Takeo Masaki was in his room, staring at the window that showed the dark night and snow. He was thinking about how they had found Grand Moff Tarkin's leg when the bear had attacked.
The ship creaked, his glass cup on the wooden table sliding.
The door then opened."Sorry to interrupt, sir." Said a crewmember named Befa who was an Imperial Officer, despite the fact that Takeo was doing nothing but sitting."Lieutenant Small is asking if you would like to postpone the officer's meeting."
Takeo coughed."What time is it?"
"It's a minute before four, sir."
He cleared his throat."We'll proceed at five." He told him."Let them enjoy the party they're having."
"Uh...the party's over, sir." He closed the door and walked into the room."First dog watch has already gone out."The crewmember turned on the lamp.
"Do you know the headlines of the meeting?" Takeo asked.
"Me, sir?"
"Crewmember, you hear everything."
The crewmember nodded."Well, uh...Mr. Random Guy reports that Erebus is steady but Horror's bow is up another nine inches." He reported."Lieutenant Small is wondering at what point we should begin moving Terrors over to berth on Erebus. He says we can take volunteers first, so as not to overtax the flagship, sir."
Takeo stood up as he kept talking."And Lieutenant Church has what sounds like a rather pressing report on stores."
"What about them?" Takeo asked, pulling down his zipper to pee.
"He's concerned the tinned food is turning up spoilt, sir. And we're running out of Pepsi."
They then heard a scream and a gunshot.
Takeo and the crewmember went to the top to see the soldiers. One of them was injured.
"The bear attacked us." Said one soldier."It attacked him and left." He pointed at the injured man. Takeo saw that the injured man's scalp was gone.
"Move him down immediately." He ordered. Two soldiers grabbed him and moved him.
"It took Strong!" Yelled a young crewmember named Evans. He walked over to Takeo."It's got Strong, sir. William Strong. It took him. We heard someone yelling for help out on the ice and then we realized Strong was missing."
Takeo looked at one soldier."Go below, and get 30 men into slops as quickly as you can. Open the armory and give them shotguns." Takeo looked out at the snow.
"Maybe it wants us to follow it, sir." Suggested Befa.
Takeo looked at him, wondering if he was right.
All of the men went out into the tundra in pairs of two. Takeo went with Evans who told him about Strong.
Takeo was holding a Ray Gun while the young man only held a lamp."Is Strong a mate of yours?" Takeo asked the young man.
"He's a good man." The young man said, hoping Strong was alright.
Takeo then heard something over the tall ice wall near them."Stay here." He said to Evans. The captain climbed up the wall to see a brown piece of clothing and blood on the snow.
He then heard Evans yell loudly."Evans!" He yelled, running back up.
He didn't find Evans. He only found a lamp and blood.
They all returned back to their ship, none of them finding the bear. When they got back to their ship, they saw the sunrise.
"Man...that's beautiful..." Said Dennis Reynolds, seeing the sun.
The dark clouds then quickly blocked the sun.
Takeo and Sombra were in the dining room.
"So...are we gonna finish the expedition?" Sombra asked.
Takeo looked at him."Are you mad?! When our ships are able to move, we are leaving to find rescue."
"Why did you go on this expedition in the first?" Sombra questioned.
"Because my Emperor demanded that I should. Why did you go?"
"To prove that I'm better than Twilight Sparkle and her friends."
"You were seeking glory." Takeo noted.
Sombra nodded."I was."
Dennis was on top of the ship, walking back and forth as it snowed.
He stopped walking when noticed someone near the edge."Hey!" He said to the man.
The man didn't move.
He slowly walked over to the man. He grabbed his shoulder to look at his face. The man then fell down and Dennis saw that he had been decapitated from his waist.
Dennis then saw something through the blowing snow. A white, furry creature moving.
"Holy shit!" Said Church, seeing the dead body.
"Dude," Dennis looked at him."You said you saw that Eskimo girl, right?"
"Yeah." Church nodded.
"Where is she?"
Befa reported to Takeo and Sombra what had happened to the decapitated man.
"Maybe that Eskimo girl knows something," Sombra suggested.
"Perhaps..." Takeo said."We will find her in the morning."
The door then opened."Sir!" Said a random crewmember whose name was not important to the story."Dennis Reynolds and two others are missing!"
"Actually," Said another crewmember, coming into the room."We found them. They're on top of the ship."
Takeo, Sombra, and Sarge made their way to the top. They saw the young Eskimo girl tied to one of the poles.
"We should kill her!" Suggested one of the crewmembers. Some of them were about to attack her.
Sarge fired his shotgun into the air."Quiet, dirtbags!" The sergeant of the reds yelled.
All of the men then went down on their knees. Takeo looked at them."You men should be ashamed of yourselves." He said."Who brought her here?"
Dennis and the two men stood up.
"Sombra's men and Sarge will take the Eskimo girl to Erebus." Takeo looked at Dennis."The three of you will be questioned below immediately."
The men were scrubbing the floor as Takeo and Sombra listened to the three.
"Random character here was the first to make it to the top of the ridge," Dennis pointed to the man next to him."Closest to the girl's camp. He ducked back down immediately. He told us to be still. I climbed past him and looked. We were about 200 yards away from the girl's snow house."
"You mean an igloo?" Asked Takeo.
Dennis nodded."Yeah. That. Anyway, that's when I saw it was there too." He said, talking about the bear."The wind was blowing the snow in our eyes. For a moment, I thought the girl had built two snow houses, but then the thing sat up."
"What was its size?" Asked Lieutenant Small.
"I don't know anything about bears." Dennis shrugged."All I know is that it looked at me but it didn't rush me. It went south."
Takeo was silent for a moment.
"You three will be lashed by Indiana Jones." Takeo said.
"What?!" Dennis yelled, confused."You can't do that!"
"20 lashes now."
"This is bullshit!"
"30 lashes."
"I was trying to save everybody!"
Takeo slammed his hand on the table."Lieutenant Small, tell Indiana Jones that Dennis Reynolds will be punished like a boy."
After the two crewmembers got whipped on their backs, It was now Dennis's turn.
They pulled down his pants and bent him over on the table.
Indiana Jones then whipped his butt.
"Harder, daddy." Dennis moaned.
"What?"
"What?"
"Alright," Indy dropped the whip."I can't do this. This is just weird."
Takeo sighed."Fine. Instead, we'll make you watch Game of Thrones Season 8."
"But we don't have a TV." Said Tucker.
"Actually, we do." Said Befa."We just use it to torture or punish people."
They took Dennis to the room, tied him to a chair, and turned on the TV that showed Game Of Thrones Season 8.
"NOOOOOOO! Why would they make Bran king?!" Dennis yelled.
Takeo was in his room, seeing it snow in the dark night through his window.
Soon, I will see Japan. He thought.
