating and looked directly at Issei with slight surprised but narrowed eyes and scrunching up her nose a bit as if she smelled something
Rias "I'm glad I made the right decision. But still your younger sister made quite the entrance there Issei, by now the whole school knows who she is and that you're her older brother." she says honestly looking toward Issei
Issei "I kind of expected that honestly, though now I have to make sure none of the boys within the school get close to her as her protective brother. Though I still believe you're the queen of the school buchou" he says honestly with a smile on his face
Akeno "I guess that means I'll have another cute kouhai to tease around and perhaps be able to take a bite out of," she says honestly with a slightly mischievous smile slighlty licking her lips
Issei "Haha, as much I would love to see such a thing like perhaps many others out there. I'm going to have to politely ask you don't do that Akeno-senpai since I'll be protecting her. So even I would put my foot down when it comes to her." he says honestly and slighlty serious which was unusual considering who he is
Akeno "Ara, that would make me even want to go after her even more if you're being this serious about it." she says in slight surprise but still having her mischievous smile on her face
Rias "I would ask you to not do that as well Akeno considering how serious Issei is. He's almost like my brother at the moment when it comes to me," she says honestly and informing while having a smile on her face
Akeno "Maybe that's what I want Rias-chan," she says back
Rias "Then just don't blame me for having Issei hating you afterward when all is said and done," she says honestly surging her shoulders while having a slight smile
Akeno "I'm sure you wouldn't hate me would you?" she asks Issei honestly having bent down so that he could get a look at her breasts
Issei "I might deepening on what you do to her even after I told you not to. At most even, I wouldn't mind hitting you if you did" he says seriously while looking between her breasts and her face
Akeno "My maybe I would enjoy that," she says with a slight ufufu

Issei "I won't since at that point is her choice. I don't control her life after all and neither do my parents, just don't hurt her if she does come to you. And well maybe look after her if not around. The same could be said for the rest of you as well" he says honestly
Rias "I'm sure we'll look after her as if she was our own." she says honestly with a smile on her face
It was then though Kiba who still noticed Koneko still staring hard in Issei's direction spoke up
Kiba "What's up Koneko, is there something on Issei's face?" he asks her honestly
Koneko "...Hey pervert, why is that from your cheek you smell as if some bitch marked you as hers. Or rather when did you encounter a Nekomata yokai and a powerful one at that?" she asks bluntly but serious narrowing her eyes at him
At her words, the entire room suddenly came to a dead silence with Rias, Kiba, and Akeno's eyes going wide with surprise and shock at Koneko's declaration. While Issei and Asia look between her and the others in confusion
Asia "Um what does she mean by Yokai? or rather what smell is she talking about since I don't smell anything weird of Issei," She asks honestly with a slightly worried look
Issei "Have to ask that as well, and well You mean Yokai do exist not just Fallen Angels, Angels, and Devils?" he asks also in slight confusion and surprise
Rias "Hold that thought for a moment Issei, Asia. Koneko you're certain about this?" she asks her in a slight serious but little annoyed that someone was trying to take a member of her peerage family away or rather. Put their hands on without her permission or consent
Koneko "I wouldn't lie to you about this Rias, plus I know it...isn't her either so it's some relief in that regard." she says bluntly and slighlty serious in that last part while having a slightly complicated expression
Rias "I believe you so no worries...but it seems we have an unknown that has made her way into my territory. And even had the gal to touch one of my possessions without my permission," she says honestly but slighlty annoyed and a little angered looking out towards the window overlooking the front entrance of the school and part of the town
Akeno "Ara it seems this kitty is just begging to be punished huh, if Rias here is like this. To be fair I also feel the same as her at the moment," she says with a slight smile on her face
Koneko merely looks toward the boy of them with a slightly annoyed expression like it was just an in-joke that only Rias, Akeno, and Kiba know giving a quick glance to Issei before speaking up again
Koneko "So you dirtbag, where did you encounter her since well you couldn't have done it while with Buchou or with your family. So it could've been late a night when you perhaps snuck out from your family's home." she asks once more while going back to eating her bag of sweets, a little more at ease
