This chapter is set before Jeff goes missing in November 2057.
While flying back to Tracy Island, Virgil looked over at Jamine, who was sleeping in a co-pilot chair and then looked back to the sky. Finally, after an hour and a half of flying, they reached Tracy island.
" This Thunderbird 2 is coming in for a landing", Virgill said over the radio.
" Hello, son, I have Scott and John waiting in Thunderbird 2 hanger to help you carry Jamien back in the house", Jeff said over the radio to Virgil.
" F.A.B", Virgil said, then turned off the radio.
Thunderbird 2, lined up with the palm tree runway, came for landing. Thunderbird 2 touched down and went into its hangar, where Scott and John waited to help Virgil carry Jamien back inside. Thunderbird 2 stopped, and Virgil turned off the engines. Thunderbird 2 dropped the pod. It was moving, and the pod door opened. When the pod door opened, Virgil stood there with Jamine in his arms. Both Scott and John walked up to Virgil.
" We put Jamien's dog bed in your room while you were gone", John said to Virgil.
" Thanks. Can one of you bring my phone and wallet," Virgil asked his brothers.
" Sure, where is it," Scott said, looking at Virgil.
" It is sitting on the dashboard of Thunderbird 2", Virgil answered Scott's question.
Scott ran into the pod and went into the thunderbird two cockpits; John and Virgil walked into the villa and went up into Virgil's bedroom. Virgil carried Jamien over to his bed and layed Jamien down on the bed. Virgil sat down next to Jamien and started patting him. John, still standing in the doorway, looked at Virgil and Jamine.
" You good, Virgil," John asked Virgil.
" Yeah, I am good, thanks", Virgil said to John.
Scott walked into the room with Virgil's phone and wallet.
" Where should I put your phone and wallet, Virgil," Scott said, waiting for Virgil to answer.
Virgil says nothing but points over to his desk. Scott walked over and placed Virgil's phone and wallet on it. John and Scott both left Virgil alone with Jamien in his room. Jeff entered the room and stood in the doorway, looking at Virgil and Jamien sitting on the bed.
" How is your baby boy doing," Jeff asked Virgil while standing in the doorway.
" He's doing good, dad", Virgil answered his dad's question.
Jeff walked over to the bed and sat next to Virgil; Jeff placed his left hand on Virgil's left shoulder.
" Thank you, dad", Virgil said while a tear ran down his face.
Jeff wipes away Virgil's tears and looks at his son. Then, Jeff stood up, walked over to the door, and stopped in the middle of the door.
" Plus, I love Jamien more than the other wolves", Jeff said while leaving the room.
Virgil smiled and layed down on the bed with Jamien and fell asleep.
