Season 1 Episode 8

The Funny Kiss

-Welcome to the fanfiction world of Sonic the hedgehog. A world unique and far different from what you know from the SEGA games and official publications. Where our focus is on a two-tailed fox named Miles "Tails" Prower.-

-At The Far Outskirts; The Countryside Of Mobotropolis-

It was dawn and the sun was just rising over the skies of Mobotropolis. The sky was getting blue and the clouds gave a red and purple pinkish hue as the sunlight reflected on them. Over at a farm there was a giant mansion with a barn in the far back along with a lot of apple trees. Lots of cattle and various farm animals ranging from pigs to sheeps even to goats roamed the farm. A Cluckoid, one of Eggman's badniks perched itself on the wooden fence, inhaled a large amount of air but, instead of blowing it, it made a loud sound...

"COCK-A-DOODLE-DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" it startled all of the farm animals making them all scatter away.

Bunnie, who wore a robe along with a towel over her head opened her window. "There's that darn Cluckoid again. If only it shows up an hour earlier..."

Elsewhere at Breezie's mansion, Scratch perched himself on Breezie's tall picket fence and flapped his arms like a chicken and shouted from the top of his non-existent lungs with his famous laugh.

"HA-HA-HAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" he exclaimed, trying to imitate that of a real rooster. As he was flapping his arms a huge red brick hit him in his face. Knocking him off the fence. "OW!" cried Scratch as bolts and feathers flew up.

Breezie who was lying in her bed looked irritated at the badnik. "For the love of God can you NOT do that every morning?!" she shoved her head under her pillow.

Back to Bunnie, Bunnie got ready and was now sitting at the kitchen table eating a bowl of Raisin Bran cereal with a Granola bar and orange juice on the side. As she was eating the cereal she was reading the back of the cereal box, looking at the wacky activities that was there. As she drifted off to space daydreaming about Tails, a foot kicked open the door that led into the kitchen.

Bunnie jumped, almost spilling her cereal and drink looked as she placed her hand on her chest. "Oh mah stars! Uncle Beau! Ya startled me!" she calmed herself down and gave her uncle a warm smile. "Ah haven't seen ya in about a week. So, how was that lil business trip to the Oil Ocean Zone? Did ya made a deal and got that ol' oil rig?"

Bunnie's uncle, Beauregard O'Hare was a male yellow rabbit who had a white muzzle and blue eyes along with brown bushy eyebrows and a long pair of ears. He wore a large brown cowboy hat that had yellow rope surrounding the top of it, a long brown coat with yellow buttons and a red tie in the front, blue fingerless gloves, khaki pants, brown boots, and a silver cane with his left hand.

He held a newspaper in his right hand and he clearly did not looked happy. "Why yes my niece. Ah got it. Ah made a deal with the owner and bought it for a couple million dollars." he was walking towards the kitchen table.

Bunnie looked at her uncle, wondering why he was upset. "That's nice unc, but why are ya upset?" she looked at the newspaper in his hand. "Hm?"

He slammed the newspaper on the table and it showed a picture of Bunnie kissing Tails on his cheek. "SCARLET O'HARE!" he looked at her. He then looked at the picture on the newspaper. "What on God's blue Earth is this?! You! Kissing a boy?!" he said as he looked at his niece in disappointment.

Bunnie looked at the picture. "Oh. That?" she then looked at her uncle. "Aw c'mon uncle Beau. This lil cutie saved our school and lives and ah was right there beside 'im fo' the picture. So ah wanted to reward the lil feller with ah kiss. It's nun to fuss about."

"AH DUN CARE WHAT THAT LIL FOX DID!" he shouted all in her face. "You needa focus on yer education young lady. Not no lil boys." Bunnie rolled her eyes. "Don't ya roll yer eyes at me missy! He better not had knocked you up cuz if he did ahmma give 'im ah shotgun weddin'!" he grabbed his double barreled shotgun. "Ain't no niece o' mine's raising ah baby on 'er own!"

"Calm down unc. We didn't do anythang like that. Yer overreacting." she took a bite out of her Granola bar.

"Oh trust me. Ah know mah niece. Yer gon' date that lil' fox and he gon' take advantage of you and take YER VIRGINITY! NOT ON MY WATCH! NO SIREE BOB HE AIN'T!"

Bunnie, chewing her Granola bar just rolled her eyes as she rested her head on her hand. She was getting tired of arguing with him. "Unc we ain't doin' no hanky panky. Ah admit ah have a lil crush on him but mah girl friend likes him and-"

"GIRLFRIEND?!" he nearly fainted. "Oh lord mah ol' niece is sinning. She done turned gay now." he pointed at her with his cane. "Don't worry Scarlet. We gon send ya to a church in Alabama or Mississippi and set ya straight. With the power of God we gon' pray the gay away."

Bunnie stood up and slammed her hands on the table. "Fer Christ sake uncle, calm down! Ah'm not gay! When ah said girl friend ah mean mah female friend, Sally!"

Beauregard wiped a sweat from his forehead. "Oh thank God. She was only talkin' about ol' Sally-gurl." he looked at what Bunnie was wearing and saw that her outfit showed a bit of cleavage from her ample breasts, her midriff, and the Daisy Dukes shorts she was wearing. He nearly had a heart attack. "SCARLET! WHAT IN TARNATION ARE YA WEARING?!" he held his right hand on his hat and used his left hand to point with his cane at Bunnie. "WHY ARE YA SHOWIN' SO MUCH FUR?!"

Bunnie looked down at her body and looked at him and shrugged. "Ah dun see nun wrong with mah outfit." she just shook her head and grabbed her backpack and was heading out the door. "Ah dun have time for arguing unc. We'll talk more about this when ah get back. Ah still luv ya." she raised her hand "bye" to her uncle.

"Ah bet Lulumae is rollin' in her grave fer tha way ya been dressin' and actin' lately. But knowin' her, she would'a let ya get away with it." he remarked.

Bunnie stopped and her eyes widened and they began to water. Her expression then turned into anger. She turned around stormed towards him. "Don't ya dare bring aunt Lulumae into this!" she shouted as she pressed her finger on his chest. "This is between you and me! Ya got that?!"

"Ah'm sorry. Ah forgot about how ya felt about her..." Beauregard puts her hand down and placed his hand on her shoulder, much to Bunnie's disliking. He looked her in the eye with a concerned look on his face. "Scarlet..." he softens up. "What about your parents? Ah'm sure they wouldn't wanna see their lil girl like this."

A sideview of Bunnie's muzzle shows as she grits her teeth in anger and soon tears rolls down her face. Bunnie buried her face in her uncle's chest and pounded her fist against it as she sobbed loudly. Bunnie never knew her parents since they had died in a plane crash when she was a infant. As for her aunt Lulumae, she died last year due to NIDS and her death has affected Bunnie ever since.

