MHA/SVTFOE - Origins

Warning:

This particular story takes place in a crossover world with various other franchises, I'm just mainly focusing on My Hero Academia and Star vs the Forces of Evil. Might make more content for this universe, who knows, anyway enjoy the story.

Also, yes, I'm completely aware of how bonkers some of the stuff that's going to be in here is going to be but it'll all make sense in time.

Past…

Young Izuku: "That's mean, Kacchan. Can't you see he's crying? If you keep going, I-I-I'll never forgive you!"

(The young boy said, defending a fellow Quirkless child behind him, crying as he did so. He was cowering whilst his adversaries, the young Kacchan and his goofy ass goons, looked confident without a smidge of fear on their faces.)

Young Kacchan: "Even though you're Quirkless… You're pretending to be a hero, Deku?"

(This is followed by Young Midoriya falling over as Young Kacchan and his goons rush at him, beating him up and definitely giving him some permanent scars and burns. However, unlike in canon, behind a nearby tree, Midoriya noticed his best friend in this godforsaken world, Marco Diaz. Marco was signaling in their self-created sign language that his siblings were behind some other trees and that he needed to create an opening.

Izuku, taking the hint, proceeded to throw sand in the eyes of the bullies, temporarily blinding them, as the kid that was being bullied before ran away. Afterwards, the Diaz siblings came from behind the trees, rushing the bullies and beating them up. Meanwhile, Marco came to his friend's aid, getting him off the ground.)

Young Kacchan: "This isn't over, Deku!"

(Kacchan proceeded to spit on the ground and went away, his goons following suite.)

Young Marco: "Come on, let's get you home."

All men are not created equal. This was the reality we had to learn about society at the young age of four.

And that was our first and last setback.

Present…

(Next thing we know, we're in the present where Marco is riding a bike with Izuku on the back, Izuku wearing a black school uniform while Marco is wearing his signature red hoodie. They're heading for the scene with a giant villain.)

Marco: "I like red, I like hoodies, so I bought me a dozen."

Izuku: "Marco, look! That villain is huge!"

(The huge villain in question stood at the length of a 10 floor building and had a rat-like face.)

Play Jonathan Young - Sono Chi no Sadame before advancing.

One day, in 1863, a child was born to a prostitute in the Whitechapel District of London. His name lost to time; he was believed to have developed an increased form of synesthesia allowing him to see emotions as colors.

(As this is being said, we see the child back in 1873 at the age of 10, running away with loafs of bread in his hands as he's being chased by older men he clearly stole the bread from. He would've been caught if he couldn't recognize their colors from miles away, making sure he was always one step ahead.)

That child would become one of the most dangerous killers in history.

(As this is being said, we see the child, now a teenager, skipping through an alleyway after having killed a prostitute, chanting "London Bridge is Falling Down" over and over.)

Not that that part of history is recorded.

This world is filled with mystical powers but this one is the first example of a Quirk User, an evolved race of humans with superhuman abilities, akin to Mutants, Metahumans, and such. As the world grew more and more dangerous, Quirks became more and more prominent. In Japan alone, nearly 80% of the population has a Quirk.

But those aren't the only superhumans in this crazy world.

(As this is being said, we see an image of earth with various images surrounding it of all sorts of superhumans. One of a witch wielding her wand, another of an anthropomorphic wolf showing his fangs, one of a quirk user using his telekinesis to flip through pages of a book, and so on and so forth.)

You have everything from Superhumans to Anthropomorphic Animals to Sorcerers, you name it, and you can find it.

As this evolution began, crime rates rose and as a result, the profession that you could only dream of came into the limelight.

And that profession is…

(Back to the scene of the villain, the villain in question destroyed one of them electric cable towers, causing it to fall down. Cue to the entrance of Death Arms who caught the thing, impressing bystanders.)

Random Citizen 1: "Oh, it's Death Arms!"

Random Citizen 2: "He carries out justice through his great physical strength! The Punching Hero!"

(Cue the entrance of Backdraft who used his hydrokinesis to hold back citizens from getting too close.)

Backdraft: "Everyone, this is dangerous. Stay back, stay back!"