Rias "That seems to be the case and well judging from his reaction, it seems this little feline was skilled enough to disguise herself with ease. Likely looks like a normal human in Issei's eyes. So yeah it seems this one will be a bit more difficult in tracking down. But yes Yokai does exist all over Japan along with other creatures you thought were just myth and fantasy. I just didn't wish to overwhelm you both just yet since you are both new devils. As to what Yokai are in Asia they are what you call Japan's version of devils or demons in simpler terms. But obviously, they are their own species filled with a variety of kinds and they wouldn't appreciate the calling them, devils. They have their pride, after all, the Nekomata is just one of these kinds of Yokai. Sadly it's one that after a terrible incident and paranoia on our species' part. Only two Nekomata remained or well that seemed to be the case till just now" she says in a slightly sad but informing voice
Akeno "Guess we were luckily those above were able to resolve the issue to the point war didn't break out. Though just barely if I remember hearing and reading about it. Our relation with the Yokai and well Shinto myth soured a lot though after that but that's neither here nor there." she says remembering that incident and day with a slightly grim but sad expression
Rias "Yes, So Issei who was the girl who supposedly marked you or walked up to you in an intimate matter when you snuck out late last night. Oh and obviously you going to be punished" she with a smile on her face
Issei "But I never even snuck out though. I just went to sleep after playing our Tortus session, even Asia can back me up on this one," he says in slight confusion and a little worried about being punished by Rias and not in a fun way
Asia "Um I can confirm what he's saying. Since all we did was play Tortus with Issei's parents and younger sister after you left Rias-senpai," she says honestly in a slighlty quiet voice
Akeno "They don't seem to be lying," she says
Issei "Yes so unless one somehow snuck into our house just to mark me as you said. I wouldn't have been able to ah..." he was saying before stoping himself as if he'd remembered something
Issei "But that should be...no wait...What but she's human...What!?" he continued to say in a thinking manner making complicated, worried, and slightly angered expressions
Rias "Issei you alright?" she asks slightly worried as she looks towards him. With the rest having slightly worried expressions
Issei (But that doesn't make any fucking sense. We would've known if she was a Yokai from the get-go since she was with our family. Hell, we would've been exposed to the supernatural side a lot sooner at that point. We would have a whole lot of chances of knowing my younger sister did have cat ears, tails, and perhaps paws as well. Unless it was a recent thing but what!?) he thought to himself mentally thinking of possible outcomes or trying to find logic as to how his younger sister he's known his entire life was a Nekomata.
It was then his thoughts and worries were interpreted when he felt his hand being grabbed tightly and heard Asia speak up
Asia "Issei you alright, please stop making those expressions on your face. You're worrying everyone, please talk to us," she asks honestly with a slightly worried smile on her face and a pleading expression on her face
At her words, he looked toward her and everyone else who now was looking towards him with slightly worried but honest expressions waiting for his response
Issei "Ah sorry for worrying you Asia, just didn't have to worry about a mid midlife crisis at the moment and thinking everything I knew was a lie," he says honestly while giving a slight laughter
Kiba "I'm assuming you have a reason why you're thinking such a thing?" he asks in slight concern but a little serious as well.
Issei "That's right, but unless there is a scared gear that makes people change their race out there, then well I may have an idea as to why Koneko is able to smell this unseen scent of me." he says honestly and a little angered as well with a complicated expression
Kiba "You don't mean?!" he says in shock with wide eyes at what he heard as well with Asia doing the same
Rias "Unfrontunaly no second of such a scared gear existed ever, but judging from your reaction you know who Issei is talking about at the moment," she says in a slight serious but questioning voice
Asia "We do but, it wouldn't make sense as to why or rather who Chiyo would be a Nekomata as Koneko would claim. But Issei would know why we are thinking just a thing," she says with a slight nod sill having a slightly worried expression on her face looking at Issei
Issei "I should give a quick explanation as to why that is since I already wanted to bring up if my sister could have a sacred gear. After seeing a change in her eyes and sudden strength she shouldn't possess. For a brief moment anyways since well I only caught I thanks to my enhanced senses and extra durability I gained becoming a devil. Else I know I wouldn't have my arms at the moment and would be in the hospital. I thought this potential sacred gear may be why my younger sister is so ill for the latter half of her life. And well why did her eyes and hair color change from my usual hair color and eyes to the one she has currently at a young age. But after hearing what Konenko-chan said. Well I'm beginning there is more than meets the eye to my sister I didn't know about and perhaps she doesn't know herself." he says with a slight nod but having a slightly worried expression
Rias "Well go on then Issei starting from the top and no worries we still have time before our guests arrive," she says to him honestly with a slight concerned but honest expression
Issei "Well first thing first..." he continues on to say but unawares to himself and everyone within the building that they were being listened in on by the very person who they were discussing for a time.
