Scott and Virgil were in the lounge room taking. When Alan came racing into the room with a scared look, both Scott and Virgil looked over at Alan.
" What's wrong, Alan? Scott asked Alan.
" It's it's Brandon the bear", Alan said, trying to catch his breath.
" Oh god. What has happened now? Scott said while leading back into the sofa.
" He was exploring the cotton candy caves when his single from his camera cut out", Alan said while a worried look on his face.
" Right, let's go and save the bear again", Virgil said while jumping to his feet.
" Can I come?" Alan said to Scott.
" No, Virgil and I have this one", Scott said while standing with back up against his launch tube.
Virgil walked over to the painting of a rocket and stood with his back up against it. Which tips him almost upside down and straps him into a special harness; his IR garb is put onto him, and the saddle is rotated upside down. The tunnel extends over TB2's top entry door, and Virgil grabs the handlebars at the end of the rail, releasing him from the harness and dropping him into the cockpit. Virgil manually closes the big round door and puts himself in the pilot's chair. Modules 2 pass under TB2 until Virgil gets the correct one, and TB2 sinks over it and is raised. At the bottom hatch, Jamien lifted into the cockpit. Jamien had his green IR harness and collar. Jamien ran to the co-pilot chair, jumped into the seat, and sat down. The rock covering the entrance to the hangar opens, and Thunderbird 2 then rotates around and begins to taxi out. The palm trees lining the runway lift out of the way, and TB2 gets to the end of the runway. The launching ramp lifts TB2 into the correct launch angle, and the wings fold down into the flight setting. The blast pit opens, the engines ignite and TB2 launches.
It takes TB2 15 minutes to get on the scene. Tb1 had landed in an open field, and Tb2 landed next to Tb1. When Tb2 landed, the module lowered down to the ground, reaching the ground. The module door opened. Virgil was still inside the module, with Jamien standing next to him. Virgil grabbed a short leash, clipped it to Jamien's harness, and walked out of the module. Virgil walked over to Scott.
" Right", Scott said while looking at the area map.
Scott turned over and looked over his right shoulder to see Virgil.
" We know that Brandon is somewhere in the cotton candy caves", Scott said while pointing to the map.
" He was exploring the main cotton candy cave", Scott said while pointing to the main entirely of the cave.
"Right, This is what we are coming to do", Virgil said while looking at both his brothers.
" Scott, you with a look at the pink caves and I with a look at the main pink cave", Virgil said to both boys.
" Right, have your radio on", Scott said while turning around and walking off.
Scott And Virgil looked at each other and didn't say a word before walking off in different directions.
1 pm
Virgil and Jamien walk the main track that leads to the main pink candy cave. It takes 2 hours to reach the main entirely into the main pink cave. Virgil could see that there were some people still in the cavern.
" Right, Jamien", Virgil said while unclipping the leash.
Jamien watched Virgil unclip the leash and down sat down next to Virgil.
" Jamien search", Virgil said while looking down at Jamien.
Jamien looked at Virgil and then looked around the cavern. Jamien stood up and started sniffing the ground. Jamien found a scent and looked over to his left, and there was an opening. In front of the entrance was a backpack, both Virgil and Jamien walked over to the bag, and both were as confused as the other. Virgil picked up the pack and asked the people in the cavern if they knew to whom the backpack belonged. When mean Jamien was saying hear the opening, Jamien truck his head into the space and could the scent again. Jamien looked to Virgil, who was talking to other explorers in the cavern. Jamien looked back at the opening, stood, and walked into the void. Virgil finished talking to the explorers and looked back to where Jamien was. When he did, Virgil saw that Jamien wasn't there.
" Thunderbird 5, this is Virgil", Virgil said while talking into the radio on his shoulder.
" This is Thunderbird 5. What's up, Virgil", John said while answering.
" Can you loacte Jamien for me? Virgil said while a confused but worried tone to his voice.
" Radar says Jamien is still inside the cave, hear you" John answered.
" Why? John asked Virgil.
" Because Jamien isn't in front of me. I can't see him in the cave", Virgil answered with a worried tone.
" I will", Virgil said and stopped talking.
Virgil stuck his head into the opening in the wall of the cave. Virgil notices that the gap in the division has some loose rocks blocking the entrance.
