It is the 15th of April, and Virgil had laparoscopic surgery on the 25th of March and has fully recovered from surgery. So it's four days into Jamien's birthday on the 19th of April.
It's been 3 weeks since Virgil went to the hospital with his appendix. In the afternoon, the boys were hanging out in the lounge room. Alan and Gordon were playing a game of pool, and Scott was reading a book on the sofa. Jamien and Snowy both walked into the lounge room together, Snowy walked over to Scott on the sofa, but Jamien headed straight for the piano and lay down under it. Scott stopped reading and turned around to look at poor Jamien. Scott sight when he saw Jamien. Scott felt his phone go off in his back pocket. Scott reached for his phone and answered the caller.
" Hello, this is Scott", Scott said the caller.
" Hello Scott, this is Rachel from the Hospital", Rachel said to Scott over the phone.
" How is Virgil Tracy, my brother, today? Scott asked Rachel.
" Virgil is doing well that he can go home", Rachel replied to Scott's question.
" That's great to hear; I will be there in an hour to pick him up", Scott replied to Rachel.
" We will call you if things change with him, ok," Rachel said to Scott.
" Sure, I understand. Thank you, Rachel", Scott said to Rachel.
" No problem, thanks, Scott; see you soon", Rachel said, then hang up the phone.
Scott turned off his phone. Scott turned around to look at Jamien, who was still lying down under the piano. Scott put the book down and got up off the sofa, and walked over to Jamien. Jamien heard Scott get up for the sofa. Jamien watched Scott walked over to him and sat down in front of him.
" Jamien, I am going to get your father", Scott said to Jamien while patting him on the head.
Jamien fitted his head up and placed his head back down on Scott's lap.
" Come on, Jamien, you can come with me to pick up Virgil", Scott said while looking down at Jamien.
Scott stood up and walked over to his launchpad in the lounge room. Jamien watched Scott but don't move an inch.
" Jamien came here", Scott said while looking at Jamien.
Jamien jumped to his feet and ran over to Scott, and sat down in front of him in the launchpad, Scott laughed, and the launchpad moved down to Thunderbird one.
Inside Thunderbird one, Scott was sitting in the pilot seat, and Jamien was cuddled up on his lap. It tokes Thunderbird 20 minutes to reach the hospital that Virgil was at. Scott got out of thunderbird one and walked into the building. Jamien stayed in thunderbird one waiting for Scott to come back. Jamien jump up on the pilot seat and layed down.
15 minutes later, Jamien heard someone coming to thunderbird one. Jamien sat up in the seat and was listening to what happened to go on outside the ship. Thunderbird one's bay door open and Scott climbed back into Thunderbird one. Scott walked over to the pilot seat and saw that Jamien was sitting in it. Scott sighed when he saw Jamien sitting in his chair. Jamien heard Scott sigh and look up at Scott, who was standing next to him.
" Jamien, move please", Scott asked Jamien.
Jamien jumped off the chair and turned around to sit in Snowy's dog bed inside thunderbird one. When he did, Jamien stopped and sniffed the air. Scott turned around and watched Jamien.
" Ok, you come now", Scott said to the person outside the ship.
Jamien looks at the bay doors still open. Jamien heard someone climbing up the leader into thunderbird one. The person reached the opening of the bay doors. Jamien jumped out of the dog bed and was wagging his and whine at the person. It was Virgil; Jamien was so happy to see him again.
" I miss you too, Jamien", Virgil said while looking at how crazy Jamien was.
Scott closed the bay doors and walked over to the pilot seat, and sat down. Virgil sat down in the seat behind Scott; Jamien jumped up on Virgil's lap and cuddled up against him until they got back to Tracy Island.
