Luna Arikimo awoke on the plane and looked around, noticing the spiky haired boy next to her and the bags under his eyes. Why didn't he go to sleep? This was a twelve-hour flight, trying to stay awake for the entire trip didn't seem like the best idea if you asked her. Maybe he just can't sleep on planes? If so, she felt pretty bad for him. She decided it was none of her business when the pilot's voice came from the speakers to announce that they were preparing to land and that they should put their seatbelts on.

Her long, flowing, bright red hair was a bit messy from her nap, so she ran her hand through it, to try fix it a little and did as she was told.

Luna was on her way to Paris for a holiday with her siblings. Her parents were meant to be joining her, but something had come up and they had to cancel. She didn't blame them, even if it was a regular occurrence. They were teachers and members of Anti-skill after all, so these things were bound to happen. However, she would have liked to spend time with them outside of Academy City for a change and it had been years since all five of them were together.

Once the plane had landed, the girl made her way through to arrivals dragging her small, blue suitcase behind her. Once she stepped foot in arrivals, she immediately noticed her older sister. A considerably easy feat, considering half of her hair was as bright red as hers. Her natural black hair had grown about halfway down her face giving her a very odd look that earned her quite a bit of attention that she promptly ignored. It was clear that she hadn't had time to dye it again recently. Aside from that, she looked similar to Luna, except taller, with slightly sharper features and looked to be in her mid-twenties.

"Wendy!" Luna shouted as she sprinted over to her sister and collided with her at amazing speed, wrapping her arms around her neck, taking them both off their feet and throwing them to the ground.

"Oww! Good to see you too, Luna. But can you please get off of me? You're so heavy," Wendy groaned from the floor.

"It's muscle, okay?!" Luna defended.

"I don't care what it is, it's heavy."

"Can you two please not fight in the middle of the airport? I don't think Mum and Dad would appreciate the repair bill and I'd rather not spend any time in prison," the boy next to them complained.

"Oh, Ez. I never noticed you there," Luna said looking up at the boy.

Ezra looked down and sighed at his two sisters. Unlike them, he was a lot more average looking. He had short, black hair, an average height, an average build and an equally average face. He was the definition of the word 'average'. He looked to be in his early-twenties, older than Luna but younger than Wendy.

"Then you should probably get your eyesight tested," he said, sighing.

"Luna, you still haven't gotten off of me," Wendy complained.

"Oh. Whoops." Luna finally climbed off Wendy and stood up, helping up her older sister in the process.

"So, how was your flight?" Wendy asked as the three siblings started to make their way out of the airport. "You don't look like you're ready to dive into the nearest bed, so it must have been shorter than we thought."

"Pretty good," Luna answered dragging her suitcase behind her. "I managed to get to sleep pretty quickly, which helped a lot."

Wendy froze as they exited the airport into the warm, French, summer air that Paris greeted them with.

"Wait. You actually slept?" Wendy asked, panicking. "Oh no. Ez, try to find out the contact information of everyone on that flight, especially those sitting next to her. We're going to need to apologise for Luna keeping them all awake with her snoring."

"I'm not that bad!" shouted Luna, trying to defend herself.

"Of course you're that bad, Luna. You hold the record for the loudest snore in the world!" Wendy shouted in her sister's face.

"I told you, I was awake during that and did it on purpose!" The two sisters banged their foreheads together and looked as if they were about to start fighting but were stopped by Ezra dragging them towards the train station by their ears.

"Enough, you two. Can you please stop being children for five minutes?"

"Hey! I'm older than you, asshole!" Wendy protested.

"Then start acting like it!"

The three of them made their way to the train station across the road from the airport, bought their tickets and made their way to the hotel they were staying at using public transport.

The hotel they were staying at was quite small, with only a few floors and a small café on the ground floor. The beige walls made the hotel feel warm and comfortable for their more casual customers, rather than the white, red and gold, that was typically used for the more expensive hotels.

Luna checked in and made her way up to the room she was directed to. When she opened the door to the small room, she wasn't happy to find two single beds.

"Are you kidding me? I have to share a room with Wendy?"

"Hey, I'm not happy about it either, but we're not made of money, Luna. We have to cut costs a little," Wendy said from the hallway behind her.

"We could've asked Mum and Dad. They would've been happy to pay for the hotel."

"If they were coming, then sure. But it's just us three, so we should have to pay for it, and you said you wanted to save for something, so we went for a cheaper option."

"Tch, fine. Where's Ez staying?"

"I'm just across the hall," he said pointing at the door behind him and Wendy.

"So, he gets a room to himself? Or is Chloe coming as well?"

"Nah? She's busy cooking something up again."

A cold sweat rolled down Luna's forehead.

"You're kidding, right? Shouldn't you be stopping her?"

"Why?"

"Because you're her boyfriend, dumbass!"

"No, why should I stop her?"

"Oh, I don't know. Maybe because she'll end up wiping Glasgow off the face of the planet?!" Luna was now screaming at her older brother.

"Ahh, it'll be fiiiine." Ezra waved dismissively.

