12 pm
The next day at the range. Alan, John and Virgil were outside with the wolves. Alan was standing on the horse ring that concerted onto the stable. John came out of the stable with two horses following behind him. John reached where Alan was standing and handed him a horse. Virgil walked out of the front door with wolves following behind him. Virgil was walking over to where John and Alan were, and the wolves followed but were looking at the horses. Finally, Virgil reached the riding ring where John and Alan were with the horses, and Virgil opened the gate leading into the pen and entered.
" What you two doing? Virgil asked.
" John is taking me out on a riding lesson with Venus", Alan answered.
John climbed up on his horse and rode over next to Alan.
" Okay, well, I watch and keep an eye on the both of you", Virgil answered while turning around and leaving the riding ring.
Virgil walked back through the gate and closed it behind him. Virgil noticed that the wolves were nowhere in sight. Virgil looked to his right and saw all five wolves lying under a big tree. Virgil let out a little laugh while walking over to the wolves. Virgil reached where the wolves were lying down and sat down in the middle of the wolves. Virgil had Jamien to his right, Bridget was to his left, and Snowy was lying behind Virgil with Spikey cruddled up against her with his head resting on her back. John and Alan started riding and jumping over obstacles. When Alan lined up with the jumped and started galloping towards the jump. Virgil was sitting with wolves and was taking photos of John and Alan riding their horses. Alan did the jumped and landed the jumped and started trotting over to John.
John was next to do the jump. Bridget and Jamien looked over where the horses were and started watching every move. John's horse did the jump and trotted back over to Alan for the following obstacles. The next obstacle was the tripe bar jumps. John went first, and then Alan followed. After they both did their jumps, Bridget and Jamien got up and walked over to the ring. Virgil keeps an eye on them. After that, John and Alan were galloping around the ring.
Virgil stood up and walked to the ring with the other wolves following behind him. Bridget and Jamien had their heads through the fence. Bridget was whining, and Jamien's tail was wiggling fast. Virgil saw that John and Alan both climbed off their horses.
" Yeah, John, I am coming in with the wolves", Virgil said while standing at the excellent leading into the ring.
" Okay", John answered.
" Wait. Are the horses okay with the wolves? Alan answered his older brothers.
" Yes. The horses have met the wolves before", John answered Alan.
Virgil opened the gate. Bridget and Jamien were the first in and slowly walked up to the horses. Bridget went up to Alan's horse Venus, and Jamien went to John's horse Orion. Jamien slowly moved closer to Orion. Orion lowed his head to look at Jamien. Jamien sat down and started sniffing Orion's face. Orion was sniffing Jamien, and Orion licked Jamien. Jamien looked over at Virgil, then looked back at Orion and gave him a lick on his nose. Jamien stood to his feet, moved away from Orion, and went to Venus. Venus is younger than Orion, and Jamien walks up to Venus. Jamien was in front of Venus, and Venus made a nose. Then, Jamien did a play bow. Venus trotted away from Jamien, but Jamien didn't understand and sat down in the mud.
" Bridget Jamien came on ", Virgil said while holding the gate open.
Bridget and Jamien ran out of the ring and started chasing each other. The others join in on the fun.
2 pm
Scott and Virgil were out in the field that the sheep were held in. Scott was in the holding pen with the sheep, and Virgil was outside the enclosure with Jamien in between his legs. Virgil was setting up the fetch mount on Jamien. Virgil mounted the GoPro to the fetch mount with the GoPro mount to his chest. Virgil started recording and opened the gate that led into the sheep pen. Jamien ran over to Scott and sat down next to him. Meanwhile, Virgil walked over to another holding pen where the sheep get the wool cut off them.
" Jamien comes bye", Scott said while looking at the sheep herd.
GoPro Footage
Jamien takes off, running straight to the herd. While Jamien was ruining the GoPro was bouncing up and down every time Jamien's paw hit the ground. Finally, Jamien ran over to the left side of the sheep and started barking at them. The sheep began moving, and Jamien would look at Scott and then look back at the sheep.
" Jamien get back", Scott yelled to Jamien.