"*Sobs* I-it's jus' not fair! Why did mah parents *sniff* had'ta take that flight? Why did aunt Lulumae had to go so soon? *Sobs* Why do people hafta suffer from diseases?!" she sobbed louder.

"There there. Let it out." a tear rolled down his cheek. "Ah miss 'em too. Especially mah Lulumae..." he rubbed her back. "But Lulumae dun' want ya to be wearing that outfit-"

Bunnie pushed him away. "YOU DUN' KNOW JACK ABOUT WHAT SHE WANTED FOR ME!" Bunnie gets all up in her uncle's face. "WHADDYA KNOW ABOUT ME?! ALL YA CARE ABOUT IS YER BUSINESSES AND MONEY! YOU'RE BARELY HOME SINCE LULUMAE PASSED!"

"..." Beauregard was taken aback at his niece's reaction. He couldn't say a word. All he could do was just sit there and take it.

"AND AS FER THE OUTFIT AH'M WEARING! AND AH WORD FROM LULUMAE BEFORE SHE PASSED, SHE TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS HER FAVORITE OUTFIT WHEN SHE WAS YOUNG AND SHE PASSED IT DOWN TO ME! AH'M WEARIN' THIS AS A MEMORY FOR HER! YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND!" she pointed at a picture behind Beauregard. "LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF LULUMAE WHEN SHE WAS YOUNG! HOW COULD YA FORGET?! SHE'S WEARIN' THE OUTFIT!"

Beauregard looked behind him and saw a picture of his late wife. She appeared to be in her late teens, a spitting image of Bunnie with the only difference was that her hair was a bit longer. The picture was old timey as it appeared reddish-brown and it showed her holding a Clucky as she gave a nice smile. This was around the time when he first met her back in college. "Oh mah stars..." he took his hat off, revealing his brown locs and placed his hat on his chest.

"Now ya remember huh?" she turned around with her head down. "Ah just wanted to keep her memory alive and follow in her footsteps..." she sniffed. "Why can't thangs be better between us two?" a close up view shows a side view of her eye as she was looking down the floor sad. "Ever since she died you jus'... changed."

Beauregard reached his hand out. "Scarlet ah can-"

"Don't Scarlet me!" she swats. "Ah dun' wanna hear it!" she shouted. "Ah dun' wanna talk about it! Ah dun' wanna deal with you right now! As a matter'a fact, ah might move in wit' our cousins Vanilla and her daughter Cream." she stormed out the door. "Ah'll definitely get better treatment from them..."

Beauregard watched as his niece stormed off. He looked down at the floor sad as a couple of tears dropped. "Look at you Beau... always screwing up things..." he hit himself in the head. "Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!" he looked at the picture of his late wife and placed his hand on it. "Oh my sweet Lu... please forgive me..."

-Mobotropolis High-

Tails' two feet touched down on the ground as he just landed on the school yard. He walked through the front doors, entering the school and headed straight to the cafeteria for breakfast. He looked around looking for his friends. He felt self conscious about the huge bandage that was on his forehead, fearing that he might attract looks or random students are going to ask him what's under it and that's the last thing he wants to happen.

'Please don't let anyone ask me about my bandage. Please don't let anyone ask me about my bandage.' he prayed to himself. He grabbed some breakfast and continued to look around for his friends in the large cafeteria. He saw Sonic, Knuckles, Julie-Su, and Bean sitting at a table as they were eating breakfast. Tails sat down with them. "Hey!"

Sonic looked at Tails' forehead. "Yo Tails, what's up with your forehead?" he poked his finger at Tails' bandage.

"OW!" Tails winced and bend forward as he held his forehead in pain. "Geez Sonic. Be careful..."

Knuckles bumped his elbow on Tails' arm. "Don't worry mon. I got this." he looked over to Sonic. "Aight dawg. You remember that chick Fiona?"

Sonic scratched his head as he looked away annoyed. "Oh yeah... her..."

Knuckles continued. "Coo'. Aight. So she was trynna fight that singer girl Minka... or was it Millie?"

"Mina." Sonic corrected him.

"Preciate it mon. Anyway. So I think he was trynna walk her back to her crib or sum and Fiona found them. So she trynna fight her, Amy comes outta nowhere and tries to hit Fiona with her hammer but she misses and BAM! She hits our mon Tails."

AMY?! She did that to Tails?!" Sonic looks at Tails' forehead in fear. "Imagine if I get hit with her hammer. I probably won't live to tell the tale unlike Tails here." he sweats.

Julie-Su joined in on the conversation. "He was knocked out cold. So we had to take him to the hospital." she looks at Tails. I'm glad you're doing alright little man."

Bean squints at his forehead and looks at him. "Tell me that you're Naota without saying a word."

Tails sighed. "Look Bean. I don't have time for your nonsense. Can I please have a normal school day for once?"

He ignored Tails' pleas. "So did you had any strange dreams?"

"Well. I did had a strange dream that I had robots coming out of my forehead and Sally was there too. It was weird."

Bean looked at the yellow kitsune and nodded. "Yep. You're just like Naota. You're definitely a Fooly Cooly!"

"Who and what even is that?!"

Bean shakes his head. "Yep. I can tell you don't know anything about anime."

Sally, Bunnie, and Nicole shows up with trays in their hands and sat down at the table.

Tails and Sally locked eyes, the two of them staring into each other's blue eyes. It was seemingly hypnotic until Sally snapped out of it thanks to Sonic wrapping his arm around her.

"Sup Sal? You're not gonna be a sourpuss today, huh?"

Sally just rolled her eyes and sat down.

Nicole looked at the bandage on Tails' forehead. "It looks like you dealt with a traumatic injury. What happened?"

Julie-Su had to explain it to Nicole and Bunnie about what went down yesterday.

Bunnie gasped as her eyes widened. She ran over to Tails and flung Knuckles off his seat and sat beside Tails. She grabbed his face and looked at his forehead. "Tails, sugah? Next time call me 'n' Sally so that we both can kick that wench's ass."

"Will do..." Tails, who's face was still being grabbed just blinked twice and stared at the golden rabbit's face. He could tell that she just got through crying and saw the sadness on her face. "Um... Bunnie. Are you okay?"

She just looked at him for a few seconds with a neutral expression, then that neutral expression turned into sadness as her eyes began to water and her lips began to quiver and she burst out crying. "*Cries* No! Ah'm not okay!" her tears came out of her eyes like a waterfall. She hugged on Tails tight, squeezing him as his face was stuffed between her breasts. Tails nose began to bleed and he felt his wound get hotter.

Bean looked at Tails with envy. "Lucky bastard..." he crossed his arms. "I'm green for a reason... with envy!"