Luna let her head drop.

"Will you two shut up and start getting ready?! I'm starving here!" Wendy snapped.

The three of them got changed quickly and walked out into the city.

They decided to get food at one of the stalls at the festival whilst they watched a band performing on a small stage across street that had been closed off from the normal Paris traffic for the festival.

The group spent the rest of the day exploring the festival and enjoying the acts on display.

As the sun set, the group were at one of the stalls, with Luna getting croissants, despite having just finished a mountain of food about five minutes ago.

Wendy looked at her with her eyebrow raised.

"More food? Really? You're going to get fat, Luna," she said.

"Hey, you don't have to go through the training sessions Mum and Dad put me through. I need to eat as much food as I can to have something to burn off," Luna defended.

"Are you sure it's not the other way round?" Wendy asked.

"Oh, shut up, Wen."

Ezra sighed at his sisters' antics.

"Enough, you two," he tried to stop the pair from fighting again.

However, he was too late.

Just as Luna went to take a bite out of one of her croissants, it disappeared from her hand.

"Huh? Where'd it…"

Her head started to dart around as she looked for it before her eyes settled on Wendy's hand. A hand that held the missing croissant.

"Consider this me helping you out," Wendy said, shaking the croissant and going to take a bite out of it herself.

"Damn it, Wendy. Give it back!"

Luna refused to take this theft lying down and aimed at the back of her sister's head with a flying kick. However, Wendy saw it coming, stepped to the side, and simply watched as the youngest of the three siblings flew past her and hit a spiky-haired boy who had the misfortune to be standing there at that moment.

"Touma!" a girl with short, brown hair shouted. Clearly, that was the name of the boy Luna had just kicked in the face. Luna, realising that she had just kicked a random, innocent boy in the face could only say one thing.

"Oops."

The brown-haired girl, seeing Luna as a threat, shot a spear of lightning at her. Luna just managed to dive out the way in time and sprinted for her life, with the girl giving chase.

"I'm going to stop them," Ezra sighed, chasing after the two.

"Owwwww. Rotten luck," the spiky-haired boy called Touma said from the ground.

"That's an understatement," Wendy laughed, offering her hand to Touma. "You okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine," he said, taking the girl's hand who pulled him up. "Thanks."

"No problem, and sorry about that. I should have looked where she was kicking."

"Oh, don't worry about it, this sort of stuff happens all the time."

"It does?"

As she asked that, the brown-haired girl returned, dragging a recently-electrocuted Luna, Ezra following closely behind.

"Was the Kuroko treatment necessary, Mikoto?" Touma asked the girl, looking at the victim of her wrath. When the pair got a good look at each other, they recognised who they were.

"Wait! You're snoring girl!" Touma shouted.

"Pfft." Wendy tried her hardest to stop herself from laughing but failed miserably. She burst out laughing, holding her sides as she slowly fell to the ground, which she proceeded to punch repeatedly, still laughing.

"It, wasn't that funny, Wendy." Luna said, clearly not seeing the funny side of it.

"Just ignore her," Ezra said as he did just that. "My name's Ezra Arikimo. The one laughing on the ground, is my older sister, Wendy and the one who was snoring on your flight is my younger sister, Luna. Speaking of which, Luna, apologise to him, both for snoring and for kicking him in the face."

"Hey, it was Wendy's fault! She stepped out the way!" Luna tried to argue.

"Apologise, Luna!"

However, Ezra wasn't having any of it.

"Okay, okay. I'm sorry for kicking you in the face," Luna apologised.

"And?"

"I maintain I don't snore, so I have nothing to apologise for," she tried.

"Luna…"

"Fine, I'm sorry for snoring as well."

"Much better."

"It's fine, I got some sleep after we landed. I'm Touma Kamijou, by the way and this is my girlfriend, Mikoto Misaka," he said, motioning to the brown-haired girl who had gone suspiciously quiet. "Hmm? You okay, Mikoto."

"Y-yeah, it's just you said your name was Arikimo, right?"

"Yeah, why?"

"W-well, would you happen to know an Arikimo who works at Tokiwadai in Academy City? Has bright red hair, like your sister, is really scary and works for Anti-skill as well?" she asked, beads of sweat starting to drip down her forehead.

"Oh, yeah, that's our mother. You're the Railgun, right? Mum, talked about you quite a bit, especially your little fights with Mental Out."

Mikoto started to sweat even more as she remembered what she had just done to her ex-teacher's daughter.

"P-please don't tell her I electrocuted her daughter," she pleaded.

Wendy smiled.

"You don't have to worry about that, Luna more than deserved it. If she knows what happened, she won't do anything, except maybe scold Luna."

Mikoto breathed a sigh of relief.

"Never thought I'd get to meet a level 5, though. Pleased to meet you," Wendy greeted, sticking her arm out to shake Mikoto's.

"Nice to meet you too." Mikoto said, shaking the hand.

Before they could continue the conversation, though, a small girl with a flowery headband ran over to the group, panicking.

"Mikoto, Touma, have any of you seen Ruiko? I can't find her."