Who at that point in time had a slightly amused grin not having expected her carefully planned facade she had made was about to come crumbling down. From being outta all beacuse of her fellow hidden Neko kouhai. Likely with said kouhai being one of the supposed two nekomata left or at least one of the races of yokai nekomata. As she easily began to walk out of the old school building but not before turning her gaze towards the locked door. That had various magical barriers that if she wished, she could easily pass by just to see what her brother's supposed devil master. Had kept away and hidden within it but still kept walking out already knowing without much effort she could easily explain why she might not be a nekomata.
Chiyo (Tsk, guess have to reveal Lionel to him or Asia if they ask questions. While I could just erase their memories about this event with either one of my artifacts or using Ancient magic. I'd rather not risk myself being able to use magic even though I shouldn't be able to or having someone out of my control find out about my brother and his co having their memories altered or erased.) she says mentally annoyed and a little angry at knowing how carless she was in marking Issei the way she did last night. Since she should have thought more clearly than letting her slight possessiveness and jealousy get the best of her. Thinking ahead that maybe just maybe her brother's master has someone within her devil group that could have smelled her mark. Instead of some random yokai within Japan not related to Rias or Issei
Kuoh Town, Kuoh Academy Outside Old School Building, March 5th, 2018 11:15 am Multi pov
Having easily walked out of what may as well be one of the two HQs of her potential enemies quite easily. Caused her to have serious doubt about how good they were in terms of combat wise. And only slighlty increased her worry and anger that her older brother would end up dying somewhere before she would get to him. So after walking a good distance away from the building and thanking the two students who told her where her brother went. So just simply give the two young cute naive girls a hug as a simple reward to them. Which she knew may just overwhelm the poor little things. Considering the matureness and slight sexual experienced aura she may as well wave off or seemingly had. To not much her surprise it did when each of their eyes that contained desire turned into yearning lust after having to slighlty to put more effort in detaching their arms away from her waist or back after hugging them. It was then she heard them speak up
1st-year girl(16yrs) #1 "Um Hyoudou-san, there is... a game we'd... wish to show you how to play with us" she heard her say to her in a cute but slight stuttering voice likely trying to contain her excitement
Chiyo "Oh, but do we have enough time to eat lunch? since I remember the Sensei telling me, we'd only have about 20 minutes or so left?" she asks in slight excitement but worry and innocently bringing her hand to her chin dawing a slight thinking pose.
But internally mischievously smirking already knowing what the two want and just going to tease the living hell out of them. Considering how much her class is still young hormonal virgin teens were squirming in their seats and looking at her with the same eyes. Having no defense against it and being exposed to it hence why she was able to leave her class to come here. Considering all her class dashed out of the room likely to relieve themselves somewhere. Though her social studies Sensei at the time since each period a new Sensei for each topic always walked in while the other one left. Had told her to be careful and make sure to not just take her fellow student's words of wanting to show her something. Seemly concerned for her while still blushing himself looking at her before he'd excused himself.

I mean where we're going is the Clubroom to play and has various snacks with drinks stored within it for its club members. Which we are a part of" she says to her in slight excitement but calmness clasping her hand a little eagerly
Chiyo "Oh and what club is it the two of you are a part of?" she asks slight honestly and with curiosity
1st-year girl #1 "Well it isn't the ORC club that Rias and Akeno-senpai are in. But still a pretty good club that we have a lot of fun with, but it's the women's football(soccer) club," she says happily and honestly clapping her other hand a little eagerly as well
Chiyo "Heh that's awesome didn't know you two were playing football. Though makes sense since you both have well-toned thighs and bodies that seem to run a lot. Do you guys have any games coming up?" she asks them impressed
1st-year girl #2 "Uh well not us yet since we're still training like all the other new members, but we will have a league tournament coming up next month against different schools in Tokyo. 1st-year girl #1 "Great!, well be sure you and your family won't be disappointed in our games. Since we'll be sure to give our best," she says cheerfully and slightly happy
Chiyo "Great, then I guess we should be going since we barely have enough time as is," she says to them with a smile
1st-year girl #2 "Yes we should, don't worry I'm sure you won't regret it!" she says honestly with a smile while blushing as both she and her fellow club member were about to lead Chiyo to the Clubroom. Seemingly thinking that they had achieved what they both wanted.
