Iemitsu doesn't know how to think of his daughter . observing her all these past days ,he discovered that she doesn't act how other babies should act , she was particularly a special case , like she is aware of everything going around her , adding the fact that she can speak and even walk. she is barely a year old , when Nana told him in the phone about his daughter's achievements he didn't believe her of course guessing that it was just an excuse for her she so can bring him back home ;But how wrong he was. seeing sayuri with his own eyes The first thing that came into his mind was that she could read and see through him.

If she isn't his daughter he could mistake her easly to an arcobaleno , the seven strongest babies in the world .

As he dismissed all of his unnecessary theories,He arrived to the conclusion that his daughter was a genius. yeah, a genius of geniusesand he was proud of that .

Thought when will she stop calling him Baka-mitsu she really reminds him of Reborn ,they have the same ... 'No no no, don't ever think of that.' He thought.

( thusday ,10th november 1991, sawada household , Namimori town ,japan )

an other day in the sawada household , sayuri was in her room taking a nap well she was supposed to , instead of that she was reding a dictionary she found earlier in the master bedroom , it blonged to her father she was interested in that language she didn't learn it in her past life she only knows Chinese Tamazight English French Japanese Russian German Arabic Korean Spanish .. so she did not learn italian yet , so she has chance to learn it know since she didn't have anything better to do she also hoped in her last life that she could visit italia , and open a bookstore live peacefull life.but she already wasted her past life on revenge .who knows maybe, she can achieve her dream in this life .

in the living room nana and iemitsu were sitting on the sofa chatting and planning for something. a bit later the the door's bell rang, nana stood from her place and went to open the door to find Akira and Tsuyoshi she greeted them and they went back into the living room.

" tsuyoshi , Akira ,it has been a long time " iemitsu greeted them beaming happily and tsuyoshi greeted back with the same grin he always shows but deep down he wasn't happy about this .he already knew that iemitsu was working in vongola , he had chosen the famiglia over his wife and daughter and tsuyoshi didn't like the choice he made but even so, he did not show it on his face.

unlike his wife who replied just coldly and mockingly, rolling her eyes " yeah it's been a long time" Akira really want to strangle him to death after what he did to her best friend and her goddaughter sayuri chan too .

Thoug Iemitsu didn't notice that and that made Akira angrier she was trying hard not to barge at him , and her husband patted her in the back calming her using some sparkle of his Rain flames and that worked magically , and the young lion didn't notice that , well even if Iemitsu had known Tsuyoshi for years he didn't know about his profession as an assassin and that's wired i know .

Akira sighed heavely after meeting Nana's begging eyes , she gave up and nooded at her and Nana flashed her a grateful smile , then the fore of them sat in the sofa .

It was around Sayuri's nap time, so her mother and the others , they were pretty sure that it was 'safe' to begin planning for their plan, which was about our protagonist's birthday. Sayuri who was supposed to be sleeping, was just laying on her bed and staring at the ceiling after she put down her book bored without anything to do, then she felt thirsty and hopped down from her bed. instead of calling her Mother, she decided to get what she needs on her own. She went down the stairs, the three adults were in the living room, she head into the kitchen and took a glass then poured water into it and started drinking, listening to their conversation, it's not like she had a choice since they were too loud. "Hey hey! How about ribbons!?"Akira Said 'ribbons..?' sayuri thought. "hmm maybe, I don't know if she'll like them tho.. " Nana said. "cmon now! We gotta make this surprise party an unforgettable one!" 'party?' sayuri got curious and went towards them, of course they didn't notice her presence since they were too into their chat. "party? What party?" they all got startled and turned their heads to face the little sayuri.

And this how all of their preparation for the secret birthday party to be unforgettable went out the window.

(Wednesday , 11th November 1991, Sawada household , Namimori town , Japan ) .

Nana was in the kitchen cooking lunch for her little family , while humming happily , she was containte that her husband will stay another month , and he will be here for Sayuri's first birthday , that will take place 3 days from now ,that means more bounding time between the father and daughter pair .

For that Iemitsu and Sayuri are now in the living room , the little on was carrying a book while sitting in the armchair , reading well not really she was glaring at her father who was trying to get her attention .

" Sa-chan what do you want for your birthday ?" The beaming father asked his daughter .

" Nothing " the girl replied immediately , her gaze not leaving the book on her lap .

" aw come on , Princess what do you want?I will buy it for you ." he insists.

She sighed trying not to glare at him really it was hard for her , she only wants peace can't he leave her alone seeing that he won't give up pressing on her any time soon , so she doesn't have any other choice , she though a little about his offer , what will be useful for her now ? A computer no he will surely refuse after all , she is just 1 year old maybe she will ask for that In her next birthday , then how about...

" a book " she said looking at him without blinking .

" a book ? Sa-chan aren't you a bit small for that ? " Iemitsu said uncertain of her choice .

As expected ...

The other just shook her head helpelessly the went back to read her book .

Seeing that she didn't pay any attention anymore to him he sighed in defeat.

" okey I understand you want a book then I will buy you one then we will go tomorrow !!" He said regaining his grin , and the little one nodded at

him smirking .

And Iemitsu paled ' oh god not another Reborn ..'

At that moment Nana entered the living room calling them for lunch , today Iemitsu was happy with the progress he made with his daughter , if we even can call it a progress .

(Thursday , 11th November 1991,Furuhon second hand books , Namimori town , Japan ) .

