It's kind of funny how I write the entire AN before the actual chapter.

Here we are at last, the conclusion to the Asia arc! Hope you like it!

I refused to compromise on this chapter though it took longer than planned, especially when I lost pages of progress due to technical difficulties…again! This time because of problems with OneDrive!

Not to mention all those quizzes and exams at the end of the semester!

On top of all that, I entered a Jojo Bizarre Adventure phase (how has no one made any fanfic or even a joke comparing Gasper to Dio!) and a Fairy Tail phase, specifically Nalu! All because of those awesome moments in the past several chapters.

Also, I was part of the Modern Gafa team and did their podcast series. If you're interested, just Google Modern Gafa, click on the link, then go to Podcast section. Hope you guys like it and please leave comments. Kudos to those of you who figure out who I am. FYI I got dropped about a month ago.

Also, I have had trouble getting motivated again to write this. I wouldn't call it writer's block, more like writer's sleep.

On the other hand I've been looking into Jackie Chan again. I plan to use him and his works as basis for some original fight scenes, so those will probably be longer for sake of effect. Also, it will serve to better highlight difference between Issei fighting humans vs. him fighting non-humans. Plus, I might just decide for Jackie himself to make an appearance later on. Besides, frankly a lot of the fighting scenes in series like Kamen Rider have a Jackie Chan taste to them.

In fact here is a bit of spoiler. Eventually, the Phantoms will target a certain family known to have spiritual ties to certain animals. While I already have a rough frame work for that arc, watching the Jackie Chan Adventures got me thinking of certain magical objects that could make a one-time appearance. Want to hear more?

Oh well, time to answer reviews.

dragonrider66: I have read volume 20 as mentioned in the disclaimer. Also, yes I am still accepting new ring ideas. Also, thanks for understanding. I will try to make better omakes in the future.

The rest of the reviews were mainly about Haruto or nothing specific so I'll just leave them unanswered unless I addressed you personally via PM.

Also, when I rechecked the wiki, Gabriel is not an Archangel…so I'm a bit confused.

I do not own the Kamen Rider franchise or High School DXD.

Things such as chants and data on the magic rings were obtained through Kamen Rider wiki, High school DXD wiki, and English translations of High School DxD volumes 1-20. I do however claim ownership to original spell and transformation rings as well as original techniques.

Chapter 11: Sa, Akuma Showtime Da!

Outside the abandoned church, Issei parked his Machinwinger in an area with tree coverage as Kiba and Koneko landed next to him, having flown above him towards the church.

"So," Issei started as he readied his WizarGun, "How do you guys think we should do this?"

"Well we could find a way to sneak in." Kiba started. Before he could get another word in, however, Koneko walked right up the steps to stand in front of the church door. "Never mind, it seems Koneko has decided for us." Kiba sighed. Issei was slightly confused by this sentence until the small Rook punched the doors wide open.

"Well I doubt we could actually surprise them after what happened today." Issei chuckled as he ran up the stairs with Kiba following after him, all three devils entering the church. Looking around, Issei could not stop himself from comparing the current state to what he remembered from the few times he had been there as a child. Honestly, to him all the place needed was a bit of dusting and maybe some new furniture and it would look at good as before.

"Well if it isn't the scum from last night!" came a familiar disgusting voice from the opposite side of the church near the altar. Out of the shadows stepped Freed, looking as good as crazy carrying a new gun and sword. "Looks like the boss was right, you really did come. Now I can finish you off easily!" the madman cackled.

"I pushed you back with a bad leg and you think I'll be defeated when I'm in good condition and know your tricks?" Issei asked sarcastically. "I think I can see why you got exiled. Not only are you an idiot, but you also ruin Churches just by being in them. Seriously, here I was thinking that this place only needed a small fixer upper and then you show up and suddenly the entire place is a dump."

"You still mocking me?!" Freed yelled disbelievingly as he charged towards the trio.

"Let me think about that." Issei said as he pretended to think while scratching his head with the barrel of his gun. Right when Freed jumped into the air, Issei pointed his weapon at him and answered, "Yes, yes I am." With that he fired off several bullets straight at the airborne opponent. Freed tried blocking with his arm but it seemed like he either forgot or did not realize that Issei's bullets could curve as, once again, his own holy gun was shot out of his hands and made useless.

"You son of a bitch!" the mad man cried in anguish as he tried to bring his blade down on Issei who simple side stepped the priest and then kicked him in the chest sending him crashing into the pews.

"I don't have time to waste so just tell us where the hell Asia is and I won't have to kick your ass, literally."

"Quit underestimating me!" the exorcist screamed as he picked himself off the ground. "You wanna get to the staircase under the altar, you have to go through me first!" he charged again, only to be blocked by Kiba's sword.

"I have to agree with Issei." Kiba says easily holding the priest at bay. "Frankly the only thing threatening about you is your holy weapons but that can easily be remedied." With that, black energy ran up Kiba's blade until it was dark as night. Then, tendrils of the same black energy extended and latched onto Freed's sword draining the light it was emitting.

"What the!" Freed cried out as he tried to get away but Kiba kept their swords locked as the holy blade became weaker and weaker. "What the hell is this?!"

"A sword made to counter holy swords like yours, Holy Eraser." Kiba smirks and soon, Freed is holding nothing more than an ordinary sword which quickly broke with a strike from Kiba.

"Are you kidding…" the stray exorcist started to screech but was interrupted by Koneko swinging a church pew like a bat hitting the psycho and sending him flying straight to Issei.

"Rook." Issei said in a commanding tone and he felt the energy in his body shift. When Freed got right in front of him, he raised his fist and punched him square in the face satisfied with the feel of skull bones and teeth breaking against his knuckles as the exorcist was sent flying right through the church wall.

"Well that was interesting." He commented as he rubbed his fist lightly. As he did so, he could feel his body return to normal. "Guess that Promotion skill really worked. Either that or Koneko's swing was just that badass."

"I think it's both." Kiba chuckled as he noticed Koneko blush lightly at Issei's compliment.

"Well enough of this shit." Issei said. "Let's get to Asia fast!" With that, he ran towards the altar, Kiba and Koneko following him.

Meanwhile in wooded area close to the school…

"Is this the right area Akeno?" Rias asked as she walked around scanning her surroundings.

"Yes, one of my familiars spotted a Fallen Angel here a short while ago." Responded the raven-haired Queen who was now wearing a miko outfit. "But are you sure this is a good idea. If what Issei said is true, then this Fallen Angel may very well be a Phantom." As she said this, she directed a look of concern to her King.

"All the more reason we need to take care of this." Rias responded, her voice full of conviction. "We have no idea what they are planning so we need to take care of them as soon as possible. Even if this is a trap, this is our best chance to take care of them while in our own territory. Besides," she clenched her fist as she continued to scan her surroundings, "we need to redeem ourselves for what happened the last time we faced a Phantom." Seeing her like this, Akeno could not stop herself from giggling.

"I must say it's amusing to see you like this." She said, chuckling as Rias's face reddened in embarrassment. "Though I do agree with you." Here her expression and voice became serious. "Last time we were caught off guard and didn't know if were fighting monsters or weirdly dressed humans. This time we'll wipe them out." Rias nodded her head in agreement. Clearly both girls were still miffed by Issei's comments about how they seemed so useless when they first met at the abandoned factory.