It was then that the both of them got startled and felt slight dreed at hearing the very familiar voice of one of the two princesses or beauties of the school. That had just entered their sights a few feet away from them. As well as a different beauty that's well known alongside her most of the time
? "Hold it, just where were you both planning on taking miss Hyoudou here?" they all heard her say towards them questioningly and with slightly narrowed eyes
? "Yes do answer our seito kaichou's question since I wish to know as well?" They heard the other girl say to them respectfully adjusting her glasses while giving them a slightly narrowed expression
1st-year girl #1 "Ah good day to you Shitori-seito kaichou, Shinra-fuku(vice) kaichou, we were uh just going to show Hyoudou-san a nice game to play while we eat at our club room," she says to them respectfully and slighlty nervous while looking towards the other girl
1st-year girl #2 "Yes like what my fellow club member said Shitori-sama, we'd thought we show Hyoudou-san a nice game. To pass the time since she isn't going to be around the school most of the time because of her health." she says respectfully
Shitori(Sitri) Sona stands 166cm tall and unknown to most besides those in the know is the heiress of one of the remaining 72 pillar clans. The Sitri clan as well as a third-year within the Kuoh academy. She has a slim figure compared to most with decent breasts( B cups), a cute ass(C size), and nice thighs. Her current attire is the female Kuoh academy uniform with rose outline glasses. as well as being the student council president(Seito Kaichou) with short black hair cut in a bob cut style. As well as having violet eyes, overall a cute yet attractive young woman who looks to be in her late teens(18) with fair skin.
Shinra Tsubaki is a reincarnated devil to those in the known and is Sona's right hand as her Queen. She like Sona and all her peerage members are a part of the student council. As well as being a third-year as well with her current attire is the female Kuoh academy uniform with light blue outline glasses. She stands a few inches taller than Sona at 172cm tall as well having an hourglass figure with more buxom breasts( D cups), a large ass( E size), and nice thighs. She has long straight black hair that extends all the way down to her knees, with split bangs and heterochromatic eyes, with a violet left eye and a light brown right eye. Overall a very young attractive woman in her late teens(18) with fair skin. As well as being the vice president of the student council.
Sona "My how kind of you to do that, but I'd think you should leave it at having lunch. after all you'd barely have time as it is in getting your lunches." she says simply looking at the both of them with slightly narrowed eyes. Almost as if asking them just to try and lie to her or Tsubaki.
1st-year girl #2 "That is true so uh guess we'd better hurry and get lunches for the moment. So what is it that you want Hyoudou-san?" she asks in a slightly more questioning yet little respectful tone almost as if trying to leave
Chiyo "Hmmm? well if they have tonkatsu ramen or miso shio would be best. If not then I guess you can surprise me in what they have here," she says honestly giving it a bit of thought
1st-year girl# 1 "They have that, um so we'll meet you over there by those trees. So just wait for with your food yeah?" she says honestly while pointing to one of the trees within the campus. That's on a flat grass incline and close to other students eating or chatting with each other
Chiyo "Guess we'll play the game you wanted to show me later then. I'll be sure to wait for you two. And again thanks for your help," she says honestly with a smile on her face
1st- year girl #1 "Um yeah that game. Anywhow please excuse us." she says in a slightly worried chuckle having looked towards Sona and Tsubaki who merely stared at the both of them. After that, both bolted towards the cafeteria to go get their food leaving Chiyo with Sona and Tsubaki.