As he promised Sayuri yesterday , he brought her to the book shop so she can chose what she wants .

Now they are in Furuhon shop Nana did not come with theme saying that it's a good opportunity for the two of them to bound , only if she know .

As they entered the store the cashier welcomed them , Iemitsu took the lead and guided Sayuri through the different shelves to the kid section which was just near the entrance .

" now Sa-chan chose what you want and papa will buy it for you !!"

But Sayuri didn't get an interest in the kids books duh she is 27 mentally, the things that caught her attention w was a history book, She didn't know about this world , or where she was , and she know very well that she wasn't in her original world , because there are none Namimori existed in the map of the world , so she had made a theory that this is a parallel world. Now she have to find more clue so she can confirm her theory .

Sayuri pointed to the book that she wanted , and Iemitsu followed her gaze to the history section

" Sa-chan you are still small for them "

Oh did you forget about the you can chose anything you want and I will buy it .. Thing ?Sayuri though ignoring his blablering , she went ahead to the history section with out a care, she spoted the book she fancied she tried to take it but she can't reach it she pouted and turned to her father .

"i want thwt book" she said with a childlish voice with her baby acent

First he was going to refuse but seeing his daughter cute expression he gave in.

" okey then we will buy it for you " he said lifting her with one hand and with the other he took the book from the shelf , then he headed to the cashier .

The lady cashier who noticed the cute sayuri cooed at her "what a cute girl! What's your name little one?" But Sayuri just ignored her. The lady felt awkward and turned to the man "ah-ahaha.. Is she your daughter? She looks so cute!" just when Iemitsuwas about to answer her, he got cut off by Sayuri. "Baka-Mitsu, lets go."

"yes yes." he paid for the book and went outside with her still in his arms.

The cashier lady came into a conclusion, misunderstanding them. "ah looks like he was her Butler, not her father! How embarrassing, I mistook them!"

(thursday ,11th november 1991,sawada household , namimori town , japan)

after arriving home the first thing that sayuri did was to dive in the book to fiind any information that can help her to understand her situation more if she was really in her universal world or not she read some books about reincrenation in her past life so based on them she arrived to her theory .

after browesing to book over and over ahe did not finde something special it

she started reading her book in hope she can find where she was she is one hundred percent sure that there are no town by the name of namimori in japan but unfortunately she didn't find anything, the history is the same as her past life nothing changed, sigh maybe she was wrong?.

While she was reading, Nana who noticed her reading a book stopped what she was doing in the kitchen.

' ah Sayuri-chan is captivated by the pictures from the books, though looking at her serious expression it's seem like she was really reading it but that's impossible she is just 1 year old hmm if I think more about it not any ordinary child would walk at the age of 1 year old so after all sa-chan is special ... Oh she is so cute ' the mother thought then took her phone to take a picture of her daughter.

today makes a year since Mei Xing reborn as sawada sayuri , Nana and iemitsu along with the young couple Akira and Tsuyoshi were excited finally their baby girl will become one year old , all of them were in the living room preparing for the birthday party wait aren't birthday parties supposed to be surprise? Ah right, they got found out days ago.

unlike the birthday girl who was just sitting in the bed in her room, unfused by it all , reading the hitory book that her father brought her two days ago with out a care even if today is her birthday , any normal kid will be eunthused to celebrate his or her birthday but as we all know Sayuri is not an ordinary child she is more likely a 27 years old woman who died and reborn in a baby body as for sayuri she is not delighed about this day not only this day represent her birth but also her death as she got betrayed by the two she considered her best friends even so she didn't sheid any tears even if , so now she is reading her book hoping that she can stop thinking about her past life , and all the depressing things like they say book are escapes from reality..

she did not sleep last night , she dreamed about the moment of her dying , yeah a nightmare she did not dare to sleep again and see the same dream so she stayed awake all the night and yes alone she does not have anyone that she can share with him her grife , she is alone in this big world after what happend to her she can not bring herself to trust anyone even her new family , all she can do now is to hope and hope that someday she could find someone who will win her trust , some one who will not take advatage of her, or was she wrong , maybe she doesn't need anyone like that , friendship will only bring pain in the end even so she can't hate who caused her pain maybe she was the one in the wrong in the first palce if she only did not cared about revenge and cared more about her two friend .

it's been along time since she celebrated her birthday since her parents 's death she refuse to celebrate her birthday because it was the same day she lost them in that accident ,the right word is murder , she was afraid that she will lose more people .

... if you ask her what she learned from her past life , she will say that family is the most important thing in the world , she have now family , a family to protect she can't just doubt her self like that moving from the past is important thing she have to be strong for her family sake her past and she was given a chance a new family

" sa-chan " her mother called her bringing her from her daze " it's time for your birthday party let's go to the living room , nee?" She said gently lifting her up and together they went down the stairs heading toward the living room were the 3 chaotic adults are waiting for the birthday girl with happy faces.

She sweat dropped when she saw the over decorated room. 'seriously? All of this just for a birthday!? It's blinding me!!' they shouted "Happy birthday, little angel!" she just stared at them then blinked twice before her mother put her on her chair and got a camera with a big smile on her face "Happy birthday, my Sa-chan!" Sayuri looked at her for a brief moment before smiling. 'well.. It's not that bad to enjoy thus once in a while huh?'

and this how her first birthday went in ths world , she was happy that she isn't alone anymore , she won't let anything happend to them like her past life and she have to be stronger to protect her family .
