"Hmm...it's nice to see how close they've gotten. Mari needed something to look forward to."

Chica was looking into the security office along with Freddy and Bonnie. Sam and Mari were currently...well, you can probably guess. She looked over to Freddy, who's eyes were currently glued to the glass. "Freddy, shouldn't we give them some space? Feels weird looking in when they're spending time together."

Freddy didn't respond until she nudged him. He jumped slightly, obviously having zoned out completely. "Oh...yeah, sorry. Just...never seen her so happy."

Chica smiled at him. "I agree. She is happy. But they need their time alone. Let's go. I'm sure Sam or Mari wouldn't appreciate us being peeping toms, as the humans sometimes say. Say, Bonnie...Bonnie?"

Bonnie was also zoning out. She sighed, chuckling to herself internally. Her and Freddy started walking off, Bonnie following after realising that they were heading out. "Hey guys, hey! Wait for me!"

"Did you hear that?" Mari looked up at Sam, the latter looking towards the door as well.

"I did. Eh well, sure it's nothing." She giggled at his response, kissing him again. She was currently sat on his lap. They'd been spending the last few hours being...intimate, as one would say.

No, nothing sexual you deviant. I know what you were thinking when you read that line up above. Get your head out of the gutter.

Sam kissed back and nuzzled as they hugged each other, enjoying their time in each other's arms. Their heads suddenly snaped towards the door as there was suddenly a loud knock. Mari got off of him and he stood up, walking towards the door calmly. He opened up to reveal...Toy Chica?

"Oh, hey Chica. Everything okay?"

She nodded, smiling warmly at him. "Mhm! Just wanted to talk to you for a minute if that's okay?"

He turned his head back to Mari. She shrugged and nodded, smiling back at him. He turned back to Chica and ushered her out slowly, closing the door behind him. When they'd walked down the hallway a bit and into the main corridor, she looked at him and looked...embarassed? Well, as embarassed as a sentient robot could look to him anyway.

"I'd erm, like to apologise for thinking that you were like the last 3 guards before you started here. I know it's been a while now but I still feel guilty. It's why I haven't been around much. You've been so nice to us all, Mari especially, even if we've not talked to you a ton since you started here and I'd just like to say that I'm sorry and say thank you."

Before he could respond, she wrapped her arms around him tight and started to cry. He was shocked by this. Did she really think that he was still bothered by any of that?

He patted her on the back, her pulling away to look at him. He smiled. "Chica, I honestly don't mind. It's been a long while since then and I don't hold anything against you. I care about you all. I admit, I've been spending a lot of time with Mari and not enough time with you guys. That one's on me and I'm sorry. You're all amazing and I am so glad that I started here."

Chica smiled, nuzzling him. He blushed slightly. He was NEVER good with this type of affection, even with Mari on the odd occasion. She pulled away and let go, standing back.

"I'm so happy to hear that, Sam. We all appreciate you. Even Freddy has a ton of respect for you and he's very hard to impress. We're all happy that you've made Mari happy. She was so depressed for so long. We all were, really but she certainly had it the worst."

Sam's mind flashed back to when Mari had told him about the last 3 guards. The sick fuckers. Made his blood boil every single time that he remembered it.

"I know. I'm here for all of you, I promise."

She giggled, walking away. "You're a sweet one. Don't be a stranger now, lovely."

He chuckled, waving as she walked out of sight and around the corner back to the main stage. He sighed, heading back to the office. He knew what he needed to do. He saw Mari inside. She noticed him and smiled, waving. He walked in and left the door open.

"Mari, I'm going to quickly go and talk to the others. I feel like I've not spent enough time with them since I've been here. Care to join me?"

She looked confused for a moment but after a few seconds, she smiled and nodded. "Sure. Let's go, handsome."

He rolled his eyes, leaving the door open as she slithered past him coyly. "My my, such a gentleman~"

A chuckle escaped him along with a blush.

"Yeah yeah, shush you."

They both walked to the main stage, Mari humming to herself. "Why do you think you need to set things right with them? They all respect you and care about you. You haven't done anything wrong."

Sam sighed, rubbing the back of his head. "I know but...I still feel a bit guilty for not spending time with them. They must get bored here, same as you did before I started working here."

She also sighed, having stopped humming as he finished his sentence. "You're right, we were. But it isn't your fault. Don't ever think that, okay?" She put her arm around him, pulling him into a nuzzle. He smiled, returning the much welcomed affection.

"Thanks Mari. I appreciate you a lot."

She smiled and giggled. "I appreciate you, dork. We're here, by the way."

He looked away from her and turned to the massive door in front of him. They got there that fast? Damn.

He sucked in a long breath and walked in, Mari walking in alongside him. He saw all of the animatronics scattered around the room. Freddy, Chica and Bonnie were practising on stage as usual. Toy Chica, Toy Bonnie, Mangle and Foxy were all sat down talking amongst themselves. The only one missing was balloon boy. Probably still at the main door. He found out that he preferred to keep to himself most of the night away from all the others. As a fellow introvert of sorts, he understood.

They all looked towards him, their faces gradually turning into genuine and warm smiles. They all walked up to him, waving. Freddy gave him the traditional fist bump, the toy animatroics hugged him one after the other, Foxy gave him a "ahoy matey", Chica gave him another big hug and Bonnie just shook his hand. He sat down, getting all the chairs together in the room so they could sit around him. Freddy was the first to speak up.

"So, what's up Sam? Everything good?"

He looked to Mari beside him who looked back and nodded, smiling. He smiled, appreciating the silent support. He sighed and closed his eyes for a second before reopening them and looking at them all, all slightly concerned and confused now. "Guys...I just wanted to say that I care for you all and love every single one of you. I wanted to apologise for not spending a lot of time with you guys. You're all amazing and you've been fantastic to me ever since I came here as a kid, let alone when I started working here. I know I've been spending a lot of time with Mari here, as expected...but I didn't want any of you to feel like I'd been disregarding you."

They all shared a look between each other before turning back to him and smiling. They all stood up and gave him a hug. Even Freddy. They all chuckled and Freddy rubbed his hair.

"Sam, we all care about you here. We've told you this before. You're allowed to spend your time here however you want to, so long as you're not causing anyone any trouble. But we know that you won't. We've all got your back. Anyone messes with you, they mess with us. You don't need to apologise for anything." All the others nodded in agreement.

Sam smiled and nearly teared up. He'd never had friends as genuine as this...and they weren't even human. He chuckled, trying to hide the tears and gave Freddy a shoulder bump, smiling at the others. "You really are all amazing and I am so lucky to work here. You ever need anything, you tell me. Alright?"

They all nodded, still smiling. Freddy nudged him. "Now go on, we know you want to spend some more alone time with Mari." He gave a knowing wink, causing Sam to stutter.

"Wait...how did you..."

He grinned. "I know everything that goes on around here, trust me. Now, go on. Don't let us interrupt your guys time together. You ever want to chill with us, feel free to just come to the main stage. We'll be here as always."

Shaking his head and ignoring the creepy vibe that he got from that first statement, he smiled and nodded. "Sure. Thank you. I really do appreciate it." He shook Freddy's hand once more and waved goodbye to the others. Him and Mari walked back to the security office, Mari nuzzling him again. "You did fantastic. I'm so proud of you."

He smiled, nuzzling back. "You're the fantastic one around here."

She rolled her eyes, letting out a cute giggle and kissing him. "You're something else, you know that?"

He smirked, kissing back. "I've come to realise that."