Knuckles walked back to the table and saw Bunnie crying. "Hol' up." he walked up to the table between Bean and Bunnie and placed his hands on the table. "Why shawty cryin'?" he asked everyone at the table. "Is it because I didn't get flung high enough?" he grabbed himself by the his dreads and pointed to himself as he hovered above the floor. "Aye look. I can fly higher see?" he flung himself high, crashing into the ceiling. He walked back to the table, unscathed and looked to see that she was still crying. "Oh snap. She still crying?! Aye Bean, mon. Fling me!"

Bean looked at Knuckles. "Dude. She's not crying because you didn't get flung high enough. She's crying about something else."

Sally looked at Bunnie crying but ignored her shoving Tails' face in her huge breasts. She definitely ignored that, for good reasons too. Sally sighed and decided to tell those who didn't know. "Okay for those who don't know. The reason why Bunnie is crying is because she had an argument with her uncle and she misses her parents and aunt as they are deceased. That is the reason why from what she told me."

Sonic looked at Bunnie. "Oh right... her aunt and parents. Yeah. I remember..."

Julie-Su rubbed on the blonde haired rabbit's shoulder. "Come on girl. Take it easy. Things will get better."

Nicole's eyes started to water and she started to sniff. "*Sniff sniff* When my friend's sad. I'm sad too. WAAAAH!" Nicole was sensitive, so she cried right along with Bunnie.

Bean was afraid of Bunnie's crying, so he just covered his ears. "Please rabbit who's-supposed-to-be-a-cyborg stop crying. Please rabbit who's-supposed-to-be-a-cyborg stop crying." he rocked back and forth in his seat.

Knuckles pulled out the Master Emerald. "Aye M-Dawg why she crying?"

The M.E struggled to glow. It flickered fast and glowed a bit as if it was coughing. "*Glows* *Cough cough* I don't know. Maybe cuz she tired of you being stupid. We all are!"

"Chill out mon! We got a rap battle after school, so tighten up dawg!" Knuckles shoved the M.E back in his pocket.

Mina was walking by, looking down at her phone but stopped and looked up once she heard crying. 'Who is that crying?' she wondered as she looked around. She looked until she saw that it was Bunnie crying, but that's not all. She saw her shoving Tails' face between her large breasts which made her drop her phone. "..." she stared with her mouth wide open as her right eye twitched.

'Can't... breathe...!' Tails was struggling to breathe. He tried to break away from Bunnie's grasps but her grip was too strong.

Sally walked over to her crying bestie and gave her a hug as she was still hugging on Tails. "Shh... shh... there there it's okay." she said softly as she rubbed her head.

Bunnie stopped crying and slowly opened her eyes. The mascara that was on her face was ruined due to all the crying she was doing. She looked down to see a now passed out fox with his face buried between her breasts. She released him from her grip and he slid down to the floor. "Oh mah stars! Ah'm sorry sugah!"

Tails, now unconscious and all white had a bloody nose and was smiling as his legs twitched. "S-s-sonic... watch out f-for the red spheres... tee-hee..."

Sally looked down at the two tailed kitsune but couldn't help but let out a snicker as she continued to comfort her friend. "Come on Buns." she helps her up from her seat. "Let's go and clean you up." she walks off but stops and looks back at Tails. "Is he going to be alright?" she looks over to Sonic and the others.

Sonic walks up to his little bro who was on the floor as his leg twitched. "Hello? Tails to Earth?" he knocks on Tails' head.

Tails slowly regains consciousness and sees Sonic. "Sonic... do you know those yellow spheres that be in the Special Zone back when we was on Angel Island?" he asks as his eyes were half closed.

"*Sighs*" Sally sighed in relief and walks away with Bunnie.

"The ones that bounces us high in the air?" the blue hedgehog asks.

"Yep." he smiles. "Only difference is that Bunnie's doesn't make me bounce. They suffocate me!"

Everyone at the table laughed at what Tails said.

Sonic sits Tails up and pats him on his shoulder as he looks unamused. "Alright bro. I think you're good."

"Sonic? Who's boobs are bigger? Hers or Rouge's?" the curious fox asks.

Sonic stands up and walks away. "Yep. You're fine." he looks at his watch and it says 7:59. "Well would you look at the time. Gotta juice!" he dashes out the cafeteria.

Knuckles stands over Tails and holds his hand out to the fox. "Ya needed a hand mon?"

Tails nods and grabs his hand and gets pulled up to his feet. "Thanks Knux."

"No problem my dawg!"

-RING RING RING!- the bell ranged, it was now time for class.

The red echidna grabbed his tray. "A'ight dawg. Imma holla at y'all. PEACE!" he walks off and everyone else follows suit.

Tails was about to walk until he was stopped by Bean. "Um Tails... I think she's broken."

"Who's broken?" asked the slightly annoyed fox. Bean pointed over to Mina who was frozen stiff as she had a shocked expression on her face. 'Oh no! She saw what happened!' Tails gave a nervous laughter as he walked around Bean waving the situation off. "Ha ha ha... Oh it's nothing. She probably just saw something weird..."

Bean looked at him unenthusiastically. "That's the best excuse you can come up with? C'mon we know she saw Bunnie smothering you and all that jazz."

Tails walked away blushing. "Yeah... I'll just go now..."

Bean walked up to Mina and stood in front of her. "Hey!" no response. He waved his hand in front of her face. Still nothing. "Hello?" he knocked on her head a couple of times. Once again, nothing. "She must've been traumatized." he looks at the viewers. "Well who would if you were written to be Tails' wife in a alternate future in a alternate universe?" he saw a shiny hairpin in her hair. He looked around. "... I'm sure that nobody would mind if I take this..." he took the hairpin and put it in his pocket. "Come on. Let's get you to class." he picks her phone up and carries her out.

-Later-

Everyone was doing work in Mr. Vectorman's class, physics. Tails was already done since this work was "easy" for him. As he waited for everyone to finish, he was poking his bandage on his forehead.

*Poke poke*

He winced in pain since he put pressure on it and fanned his finger since he felt heat from it. He was trying to figure out what his wound is and why is it getting hotter?

'Ever since that... situation with me and Bunnie my wound has gotten hotter.' he continued to think. 'It couldn't be my blood heating up from me blushing. I'm not bleeding out at all...' he then got a idea. 'I know! I'll go ask Sonic if he knows anyone who can help me!'

A few hours later after a couple of classes it was lunch time. Tails, Bean, Knuckles, Julie-Su, and the M.E were sitting at a table eating their lunch. Tails pondered about his wound while Bean was drinking from another "Big Slurp" cup.

Julie-Su was on her phone browsing different snaps on the SnapChao app since she was finished with her lunch.

Bean placed his cup down and let out a satisfying sigh and looked over to the pink female echidna. "Hey! Julie!"

