A;/N: Fic of the month... and I have a rather interesting thing to bring up with this month's poll... it's a loser poll... but at the same time kind of not... usually the Loser Poll is made of the last place (in case of tie I flip a coin) but this months... 2 of them were second to last due to the fact that I updated the two stories that had last place in their restive polls due to both of them reaching celebration points. An Extra Three took the place of Guiding Spirit while To be Chunin took Red Sunrise's spot... so yeah... just something interesting about the poll. Also if you haven't voted yet please do. Chapter 22: That's Not Helping

IT was a burning day for Yachiru. After all it was training… so much training. IT made sense of the regular SOS Brigade but for her…

She trained so much growing up and now…

So bored…

She really didn't need to train.

Like at all…

So she needed something else to do…

And thankfully there was always something she could do when she was bored.

Spy on Byakuya.

It was always the best thing to do when she was bored…

And so she made her plans to spy.

She even knew her way around his mansion,.

So she decided to find out where he was.

After all it was a big mansion.

But yeah… this was always fun .

She knew she had to check the training rooms.

Inside the room Kyon was training with his uncle.

Kyon sighed…

He hated this.

He knew that the moment he embraced his heritage his uncle would make him undergo training like this.

Its honestly one of the reason why he didn't want to become a Soul Reaper.

"Kaien." Said Byakuya.

"I know…" grumbled Kyon.

Byakuya looked at him.

"Look you need to perfect this if you're going to be fighting in this war.": said Byakuya.

"I know…" muttered Kyron.

"Kaien, take this seriously…" said Byakuya.

"I am taking this seriously." Said Kyon.

"Then show me you are." said Byakuya.

Kyon glared at his uncle.

He wanted to say something but knew he shouldn't.

After all it was pointless.

She wasn't his father…

His uncle was assuming he would be just like his father in many ways…

But he knew he wasn't his father…

There was no way he could be anything close to his father…

Fortunately Byakuya couldn't see that…

"What do you want to do now?" asked Kyon.

Byakuya looked at his nephew.

"This is your training." He said.

"I know but you're dictating it." Muttered Kyon.

"Kaien." Muttered Byakuya.

"What?" asked Kyon, "You're dictating how it goes…"

Byakuya scowled at his nephew.

Kyon just rolled his eyes.

"I think we should spar again." Muttered Byakuya.

"Yes sir…" said Kyon.

Yachiru was still spying and watching.

And she didn't like the spar at all.

She knew Kyon's level.

And Byakuya clearly didn't.

She didn't find this entraining at all and if anything upset her.

Byakuya was expecting Kyon to be something else…

And that was when Yachiru made a plan.

She left her hiding spot as nephew and uncle continued to spar.

Byakuya pushed Kyon back.

"She's gone…" said Byakuya.

He was looking at him as I he was expecting to know who he was talking about.

"Yachiru." Said Kyon.

Both of them rolled their eyes at her doing that.

Sometime later Yachiru was venting to Yuri as she trained.

"Seriously! He's not Ichi!" yelled Yachiru.

"Okay… I get that you hate it because you take training really seriously but this isn't your problem…" said Yuri.

"What does that mean?" asked Yachiru.

"You're not a member of his family…" said Yuri, "You'll just do some sort of zany scheme that will make things worse… if he wants to get his dad or Karin involved, he will. But right now stay out of it…"

"Seriously?" asked Yachiru, "Fine…"

She left to do something.

Yuri sighed as she left.

"This is going to end badly…" she sighed.

She hated her roommate whenever she did stuff like that.

"As long as buildings aren't burnt down it will be fine…" she muttered to herself.

And so Yachiru made up a plan to stop the bad training…

Sometime later an exhausted Kyon walked to his room.

He knew he had to train … but it was still a pain…

He got top the bedroom that he was using.

He fell onto the futon.

That was when he saw Yachiru standing nearby.

"What are you doing here?" asked Kyon.

"I'm here to kidnap you…" said Yachiru.

"What…" muttered Kyon with his eye twitching.

"Look you need a break from your training…" said Yachiru.

Kyon stared at Yachiru.

"Please don't do this… I am not in the mood." Said Kyon.

"Look Bya-Kun is seeing your dad while training you!" yelled Yachiru, "He needs to know that's not the way to train you!"

Kyon just groaned.

"Look! Kidnapping won't help." Said Kyon.

That was when he realized who he was talking to.

"You're not going to listen, are you?" he asked.

Yachiru just used something to knock him out.

The next day…

Byakuya's eye was twitching.

There was a note that said.

"He needs a break so I took him!"

He knew it meant that Yachiru kidnapped his nephew.

However what he didn't know was that when Kyon regained consciousness this happened.

"Look I really have to get back to training…" muttered Kyon.

But Yachiru pouted.

"I get you're worried about me… but this is my problem…" said Kyon.

"Come on!" said Yachiru.

"You're the one who wants to take over." Said Kyon.

Yachiru pouted at this.

"I am trying to help you though!" said Yachiru.

"I know… but I don't need it." Said Kyon.

"His training isn't good!" yelled Yachiru.

"I know that! But he's the one training me! I would prefer Karin but she's not the one doing it." Sighed Kyon.

Yachiru pouted.

So Kyon got up and left the room he was in.

He walked passed Kenpachi has he left with the tow giving each other a nod.

"You didn't tie him up?" asked Kenpachi.

Yachiru just pouted in response.

It took a while but Kyon made it back.

"I wasn't sure if I would have to rescue you…." Said Byakuya.

"She didn't have to tie me up." Muttered Kyon.

"Why did she kidnap you?" asked Byakuya.

Kyon weighed his options,.

He considered telling his uncle the truth, but decided not to in the end.

He didn't like the training… but because of the whole thing with becoming the backup, yeah he needed to do this…

And he could only hope that his training would pay off…

With Yachiru she was once again bugging Yuri…

"You know…" said Yuri, "If you hadn't agreed to taking over he probably would have let you help him in some way."

Yachiru glared at Yuri who just ignored her roommate.

Still the match would be soon, but of course there was still more training.