"In that case," spoke a female voice coming from who know where, "let me give you the chance to redeem yourself, if you're up to it." With a cackle Ghouls stepped out of the shadows and dropped from above. There were close to two dozen, and all of them were enhanced-Ghouls. What had Rias on guard was that there were two different types.

The first type looked similar to the ones Rias encountered at school and earlier that day. However, from the fact that they were holding actual spears made of light and their wings looked like they had been made from putting together individual stone feathers instead of slabs of rock carved to look like wings, Rias determined that these were much stronger.

As for the other type, Rias could not describe them as anything but gross. Imagine those men in ads for gyms, energy drinks, or male supplements, the kind who had those ridiculously muscled bodies that were out of proportion. Take that, make their arms and torsos even larger, then put on the skin of the Ghouls. What made them even more disturbing was how their muscles seemed to bulge randomly, as if something was moving under the skin and popping out every now and then. Luckily, Rias had a wealth of knowledge about Japanese manga, anime, and light novels and she knew that troops who looked like that tended to be kamikaze units. Quickly doing the math, she realized that these Ghouls were super pumped with Holy energy, probably made to release it upon destruction, making them dangerous to her and Akeno.

"Akeno, look out for the gross ones." She warned as she stood back to back with her friend, black and red demonic energy collecting in her hands.

"I know. I can sense the Holy energy in them. It's barely contained, so I doubt they can actually use it. But it will be released when they get destroyed."

"Then let's take care of them all at the same time." With that, the two jumped into the air and spread their wings, using their magic to push airborne Ghouls out of the way and deflect the spears thrown at them. Once they were above the enemy, Rias cast down a magic circle that expanded as soon as it hit the ground, hitting every ground unit with its red glow. Then, with a yell Akeno cast down a ball of thunder the size of a basketball. The moment it impacted Rias's circle, the electric energy was released and coursed through the circle becoming coated with black and red energy. All the kamikaze Ghouls were caught in the attack while the winged ones had flown up when Rias's magic first hit the ground. Within moments, the muscled Ghouls were getting a very thorough shock treatment before exploding from the attack. However, as each of them exploded, they released a large amount of Holy energy, just like Rias and Akeno predicted. One alone would have slightly damaged them, but with that many at the same time they would have been in major trouble. Even now, despite already being so high up, they had to fly even higher to escape the sphere of Holy energy that had been released all at once. Even after flying out of range of the explosion itself, they could still feel the heat of the released energy. Once the explosion died down, Rias and Akeno breathed a sigh of relief before doing an aerial dash to the side to avoid being hit by spears of light thrown by the winged Ghouls. Hovering back to back they took stock of their situation.

"I count 10 of them." Rias said calmly.

"Oh my." Akeno giggled. "10 against 2. That's not really a fair fight."

"Yeah." Rias said before her face split into a grin. "For them." With a yell the two of them launched magic from their hands at their opponents.

Back to the Abandoned Church…

After running down a spiral staircase that was under the altar, Issei, Kiba and Koneko arrived in front of a set of large double doors. Though they ran at max speed, it still took a few minutes.

"We should have just jumped." Issei grunted as he caught his breath.

"And land who know where? No thanks." Kiba said less out of breath.

"Good point, for once." Koneko said monotonously.

"That last part was not really necessary." The blonde Knight mumbled.

"Whatever." Issei said as he switched his gun to sword mode. "Let's pick up the pace already." With that he kicked double doors making them both swing wide open showing the group of devils a chamber full of exorcists wearing clothes similar to Freed. However, what really caught Issei's attention was the large altar where Asia was at the top, wearing nothing more than a simple nightwear clothes as a green light emanated from her chest. Standing next to her with a smug look on his face was Dohnaseek himself.

"Glad to see you again." He spoke with a mock bow. "I have your nun right here. Come and get her, if you can." He grinned as the other exorcists moved to block the trio. At the same time, the glow coming from Asia's chest seemed to move outward as if leaving her. Growing worried, Issei came up with a quick plan.

"You two cover me!" he barked out as his hands flew towards his rings. Some of the exorcists tried to shoot him but Kiba jumped forward and deflected their bullets. With those few seconds, Issei quickly slipped a ring onto his right middle finger. This one had a dragon surrounded by the silhouette of a larger dragon.

Big; Please! Spoke the Wizardriver as Issei scanned the ring and a red magic circle appeared in front of Issei. As he pulled his fist back he cried out, "Move!" before punching at the magic circle. Kiba was barely able to jump out the way as Issei's fist and arm came out the other side of the circle giant sized, plowing through all the exorcists that were in the way. Kiba was impressed that Issei had such a useful spell, one that would also be complicated for most magic users, even Akeno and Rias. Then he noticed the Pawn raise his giant arm, the hand still clenched in a fist. Realizing what he was about to do, Kiba jumped into the air, Koneko not far behind him as the enlarged arm was brought down to the ground fast, sending shockwaves that knocked all enemy forces off their feet and sprawling to the ground. Issei retracted his arm, the magic circle disappearing after it was all the way out, and charged towards Asia. As he ran, he muttered under his breath, "Knight," and he felt his body shift again. Using this new change he accelerated, going even faster than his original top speed.

As he ran, some of the fallen foes managed to stand up and tried to attack him. However, they were intercepted by Kiba and Koneko. Issei dashed up the steps, fear growing in his heart as he saw the orb of light leave Asia's chest and as it did so she seemed to weaken. Even with his increased speed, due to the sheer height of the ceremony it still took him a few seconds to get to the top. In those few seconds, Dohnaseek grabbed the orb of light and forced it into his own body, surrounding him in a greenish glow by the time Issei reached to top of the stairs.

"Good thing I started the ceremony early." The Fallen Angel cackled as Issei used his sword to cut Asia free, making her fall into his arms. "Now that the nun is useless…" he started to say until Issei slashed his face, hitting the eyes and nose, making the old man scream in pain. As he turned to leave with Asia in his arms, Issei failed to notice a set of rings appear on that hands of the Fallen Angel. Thanks to the speed of the Knight still flowing through him, he made it down the steps and back in front of the door in no time. Taking into account Asia's condition, Issei wanted to get out of there immediately, but he did not want to leave the other two to deal with the army of exorcists who were recovering from his earlier stunt.

"Get going Issei!" Kiba called to him, breaking the Rider from his moment of contemplation. "These guys are nothing!" As he said this, his Holy Eraser absorbed the energy of three light swords wielded by a group of exorcists.

"They're scrubs." Koneko added as she tossed one of them into others knocking them down like a set of bowling pins.

"Her sacred gear has been removed so you don't have much time left. Hurry!"

"You'd better make it back in one piece." The brunette responded firmly, getting looks from his comrades to which he responded with a simple smirk. "If I have to come back down and save you I'll make sure you both remember it." Not giving time for an answer, he ran out the room at top speed, leaving the other two devils to deal with the mass of heretics. As they faced their opponents, the two of them had smiles of their own.

"Looks like he's finally accepting us." Kiba said as he parried a series of strikes before following up with his own counter.

