The morning after meeting Leonardo and his brothers, V was quick to wake up Jackie and give him the deets on the situation. Needless to say he wasn't the least bit shocked for obvious reasons, but was surprised however about how the mutations of said Turtles and rat came about.
"So TCRI used to be a Pyramid scheme run by these guys called the Utrom. You guys got mutated because of some ooze that came from their Transmat system, and on top of that, the Shredder is an Utrom?" Jackie asked to clarify everything as they all ate pizza together on the back porch.

V got out of his car with the girls at a street corner and decided to first make contact with the Militech woman Dex mentioned. Dialing her number, she appeared as the usual video call.
"Who are you, and how'd you get this number?" She questioned. The woman was Caucasian with minimal militech implants and her long blonde hair was styled similar to a perm. Her blue eyes definitely conveyed that she was gonna be a tough nut to crack.
"I'd like to answer that in person, not over the horn. Name a place so we can meet up." V replied then requested.
"... Fine. First exit off Skywatch driving towards N10. Storm channel under the overpass—Meet you there." Meredith stated before hanging up.

"Both of us are military, so I think we can help each other out." V nodded.

"Look alive." She said to her subordinates before looking at V. "Now, I take it that you're the one who made the call?" She asked.
"Petty Officer First Class Victor Verne. Call me V." The man nodded, introducing himself as he stuck out his hand to shake hers. Suddenly, one of the woman's lackeys grabbed him from behind and slammed him against the Militech van they came in, making him drop to the ground.
"Little fucker! You thought you could-" Meredith started to growl before Ebony appeared and took down the lackey that slammed V against the van. Raiko rushed up to her shared lover and helped him while Ivory loomed over the blonde Militech woman, a glare on her face as she rested her great sword on her shoulder. Said sword looked like it consisted of nothing but bone plating which looked razor sharp. The Militech agent even swore she could make out the lining of a mouth on the tip.
"Didn't think I had back up, did ya?" The Nomad asked as he got up and watched as Ebony shadow teleported next to him. Meredith gulped nervously, seeing that she had miscalculated.
"Um, what did you want to discuss?" She asked, hoping to defuse the situation as someone struggled to get away. "Shut him up!" She yelled.
"Just to be clear, I know where your missing shipment is. I know this because I ran into a few of them myself, and know all the usual suspects." The man said. "I could help you out in that respect." He added.
"Alright, fine. Anything else you'd like to share?" The woman asked.
"In that shipment I need a bot. A flathead model, promise me that and I'll point the finger at your possible mole." He responded.
"Alright. Deal." Meredith nodded. "Got a plan to deal with this whole thing?" She questioned.
"Me and my partners plan to either take it by force or just pay the guys. Depends on how things go." V shrugged. "Ya know I could help you fix your intel network so you don't get a repeat of this fiasco." He added.
"Really, now?" The woman inquired with a raised eyebrow. "I'll think about it. And if you're gonna pay, use our money. No sense in using your hard earned salary on those gonks." She added.
"Alright. That's fair." V nodded. Why would he bother wasting his money on people that were probably gonna die anyway? "What about a virus? Pretty sure you guys love putting those on creds." He noted as Meredith then showed him a credit chip.
"There's a virus that'll wipe all their finances clean and fry their equipment. But, since you're a fellow soldier, I had one of my guys make it where all the money on the shard goes to your account instead." The blonde explained. "Think of it as compensation in advance for any potential issues." She added.
"Alright. I'll make use of this for sure." V chuckled as he took the bugged item. "See you after I deal with the gang." He told her.
"Sure." The woman nodded as she got into her vehicle with her men and drove off. Leaving V and the girls to get back in his car.

"Alright. Be careful of security cameras." He told them, getting nods in return. They then ran off and started scaling the building. "Got an extra cred chip I scabbed from Stout. Let's go see these bastards."
"Right behind you." Jackie nodded. The group of six then went up to the front door and V pressed the doorbell.
"Hmmm, don't know you." A voice said as they answered.
"We're here about the flathead. Dex paid for it." V responded.
"Main room, we've been waiting." The Voice said as the door opened, allowing them entry. As they did, the girls were disgusted at the visages of the Maelstrom ganggoons.
"Place sure is heavily guarded for a food store." Casey noted.

"Same." Ivory nodded.
"We'll need to see it." V stated.
"You sure Militech won't track it?" Raiko asked.
"Can't, wiped all its info with our software. Once it's yours, it's yours." Dumb Dumb replies as he activated the bot. "Fucking tricked out, this thing." He continued.
"Demonstration, please." Ebony requested. That caused the lackey to grin. He then attached the control module and made it start crawling around, showing that all of its commands were executed via neural link.

"That's one way of losing your lunch." Raiko remarked.
"Yeah. Brick didn't hold anything back." V remarked. As if summoned by magic, the apparent boss appeared.
"Brick ain't here. So if you want the Flathead, you'll have to pay up." Royce growled as he walked up to them, pointing a gun in V's face. Jackie immediately shot up and drew his pistols while Ivory brought out her greatsword and unwrapped it, revealing its true form.
"What the-?! Is that a mouth on that thing?!" One of the thugs gulped. Raiko, meanwhile, channeled some electricity in her hands while Ebony got ready to lunge at the nearest target.
Above them, the Turtles got ready to drop in. "Now, we'll all calm down." The Nomad said as he pressed the cold steel of his gun under Royce's chin.
"Will we?" Royce challenged.
"Listen, I know Dex already paid for it, but I'm willing to pay again." V said as he held the rigged chip in the man's field of vision. "Here. Snagged this from Militech. And don't worry, it's 100% bug free." The man said as he handed the chip over to Royce.

"You'll need some training with that!" V exclaimed as Ivory took the last thug down. The man then grabbed the Flathead and control chip so they could leave. "Alright, got what we came for! Let's leave!" He told his gang.
"Got any ideas for doing that?" Casey questioned as they ran into a section of All Foods that stank of meat.
"One sec." The soldier replied as he hacked the systems and shut down a conveyor line. "Okay, let's move. Leo, status." He beckoned as he called the blue masked turtle.
"We're fine right now, and Donnie says he found the real leader of this gang." The turtle responded.
"Have him send his location my way. We'll get him out." The man replied.
"Got it. Meantime me and Raph will get the Battleshell and ready it to Ram this place." The leader told him.
"So If you guys can make it to the garage, then we can make a clean getaway from there." The Turtle's muscle added.
"We'll try that, right as soon as we—." V nodded as they entered another area, and Casey blew their cover when he went charging in, hockey sticks in hand.
"Goongalla!" He yelled as he started beating everyone in reach senseless while somehow avoiding gunfire.
"... Damn it." Raiko groaned in exasperation.
"Scratch that. We'll be right there." V sighed as everyone drew their weapons and started shooting.

After managing to fight through all the goons and freeing Brick, everyone was in the garage hiding behind a car trying to avoid being spotted by a massive tech enhanced dude in a spider mech suit with a shoulder mounted turret.
"Any day now, guys!" V said into his comms.
"Okay, we're ready! Take cover!" Mikey exclaimed. Everyone covered their heads as the Battleshell stormed through the wall and took out the spider-man reject.
"Alright, everyone out! Go go go!" Raph yelled as they started firing missiles at the goons while Mikey manned a manhole cover cannon of all things. The other thugs were in disarray after that.
"Kawabunga!" He yelled as he started firing and nailing guys in the head left and right. As everyone ran out of the building, V suddenly saw a transfer of 60,000 eddies come into his account from Stout's chip. And speak of the devil, she came driving up seconds later.
"I see you dealt with them." She noted.