Random Citizen 3: "The rescue specialist, Backdraft, is here, too!"

(Meanwhile, Izuku and Marco were looking at the scene with excitement, trying to get through the crowd to get a closer look.)

Random Citizen 4: "But man, turning into a monster's an amazing Quirk. What did he do?"

Random Citizen 5: "He stole someone's bag and went out of control when he was cornered."

Random Citizen 4: "A Quirk like that, and he's a bag snatcher?"

(As this conversation was going on, Izuku and Marco make their way through the crowd.)

Random Citizen 6: *Over the phone* "I'm sorry, the train's… Yes, I don't know what time I will make it into work…"

(Midoriya and Diaz squeezed through all the civilians so they could get a better view as a new hero arrived. This hero looked like an anthropomorphic tree ninja with swagger energy. I can not believe that that is something I've written.)

Fangirls: "You can do it, Kamui!"

Villain: "Get away!"

(The villain yelled this as he waved his arms around. Midoriya and Diaz finally made it to the front, dropping their bike on the ground.)

Izuku: "Who's fighting?"

(While Kamui started fighting the villain, Midoriya gushed whilst Diaz pulled out a zip lock bag filled with nachos.)

Izuku: "Kamui Woods! The young and talented rising star!"

Marco: "Why bother asking if you already knew?"

Random Citizen 7: "You were the one asking, but you gave a perfect commentary, kid."

(This citizen seemingly had some kind of star-shaped antennae protruding from his cheeks and the top of his head. This man made a finger gun as he lightly accused Midoriya.)

Random Citizen 7: "You're a fanboy, aren't you?"

(Izuku looked away in embarrassment while Marco wrapped his arm around his best friend in the world whilst offering him some of his nachos.)

Izuku: "Uh, well…"

Marco: "Yeah but no, definitely."

Izuku: "Marco!"

Marco: "What? I'm just saying the truth."

(Kamui Woods crouched on top of an arch above the tracks, staring down the giant villain.)

Kamui Woods: "Assault, robbery, and illegal use of powers during rush-hour traffic. You are the incarnation of evil!"

Marco: "A bit melodramatic there, Kamui. Some people can't control their powers. There's no need to make them criminals. Trust me, I would know."

Izuku: "Why are you always criticizing heroes?"

Marco: "Good distraction from wanting to be one. I still like Kamui though."

(Izuku turned back to the fight, deciding to ignore that weird remark. Kamui was preparing to hit the villain with his Super Move…)

Random Citizen 7: "Show us something flashy, tree man!"

Izuku: "Pre-Emptive…"

Kamui Woods: "… Binding…"

Both of them: "… Lacquered Chain Prison!"

(As these words were being said, the wood on Kamui's hand grew out to try and trap the giant villain…)

Mt. Lady: "Canyon Cannon!"

(… Only for another hero, a giant woman, to come in and dropkick the giant villain down into the ground.)

Marco: "Great, now she'll get all the recognition for this defeat even though Death Arms, Backdraft and Kamui did the most work. How competitiveness destroys hero careers."

Izuku: "I'll give you that one. She basically did nothing and then she gets to walk away with all the honor?"

Marco: "Screwed up system but it's one we depend on."

(She stood up in front of the downed villain, the show's camera centering on her butt. Midoriya jolted as lines of men with cameras suddenly appeared beside him, each one muttering "here it is" over and over.)

Marco: "Pervs."

Mt. Lady: "Piece of cake for the world's next hottest hero."

(The giantess stated with a breezy, dismissive tone.)

Marco: "Don't tell me she's one of those types."

Mt. Lady: "Hi everyone. I'm Mt. Lady, and you don't need to worry about this bum anymore."

(She greeted, winking, and emphasizing her giant butt at the word. Izuku blushed lightly whilst rubbing his hands through his hair in an uncomfortable fashion while his equally embarrassed but more self-controlling friend stood there in silence.)

Marco: "… You know, I'm not surprised, but I'm still disappointed because now I know I just put myself in danger getting close to another one of these crime scenes with giant villains just so I can see another one of these bitches who don't give a fuck."

Izuku: "Right, like you said!"