The pink female echidna who was occupied on her phone looked up at the green woodpecker. "Hmm?"

"Why do they call you Julie-Su?"

She turned her phone off and placed it on the table. "Well y'see. Julie-Su isn't my real name." this revelation shocked both Tails and Bean.

"Really?" asked the shocked fox.

"Yeah, how come?" Bean wondered.

"You see... I never knew my parents. I grew up in a orphanage. So they told me the story about how they found me at their doorstep with me in a carriage with a letter that said "Please take care of Juliana Suzanne for us."."

Tails cocked his head to the side. "So that is your real name?"

Julie-Su nodded. "Yep. But everyone in the orphanage called me "Julie-Su" for short. I actually prefer it."

"Well." Bean said. "Do you ever wonder where your parents are? Sometimes I do too, but most times I just don't care."

She thought for a few seconds. "Sometimes. I wonder why they left me at an orphanage and sometimes I wonder if they're still alive or not. Y'know, things like that." she looked over to her boyfriend. "How 'bout you bae?"

"Shiiid. I'ounno shawty. All I know is they left me on the island just to guard the Master Emerald. I really don't care if they dead or not. All I care about is making cheese and fire music." he said as he was writing down rap lyrics in a composition book.

Julie-Su rolled her eyes and turned back to Bean and Tails. "Yep. So that's that. My real name is Juliana Suzanne."

Bean looked at Julie-Su and Knuckles. "Say, you two ever wondered if you're related to each other. Since both of y'all are the last echidnas and all that jazz."

She looked at Knuckles and shrugged. "Eh. Life's short ya know? YOLO!"

The M.E glowed and flickered as it made coughing sounds. "*Glows and flickers* *Cough cough* I don't feel so good. I think I might be coming down with something... *Groans*" it tilts over to it's side and shivers in pain as it dimly glowed bright and dull as if it was doing labored breathing.

Knuckles stopped writing and looked at the gem. "Aye mon. You a'ight?" he shook it a bit.

The green gem glowed. "*Glows* No... Feels like I'm gonna hurl..."

Tails, Bean, and Julie-Su were giving the M.E weird looks. Trying to figure out how could a gem be coughing and making groaning noises.

The pink echidna pushed Knuckles on his shoulder with her finger. "Aye boy. What the hell's wrong with your gem?"

He shrugged. "I dunno shawty. But it better hold off until after the rap battle after school."

Sonic and Sally showed up with their trays.

"Sup guys?!" Sonic sat next to Knuckles. "What we missed?"

"Nothing much." Julie-Su said.

"Hey Sally!" Tails shouted. Sally looked over to him as he patted an empty seat next to him. "Over here!" he smiled.

Sally looked over at Sonic who was too busy talking with Knuckles. She looked at Tails and smiled at him and walked over to him.

Julie-Su smiled. "*Whistles* Ooooh~ I see you lil man." she teased at Tails.

Sonic stopped talking to Knuckles and saw Sally as she just sat down next to Tails. He gave the yellow kitsune a smirk. "Hey now little bro. You better not be taking my girl." he chuckled.

Tails cheeks became red as he stammered. "Wha-? B-b-b-b-..."

Sally placed her hand on his lap to calm him down. "It's ok." she reassured him. She looked over to her boyfriend, Sonic and looked at him out of annoyance. "Sonic. Cut it out."

Sonic raised his hands and smiled. "C'mon Sal. I was only playing."

She rolled her eyes and looked at Tails. She looked at his forehead and rubbed on the bandage with her fingers. "How's your wound?" she asked. She felt heat and quickly pulled her hand away. "Ouch!" she fanned her hand and blew on her fingers. "Dammit..." she looked at her hand.

Tails' eyes trembled in fear as he looked at his crush. "Oh no! Are you hurt?" he grabbed her hand and took a look at it. "I don't see anything..." he continued to examine her hand.

Sally simply looked at him and smiled. Admiring him for going out his way to see if she was okay. "I'm fine, Miles. Thank you for seeing about me."

Sonic waved dismissively at his girlfriend. "Don't worry about it bro. She's fine. She fakes her injuries on me all the time. Just ignore her." he continued to talk with Knuckles.

Julie-Su shook her head at Sonic disapprovingly.

Tails gave him a angry look as Sally glared at him. 'You really don't know how to treat a girl right.' he thought to himself. 'If she was my girlfriend. I would stop whatever I was doing and see if she's okay.' he looked at the red haired chipmunk as she glared at Sonic. 'He really don't know how good he has it...' he stared at her and became mesmerized by her beauty. "... Sooo pretty..."

She looked at him. "What you say?"

"AAAAAH!" he panicked and stood up. "Umm..." he backed away and slipped on a banana peel and tried to maintain his balance by propelling his tails, but it caused him to fall forward on his seat right on his wound. "OWW...!" he got on his knees and curled into a ball and held his forehead in pain.

Sally got up from her seat and kneeled next to him. She placed her hand on his head as he covered his forehead in pain. "Miles. Miles?" she tried to get his attention. "Miles, listen to me."

Tails fought through the pain and opened his eyes as some tears escaped his eyes. "*Exhales sharply* Aah... yeah?" he looked at her as he closed one eye.

"Are you okay?" she asked. He nodded. "What happened?"

"I... got nervous..."

Sally looked at him out of concern then her eyes shifted to the wound he was covering up. "Let me see." she said. She tried to remove his hand but he was stubborn. "Miles. Remove your hand, now." she said in a assertive tone. The way she spoke to him was somewhat motherly which somehow made Tails comply. He removed his hand from his wound which showed his bandage. Her hands was slowly going to his bandage. "Ok now. I'm going to take a look at your wound, ok?" she spoke softly to him.

"Ok..." he replied.

Bean, Julie-Su, Knuckles, and Sonic all just watched what was going on. The Master Emerald was too sick and too much in pain to observe and add it's two cents.

Bunnie and Nicole walked up to the table with their tray. Bunnie looked and saw Tails being seen about by Sally. "Oh mah stars. The poor baby got hurt."

Nicole looked. "I hope he's alright. Poor dude."

"Hey Sally-gurl. Ya need me to kiss his lil boo-boo?" Bunnie asked.

"No thanks Bunnie. I got this." she grabbed the edges of his gauze pad and proceeded to peel it off. As she was peeling it off, she felt heat, really hot heat as if it was coming from a oven. 'Miles what did you do?' she wondered as she was peeling it off. As she completely peeled it off she wasn't prepared for what she was about to see. "What. On. Earth?" she was shocked. Eyes all big and wide as she stared in shock.

The wound on Tails' forehead was bright red, and it was boiling and bubbling as if a pot full of boiling water was on a stovetop. Heat emitted from it as steam rose. It didn't appear to be leaking or oozing any liquid out. It just stayed in one spot, stagnate. It glowed bright and dim as if it was breathing. She leaned closer to it, squinting from the heat as she wanted to take a closer look inside. She got as close as she could and took a look inside his wound.