"Faster than you did." Koneko smirked while kicking a man in the crotch making him scream soprano.

"Did you have to bring that up now?"

"It's fun."

"I think Issei's a bad influence on you."

Meanwhile, back to the forest with Rias and Akeno…

The two idols of Kuoh academy were catching their breath, slightly exhausted with a few scratches and their clothes singed in a few places. The only real fan service was the fact that Rias's skirt was torn to the point where her black lacy panties were easily seen. The area around them was reduced to a barren circle, with only a few small patches of burned grass here and there.

The enhanced-Ghouls were each equal to a lower level Fallen Angel. While that alone would not have been enough to pose a real threat to Rias and Akeno, their team work was another story. Not only did they display ease with aerial maneuvers, but their coordination was top notch, as if they had a pack mentality without an apparent leader. The girls could only guess that the Phantom who summoned them was somehow guiding them. They were able to deal with the gargoyle imitations with each of them focusing on one at a time, but that exposed them to danger at the same time. Hence, they were unable to end the fight unscathed leaving them in their slightly fatigued and bruised state.

"Impressive." Came the same twisted voice from earlier, making the two devils on edge. "I expected nothing less from the famed Gremory family. However, the outcome will still be the same." With that, a large bright yellow circle appeared on the ground and yellow chains sprung from it, binding the arms and legs of the two busty girls, Holy Energy burning their skin. As they tried to break free, a figure stepped out of the shadows, its appearance surprising the girls, even after having seen an actual Phantom already.

The arms and legs looked bone thin covered in scaly red and yellow skin with the main body being various shades of brown but still scaly looking. The fingers and toes were clawed, looking more like talons. Perhaps the most disgusting part was the head. It looked like someone had taken the head of a vulture then put it in a press machine squishing the beak into the face. Though what unnerved the two the most was the unmistakable pair of Fallen Angel wings sprouting from the creatures back. This was a Phantom born from a Fallen Angel, the Vulture Phantom.

It approached them with a large, long and yellow Light Spear floating above its outstretched hands. The devils knew that this spear had an abnormally high concentration of Holy Energy, the level usually associated with 4 and 6 winged Fallen. Plus, the spear itself was spinning like a drill, spinning and spinning, just waiting to be released.

"You know," the Phantom spoke with the same creepy voice from before, "this is a basically a stronger version of the spear I used to kill that Wiz-kid a few days ago. It's much faster." Rias's eyes widened hearing this, remembering the severe state she found Issei in when he summoned her. "And since you're both devils, this is going to be super effective." She cackled as she pulled her arm back, ready to throw the spear. "Know this Gremory; your death will be the domino that leads to world of despair!" With that, the Vulture Phantom threw the spear, zooming faster than Kiba at his top speed. Rias had no doubt this would kill both her and Akeno. Once again, time seemed to slow for Rias as she tried to muster up her Power of Destruction fast enough to block the spear. Just when it seemed like it was too late, a series of red spears of light came from the forest area, striking the yellow one at the bottom. To Rias, this seemed a futile effort as the weapon was still headed for her. However, instead of hitting her in the chest, it passed over her, still close enough to singe the shoulder of her shirt, and passed right by Akeno. It continued on its altered course, drilling straight through several trees before exploding about a hundred feet away. While Rias and Akeno were still in shock at what just happened, more spears of red light came out of the woods striking the magic circle and the chains destroying them into particles of light. The sudden freedom caught the two off guard but they quickly jumped back putting some distance between them and the walking Vulture. However, the creature did not seem to be paying attention to them. Instead, it was looking at the spot where the red spears came from.

"I'll have you know that I had started charging that the moment those two entered the area. I hope you're happy, Raynare." The Vulture turned to where the red spears came from and out stepped Raynare in her full Fallen Angel form, leather outfit and all.

"In fact I am. Thanks for asking, Mittlet." The raven haired Fallen retorted. The Vulture seemed to smile as a purple aura surrounded it before shrinking into a blond gothic loli girl that was about a third of this size, surprising Rias and Akeno.

"For the record," the blond girl said surprising Rias and Akeno with how much difference there was in her voice, "Mittlet died a while back leaving me in her place."

"I know." Raynare said, not showing any real concern. "Issei explained everything to me. Though from where I'm standing, you're acting very much like her. Even the light of your weapons are the same."

"Aww." The goth replied, twirling her hair. "Doesn't that make it hard for you treat me like an enemy?"

"Not really." Raynare shrugged her shoulders. "We never really got along that well. Besides dealing with traitors is part of the Grigori business, though I'm sure you and Dohnaseek know all about that." She glared at the thing looking like her former comrade.

"Looks like you heard everything from Kalawarner." The blond snarled before a grin broke out on her face. "In that case could you tell me where she is? We reported back saying that the two of you went against orders and started killing humans so to keep things quiet we eliminated you ourselves. Can't risk her getting back to that old crow Azazel and ratting us out."

"Looks like we were right." Raynare grinned, getting looks of confusion. "Kalawarner and I figured that Azazel wasn't in on this, but rather someone else in the higher ups workings of the Grigori. With that being the case going back is definitely not a good idea."

"That's and interesting train of thought you have there." Mittlet mocked with a wave of her hand. "Just be careful, you might get derailed."

"You mean like your plan to start a new Great War by killing the Gremory heiress?" Raynare shot back with a sneer as she folded her arms under her breasts, making her opponent gnash her teeth a bit.

"Humph." She spat. "Once Dohnaseek gets Twilight Healing and kills off that ringed brat, we'll be back on track with no chance of getting off."

"Why are you so fixated on killing Issei?!" Rias cried out, making the Fallen Angels remember she was still there.

"That's a good question actually." Raynare said fixing a glare at what was once her comrade. "You used me as bait just so you could kill him. Are you guys that scared of his power?"

"Scared? Of that greenhorn?" Mittlet cackled. "Hardly. The one we want is his teacher, the original Wizard."

"And why would you do that? I thought you guys wanted to live, not get destroyed." Raynare sarcastically.

"Pshh." Mittlet spat out. "I doubt defeating him would be a problem. After all he's just a human while we have the powers of Fallen Angels and the strength of Phantoms. Once he's dead, we can take the Philosopher's stone from him. With that, not even the high ranking members of the supernatural can take us down!" Rias and Akeno gasped at what they heard. Kamen Rider Wizard, Issei's sensei, was in possession of the legendary Philosopher's Stone! It has been regarded as one of humanities greatest achievements in the supernatural world, yet the secret of its creation was shrouded in mystery with some rumors indicating a dark bloody history perhaps tied to the Black Plague itself. Even now many magicians tried to create their own Philosopher's stone but with little success. Some said it was due to lack of knowledge of what was done during the Dark Ages; others argued that they were limited by the standards of humane practices and experimentation, much like scientists who argue that using actual humans for their experiments is the right way to go. Given all that, the devils could not help but wonder how Wizard obtained it.

"So let me make sure I understand this right." Raynare said through grit teeth. "You used me as bait while trying to turn me into a Phantom, which would have killed me, so that you could take down Issei. And the only reason you targeted him was so you could lure his teacher here to try to take a freaking rock away from him?"