Seeing them Chiyo merely turned her head towards the two who like Rias and everyone who was a part of the club her older brother was in. Well, save for two who had different scents and presence mixed in. Gave off and smells the same demonic yet has a icier and water feel to it. Thus knowing that these were the same race that her brother and everyone else were. And so she gave them a warm smile that caused both of them to flush a bit likely still trying to contain their emotions. Likely both hadn't had experience in indulging in the pleasure of any kind and still had their maiden innocence. Thus she may as well be a succubus queen in front of a holy virgin nun trying to turn them to the dark side or corrupt them.
Sona "So then Hyoudou-san it seems even on your first day here your causing quite the stir," she says simply and respectful still having the slight flush on her face keeping her composure

Chiyo "What I give off? you mean it's not beacuse their embarrassed or shy when coming up to me?" she asks innocently yet having a questioning expression seemingly lost in thought
Sona "Sadly no as much it pains me to say. Not that I don't understand why but they should know that's their time and place. And judging from your reaction you aren't one of the creatures of the night." she says honestly yet having a narrowed gaze at her the opal earrings that give off faint magical traces.
And her black belt with sliver engraved lion that just nagged the back of her mind. That such a belt wasn't ordinary even though no magical traces could be felt or was a sacred gear she knew. Especially when such an engraving made her feel to slighlt submit or be on alert at possibly being in the presence of a deadly yet powerful beast. Just like a lion would demand awe and fear.
Chiyo "Like a succubus?" she asks while tilting her head
Sona "Wasn't my first choice but am slighlty surprised if you know what a succubus is. Though if being honest since you are the younger sister of your brother then it shouldn't come as surprise you would know that. Just hope you aren't as indecent and misbehaving as him since your older brother and his friends are already a hassle to deal with. Their honestly lucky they haven't been expelled yet" she says honestly but slighlty warning as well still having a narrowed gaze

Japanese laws are harsh that way or were both of you aren't aware of how unfair the laws were around here?" she says honestly and simply
Hearing such a thing caused both of the girls to want to say something but couldn't so they had to bite their words. While yes what Issei and the others are doing is bad and an invasion of privacy. At most, if girls brought up their cases to a court of law within Japan at most the boys would get slaps on the wrist with the worst if lucky would get expelled from the school but that's it. Compared to what the girls would receive for the countless physical and harsh beatings they have done on the boys. Sona would know especially having studied the human laws of japan before arriving and living here.
Sona "You certainly are a surprise if you knew what could happen to those girls if your brother and the others took their cases to court," she says honestly yet simply with an honest expression
Chiyo "Just one of the many downsides living here in Japan when all those in high places are old fashion men who can't keep up with the times. Or stubbornly refuse to budge on certain aspects to go along with change. One of the reasons why America in times like these is better in terms of its laws. Overlooking the fact that worse things happening the daily over there if not weekly. I do plan to become a lawyer if not a public servant to hopefully change the laws of this place for the better over time. That's assuming though I live long enough for all the old men or women to pass on in some fashion so that things could progress. But doubt with a sickly body I'll leave long enough. Still hopeful though" she says simply with a smile
Tsubaki "You have an admirable goal Hyoudou-san and one I hope you succeed in doing so. Since this place could use ambitious women such as yourself," she says honestly and simply with a slight smile hearing her goal. As well as earning a little respect from her considering how tough the road is ahead for Chiyo
Chiyo "Some people have to try right? Doesn't help that our population is decreasing every year and that the government has all but given up on the population in making babies at this point. I would be honestly glad and surprised if my Onii-san manages to get married and have children. More so considering what his goal and dream are. Honestly, he would succeed if women or girls manage to look past his flaws and get to know him. Might even do japan a huge favor if he does succeed in achieving his dream and goal." she says honestly and happily

But mostly dreading coming from those with indecent thoughts in trying to approach her, probably going to have to ask her peerage in keeping an eye on her. And if necessary help her out of a bind should Chiyo get caught up in a bit of a situation.
Chiyo "All I have to say is he'll make any woman happy for grabbing him as theirs. He's a real gem and a rare treasure in a sea of men out there that'll treat girls with the respect they deserve. He's a good and honest guy who doesn't have the heart to cheat on someone. Just doesn't have a bad bone in him honestly if you look past his flaws." she says honestly

I'd rather eat if I can after all so excuse me If I have to cut this conversation short." she says honestly and respectfully with a smile pointing over to the aforementioned tree where the two previous girls are waving for her to come down
Sona "Ah a shame, I'm sure over the year we'll have time to speak in-depth about many things. we'll see you around Hyoudou-san, just be careful around those two yeah. I'd not worry about you ending up in a compromising situation" she says honestly with a slight smile
Chiyo "Yeah, see you around senpai-taichi," she says with respect and bow slighlty as she excuses herself going towards her guide who has her food ready and waiting.