(Izuku said, trying to pretend he wasn't embarrassed nor thought that the giantess was attractive. Meanwhile, the paparazzi continued being pervs and muttering "here it is" over and over, to the annoyance of Marco who was a little frustrated he came all the way over here for one of his favorite heroes to get his glory stolen.)

Kamui: "Sh-She's getting the credit…"

Along with the superpowers came an explosive increase in crime. As countries were stuck in the slow progress in drastic law reforms, courageous people started performing heroic acts from out of comic books. Guarding against superpowers and defending against evil. Heroes were soon accepted by the public, and it was established as an official position. Based on their performance, they are paid by the government and gain renown among the masses.

Unfortunately, anybody can be a hero, including people who really shouldn't which is how you end up with heroes who are only in it for the money and the fame or heroes who use their influence to get away with all sorts of immoral acts.

(Midoriya grabbed his notebook, reaching for a pen he seemingly forgot before Marco gave him one, hoping that they would be done soon so he could get back home and get started on homework because this was a waste of time.)

Izuku: "Gigantification, huh? She looks like she'll be popular, and it's an amazing Quirk, but thinking about the damage to the city that'll go hand in hand with that, its use might be limited? No, but whether or not she can control the size…"

Random Citizen 7: "Hey wait, you're taking notes? You wanna be a hero? That's great! You can do it!"

(Izuku turned to face the kind man and gave a wide smile.)

Izuku: "Yes! I'll do my best!"

(Izuku and Marco had been best friends since childhood and were alike in many ways. They were both highly intelligent, they were bullied for being Quirkless, they have low self-esteem, aspire to be heroes, although Marco was more realistic and let go of that years ago, and they're both desperate for friendship outside of their own family.

They felt like they only had each other, like they didn't just want but needed to stick together, they were closer than friends, they were practically brothers. They even kept contact at all times with a walkie talkie. Good too because Marco was about to blow a fuse.

It had been the day after Mt. Lady's debut, of which Marco wasn't a fan since he was a Kamui fanboy with a love for hard work and hatred for freeloaders. Izuku was at Aldera Junior High as the teacher was talking about future plans for his students.)

Teacher: "Since you're all third years, it's time for you to think seriously about your future. I'll pass out handouts for your future plans now, but… You're all…"

(The teacher proceeded to throw the handouts in the air.)

Teacher: "Pretty much planning to go into the hero course, right?"

(While all the students cheered and showed off their quirks, Izuku was sitting in the back, talking with Marco over the walkie talkie.)

Marco: *Over the walkie* "That has to be the most irresponsible teacher ever, this man needs to be fired."

Izuku: "I've filed a couple complaints but after that got me a couple failing grades, I think I should just leave this teachers be."

Marco: *Over the walkie* "Why are Quirkists so determined to ruin our lives?"

Izuku: "I don't know, and I don't care."

Teacher: "Yes, yes, you all have wonderful Quirks! But using your powers at school is against the rules!"

Marco: *Over the walkie* "No, they fucking don't. Most of the people in this class might as well be Quirkless with how useless they'd be in the hero course. Why is your teacher lying to these kids? It's cruel."

Kacchan: "Oi, Deku! Who are you talking to? Your Quirkless loser friend?"

Marco: *Over the walkie* "Yeah actually. You're that asshole that has a crush on my sister, right? Could you please say some truth?"

Kacchan: "Like how I'm not gonna be stuck at the bottom with these rejects?"

(While the students in the class were getting aggravated at Bakugo, Marco actually praised him.)

Marco: *Over the walkie* "Finally saying something that makes sense. It's harsh but they need to hear it."

Kacchan: "Pfft, tell that to Deku!"

(The teacher was seeing this was getting out of hand and tried to avert the situation instead of correcting his students' behavior like a proper teacher.)

Teacher: "Oh, if I remember correctly, you want to go to U.A. High, right, Bakugo?"

Student 1: "U.A.? That national school?!"

Student 2: "It was in the top 0,2% this year, you know!"

Student 3: "Their acceptance rate's always really low, too!"

Kacchan: "That's exactly why you guys are just extras!

(Bakugo stood on his desk.)