"That sums it up." The blond chirped before she was once again surrounded by a purple aura before turning back into the Vulture Phantom. "Now that I've answered your questions, answer mine. How fast do you think I can kill the three of you?" Holy Energy began collecting in her hands as she began cackling.

"Not fast enough to stop him." Raynare responded with a grin.

"Huh?" Vulture said as it cocked its head to the side. "Him?"

"That would be me." came a smooth voice from the same area Raynare had stepped from earlier, drawing the attention of everyone except for the aforementioned Fallen.

A figure stepped out of the woods casually, momentarily covered by the shadow of a cloud blocking the moon. When the shadow passed, Rias and Akeno could not stop themselves from gasping in amazement. They almost thought Issei himself had come to their rescue again in his Flame Armor. Then they took a closer look at the armor and realized that this one did not have the "II" on the metal shoulder plates like Issei did and the forehead gem was yellow unlike Issei's green one. That meant only one thing. This was him, Issei's sensei, the man in possession of the legendary Philosopher's Stone, a warrior who protects all of humanity from monsters.

This was the one and only, Kamen Rider Wizard.

For a moment, no one said a word. They seemed to be just taking in the fact that an actual urban legend was standing right in front of them. They had heard of his achievements from an actual comrade, and they had even found bits of information regarding the other Kamen Riders and their own accomplishments. Not only that, but that was actually something about his presence that seemed to demand respect. What really got the girls confused was the slight sense of fear they had, as if this individual was one could destroy them easily. Rias could not help but compare this to the sensation she felt the one time she was in the presence of an Angel from Heaven. Of course, at the time she was a child hiding behind the legs of her parents so the actual strength had been diminished due to the demonic aura of multiple adult High Class Devils. Yet here she was with her Queen, a Fallen Angel, and a Phantom and she felt the exact same fear she did back then. Sona's warnings came back to her mind and she found herself correcting those words. The one to watch out for was not just Issei, but his sensei as well.

The silence was broken by the Vulture Phantom, who had begun cackling again.

"I wasn't expecting you to be here so soon." It said still laughing like a lunatic. "You saved us the trouble of looking for you."

"Do you really think you can beat me?" Wizard spoke, his smooth voice completely calm. Rias could not help but think that this person would flirt with the girls of school, and they would swoon over him more than they did with Kiba. He might even make them faint.

"Well, three on one is bad odds." Vulture conceded as its laughter came to a halt. "But I can at least injure you before regrouping with Dohnaseek." With that, Vulture created two spears of yellow light in its hands and got into a fighting stance.

"Hard to regroup with a dead man." Wizard shot back, only shifting his body slightly.

"If you think that brat can actually destroy him that just means you passed your stupidity on to him as well!" With that she charged at the Kamen Rider, spears poised to pierce his body. What happened next, not even Rias could tell.

Within moments, the Phantom was on the ground, its head pierced by Wizard's sword and the spears of light stuck in trees behind Wizard's previous position. Even after blinking she could not believe what she had seen, and neither could Akeno if the way she was rubbing her eyes was any indication.

"H-H-How could you be this strong…you're just human…" the Phantom croaked out.

"That has nothing to do with it." Wizard responded firmly. "You targeted Issei because of me, so it's my responsibility to deal with you, that's all there is to it." With that he pulled up, making the blade cut through the head resulting in the Phantom exploding as it was destroyed. The only thing left were two black crow-like feathers, indicating they belonged to a Fallen Angel.

"Now," Wizard said slowly turning his head towards the devils, Raynare having moved to the side watching with a grin. Standing upright, he started walking towards them. As he did so, Rias felt her instincts telling her to run, run all the way back to the Underworld to hide under the bed of her parents like she used to when she was scared of the devil eater, the Underworld equivalent of the Bogeyman. It took everything she had to bite down, literally as she bit the inside of her cheek, and fight the urge to run, forcing herself to stand up and look at the Rider straight in the eye as he approached. Which was impressive in its own way seeing at the eyes of the armor were huge. When they were about a yard apart, Wizard stopped in his tracks and stared at her. Not willing to look intimidated, she stared back. The wind seemed to pick up as the stare-off went on for a full minute.

Then, without warning, Wizard let out a huge sigh and started scratching the back of his head.

"Honestly, when I first heard the story from Rinko, I didn't know what to think. Seriously, dumping the info that Issei died and then came back to life as someone's servant and a completely different race all at once was a bit overwhelming. After taking some time to sort my thoughts I came up with the idea of asking you to release him from servitude. Of course, how I ask that question would depend on what kind of person you were." Rias did not miss the hidden threat there. "But then, of all people, I ran into Ichigou." Rias and Akeno were surprised by this. According to the internet, Ichigou was the first ever Kamen Rider from over 40 years ago. "When I asked him for advice, his answer surprised me." Wizard looked straight into Rias's eyes. "He said the Gremory family can be trusted." There was a pause as these words sunk into everyone's minds, especially the heiress. She could not help but wonder why a legendary protector of humankind would know specifically of her family to the point where he would trust them. "With that being said I'll leave it to Issei. If he's fine sticking with you then I have no arguments. However," Rias could feel him glaring behind the mask, "if he wants to leave and you try to stop him, I will do everything possible to help him, politics be damned." With that, Wizard turned on the spot and walked away.

Once he was out of sight, Rias fell to the ground on her knees, sweating bullets. Her mind was terrified by what had just happened. Now that he was gone, she felt weak but at the same time, she felt like she had achieved some sort of victory.

"I think Mittlet said something about Dohnaseek being a Phantom, getting Twilight Healing, and fighting Issei." Raynare reminded the girls with clear urgency in her voice. With a nod, the three of them headed for the church. It wasn't that they doubted Issei, but with what had happened just now you could never be too careful.

Back at the church…

At this moment, Issei was experiencing turmoil of emotions. Sadness, guilt, but most of all, anger. Anger at himself for taking so long to act and anger at those who scorned the purest girl ever who was now in his arms completely lifeless.

Asia Argento died in his arms.

When he returned to the main chamber of the church, the effects of the Promotion skill wore off. He felt a slight drain having used it twice in a row but that was pushed to the back of his mind as Asia stirred in his arms. At first he was overjoyed when she opened her eyes and uttered his name. But then he noticed the light of her eyes fading, her body gradually getting colder. He recalled Kiba's words and realized what he meant. By having her Sacred Gear extracted, Asia was dying.

He began cursing himself for not ignoring Rias and acting sooner. His attention was drawn back to Asia who said it was alright. She said she was happy to have made at least one friend before dying. Issei tried to tell her that she needed to live, that there was so much they still needed to do as friends. Even as he said this, Asia's sad smile did not change. With great difficulty, she raised her hand and stroked Issei's cheek, and thanked God for letting them meet. And then her hand fell, and she breathed her last breath.

He could not stop the tears, nor did he try to. He was crying for a girl who was so kind and loyal to her beliefs that she took her exile in stride, faithful that her God was guiding her. Yet her she was, dead at the hands of one who had rejected the teachings of God with a denizen of Hell being the one to comfort her in her last moments. While Issei was angry at himself for being slow, it could not compare to the rage he felt towards the God Asia loved so much. It was so great he could no longer contain it.