Looking through his wound, she saw nothing but a faint image of something that looks like a spiraling vortex. Through the vortex she saw something that resembled a gem, a diamond with a red core in the center of it. It had a red purple-ish hue to it and it looked as the top and bottom of it was tethered by something that resembled tree branches and veins. The gem and whatever it was connected to were throbbing as if it was a heart. Sally jumped back and looked in horror as her pupils were small.

Sonic ran over to her. "You alright Sal?" still horrified at what she saw, she nodded. He looked over at Tails. "You good lil bro? What scared her?"

Tails looked at Sally out of concern and saw that she was staring at his forehead in horror. He looked at Sonic and simply nodded. "I'm fine."

Bunnie checked on Tails to see what was going on. "What's going on sugah?" she asked as she picked him up and placed him on his feet as if he was a baby.

He pointed at his forehead. "I think it's this."

Bunnie took a look at his wound. "Golly!" she exclaimed as she jumped back, her hair got in her face. She shook her head to get her hair out of her face and looked at the yellow kitsune. "Sugah. Outta all mah 17 years on this Earth. Ah have nevah seen anythang like that. Ya need'ta go to the doctor an' get that checked out. Cuz ah dunno what that is." even in a situation like this, she still decided to flirt with Tails. "But ya still a cutie tho'!" she winked and blew a kiss to him.

Everyone else observed his wound and was both amazed and horrified by it.

Julie-Su looked in shock. "Aye lil man. I think somebody put a curse on you, cuz that looks like bad juju!"

"Out of all my multiversal journeys. This is my first time seeing something like this!" exclaimed Bean. He leaned his face forward towards Tails' forehead and stretched one of his eye to get a closer look. "It could be another world inside his head!"

Knuckles walked up to Tails and began roasting hot dogs from the wound on his forehead. "Aye mon. I knew I can always count on you my dawg. You a good friend for helping yo homeboy roast his hot dogs." he took a bite out it. "Damn this good as hell!" he was smacking on it loud. "WHOA!" Julie-Su yanked him away.

Nicole walked up to Tails and leaned forward to take a look at his wound. "..." she stared intensely.

Tails looked at the female lynx. "Your dad is a doctor right? He can fix this?" he pointed to his forehead.

"Mm-mm." she closed her eyes and shook her head. "Daddy is only good at inventing machines and fixing them. He isn't a medical doctor unfortunately."

Tails sighed in defeat. "I have no choice but to tell my mom that it's worsened."

Sonic walked up to Tails. He looked into it as he rubbed under his nose. "*Whistles* I don't know what to tell you little bro. I agree with Bunnie and Nicole. You gotta see a doc."

"Yeah... you're right..." he looked down in disappointment. He looked over to Sally and saw that she was still staring at the wound on his forehead. "I'm sorry for scaring you." he told Sally.

The female chipmunk, who was staring at his forehead now shifted her focus on his face as she was now looking him in the eye. She shook her head with a smile as she got up and walked towards the fox. "Wow. Are you full of surprises?"

"?" Tails cocked his head to the side. The red haired chipmunk stood before him and kneeled down to his level.

"I'm sorry, I was caught off guard." she replaced the gauze pad on his forehead, fighting the painful heat that was coming from his wound. "... there." she smiled as she looked at him and caressed his cheek.

Tails' face became red as he felt her warm and soft touch. He gave her a goofy smile as that was a automatic reaction from his body which made Sally giggle.

All of the sudden, Mina came up to the table with flyers in her hands. Everyone at the table stopped and looked at the lilac haired mongoose.

"Sup Mina!" Sonic gave her a peace sign and winked at her.

Mina looked at the blue hedgehog and blushed but shook it off and looked at the flyers in her hands. "Well... I am doing a rehearsal after school at Mr. Senou's band class. I had to choose some girls who I wanted to practice with since my friends are too shy to sing." she gave Sally, Bunnie, Nicole, and Julie-Su the flyers.

They read it as it said "Practice With Mina. After School At 4:00 P.M This Evening At Mr. Senou's Class."

Julie-Su looks at the female mongoose. "Alright. I'll give this a shot."

"Ahmma try this too. Ah gotta get outta mah comfort zone with them country songs 'n' bluegrass." said Bunnie as she was reading the flyer. 'And to get mah mind off of what happen'd this mornin'.'

Nicole smiles. "This'll be fun! I can't wait!"

Sally looks at Mina. "I suppose I can try this. Often, I sing as a hobby. But everytime I sing I somehow attract Flickies." she laughs as a sweatdrop drops down the side of her head.

Sonic, on his seat is leaning his back against the table with his right arm behind his head as he rubs his left index finger under his nose with his feet kicked up on a seat across from him. He looks and smirks to you viewers. "Heh heh. If only my sister Sonia was here, she would've loved this."

Mina giggles and looks at Tails. "Hey Tails. Do you wanna join?"

Tails scratches his head and looks away with a smile. "Sorry... I have to go to the doctor after school to get my wound checked out."

Disappointed as she looked down at the ground for a second, Mina looks back up to Tails and smiles. "Ok! I hope you feel better!" she hugs him and walks off. "Hope to see you after school!" she gives a peace sign to the Sally and the other girls as she walks off with her group of friends.

Bean looks at the female mongoose in shock as she and her friends walks away with his jaw down on the floor. "NANI?! SHE DIDN'T ASKED ME?!" he got on top of the table. "I can sing! Watch this!" he places his hand on his chest and closed his eyes with his head held high. "Mi mi mi mi miiiiii... *Ahem*. *SCREEEEEEECH*!" he let out one of the worst, eardrum puncturing screech ever. Everyone at the table and cafeteria covered their ears as the green woodpecker sang to his heart's content.

Sonic fought through the ear rape and jumped up and smooshed Bean's beak, stopping his awful singing and saving everyone's ears.

"Yeah... we're not doing that." said the blue hedgehog.

"Hmmph." the green woodpecker crossed his arms and turned his nose (well beak) in the air. "You're just jealous because you're not an falsetto such as moi!" he hopped off the table and sat back down in his seat.

"Bean, sugah. Try not to take this personal. But oh mah stars please take singing lessons!" said the blonde haired rabbit as she rubbed on her sensitive ears, caressing them from a terrible incident that just passed a few seconds ago.

"Yeah..." the red haired chipmunk added her two cents. "I hate to say it but I have to agree with Bunnie on this one. You're just not good. Keep practicing and I'm confident that you will be a great singer."

