12:00pm
Virgil waked up and changed his clothes. Virgil strips down his plants and boxers and put on clean boxers and black jeans. Also, he stripped off his PJ top and walked over to the tallboy in his hotel room and open the drawers that had his t-shirts. Virgil pulled out a white short sleeve t-shirt, placed it over his head, and pulled it down to his jeans. Then, Virgil walked out of the bedroom and into the living room and kitchen. When Virgil walked into the living, he found Jamien still sleeping on the couch. Virgil walked into the kitchen and turned on the coffee machine when Jamien woke up and watched what Virgil was doing in the kitchen.
" Good morning, Jamien", Virgil said while looking over at Jamien waiting for his coffee.
Jamien stood up on the couch, did a yawn and a big stretch, then jumped off the couch and walked to Virgil.
" Yes, I am going your breakfast ready, Jamien", Virgil said while gabbing out Jamien's food bowl out of the sink.
Virgil placed Jamien's bowl on the kitchen counter and opened the fridge. Virgil pulled out the plastic bag with deer heart cut up and pounded the meat into Jamien's bowl. When the bowl was full of meat Virgil pick up the bowl and carried it out to the balcony. Jamien follow behind Virgil and wait for him to place the bowl on the ground. Instead, Virgil steps out on the balcony and turns around to look at Jamien.
" Jamien sat", Virgil said to Jamien.
Jamien sat and looked at Virgil.
" Good Boy, here's your breakfast", Virgil said to Jamien.
Virgil placed the bowl on the ground. Jamien watches Virgil but waits for the okay from Virgil to eat.
" Okay, Jamien", Virgil said again to Jamien.
Jamien looked at Virgil, then the food and dashed to the bowl, and started eating. Virgil looked down at Jamien and walked back into the hotel lounge room and back into the kitchen. When Virgil walked back into the kitchen, he started making his own breakfast and reading the newspaper.
1:00pm
Virgil and Jamien were in the car driving to meet Virgil's friends at central park. It took 9 minutes for Virgil and Jamien to reach Park Towers South Apartment building where the friends were living at. Finally, Virgil packs the car, cross the road and call up his friends.
" Hello", The person on the phone said.
" Hello Jackson", Virgil answered with a smile on his face.
" Hello Virgil", Jackson replied.
" I am just outside of the building waiting", Virgil said and stop.
" We are just entering the lobby now", Jackson replied to Virgil.
" Right, see you outside", Virgil said over the phone and hung up.
Virgil opens his door and steps out of the car. When Virgil step out of the car, he turned around back to the car and call for Jamien. Jamien had fallen asleep on the drive over, and when Virgil call his name. Poor Jamien wake up scared and worried that something happened while he was sleeping. Jamien then yawns and look at Virgil with half-closed eyes and a tired look.
" Fine, stay in the car then, Jamien", Virgil said while turning away for Jamien.
When Jackson walked out of the building, he saw Virgil lending up against the car door with another door half door.
" Yeah, Virgil", Jackson yelled out.
Virgil looks over in the direction that he heard the voice.
" Yeah, Jackson, where's Tyler? Virgil asked Jackson.
" He is still upstairs, locking up the apartment. He will be down in 2 minutes", Jackson replied to Virgil.
" Oh, okay, we will wait for him", Virgil said while lending up against the car door again.
Jackson walked closer to the car and saw Jamien looking at him through the window.
" mmm, Virgil", Jackson said while touching Virgil on the shoulder.
" Yes", Virgil answered and turned to look at Jackson.
" Who's that in the backseat of the car," Jackson asked Virgil.
" Oh yes, that is my pet Jamien. He is a grey wolf, but we did a DNA test on him and found that he is a 10% German Shepherd; that's where he gets the golden colour coat from", Virgil answered Jackson.
" Is he friendly?" Jackson said with a little scared tone to his voice.
" Didn't know why don't you find out" Virgil while opening the half door.
Jamien jumped out of the car and started sniffing Jackson pants and shoes. Virgil looks at Jackson's face; poor Jackson was scared and was watching Jamien like a hawk. When Jamien stop, he turns around to face Virgil and saw someone behind Virgil. Jamien started growling at the person behind Virgil.
" What is it, Jamien" Virgil while looking at Jamien.
" Yeah, Virgil", Tyler said behind Virgil.
Virgil jumped in fear and turned around to face Tyler.
" Got you", Tyler said in a silly voice.
" You did", Virgil replied.
Jamien stopped growling and sat down with a confused look on his face. But besides that, everyone was ready for a walk around the central park.
6:00pm
Virgil and Jamien were back at their hotel. Virgil was in the kitchen getting dinner ready When he heard his phone ring. Virgil stopped cutting the vegetables and washed his hands, and walked over to the phone. Virgil picked up the phone and answered it.
" Hello", Virgil said to the person on the phone.
" Hello, brother", Scott answered over the phone.
" Hello, big brother", Virgil replied.
" So, how was your day? Virgil asks Scott.
" Hold on. I will show you", Scott said and hung up.
Virgil was confused about what Scott was doing. When his laptop ring with an email from Scott. Virgil walked over to his laptop and opened it. Virgil saw the email with a Zoom link and click on it. The zoom app opens up, and both boys could see each other.
" So you were asking how was my day," Scott said to Virgil in his pyjamas, laying on the couch in the lounge room.
" Lazy, I see", Virgil said to Scott.
" Yes, but how was your day? Scott asked Virgil.
" Good, I caught up with Tyler Smith and Jackson Harrison", Virgil answered.
" I remember those two", Scott answered.
" We walked around central park, and then we walked around in time square too", Virgil said to Scott.
" That's a long walk. How did Jamien go on that walk? Scott asked Virgil.
Virgil looks away from the screen and looks down at Jamien on the floor, sleeping.
" Well, I will show you", Virgil answered.
Virgil flipped the camera to show Jamien sleeping on the floor.
" I see he did well", Scott replied.
Virgil flipped the camera back around to face him.
" What you got planned for tomorrow? Scott asked Virgil.
" Will I thought I would go to empire state building, the statue of liberty, and the 9/11 memorial museum", Virgil replied to Scott.
Virgil and Scott's talk instil 8:30 pm. After that, Virgil got to take away for Jamien and him and watch a movie. Finally, at 11 pm, Virgil went to bed, and Jamien followed Virgil to bed.
I am sorry for the wait. I am have been busy with life. However, the chapter will be back at Tracy Island with Virgil and Jamien back home.