Seeing her leave off quite a distance the slight flushing yet cheerful expression changes to ones of seriousness and concern. As Sona and Tsubaki turn their back on Chiyo and head into the old school building. But not before Sona spoke up
Sona "Make a thorough check on the Hyoudou lineage to see if they're a magician family of old or perhaps had ancestors of the supernatural. After all, what Chiyo waved off wasn't natural even if wasn't magical in nature. As well might explain why her earrings gave off faint magical traces." she says honestly and seriously as they make their up to where Rias and the others for their previous engagement.
Tsubaki "It will be done and make sure the others know," she said back with respect and honesty
After all, there was no way they naturally felt hot and bothered being near Chiyo from the overflowing sex appeal she waved off. She must have been part of the more pleasuring side of the supernatural with either her parents. Or one of her ancestors must have been a succubus, incubus, or other creatures of the night. It didn't take time for the rest of the day to fly by and by the end of it, many people wanted to take her out gaming, shopping, or otherwise. She didn't make friends though but that was to be expected on her first day. So she'll just have to wait a few days before she could attend again beacuse of her weak condition. She did although likely by accident meet the other two of the perverted trio. Since she had a feeling the entire school unknowingly made sure she wouldn't meet or run into them. They were fun if said so considering how honest and blunt they were. She'd easily see why these were her best friends and out of everyone on campus she'd met thus far, she'd honestly get along with them. Perhaps do the two a favor considering she'd doubt they'd find someone within Kuoh Academy to either love them or well have a one-night stand with. Compared to her brother they were slighlty below average in terms of looks and made her brother look like an attractive model. But she'd easily bet that she could make so despite their reputation.
She'd with slight effort on her part she'd make them eligible choices of dating and on the higher spectrum compared to the rest of the boys at school. They weren't ugly or deformed. Plus they reminded her of old comrades and classmates of ages past. So it would be nice seeing the shock of the school in both the boys having a girlfriend or two. Though she was curious about the very blushing and shocked expression Motohama had when he analyzed her and gave out her perfect three sizes. As if he'd found out something he shouldn't and didn't know how to look at her. But when her brother came and intervened making sure neither his friends or anyone else try and well walk her home. He then told her he was really sorry that he wouldn't be able to walk her back today since something came up in club activities. Saying that he'll likely be back around 7 or 8 since they needed to do something in the gym.
So here she was walking through town and taking in the sights but she did notice those hiding in plain sight being the Yokai and occasional hidden pixes or faires. The latter came towards her and had asked her like curious children why was she blessed by a powerful fairy goddess not known to them. Or being blessed with the power by the world trees. Obviously, people couldn't see the faires so she answered their questions honestly before she saw them all look at one another. Before nodding in unison and telling her they be back soon. Since they said she was definitely worth being a friend of the fey and that there was likely someone that would want to meet her. After that, she got a call on her Smartphone artifact from the company secretary telling her she was going to be needed for a meeting tomorrow.
Apparently, it was a person who they could reverse even if they tried considering how much weight and pull this person had been from a long-established clan in Tokyo. So she had that to look forward to before she senses a more powerful yet dark presence than what Rias or Sona gave off. But wasn't hostile to anyone around but may as well be a beacon since well he wasn't hiding it. It also reminded her of Phenex as it had the same ash and bedrock burn just more diluted compared to him. Like a newborn chick compared to the majesty of a phoenix. And soon enough she saw who it was leaning against the front gate seemingly lost and thought. It wasn't surprising he was getting a lot of attention and admirers from the surrounding female crowd passing by or watching him from afar. He was handsome and attractive to look at. A good piece of eye candy worthy of material for many women in the hours of the night.