"Aye Birdmon. Don't feel bad about them jawns criticizing yo singing. A lotta folks tell me that my rap sucks, but I'on listen to 'em. Ain't that right M-Dawg?" Knuckles looks over to the M.E only to find that it had shattered into a few shards. "Oh shit!" he scoops the shards in his hands. "SPEAK TO ME!" the M.E's light was barely glowing. "I gotchu fam!" he presses his lips against the shards and blows in it, trying to give the M.E CPR.

Julie-Su looks in disbelief at her boyfriend's stupidity. "Boy! What the hell is wrong with'chu? That's not how it works!"

Knuckles looks back at his girlfriend with bloody lips from the emerald shard cutting his lips. "Oh word?"

She rolls her eyes and gets up out her seat. "Look here." she scoops the M.E shards on the table and brings them closer. "Now all you gotta do is scoop them together and..." as she scooped the M.E in her hands a bright light shines through. She puts her hands away and voila! The M.E is back like the way it was! "Like that! It's back in one piece."

Knuckles becomes all teary eyed and hugs the M.E. "Oh M-Dawg... I thought I lost you." his voice breaks as he cries.

The M.E has a red vein popping above it, anime style. "*Glows* You idiot! You knew how to put me back together! What on Earth is wrong with you?!"

"I miss you too!" said the red echdina as he kept hugging it.

Julie-Su shook her head in frustration. 'He was the one that taught me that. I can't even with this fool.'

Antoine walked up to the table and placed his hand on it as he leaned. "Mon dieu terrorist! Zou can't zing at'tal."

Bean's face became red as he seethed at the coyote. He then shot up from his seat. "1V1 me mate! I'll give you a fate worse then what that Metal Sonic did to you!" he then remembered that the incident that he was referring to happened in an alternate universe. "... Oh never mind, wrong Antoine." he sat down as he thought. He looked at the blonde coyote in the eye with a menacing smile. "But, my point still stands."

"I am ze greatest swordzmin on zis planet zat even ze Black Knight fears moi! I will cut zou in half if zou wanna fight!" bragged Antoine.

"Oh please. Whatever." Bean yawns and waves him away as he looked on his phone.

Antoine ignored him. He looks over to the girls who were sitting at the table. He took a gander at them one by one to see which one he would try to talk to. He looks at Nicole. 'Hmm. Zis fille does not look zat eentersting.' he then looks at Julie-Su. 'Hmm. No. She ees too much for moi. And she looks zike she will rip me een half.' he looks at Bunnie as she is talking to Sally. 'No... she looks az zeef she ees a bumpkeen.' he looks down and sees her breasts. 'Ooh la la! She haz gros seins! I will conseeder her if I run out of ze options. But what eez zis?' he looks over to who she is talking to and sees Sally. 'Oh mon dieu! Eets ze girl from gym class! She eez beautiful.'

"Ah tell ya Sally-gurl. Mr. Flynn be doin' too much of them comic book writin' assignments. He should give us ah break an' let us write a essay or sum."

Sally responds. "Aw come on Bunnie. Mr. Flynn is a fun teacher. He's kind of like our last teacher Mr. Bollers. They're both pretty cool guys and they-" she was interrupted by Antoine grabbing her hand.

"Bonjour." he kisses her hand. "How dew my prinzess do?"

"Oh it's you..." she sighs out of annoyance. "I'm fine." she pulls her hand away from him. "Also. I will give you a warning. I have a boyfriend and he's right next to me." she pointed her thumb at Sonic.

"Sup?" Sonic gave Antoine a smug smile as he wrapped his arm around Sally, much to her unamusement. "Don't go kissing my girl." he wags his finger at him.

Bunnie crosses her arms. "Hey. Ah ain't expect to see you here again after what dun' happen' at the first day o'school." said Bunnie as she uncrossed her arms and pointed at Antoine. "Ah thought ya wouldn' be here no mo' since ya was scared all the time."

He placed his hand on his chest and closed his eyes. "Oh no. I am to ztay. Eets gonna take more zen zat to get ridz of me."

"Shoot. Ah had'ta look aftah yah an' cover yer butt in dodgeball since you was jus' cryin'." she picked.

Antoine's face became red out of embarrassment and dismissed what she said by laughing it off. "Oh. Zat waz juz a diversion. To deestract ze enemy."

Bunnie nodded slowly at him with a smirk. "Suuuuure. Whatevah ya say darlin'." Bunnie got up and walked to Tails and hugged him, with his face in her breasts.

"*Le Gasp* ...!" Antoine turned white, his eyes became wide and white as well and 3 blue lines draped over his head, anime style as his jaw hanged low. He was shocked at the sight of Tails' being hugged by Bunnie with his face being in her breasts... which was unintentional on both their ends.

Bunnie broke the hug and looked at Antoine while Tails was twitching in his seat. "Ya see here sugah? This cutie ovah here done mo' work and threw mo' balls at people while you was all cryin' and cowering in fear."

Everyone laughed and this embarrassed Antoine. "I waz juz um... ze plotting!" he tried to save face but everyone looked at him with a look like "You really think we're going to believe that?" look. Antoine just stood there awkwardly laughing. "Well um... haha. I gotz to go. Bye!" he ran off embarrassed.

Bean looked at you viewers. "Alright now. This chapter has been going on long enough. Let's go time warp to the end of the school day!" he waves his hands around and time moves forward at a fast rate.

-After School-

Students were at the halls either walking or at their locker. Tails was walking down the hall by himself, feeling on his forehead. "Just what is this? A wound doesn't just burn and according to my friends, looks like a portal..." as he walked by his lonesome he looks over to his left to see a certain female red haired chipmunk at her locker, getting her stuff for what she needs to take home.

Then, a male skunk walked up to her and began to feel on her butt. This made Tails irate as veins were popping on his head, but it was short lived thanks to the pain that was coming from his wound. She jumped in shock and turned around.

Sally's POV

She turned around to see who it was. "Oh. Geoffrey... it's you..." said an unamused Sally.

"In the flesh babe!" he said as he finger banged to her.

Geoffrey is a skunk with white hair along with a white muzzle and markings around his light blue eyes. He wore a green neckerchief around his neck along with a purple Polo shirt, khaki pants, and matching purple Nike Air Max sneakers. He was one of Sally's ex boyfriends who she dated when her and Sonic would break up. Geoffrey is a douchebag and a "Big Man On Campus" type guy. He plays for the Mobotropolis High football team and is one of the popular kids at school aside from Sonic, Sally, Mina, and the others. He always asks Sally to be his his girlfriend again but she always blows him off.

The annoyed Sally folded her arms. "What do you want?"

Geoffrey pinned her against the lockers as he leaned towards her with his face close to hers. "I want you back baby." he gave her a "charming" smile.

Sally rolled her eyes. "Not a chance." she ducks and swoops under him. "You blew it. Move on." she waves him away.