" Stand by Thunderbird 5. I have found that I can move the rocks blocking the entrance way", Virgil said while pulling his head out of the opening.
Virgil started lifting the rocks one by one, making the entranceway bigger. Virgil placed the stone on the ground and looked at the entrance. Virgil grabbed out a touch and turned it on.
" Thunderbird 5, I am going to explore the opening in the main pink cave", Virgil said while shining the touch in the tunnel.
" Fab Virgil. I will tell the others what you are doing", John said to Virgil.
" Fab Virgil out", Virgil said to John.
Virgil entered the tunnel and followed the pathway. Virgil comes to a fork in the road. Virgil looked to his left and could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Then Virgil looked to his right and saw the tunnel got dark. Virgil started walking to his left when he heard a whine from the right tunnel entranceway. Virgil travelled five miles down the tunnel when he found Jamien. Jamien was jumping and bouncing around in front of a little tunnel way that was blocked by fall rocks. Virgil saw there was a tiny opening at the top of the stones.
" Bandon, are you there" Virgil yelled into the tiny opening.
Virgil waited for an answer but nothing.
" Thunderbird 5, this is Thunderbird 2. I have found another blocked path", Virgil said over the radio to John.
" I am going to make an opening for Jamien to enter", Virgil said to John.
" This is Thunderbird 5 to Thunderbird 2 Fab", John replied Virgil.
Virgil started moving the rocks. Virgil moved two rocks when the hole rocks came down. Jamien heard the rocks falling and jumped at Virgil, pushing him away from the rocks. When he did, Virgil fell backward and got pushed up against a wall. Virgil was shocked when he looked at Jamien, who was still in his arms.
" Good boy Jamien", Virgil said while placing Jamien back on the ground.
They looked down the tunnel they cleaned and then at Jamien.
" Well, Jamien should. Will you keep going or turn back? Virgil asked Jamien.
Jamien looked at Virgil and took off down the tunnel.
" Good Answer", Virgil said while following behind Jamien.
3 pm
When they found Brandon inside a cavern, Virgil and Jamien travelled about 40km down the tunnel. Brandon was lying down on the rocky ground with his jacket coving his head. Jamien slowly walked up to Brandon and started sniffing him. Meanwhile, Virgil tried contacting Thunderbird 5 but couldn't get a single. Finally, Virgil looked down at Brandon and backed down the tunnel they had just travelled down. Virgil walked over to Jamien and lined down next to him.
" Jamien, I can't reach thunderbird 5 to tell John where we are", Virgil said to Jamien while resting his left hand on Jamien's back.
Jamien sniffed the air, looked over at Brandon, and let out a little sigh.
" I know, Jamien, But Brandon is sleeping, and I need the other's help", Virgil replied to Jamien's sigh.
" Right, Jamine stay here with Brandon, and I will be right back with the others", Virgil said while standing up.
Virgil started walking back down the tunnel that leads back through the way they came for. Jamien sat down and watched Virgil leave into the dark tunnel. Jamien turned around, cuddled up against Brandon's leg, and fell asleep. Jamien was sleeping for 10 minutes when he woke up to someone talking. Jamien's eyes were opening and closing with each blink. Jamien fully woke up and saw that Brandon wasn't lying beside him. Jamien looked around the cave that he was in and found another tunnel. Jamien looked down the tunnel and could hear the voice coming from it. Jamien walked into the tunnel and followed the voice.
Brandon Vlog
" What's up, bear heads," Brandon said to the camera, standing on the big rock.
" Today, I am exploring the pink cotton caves in New New Wales", Brandon said while walking back and forth.
Brandon walked closer to the camera and picked it up. Brandon started travelling down the tunnel. While Brandon was walking down the tunnel, you could hear the rocks moving on the tunnel's ceiling. Brandon stopped walking and looked up at the tunnel's ceiling. Brandon was holding the camera in his right hand, and dust was falling on the camera lens. The tunnel started collapsing when Jamien came running down the tunnel and jumped into Brandon's body. Jamien pushed into Brandon, knocking him out of the way. Brandon and Jamien came crashing down to the ground, making the camera fly out of his right hand. The camera hit the ground harder than the boys did, but the camera rolled down the tunnel about 7cm in front of them. The camera landed with its lens facing down. The footage was black when the camera could pick up by Brandon.