Jamien slowed down to a walking speed. The sheep were leading straight to Virgil. Virgil opened the gate leading into the second pen. When the last sheep, with Jamien following behind it, walked onto the holding pen, Virgil closed the gate and started getting the tools ready. Jamien turned around to look at Virgil; Jamien was to the left of the herd. The boys began shearing the sheep. Jamien walked into the middle of the holding pen. Jamien was lying and started rolling in the mud. Jamien moved to his left side, and Gopro's left side got coved in soil. Jamien then rolled on his back. The GoPro view went black, but you could see the GoPro getting crushed by Jamien's weight. Next, Jamien rolled over to his right side. Again, the GoPro view went from black to a light brown when he did.
" Jamien came here, boy", Virgil yelled out to him.
Jamien ran over to Virgil and sat down next to him. Virgil looked down at Jamien and saw that the GoPro was lying down and coved in mud. Virgil knelt next to Jamien and wiped off the dirt using his sleeve. With the GoPro now clean, Virgil fixes the GoPro back up to keep recording Jamien. Scott was finished shearing the last sheep and opened the door leading it to the holding pen that Jamien and Virgil were in. Virgil moved over to the gate leading into the field and opened the gate. Jamien followed, and the sheep started running out of the holding pen. When Jamien reached Virgil, He sat down in front of him. Virgil kneed down in front of Jamien and unclipped the mount off for Jamien's back. Jamien ran over, and Virgil stopped the recording.
5 pm Camera Footage
The camera came into focus, and we saw Virgil lying on the wooden floor in the lounge room with Jamien lying against his left side. The person holding the camera kneed down to the right side of the boys. Jamien lifted his head, looked over at the person holding the camera, and stood up. Next, Jamien walked over to the cameraman and sat in front of them. When Jamien sat down, he sniffed the cameraman's shoes and pants.
" Jamien. What are you doing?" Scott said from behind the camera.
Jamien was lying down in front of Scott and just looked at him.
" Jamien came here", Virgil said while getting up.
Jamien turned his head to look at Virgil, ran over to him, and jumped into his arms. When Jamien jumped into Virgil's arms, Virgil fell backwards to his elbows, landing on the wooden floor. Virgil hugged his arms around Jamien and started laughing. Jamien was trying to escape the hug. Jamien escaped and ran off.
" How does his scare look? Scott asked while placing the camera on the floor.
" It looks good, and it is healing fine", Virgil answered, then looked at his older brother with a confused look.
" I was just wounding how he is doing", Scott answered.
" Jamien is doing well. As you can see", Virgil said while looking over where Jamien disappeared.
Jamien came running back into the room with something in his mouth. Jamien ran in between Virgil and Scott and jumped up on the sofa. Jamien lay on the couch and dropped the object between his front legs. Virgil looked over at Scott with a confused look on his face. Scott picked up the camera and followed Virgil over to the sofa.
" Jamien, what have you got? Virgil said while kneeling in front of him.
Jamien started licking the object and started nibbling on it. Scott moved a little bit closer to Jamien. When he did, Jamien stopped what he was doing and gave the camera a quick sniff before going back to the object. Virgil moved his left hand closer to Jamien and grabbed the thing out of Jamien's front legs. When he did, Jamien quickly went from a laying down position to a sitting position.
" What is it? Scott asked Virgil.
" It's a green apple", Virgil answered, confused while looking at Jamien.
" I thought Jamien hates apples", Scott said while zooming in on the apple.
Jamien watched the apple, pawing at Virgil's left hand to get the apple back. Virgil placed the apple back on the sofa, and Jamien grabbed the apple and moved over to the other side of the couch, and started eating the apple.
Jamien finished eating the apple and looked at both boys confusedly. Virgil left the room quickly and then walked back into the room with a rope toy. Virgil sat down on the couch with Jamien and played with the rope toy. Jamien watched the toy move right to the left slowly. Jamien jumped on the toy, grabbing the rope toy with his paws. Jamien then grabbed the toy with his mouth and jumped off the couch. Virgil held the other end of the toy, and Jamien pulled harder to get Virgil to let go of his toy. Scott moved closer to Jamien; when he did, you could hear Jamien growling, breathing and snarling.
Jamien let go of the toy and went to re-grabbed the toy. This time Jamien grabbed the middle of the toy closer to Virgil's Right hand. Virgil moved the wiggled toy, and Jamien growled louder and dug his crawls into the floor. Then, a noise came from the other room, and Jamien let go of the toy and went off to investigate the noise.
" Well, he is finished with us", Virgil said while placing the toy next to him on the couch.
" Yes, he is", Scott answered while turning the camera.