"Pfft." he turned his head to the side as he dismissed what she just said. "Aww c'mon babe. She was just a friend." he places his arms on her shoulders as he rubs them as he looks her in the eye.

"A friend? Seriously?" she couldn't believe what she was hearing. She swatted his hands off and placed her hands on her hips. "So, you're telling me that the girl you smashed and bragged to your friends about "using a box of condoms on" was just a friend? Please." she grabbed a few books of hers from her locker, closed her locker door, and walked away.

"C'mon babe that's in the past. I know I screwed up." he followed behind her. Tails also followed behind them from afar. Geoffrey closes his eyes and shrugs. "I know I should've had sex with you instead."

The camera shows Sally's mouth as she clenches her teeth. "Tch!"

The camera then shows his eyes as he glares at her. "But you kept being Ms. Goody Two-Shoes and kept talking about how you wanna "take it slow and focus on your education". How boring." he said in an angry tone.

Sally turns around as her long hair whips behind and she walks up to him. "Listen here." she said in a stern tone as she pointed her finger at his chest. "I don't want to deal with you anymore. You treated me badly the whole time we were together. You kept on pestering me for sex and touched me in my personal spots without my consent. And you kept seeing other girls behind my back! And to top it off, you kept gaslighting me and I just couldn't take it anymore! So I just broke up with you. I'm glad that Bunnie talked sense into me, because if it wasn't for her, I would probably still be your ever-suffering girlfriend and eventually your ever-suffering wife!"

"Heh." he laughed and smirked.

His laugh and arrogant smirk pissed her off. But she had to keep herself together. "... I have better things to do." she turns around and walks away. "Hey!" she looks back to see Geoffrey grabbing her left arm. He looked angry and the look in his eyes wasn't good. It looked as if he had darkness in his light blue eyes which gave Sally a negative vibe. She took her eyes off him and saw a certain two-tailed fox far off in the back as he was standing there looking. She looked him at him with a worried look and opened her mouth. "..." she tried to speak but she just couldn't get the words out.

Regular POV

Tails, from afar saw his crush being grabbed by a male skunk it looks like she is being harassed. He sprung into action and ran over there to them. "Hey you!" he shouted at Geoffrey.

Geoffrey turned his head around. "Who's this bloke?"

Tails stops in front of them and points at Geoffrey as he stared him down. "You leave her alone!"

Geoffrey looks confused and then starts laughing. "BWAHAHAHA!" he releases Sally and covers his eyes as he laughs. "Whew!" he wipes a tear from his eye and looks at the fox. "Who let the middle schooler in high school?" he joked as he looked around at the surrounding students.

"Miles..." Sally looks at him worryingly.

Tails gets mad at Geoffrey's insult. "I'm not a middle schooler! I'm a high schooler just like you and I want you to leave her alone or else!"

Geoffrey smirks and walks up to Tails, standing in front of him as he looks down at the fox. "Or else what?" he says. "You already look like you got beat up, mate. You don't want me to contribute and give you more bandages." he looks at his two tails. "Oh. So you're a freak too?"

Tails grumbles under his breath as he stares him down.

Sally speaks up. "Geoffrey! That's enough!"

The male skunk turns around to Sally. "Hey Sally. What did I told you about talking to these freaks? You can do better than this!" he points at Tails.

Tails' fists balls up as he gets angry at Geoffrey's insults. "Why I ought to-" he senses someone coming from behind. He turns around. "Yikes!"

Two male skunks looks down at him and pounds their fists against their hands. One had red eyes with yellow sclera, dark teal and cream white fur with a tall scruffy mohawk that extended down his back. He had cheek tuffs on the side of his muzzle along with sharp fangs and a large bushy tail with a cream white stripe that extended over his head. He wore a black vest with a red "Crush 40" t-shirt underneath, orange gloves with red lining and light tan volar surfaces, olive green cargo pants and orange and white Jordans. His name was Rough.

The other skunk was tall and muscular. He had light cream and beige fur that matched his mohawk which ran down his back. He wore a black leather vest with ripped sleeves with a matching black "Papa Roach" t-shirt underneath, black spiked bracelets with gold buckles, brown cargo pants, and black and gray Doc Martens with gold buckles. He has a stub for a tail, what happened to and how he lost his tail is a mystery. His name is Tumble.

Rough & Tumble are brothers and Geoffrey's goons who follows him and does whatever he wants. Think of how those mob bosses have goons and send them out to do things, yeah, that kind of stuff.

Rough looks down down at Tails as he pounded his fist against his hand. "Is there a problem lil guy?"

Tumble pounds his fist as he looks down at Tails as well. "Yeah! Is there a problem?" as he pounds his fist he looks up and sees Sally and stops what he was doing. "Ooh! Hey Sally!" he waved.

Rough hit him on the arm. "Hey! Focus!"

"Ow..." Tumble rubbed his arm and looked at his shorter brother.

"Anyway..." Rough flexes as if he has muscles. "You better be tough!"

Tumble crushes a soda can against his forehead and tosses the can behind him and flexes his muscles. "And you better not fumble!"

"For it is the brotherly duo, Rough & Tumble!" they shouted in unison as they posed.

Sally looks confused. "What the...?"

Tails also confused sticks his hands up. "Whoa there. I don't want no trouble. I just want to make sure that my friend is safe. Your friend over there was harassing her and I stepped in to protect her."

"Would you two quit mucking around?" Geoffrey walked up and pushed Tails, making the fox almost lose his balance. "Listen here chump." he gets all up in Tails' face. "You better not stick your nose in other people's business."

Tails looks Geoffrey in the eye with an intense look. He then darts his eyes over to Sally and sees the worried look on her face. Tails then refocuses on Geoffrey and gives him a cocky smile. "Or what? What you're going to do? I saved the world with Sonic and my friends countless times! I'm strong, fast, can fly- OOF!"

Geoffrey punches Tails in the stomach real hard, causing the fox to fall on his knees and eventually squirm on the floor in pain.

"Oooooh..." groaned the fox in pain as some tears fell out of his eyes. Students looked at the poor fox who was in pain.

"I don't bloody care who you are or what you've done, mate." he said casually.

"GEOFFREY STOP!" Sally dropped her books and ran to the fox as she pushed Geoffrey out the way. She crouched down and touched him on his shoulder. "Are you alright?" she looks at Geoffrey with anger in her eyes. "You have some nerve putting your dirty hands on him! I swear..." fire forms in her eyes. "if you hurt him one more time I'll make you wish you were never born."

Geoffrey ignored her and looked down at the fox. "Don't test me mate! Try me again and I'll make sure you'll never walk again." he walks away. "I'll let you keep your lil girlfriend for now. But mark my words..." he stops and looks back as the camera shows his eyes as the background is filled with dark energy and a eerie vibe. "she will be mines one day and there's nothing you can do about it." he motions Rough and Tumble to follow him as he continued walking.