"GOOOOOD!" He yelled to the heavens, not even flinching at the migraine that followed. "THANKS FOR THE HEADACHE, LETS ME KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME! BUT I WANT YOU TO FUCKING LISTEN! I DON'T GIVE A SHIT THAT I'M A DEVIL BUT YOU BETTER FUCKING LISTEN SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY EXCUSE WHEN I SEE YOU IN PERSON!"

In Heaven… (A bit before Asia's death)

Within the seventh level of Heaven, the highest level where the system of God stood, the Four Great Seraph was having an emergency meeting. In attendance were Archangel Michael, his sister Gabriel, now wearing pure white robes (that certainly showed off her figure), and his brothers Uriel and Raphael. All four of the Great Seraph had their wings out. While they each had 12, only Michael's were golden.

"Brother Michael, what exactly is the purpose of this meeting." Uriel began in his deep voice. "Does it have anything to do with the incident in England?"

"Exactly." Michael responded with a nod. He produced a short list of names. "We have narrowed down the possible identity of the one who fought Wizard." Presenting the list to his siblings they began to look it over. Reading the names that were on it, they were shocked.

"Brother," Raphael started hesitantly, "These…these are names of Angels, Seraphs even, which went missing during the Great War. You could not possibly think that one of them would still be alive, much less attack a human."

"Brother Raphael," Gabriel interjected, "you must remember that these Kamen Riders are not mere humans."

"But it does not explain why Brother Michael would suspect them!" Uriel said slamming his hands on the table they were using. "These were some our most loyal brethren, so why would they do something that defies the teachings of our Father!"

"Despair." Was Michael's simple reply. This one word got the attention of his siblings. "You must remember how we all felt when our Father passed away. How we grieved, how we wept, and how many of us felt that all hope was lost." He let these words set in as memories of the tragic moment resurfaced in the minds of all four Seraphs. After a moment of reminiscing, he continued. "Those on that list are those who were just as distraught as we were, if not more so given their specific duties." That line made the other three realize that indeed, those on the list were those who had been assigned special tasks by the Holy Father himself. "Let us not forget the nature of the monsters that Wizard fights against."

"Phantoms," Gabriel, the resident expert on Kamen Riders, said with realization. "Creatures born from the pit of despair when all hope is lost."

"Are you saying," Raphael said, worry growing in his voice, "that one of our own may have fallen so far into despair by the death of our Father, that rather than turn into a Fallen Angel, they became one of those…monstrosities?"

"It is possible." Uriel admitted. "We all felt lost in the moments following the death of God. Had it not been for Michael taking quick action, there is no telling what we might have done or might have become."

"This would also explain why the system would not recognize them initially." Gabriel said in realization. "With the natural dark nature of Phantoms, if it was powerful enough it could mask their holy signature."

"Exactly." Michael said as he folded his fingers and continued talking. "The concerning thing is, why act now? And why would they attack one who is a perfect match to destroy them?"

"Perhaps they believed that their natural powers as former Angels would aid them against one who was once a mere human." Raphael theorized.

"Then maybe their objective was the Philosopher's stone." Uriel added.

"But how would they know about Wizard or the fact that he has the stone?" Gabriel questioned. "If they have been hidden for so long, what have they been doing all this time and why have they acted now?"

"Perhaps we should investigate why Wizard was at Stonehenge in the first place." Raphael proposed.

"That does seem like the right course of action." Michael mused.

It was at this point that a voice reverberated in Michael's ears, one full of anger and rage.

"GOOOOOD!"

There was something about this voice that made Michael shiver, especially since he had no idea where it was coming from. While it seemed that his siblings could also hear it and were disturbed by it, he was downright scared, as if he knew the voice was speaking to him. His fear was escalated when he was suddenly surrounded by golden chains that constricted his arms and legs and practically crushed his wings. His siblings rushed to help him, but the chains extended to the central area of the seventh level of Heaven and pulled him there.

In less than a second, he realized where the chains were taking him. The throne of God, the very core of the system created by the Holy Father. It was a throne so great and grand words could not describe it. Michael himself only sat in it when he first accepted the position as surrogate God and other occasions when it was necessary. Now, it seemed, was a time when the throne demanded he take his seat.

After being pulled into the throne, the chains readjusted themselves, binding his arms to the arms of the throne as manacles secured his ankles and neck. His siblings happened to rush in right when they had all clicked into place.

"Brother Michael, what's happening?!" Gabriel fretted. Before anyone could say anything else, the voice from before spoke again, this time with more clarity.

The voice was so strong the floor beneath the feet of three Seraphs shook hard enough to make them slightly lose their footing. As bad as it was for them, it was worse for Michael. To him, the person was yelling right in his ears, rupturing his eardrums over and over. But that was secondary to the trip his mind seemed to take.

The moment he was secured to the throne, his started having a vision of sorts. While his eyes processed what was happening in front of him, in his mind he saw something entirely different. First, he saw the entire world, the whole planet slowly rotating before his eyes. On the planet were lights, an uncountable number of lights of so many different colors it put stained glass windows to shame.

At the word "HEAR", his vision zoomed in on the continent of Asia. At this level, he was able to distinguish each light better, noticing how they seemed to be grouped by color with varying shades. He also noticed how some of the lights seemed to call to him while the others outright rejected him.

With the first "LISTEN", his sight was focused solely on Japan. He could see every natural contour of the island nation and every road and train track that connected the clusters of civilization. He could even see every shrine there, even the ruined ones, and they all gave off a foreboding sensation demanding he keep his distance.

At "DEVIL" he zoomed in so much so fast he almost experienced vertigo for the first time. Now he saw a church that had obviously been abandoned and taken by Fallen Angels, the poisoned Holy Energy made it feel like he was breathing in dirty air.

With the final words, "IN PERSON", he was looking inside the church from the rafters. Finally, he could see the one who cursed his father, and by extension him, resulting in this phenomenon. Frankly, he was surprised by what he was seeing. A young boy who was clearly a devil, recently reincarnated it seemed, cradling the body of the young woman he recognized as Asia Argento, a faithful nun who had to be exiled to prevent doubt from arising within their followers, and who was now dead. From the looks of it, someone had extracted her Sacred Gear.

"When my parents died," the boy continued, yelling with anger and rage still present in his voice but slightly subdued. "I didn't blame you or any deity. I blamed myself. I was the reason they were killed and I couldn't protect them. Heck, I'm not even that religious so even after hearing that gods actually exist, I did not blame any of them. But Asia," he stroked her cold cheek, "she followed all your teachings with a pure heart, accepting others no matter what. She even accepted me after learning I was a devil." Michael could see the young man's fist tighten and felt the rage become even stronger. "Yet you abandoned her! Over one little mistake you allowed her to be cast out of the only home she had ever known, scorned by the ones who once sung praises of her. Even then, while going through such hard times, she kept her faith in you. She believed in you, because it was all she could do to keep herself together. You were her pillar of support. Yet here she is now, dead, victim to the greed of the ones who want your precious gifts! DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE SAID AS SHE DIED! SHE SAID THAT SHE WAS JUST GLAD TO HAVE MET ME, A DEVIL, AND STILL BE ABLE TO CALL ME A FRIEND!" His raging voice was now back in full force.