Kacchan: "I aced the mock test! I'm the only one at this school who could possibly get into U.A. I'll definitely surpass All Might and become the top hero! My name will be inscribed on the list of top earners!"

Marco: *On the walkie* "Still don't like you but I can't argue against your logic."

Kacchan: "I can't even call you an extra because you get it. I can't wait until we're brothers-in-law."

Marco: *On the walkie* "Dude, you've been trying to get with Mariposa for 4 years. Give up."

Kacchan: "Never!"

Teacher: "Oh yeah, Midoriya wanted to go to U.A., too, right?"

(At the remark, Izuku's heart sank, and Marco could be heard slapping his forehead.)

Marco: "Yeah, I'm just going to check on you in an hour if you're even alive by then. They're calling me to the principal's office."

Izuku: *Absolutely falling apart on the spot* "Al-Alright, s-see ya later."

(Izuku felt as if he were about to die. Everybody in the class began laughing at him, making Izuku feel smaller and more embarrassed. However, Izuku, having a nasty habit of not letting go, prepared to defend his position.)

Student 1: "Huh? Midoriya? No way!"

Student 2: "You can't get into the hero course just by studying!"

Izuku: "Th-They got rid of that rule! There's just no precedent…"

(Izuku realized the minute that came out of his mouth, with him no longer being backed up by Marco, that he was asking for an altercation with the hyperaggressive Quirkist sitting mere feet away from him. Bakugo, in a complete asshole move, went up to Midoriya's desk and blew it up, blasting Izuku back but avoiding giving him another burn.)

Kacchan: "Hey, Deku! You're below the rejects! You're Quirkless! How can you even stand in the same ring as me?"

Izuku: "No, wait, Kacchan! It's not like I'm trying to compete with you or anything!"

(Izuku scooted against the wall while Kacchan's hands were still smoking from producing explosions from his hands because you know, fire.)

Izuku: "Believe me! It's just that it's been my goal ever since I was little. And well… I won't know unless I try…"

Kacchan: "What do ya mean, unless you try?! Are you taking the test for fun?! What the hell can you do? You're Quirkless!"

(Izuku looked down in sadness. Kacchan was right. It was pointless.)

(As Marco was walking to the principal's office, although he took some pride in being called in, that small part of his brain that controlled his fight or flight response was a bit apprehensive about being called in. Sure, he wanted to give off the appearance of being some sort of misunderstood bad boy but that was mostly out of insecurity, he didn't want to actually deal with the consequences.

His older sister was a juvenile delinquent. She smoked frequently when nobody was around, got into fights with people for no reason, had a large collection of bladed weapons, and was despised for it by everybody around her. Marco didn't want that.

There he goes overthinking again.

Marco arrived outside of the office, seeing his principal there. Skeeves. Marco didn't like him. He was a greedy dickhead who'd start talking shit as soon as Marco began walking away. Another Quirkist. Same old.

The second person he noticed was a girl of about his age. She had fair skin, light blue eyes and long blonde hair that went down to her knees. She had light pink hearts on her cheeks, presumably because of her Quirk.

She was fine as hell.

Putting those thoughts aside, Marco instead turned to Skeeves, waiting for him to say something.)

Skeeves: "Ah yes, Diaz! I want you to meet our new foreign exchange student – Star Butterfly."

(Star was pressing the button on a water fountain. To Marco's confusion, when a spout of water appeared out of the fountain, you know, its function, the girl backed away in fear and growled at it.)

Marco: "What in the Chicken Little?"

Skeeves: "I need a responsible, never-take-chances type to keep an eye on her, and who better than you, the safe kid?"

Marco: "What?! No-no-no-no! I am completely wrong for this. I'm a misunderstood bad boy."

(Skeeves, having no respect for Marco, emasculated him by pinching his cheek. Aside from being inappropriate, it's also a fucking dick move.)

Skeeves: "You're adorable! Now I'm off to the ice cream shop. Daddy's getting all 52 flavors!"

(Skeeves proceeded to walk away, muttering things to himself Marco didn't want to know anything about. He decided to avert his attention to Star who was… trying to eat the water fountain?

This was going to be a total bust.)