Rough follows behind while Tumble stays behind and looks at Tails out of concern. "Uhh... is he alright?" he looks at Sally. He then looks down at Tails. "I'm sorry little dude! I thought we was going to scare you!"

"Come on you big idiot!" shouted Rough.

He jumps in fear. "AAH! O-okay! Coming!" he's about to run off but before he does, he looks at Tails and Sally. "I'm so sorry!" and he runs off.

"Miles?" she shook him a bit. "Say something!" shouted the worried chipmunk.

"*Groans* ... I'm fine..." he slowly gets up on his feet. He struggles and stumbles a bit.

"Are you sure? I can take you to the nurse's office and oop-!" Tails places his finger on Sally's lips to shush her.

"I told you. I'm fine." he smiles and winks at her. "It'll take more than a punch to the gut to stop me." he hold his hand out for her to grab. "Come on. Let's get you off the floor."

Sally blushes and she gives a smile as her eyes trembles. "Thank you so much." a tear rolls down her cheek. She wipes her eyes and grabs his hand and he helps her up.

The two tailed fox grabs her books for her and hands them to her. "Y-you dropped these." he gives her a nervous smile and hands her her books.

Sally looks at Tails. Not just any way. She looked at him as if she was in a trance. She looked him in the eyes. She just stared at him for a long time.

"Hm? Is something wrong Sally?" asked a concerned Tails.

'Sonic has never been this much of a gentleman to me as much as Miles has been. Actually- no guy I ever dated has been one. If that was Sonic, he would've knocked Geoffrey out with a spin dash then joke around about how I am a damsel in distress. But Miles? Oh he's such a sweetheart. He actually risked everything to help me and I am grateful for that. I like him. A lot... but... it just feels so weird to fall for a guy who Sonic considers his little brother. It's conflicting! A part of me wants to tell Miles how I feel and dump Sonic for him, but another part of me is berating me for even considering about having feelings for my boyfriend's best friend. I know I'm two years older then him, he's too young for me but...' "AAAAARGH!" she grabs her hair in and looks up at the ceiling as she screamed in frustration.

Tails cocks his head to the side. "Um... are you okay Sally?"

Sally snaps back to reality and looks at the younger fox. She smiles at him. "Sorry. I was just thinking..."

"About what?" he asks.

She closed her eyes and shook her head while smiling. "It's nothing." she reaches her hands out to grab the books from Tails but her hands redirects from her books to his face. She places both hands on his cheeks.

Tails blinks twice out of confusion. "Uuh... Sally? You're acting pretty weird." his face becomes red.

"For all the things you've been through all week. I think you deserve a reward." she closes her eyes and leans forward as she puckers her lips.

'I-Is this it?! Am I finally going to kiss Sally?!' Tails looks and he starts sweating as his heart skips a beat. 'Don't be nervous! Don't be nervous!' he told himself.

She turns his head to his left and kisses his right cheek, then she turns his head to his right and kisses his left cheek, then she turns his head to face her and kisses him right on the nose. She pulled away and opened her eyes to see Tails blushing hard as he stares at her in shock with his mouth wide open. "*Giggles* Don't you like your reward?"

Tails just stood there, nearly dropping her books and he looked at her. "Wh-... what w-was that...?" he asked as he cracked a goofy smile.

"That was the "Funny Kiss"" she smiled. "It was a kiss that my mother used to give me when I was younger. I decided to give it to you. You like it?" she blushes.

"Y-y-yes... I like it... a lot." his body trembles a bit due to the overstimulation. "B-but what about Sonic?"

Sally looks down in shame, then looks at him again. "This isn't about Sonic. This is about you." she blushes harder and looks him in the eye with an anxious look while her body shakes. She looks guilty at the two-tailed fox. 'Life is short Sally-girl. Would you rather hold it in forever and regret everything? Or would you rather just tell Miles how you feel and break things off with Sonic? The relationship is pretty much dead anyways so you might as well just go for it!' "Oh what the heck." she grabs Tails' head once again.

"Sally are you sure you're-" he got interrupted. Sally kissed him with her lips locking on to his. Tails froze and he drops her books as his two namesakes sproinged stiff.

His eyes became wide and his heart went on to thump hard. *THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP!* his heart thumped so rapidly that it could even rival Sonic's footsteps.

"Mwah!" she broke the kiss as a pop noise that sounded like a plunger came from her and Tails' lips. She stares at the fox with a smile on her face. 'Boy that felt great! It feels as if a burden is off my chest.' she was satisfied about what she had just done.

Tails couldn't believe it. He got kissed by the girl of his dreams, something that he thought wouldn't happen in a million years. It was a wonderful feeling that was inside of him. He never thought the two of them would kiss.

"Oh. My. God." reality set in for Sally when she realized what she had done. She kissed a guy who wasn't her boyfriend. She looked worried and began to panic. "Miles. I'm sorry I didn't mean- huh?" Tails puts his hands on Sally's shoulder.

"It's okay." he whispers as he gets on his tippy-toes. He closes his eyes and leans towards the taller female chipmunk. His lips gets close to hers and they make contact and they kissed. Sally just froze as the younger fox kissed her. Both of their blood rushed as butterflies fluttered in their stomachs. Tails broke the kiss and pulls away from Sally.

Sally touched her lips as she looked at the fox in shock as her whole face became tomato red. She loved the feeling, but she couldn't process it right due to how sudden and unexpected it was. She saw as he gave her a big smile as his two tails wagged around. She smiled at the fox and rubbed Tails' left cheek with her right hand.

Tails feels her warm touch and it makes his heart melt inside. "I hope you liked it." he looks down in guilt. "... And I know Sonic's your boyfriend..."

Sally's thumb brushes through his whiskers as she rubs them, making him look up. "Don't worry. It's okay." she removes her hand from his face. "I won't tell a soul." she said as she stared him in his eyes. Both of them stared at each other for what felt like an eternity as students walked by. She broke the concentration. "I guess... I'll just go now..." she turns around and walks away.

"..." Tails felt sad that their little moment was over with.

As she walks off, Sally looks back at Tails as she waves. "I'll talk to you later Miles. Thank you for everything." she smiles and turns off into another hall. Tails smiles and waves back at her and walks off another direction. As she turned into the other hall Sally leaned her back against the wall and slid down as she looked up at the ceiling.

'Sally Alicia Acorn. Now you've done it.' she looks down and sighs out a white puff of air as a sweat drop slid down her face, anime style.

As Tails is walking down the hall, he thinks to himself. 'Did I really do that? Kissed one of the most popular girls in school? The girl of my dreams?!' he questions himself. He jumps up in the air with his fist up with the brightest smile ever. "YEAH!" students in the hall gets startled and looks at the fox in confusion.