"IS THIS HOW YOU REWARD YOUR REAL FOLLOWERS! SENTENCE THEM TO LIVES OF LONELINESS SO THAT THEY ONLY LOVE YOU! ARE YOU A SHEPHARD GUIDING YOUR FLOCK TO A RIGHTOUS PATH, OR A FUCKING NARCICISTIC ASSHOLE WHO WANTS EVERYONE TO LOOK AT THEM LIKE THEIR THE ONLY GOOD THING IN THIS WORLD! WHAT KIND OF GOD SUBJECTS THE PURE TO SUCH CRUEL LIVES WHILE CHILD MOLESTERS AND THIEFS PREACHING YOUR NAME LIVE IN LUXURY! I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PUNISHMENT IN THE AFTERLIFE CRAP, ESPECIALLY SINCE THOSE ASSHOLES STILL DO THAT CRAP KNOWING WHAT AWAITS THEM! AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, THIS GIRL IS TOO GOOD FOR YOU! I DON'T CARE WHAT I HAVE TO DO I'M GOING TO BRING HER BACK, EVEN IF SHE HAS TO BECOME A DEVIL!"

The entire time, the other three Seraph were listening and watching Michael. While they did not receive the full experience Michael was going through, they still heard every word and felt every tremor resonating through the floor. It got to the point where they were now in the air with their wings spread out. When they heard Asia's name, they felt remorse upon remembering how they had to excommunicate such a faithful young girl. When the insults started coming, Uriel and Raphael grew furious, wanting to deliver judgment on the one who insulted their deceased Father. Gabriel, however, could not help but feel as if she knew the person speaking, and for some reason she could feel the pain in his voice as if it pained her to hear it as well.

Meanwhile, Michael felt as if lightning was running through every iota of his being as he was forced to listen and watch this young man curse him.

"AS FOR YOU!" the voice continued. "YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" The male seraph could not believe a lowly devil would demand such a thing. "I DON'T CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES, OR HOW MANY CHURCHES OR ANGELS STAND IN MY WAY! I WILL FIND YOU! I WILL FACE YOU! AND WHEN I DO…" all the Seraph found themselves holding their breath. "I WILL MAKE YOU KNEEL AND APOLOGIZE!" The Seraph were aghast. 'How dare he!' they thought. "I DON'T CARE IF I HAVE TO BREAK YOUR LEGS OR PUT MY FOOT ON YOUR HEAD! YOU WILL KNEEL AND YOU WILL APOLOGIZE TO ASIA FOR ABANDONING HER WHEN SHE NEEDED YOU THE MOST!"

"I, ISSEI HYOUDOU, KAMEN RIDER WIZARD II, DO SWEAR THIS TO YOU GOD!"

There was a multitude of reactions from three of the Seraph.

Uriel and Raphael were appalled and furious. To think that someone would dare demand Michael take responsibility for actions that had to be taken for the sake of their survival! The fact that it was a Kamen Rider incensed them further as they had kept their distance from them all this time yet something like this happened! They instantly started making plans to send troops to deal with him, hoping to stop him from harming their beloved brother.

Gabriel was another story. What caught her attention was the identity of the one who raged so much against them. Her shock was so great she was frozen on the spot.

"Issei …" she muttered as her mind processed this revelation.

However, Michael himself was another story. At the declaration of the identity of the young man, he almost had an epiphany. He knows that many curse his Father, and by extension him, on a daily basis be they human, devil, fallen angel, or even the other Gods. Yet this was the first time he was actually forced to listen in live time.

'Father, did you foresee this?' he thought to himself. 'Was this why you warned me of those bearing this title?'

All thoughts were interrupted when a pillar of fire suddenly burst through the floor between the three Seraph and the throne. The flames were bright orange, yet they were hotter than anything they had ever experienced. Uriel himself was even more frightened as he, the one known as "The Flame of God", felt completely outclassed by this inferno before them.

Michael on the other hand was sweating for an entirely different reason. He knew what this was. Though it was his first time seeing this power, he knew where it came from. He knew the ancient power as old as, if not older than, the creation of Heaven. He had been warned of it but he never thought he would encounter it like this.

'The Cross of Fire' Michael thought to himself. As if hearing him, the pillar of flames changed shape and became a cross made of flames. The other Seraph were shocked by this, especially since the fear they felt was not lessened despite being in the presence of one of their religious symbols. Then a voice spoke right into Michael's ear. It was a voice he had not heard in a long time, since the end of the last Great War. It was the voice of the Holy Father, and only Michael could hear it.

"You must accept." The voice whispered to him, making Michael shed tears of joy in hearing that voice again, despite the less than favorable circumstances which made it happen. "You have taken my throne, and must now accept all responsibilities that come with it." At that moment time stood still. Only the flames continued to roar uninterrupted. And then Michael nodded in acceptance. As if it was a signal, the Cross of Fire began moving towards the chained Archangel. Seeing this Gabriel panicked and nearly cried out. However, this was interrupted by Michael's own outburst.

"Don't interfere!" he cried out, still in pain from the pressure of the chains on his body.

"But Brother Michael!" The loving sister cried out.

"I order you!" Michael commanded with authority in his voice. Despite the pain he was going through, he somehow forced her to stand down. Though they did not realize it at the time, the other Seraph would look back and realize how Michael commanded them just like the Holy Father did in the olden days, and it was the first time he ever displayed that power. Though they would deny it later, this tortuous experience is what brought Michael one step closer to God.

Upon his declaration, the burning cross moved towards him much faster. As it got closer, it shrank in size while the intensity of its flames and the heat it gave off remained as strong as ever, though to Michael it might as well have been growing. By the time it was right in front of him, it was the size of his hand and positioned right above his heart. In the blink of an eye it sank under his skin. At that moment, Michael felt as if he was exploding internally on every level possible. Though the pain was beyond excruciating and death inducing, Michael felt as if he was at peace for the first time in over millennia.

For 5 human minutes, that Seraph could see the burning cross branding itself into Michael, and were unable to act. When the flames finally died, the chains that bound him to the throne disappeared, allowing the substitute to fall to the floor as he was losing consciousness. The last thing he heard before blacking out was the sound of a crack appearing, but then immediately repairing itself.

Back at the church…

"I hope your done saying your last words." Came a familiar sneering voice behind Issei. He looked behind him to see Dohnaseek standing there with the only scratches present were the ones on his clothes. Even his slash across his face had been completely healed with no scar left. As if knowing what he noticed, the Fallen Angel held up his hands revealing a set of silver rings at the base of his middle fingers. "Twilight Healing is pretty impressive." As he started up his monologue, Issei set down Asia's body gently on the ground then turned to face his opponent. "With this, I can automatically heal any wound. No matter how serious it is my body will be as good as new. And the best part is that I can use it despite being part-Phantom."

"What?" Issei said in astonishment. Now the bastard had his attention. With a grin the fedora wearing man pulled down the top of his shirt revealing the right side of his chest revealing a purple mass of flesh, pulsating like a second heart. It wasn't just that the skin was purple at that spot. It was as if someone cut a hole in his right pectoral, placed the foreign mass in it and allowed it to grow from there.