(Riser Phenex) The handsome man looked to be about 186cm tall with a slight muscular but well-toned physic with fair white skin. Dark blue eyes with short slightly spiky blonde hair obviously being a foreigner. His attire was dam fine though and expletive looking as well likely either being some rich or noble kid or just like her a very wealthy man. She had various expensive dresses for certain outings after all just not at her room since well. It would be odd if she had such attire considering her family didn't make a lot. Though he did have somewhat a broad and disinterested expression though she did see him give brief glances at the various cute or rare beautiful women around regardless if they were middle-aged or not. His outfit consists of a burgundy blazer with gold embroidery on the right with matching pants and black dress shoes. Underneath his open blazer is a white dress shirt that is not fully buttoned, giving a slight view of his well-toned chest. Overall he was a very handsome young twenties man. ( Flaccid at 6 inches and 1 inch wide, full being 10 inches, 2.5 inches wide, and having small tennis balls)
Though she knew any of semblance or making it past him through the entrance or try and avoid him was voiced when his eyes caught sight of her. Almost dressing her down with his eyes and having a very pleased grin. Liking what he saw and to the perhaps rude man if was human at all she was one of her types giving off somewhat bad-boy vibes. And so still having a smile on her face she proceeded to move towards the entrance that she would be able to cut through to her home within Kuoh Town. And sure enough, passing various people through the crowd who gave her looks as well with one bold enough trying to briefly slap her ass. But she'd made sure he'd missed moving past him having an amused grin to herself. The man called her out once she was close enough to him
Riser "Hello miss," he said to her with a grin and in fluent Japanese
Chiyo "Um yes hi, so I'm assuming you lost or something?" she asks him back with a somewhat honest expression tiling her head slighlty
Riser "You could in a sense yes. Perhaps you could tell I'm not from around here and everyone I've tried to ask avoided me because of my looks. Or perhaps we're a little afraid of me not being able to speak the language around her. You see I was wondering if there were any fine establishments within this town. And well perhaps a guide since well the one who I was supposed to meet didn't show up" he says honestly still having a grin on his face
Chiyo "I'm assuming that guide was a friend of yours or something?" she asks simply secretly knowing he's lying about it
Riser "You could say that. See it seems he'd forgotten my arrival from Handa Airport today. Since I came from overseas I was expecting him to come to pick me up yet had to take a taxi in getting here. My luggage is in a hotel near here but you see I'd rather not spend more money than I have to. After all, I was supposed to be on a vacation and he was going to let me board with him for two weeks. Before I return back but since he hasn't shown up I'm kind of left to fend for myself as the saying goes" he says simply ye still having a grin ignoring the faint mana traces waving off her expensive earrings.
Possibly a female Magician which was very rare for them not being out of their hidden societies or schools. He could say honestly that the girl in front of him was very attractive and beautiful, perhaps her being a magician was cheery on top. Not helping the fact he'd recognized her cute facade the sex appeal she waved off ment she wasn't a stranger in terms of using her body. Despite going to the same academy as his fiance. Compared to everyone he's had his way with she was a very good find and likely going to enjoy himself even more. It also doesn't help she was also one of the greatest beauties he's seen despite being a devil. This human was on par with those ladies at least when it comes to beauty.
Chiyo "Ah yes I see that is a dilemma that you have. I doubt you'd want to continue paying for your stay at that hotel when you don't have to. Even if you have the money to do so. Still, there aren't many luxury establishments within this town, and those that aren't as large or huge. Let's say from those in proper cities who have more of a budget and influence to do so. and even if you wanted to eat here sorry to say but you'll luckily be politely turned away for not only it being packed. But beacuse your a foreigner. You see we Japanese or at least the majority have this fear of not being able to service anyone it's ingrained in our culture since well ever. So you being who you are they fear you wouldn't be able to speak their language to help you. And even if you did like how they wouldn't kick out their loyal and frequent customers for just you. They have a reputation after all" she says honestly and simply with a smile on her face
Riser "It that so a shame I was really hoping to eat the hotel's food again. More so when other close friends of mine and younger sister are coming tomorrow," He says honestly and having a slight frown
Chiyo "Well I guess I could help you out with your dilemma if your up eating out of town?" she asks honestly and simply
Riser "If your paying then I wouldn't mind but I fail to see how this helps me in my dilemma? After all, my hotel doesn't have any more rooms available to rent out and use" He says honestly and simply looking down at her with a grin
Chiyo "Wow you foreigners are rather bold, refreshing really. But well you'll just have to trust me in being your guide for a couple of hours. Though have to ask how many of them are coming over?" she asks honestly
Riser "15 of them in total. Though have to say this upfront I have very high standards in terms of where I eat and stay. shame could be said with my close friends and younger sister. So please don't disappoint in where you're taking me" he says honestly and arrogantly with a smug grin
Chiyo "You know there is only so much handsome face and exotic look could do so much before someone decides you aren't with the hassle. Your lucky I'm just more patient than others and have more experience in dealing with people like you. Just let your friend know you found a place to stay and that you'll be having words with him. In the meantime I'll need to make a call for our ride" she says simply giving him a deadpan stare while taking out her smartphone to call her ride.