" Sorry, guys. But I found an animal down here", Brandon said while turning the camera to face Jamien.
Jamien moved closer to the camera and started sniffing the lens. The view went black, but you could hear Jamien sniffing the camera. When Jamien moved away from the camera, it had smudge marks on the lens, and Brandon wiped it off. Then, Brandon started walking down the tunnel that they were stuck in. Jamien watched Brandon walk off; Jamien looked at the rocks blocking their way out. So Jamien followed behind Brandon.
4 pm
Brandon and Jamien had been walking for 15 minutes when they were found near a cavern. In the cavern was a little puddle of water. Brandon tested the water to make sure it wasn't salt water. When he was, Jamien entered the cavern and walked over to Brandon. When Jamien sat beside Brandon, he drank the water out of his hands. Jamien started drinking too. Brandon finished drinking, walked over to the cavern's left side, and lay on the ground. Jamien stopped drinking, walked over to Brandon, and sat beside him.
" What? I am tired", Brandon said to Jamien.
Jamien tiled his head while Brandon was talking to him. Then, when Brandon stopped, Jamien moved closer to Brandon, cuddled up against his chest, and fell asleep.
9 pm
Jamien woke up and could hear faint voices coming down the tunnel way. Jamien looked over at Brandon, who was still sleeping. Jamien then looked back at the tunnel and started walking down the tunnel to the voices. Jamien had walked for 15 minutes when he found the rocks blocking his way to the sounds. Jamien stood on the rocks trying to see who was there, but nothing. Jamien looked back down the tunnel where he left Brandon, then looked back at the stones. Jamien tried climbing the rocks and falling, but when he fell, the rocks moved and made an opening. Jamien looked at the entrance, jumped through it, and started running to the voices.
Further down the tunnel were Scott and Virgil looking for Brandon and Jamien.
" Are you sure they headed down this path? Scott asked Virgil.
" Yes, I left them in the second cavern", Virgil answered.
The boys keep walking down the tunnel. Finally, Scott and Virgil stopped because they could hear something down in the tunnel when Jamien came running around the cover.
" Jamien? Scott said with a confused tone to his voice.
Jamien ran up to the boys and jumped, happy to see them.
" Jamien, where is Brandon? Virgil asked Jamien.
Jamien turned around and looked down the tunnel, then back at them. Jamien started walking down the tunnel, and the boys followed behind him. Finally, they reached the cavern that Jamien left Brandon in. Scott walked over to Brandon and kneed down next to him.
" Brandon? Scott said, trying to wake him up.
Jamien walked up to Brandon and started licking his face. When he did, Brandon jumped and looked around the cavern, confused. Scott stood up and looked down at Brandon.
" Let's get out of here", Scott said to Brandon.
" Sound good. I am so hungry", Brandon said to Scott while standing up.
They all started heading towards the tunnel entrance and started walking back to the main cave.
11 pm
They finally reached the main cave and entryway into the cotton pick caves. Scott started walking back to Thunderbird one.
" Thank you again for saving me", Brandon said to Virgil.
" That's our job to safe lives", Virgil said while walking to Thunderbird 2.
Jamien was following behind Virgil when he stopped and walked up to Brandon. Jamien sat down in front of Brandon, and Brandon kneed down.
" Thank you, wolf, for saving my life too", Brandon said while patting Jamien on the head.
Virgil stopped and looked over to Brandon and Jamien.
" His name is Jamien. You met him before at the grand canyon rescue", Virgil said to Brandon.
" I don't remember", Brandon replied to Virgil.
Brandon stood up and started walking to his car. Jamien stood up and walked over to Virgil and looked at him.
" I know, good boy, let's go home and get you to feed", Virgil said to Jamien.
Jamien ran over to Thunderbird 2 module and waited for Virgil. Virgil walked into the module and used his wist controller. It made the module doors, and the module started filling up. The module clicked into its position, and Virgil and Jamien walked into the cockpit. Virgil sat down in the pilot seat and pulled the lever next to the steering wheel, and the steering wheel moved down into flying positions. Jamien was watching and jumped on Virgil's lap and laid down with his head laying on Virgil's right arm and asleep. Thunderbird 2 toke off and started flying back home.