"We weren't sure whether or not a full Phantom could actually steal a person's Sacred Gear. Heck, I heard a few theories that certain Phantoms had crazy abilities because their Gates were also Sacred Gear holders, though they had no way of knowing they had awakened their power before being turned into monsters. So, to be safe my comrade and I decided that I would take that nun's gift while she deals with that Gremory heiress." The Fallen Angel/Phantom hybrid grinned. "She's a full-fledged Phantom and we've got the perfect trap ready. With her death, Hell will retaliate against the Grigori, which will prompt Heaven to swoop in. Before you know it, we've got another Great War going on, one that will eventually extend to all other supernatural entities regardless of their origin. It will be a true World War, one that will make the human ones seem like petty squabbles. The world will be turned to ashes and those who survive, no matter what species they are, will fall into a despair like none other, bringing about a world for Phantoms alone!" Here the old man began cackling madly.

During the entire monologue, Issei did not flinch. Not even when the jack ass mentioned the trap laid for Rias. As far as Issei was concerned the redhead could handle herself, though he was a bit worried since it seemed like she was a mere novice when it came to using her powers. What he was focused on was Asia's role.

"What does Asia's Sacred Gear have to do with any of that?" He asked, gritting his teeth in rage.

"Well," the old man grinned tipping his fedora hat. "We need to make sure we don't get wiped out during our own master plan. So, for that we need the Philosopher's Stone. But since it is currently in the possession of the original Wizard, we figured we needed some extra support." With that last sentence, he waved his hands, making sure the teenager saw the rings on his fingers.

"Let me get this straight." Issei said slowly, his rage building back up. "You killed Asia, to take the gift she valued the most, despite the pain and loneliness it caused her, all so you could fight against sensei?"

"You mad, brat?" The Fallen Angel jestered.

"Hell yeah I'm mad." He responded through clenched teeth. "Mad that you sacrificed her life for no reason!" Ignoring the confused look on Dohnaseek's face, Issei continued. "Do you honestly think some instant heal item will be enough to take that guy down, or any of the full-fledged Kamen Rider sempai?!" His voice, though still bitter with anger, was full of incredulousness. "You could go at one of them with an army of self-healing monsters and they would still come out on top. All you've got is one item dependent on you being able to use it on yourself or your allies. You have a go at sensei like this you'll get your ass handed to you on a silver platter. Which means," he fixed a glare full of rage at the Fallen Angel, "there was absolutely no reason for Asia to suffer at your hands! None!"

"Look kid." Dohnaseek said with a half sigh half sneer. "You're clearly delusional, so I'm going to finish what I started and end your pathetic life." With that, he became surrounded in a purple aura before his body morphed. He was now a taller version of Vulture except he had brown and yellow scaly legs with a red body. The key difference however was the crown of red feather like protrusions on top of his head.

This was his other form, the Condor Phantom. Issei noticed that while his fingers now looked more like red talons, the rings of Twilight Healing were still visible.

"Vulture had her chance." Condor spoke, his voice a bizarre mix of ragged and scratchy. "Now it's my turn to end you." He prepared a blue spear of light in his hands.

"You'll die trying." Was Issei's only response as he pushed the lever on his belt.

Shabadobi Touch Henshin!

"Henshin!"

Flame; Please!

Hii, Hii, Hii, Hii, Hii!

From the embers of the red magic circle out came Kamen Rider Wizard II Flame Style. Once again there was a flash of light on his left hand that quickly died out revealing the Twice Critical. This time, Issei did not question it, he didn't feel any extra weight from it, he merely accepted it. As if responding to his acceptance, the green gem on the Sacred Gear light up. Issei ignored this and focused on one thing and one thing only, destroying that monster before him.

"Even if your power is doubled, I'll still win." Condor sneered. "Any last words?" It asked as he got into a fighting stance.

"A few actually." Wizard II said as he cracked his neck like a badass. "First of all, if you're listening Lucifer, make sure no one interferes as I rip the wings right off this ugly bird.

"You rant to God then ask Lucifer to abandon you to your death?" Dohnaseek commented sarcastically through grit his teeth.

Neither of them noticed the air in the room shimmer with ancient demonic energy nor did they notice the church does close themselves with a click. And the only reason a certain crimson haired devil did not notice his chair, one that originally belonged to the first demon lord, vibrating was because he was out of his office avoiding the great enemy known as paperwork.

"Second." Issei continued ignoring the interruption as he raised his left hand to show the Flame Ring and the Twice Critical. "Sa, Akuma Showtime Da!"

Music; Please!

[Begin This is Gonna Hurt by Six A.M.]

Boost!

With that, Wizard II lunged at the Condor Phantom. He struck with a flurry of punches and kicks that a normal person would have barely been able to see. Condor was forced to jump into the air to avoid getting hit. Once airborne he threw the spear at Issei.

Boost!

Issei easily avoided the attack by jumping to the side. From there he kicked off a wall, appearing behind Condor and delivering a kick that knocked him to the ground hard enough to create yard long cracks in the church floor. As he struggled to get back on his feet, a green glow emanated from both his hands as Twilight Healing healed the damage done. However, Issei crashed his heel on the back of his skull then backflipped away.

Boost!

It took a few seconds for Dohnaseek to get back on his feet and several more seconds for Twilight Healing to finish.

"Big mistake." The walking bird like creature growled. "I'm all fixed now. Good luck doing that much damage to me again."

"Don't worry." Issei shot back crouching slightly. "I just need to deliver even more."

Boost!

Before Condor could do anything, Issei kicked him in the stomach, and then smashed his face into his knee over and over. He tried to retaliate by shooting a blast of Holy Energy from his hand but it merely put distance between them as Issei jumped away. This time it took longer for Dohnaseek to return to 100%

Boost!

"You look tired." Wizard said snarkily. "Looks like the only thing that's gets healed is physical wounds. On top of that, I'm sure it takes a quite a bit energy just to heal all that damage I dealt you." If it wasn't for the helmet Dohnaseek would have seen Issei's brand of a devilish grin. "Just how much more can you heal before you collapse from exhaustion?" He asked as he cracked his knuckles.

"H-how is this possible?!" Condor panicked. "I'm supposed near invincible thanks to this Sacred Gear!"

Boost!

Neither of them noticed the Sacred Gear on Issei's arm change, becoming a complete gauntlet going from his fingers to his elbow.

"Because my will to destroy you is greater than any healing item you could possibly possess." Issei declared. "Even if there were 100 clones of you or if you could grow back your entire body, I would not rest until you are gone from this world. Someone like you, who runs and hides like a coward until he thinks he has a 100% chance of winning, can never beat me."

"D-don't try to bullshit your way out of this!" Condor stuttered throwing a blue spear of light and the Rider.

Boost!

Issei didn't even try to dodge. He just punched it with his left, gauntlet clad hand.

Explosion!

Right before the attacks hit each other, the gauntlet gave a large flash almost brighter than the light of the spear and Issei felt his body become stronger than ever before. Grinning, he continued forward, striking the spear with his fist head on. There was a clash of power as his punch and the spear tried to overpower the other, but it lasted only a minute and the Holy attack was destroyed. Not deflected or reflected back at Condor, but completely obliterated, reduced to mere motes of light that were quickly fading into nothingness.

