Frank is taking a breather or as he likes to put a little personal time by smoking his favorite cigar. Abbey is providing some motherly time to her sons who are still amazed at all the changes in their lives. Living in the Reagan House is certainly different than the house they where born and raised. The Reagan's have a way of coming and going into it
Jamie: Hey Dad

Abigail: I was no longer on the street when I got mugged and had my nose broken with two black eyes….. How many times has Maria seen you risk your life and still covered your back and from some of the sketchy reports I've seen covered your ass… Eddie is a pit bull at uncovering things ….she needs to know that she could do it… if she can handle triplets she can handle anything thrown her way….. My recommendation is that they've both supported you two in your needs … maybe this time support them
Frank: You wondered why I married her and Why I can't ever have her leave my side as Commissioner…. Hell she was willing to eat crow to solve this Reddick situation

Frank: Well, she's gonna recover from the gunshot completely, but she says that the fall might have caused her some brain damage

Frank: Doctor Confided in me she wants to stay put….. She asked him to buy her some time.

Abigail: he's put more stress on himself because he's got into his head that he can't satisfy me that way… you men all have this macho thing no matter what age you are…. Erin: Charlie Peterson asked Anthony to replace him as Chief of Investigation… When I didn't jump with joy Anthony got all pissed off at me

Erin: My gut was telling me that Crawford was behind it ….. she wants to get Anthony away from me so as to make my job harder and then use that against me in the campaign

Abigail goes to Sid's office the next day
Abigail: Sid….. I heard that Charlie Peterson over at the DA's office want's to retire….. is that true

I was told Maria Baez Reagan wants to come back to work and Eddie Jenko Reagan who aced the Sergeants exam wants to come back but not as sergeant she wants to be a detective… What would you think of teaming them together… they certainly know how to work together… Eddie knew their was something between me and Frank and even before I did… she's got that investigated nose
Sid: does Frank know about it….. I wouldn't want to overstep my limits like we did with Reddick

Erin has a very restless week in watching Anthony organize the investigator's to his style of management. He has also met with Eddie who he has worked with before and has no objection to making her a detective under his command. Maria has been assigned by Sid Gormely to report to Anthony in the DA 's office.
Anthony introduces the two new detectives to the rest of the investigators under his command. Erin has been trying without any avail to talk to Anthony about patching up their fractured relationship…. Anthony's last word's to Erin dug deep into her

Every time Anthony sees Erin walking sheepishly by his new office he realizes that he has made her suffer enough so he calls her to come to his office. Erin enters and sees Maria and Eddie

Anthony: Prosecutor….. you have been without an investigator since my departure… since my shoes have been hard to fill I've decided to give you two investigator's to help with your many cases that DA Crawford has assigned you… Detective Baez and Detective Janko are now assigned to your office….. hopefully you will learn to heed their advise in the future
Erin: Anthony….. sorry…. Chief Abetemarco… We've been through to much together….. I deeply apologize for my stupidity and arrogance….. you've been the only one I've trusted in this office... I can't stand it that your mad at me

Archbishop Kearns and the Annulment council concurred that at the time of Abigail and Brian Baker's Civil marriage Canon 1101 sec 2 and Canon 1099 the degree of permanence were not in place. If Marriage is not intended to remain permanent their is no valid marriage in the eyes of the Church. With this ruling Frank and Abigail can be allowed to be married in the Catholic Church
After the Sunday Services the Reagan Family remained in their customary front row pews as all the remaining parishioners left the Church

Frank with is big smile gives Abigail a sweet kiss that makes Abigail all warm and fuzzy inside… whether Frank is able or not they will make love tonight.
