Overview: The uniform of an enlisted sailor-pony in the Imperial Navy draws it's influences from the west. Their uniforms come in two colors: white and dark blue. It starts with a cotton hat with a white jumper, and blue neckerchief. The band on the hat is dark blue with the name of the ship sewn in golden-threat kanji on the front and center of the hat.
Officers were white or dark blue uniforms as well, but often in a darker shade of blue. They wear peaked caps with a black leather brim, and the golden chrysanthemum of the empress front and center on the cap. They wear gold tassels off the shoulders, and gold epaulets to signify their rank. They also carry a holstered Hamada pistol and a Kai-Gunto

True to her word, the empress allowed Korean-speaking Gwangmu Griffons to serve in the military, and have equal rights. The 'Southern Fleet' is comprised of '2nd batches' of vessels from the 'Northern Fleet'