Riser "I'm sure you do miss," he says in a somewhat amused yet knowing tone while dressing down her body with his eyes slighlty licking his lips
Feeling his stare and hearing his words caused and a very amused smirk to appear on her face before she turned her head to face him and spoke up.
Chiyo "I'm not cheap whore like perhaps the countless others you may have had sir. Even I have standards in who I pick and that's saying something. I bet even you won't be getting any and in fact, enjoy yourself more than you've been with anyone." she says honestly with a very large smile on her face as she walks away from him and calls her chauffeur to pick her up
See her leave and able to hear the brief but quick conversation the girl had with the person over the device. He knew at least the potential magician was likely wealthy in her own right if she has a servant to bring things for her. Though just how much he couldn't say
Riser (Well this shall be fun in breaking down her defenses and having my way with her by the end of the night. Perhaps maybe punish her for her insolence in letting other inferior men have their way with her?) he thought honestly and surprised that his looks or charm hadn't worked on the disguised whore of a woman. But that honestly made him just a bit excited in knowing perhaps he'll make her eat her words or something else. As he simply called over to his peerage that he'd just found his newest victim and that to be ready at a moment's notice. Since it was only right to share such a beauty with the rest of his peerage even if there were sloppy seconds.
It didn't take long though for Riser to see a black limousine pull up and his current victim of the day motion towards him to get. After getting in the somewhat velvet yet firey interior like flames. Expensive wines in an ice-cool bucket, 70ich flat plasma screen T.V that was playing a football game between Japanese clubs( J1 Leauge Gamba Osaka vs FC Tokyo) that he didn't bother looking up. But the thing that truly captured his eyes was what Chiyo's new attire was(Scarlet Fuel the sexy Deep V Dress still having her black opal earrings, her Lionel belt wrapped around her hips, and small red heels).
That she was able to change daily quickly before he even goes in sitting across from him with a knowing smile as she closed her legs. Allowing him to see what she had under her black suspender crisis cross pantyhose in being a red lacy yet bold open crotch hip hugger panties. It also didn't help that her voluptuous breasts were threatening to spill out almost wanting to break free and he knew she wasn't wearing a bra under there. This had caused him to hold his breath beacuse one didn't expect her dress to make her more of a beauty and two to contain his devilish nature from just letting go and having his way with her.
He may be by many envious devils and people a bastard hormonal perverted of man but even he had class in breaking or owing women that just using force like a savage person. He does have a silver tongue he uses to positive effects both in and out of the bed. It was then he was broken out of his thoughts and dilemma when he heard her speak up to her chauffeur. Regaining his composure but missing the very amused yet smug grin that Chiyo had knowing this was going to be fun for her in many ways. More so after today, she'll be sure to meet with phenex about his likely wannabe descendant
Chiyo "Hikigakya-san, take us to Quisstessance in Shinagawa. I'd feel like our foreigner friend here would appreciate something familiar away from home." she says honestly and respectfully
Hikigaya Hachiman "Of course my lady," he says back simply likely dawning a very amused grin knowing Chiyo for all her antics since she'd hired him two years ago
Chiyo "Oh a make sure you head home soon after, you still have school to attend," she says to him knowingly
Hachiman "Hai," he says back in respect as he being to drive towards Shinagawa city as well praying for the poor sap that he doesn't make a fool of himself in front of Chiyo. Though secretly he does since Ikemen could go and get bent.