Dohnaseek was so shocked at this, he was unable to react as Issei continued his charge, grabbed the pseudo-Phantom by the neck, punched his head like a boxing bag, then threw him at the altar, making his body smash through the rotten podium and crash at the foot of a statue of a Saint. As he tried to pull himself up, Twilight Healing was working to heal him, except it was extremely slow now. He was barely able to turn around in time to see Issei slip the Kick Strike Ring onto his right middle finger. Seeing this, the tried to claw up the statue, desperately trying to get on his feet.

Issei knew his power had increased dramatically. It wasn't a conscious thought that he was actively processing, it was just something he knew. He also knew that this extreme level of power would not last too long and that he would be extremely exhausted once it ran out. Which meant now was the time to finish this.

"S-s-stay back!" Condor cried out. He hand managed to get onto his feet, though his back was pressed against the statue for support, and was facing Issei. "I-I I'll give these back!" he tried to pull the rings off his fingers but he was shaking so bad he couldn't even get a grip on them. Not that it wouldn't have mattered as Issei was completely done talking.

Lupachi Magic; Touch Go!

"Sa, Finale Da!"

Choine; Kick Strike! Saiko!

As Issei got into his stance, he could feel the immense power move to his foot, the flames surrounding it becoming so large his entire leg was on fire. Soon, it reached the point where even he would not be able to handle it.

Dohnaseek tried to escape by jumping away. However, the moment his feet left the ground, Issei cartwheeled towards him, launched into the air, and brought his flaming kick right into the Phantom's chest. There wasn't any resistance as the attack was so strong it pushed the Phantom into the statue of the Saint before ripping through both of them as they exploded into ashes.

As Wizard II landed on his feet, his armor dissipated into dissolving crystals, this time with no magic circle as if the transformation had been cancelled. The only thing that remained was the Sacred Gear on his arm. This was when Issei noticed the changes in the gauntlet. As he examined the upgrades, a single black feather entered his view. Grabbing it, he knew it was Dohnaseek's.

"Looks like we missed the party." Spoke a voice behind him. Turning around, Issei saw Kiba and Koneko with nothing more than a few scratches and ripped clothes.

"Indeed." Came a chuckle from above. Looking up Issei saw Rias, Akeno, and Raynare flying down through a hole in the roof. Upon landing, Raynare ran to him and started clinging to his shirt, crying how she was glad he was unharmed and how she knew everything would be fine.

While this made Issei smile, he realized that while he was unharmed, he was more exhausted than expected. Last time he felt like this was 5 months ago when he managed to complete an improvised training course and every muscle burned from fatigue.

"I must say I'm impressed." Rias commented as she took the feather from Issei and examined it. "One would think that I was the one to finish him off."

"Being compared to the Princess of Destruction is quite the compliment Issei." Kiba said patting the hero's back.

"Am I supposed to be impressed?" Issei smirked, satisfied with the way his King blushed in embarrassment.

"Not after the way she got herself trapped and needed me to save her." Raynare giggled making Akeno flush as well while Rias's face became as red as Issei's gauntlet. Speaking of which…

"I see your Sacred Gear has shown its true form." Rias said almost forcefully, trying to get the discussion away from her. "As I suspected, this is no Twice Critical, but rather the legendary Longinus class Sacred Gear, the Boosted Gear." Rias took a few minutes to explain the power it had to double the user's power every 10 seconds, limited only by the host. She also explained how it Issei was now the Red Dragon Emperor for having it.

Issei pushed the thought of how cool Red Dragon Kamen Rider sounded to the back of his head in favor of getting on his knees and begging Rias to bring back Asia. After getting confirmation that he was okay with the fact that the nun would now be a devil, she agreed.

Which now brings us to Issei hugging a well and alive Asia, reunited with her Sacred Gear and brought back to life as Rias's new Bishop, with tears of happiness in his eyes. The rest of the peerage watched them with smiles on their faces while Raynare was slightly jealous and expressed it by biting her lip. However, the moment was ruined by the sound of someone slow clapping in the back of the church.

"I must thank you all." Someone said almost mockingly. The only thing distinguishable about their voice was that they were male. Getting into defensive positions, all them turned to face the source of the voice. In one of the church pews at the very back was a figure, sitting perfectly concealed in the shadows. Issei had to squint to make out the faint outline of a hood over the man's head. "Thanks to you, we now know that Wiz-kid bears a Longinus class Sacred Gear and I got to see the Evil Pieces work their magic for myself."

"You're a Phantom aren't you." Rias stated, gathering her power in her hands. She didn't know why, but she was worried, despite the fact that this unknown person was clearly still in his human form.

"Seriously?" Issei sighed, catching everyone off guard. "I know I said that Wiz-kid was a good nickname but I didn't think the villains would be the ones to use it."

"Deal with it." The mystery man chuckled.

"Issei! Why are you..." Rias asked incredulously.

"I have no intention of fighting any of you." The figure spoke, holding up a barely seen hand as a gesture of peace. "If I was,"

"We'd be dead already." Issei finished for him, speaking through grit teeth, pushing Asia behind him.

"Exactly." The person's voice was smug. "I'm here merely for reconnaissance. My superiors were expecting these two to fail and wanted me to report as to their abilities. Frankly, they only thing threatening about them was their Holy Energy. Vulture didn't even try to use her own ability because she was so focused on her origins as a Fallen Angel. Perhaps it is because she was born from a non-human entity. And Condor didn't even have his own skill so he was pretty much as disposable as a Ghoul." As he spoke, a small albino snake slithered up his leg, unnoticed by the devils and fallen in the room. "In fact," he said hiding a grin as a black feather shot from the shadows towards Kiba. The Knight was barely able to block it, but was unable to react to the second one which was twice as fast and sliced his cheek from end to end. "If I wanted to, all of you would be dead already."

"Wouldn't that be the smart thing to do?" Issei asked sarcastically as Akeno tended to Kiba while Koneko stood in front of them defensively.

"Only if you have a narrow-minded way of thinking." Was the reply. "After all," the man was definitely grinning now. "We would rather you fall into despair and join us." They way he said it put all of them on edge and sent a cold shiver down their spine.

"Are you saying…" Rias began with fear in her voice, "That if Issei were to fall into despair again he would give birth to a Phantom?"

"Exactly. And it won't be some run of the mill Phantom." The figure said waving his hand dismissively. "It will be one forged through battle, born from the Red Dragon Emperor when after having raised his hopes up so high, he comes crashing down to a despair no one else would ever know." The speaker was definitely excited at the scenario they had described. "Which is why I have been instructed to gift you with information about us."

"How generous of you." Issei said, wanting to spit his words out but barely holding back for two reasons. One, he did not want to risk angering this guy since he was obviously skilled and powerful enough to back his confidence. Second, this was a chance to learn more about his enemy.

"I suppose it's best to start with this." He mused holding up a finger for the ORC + 2 to see. "There are always 3 Wiseman."

This sentence confused most of the audience. Was he referring to biblical stories or Solomon? But then they turned to Issei and realized he had broken into a cold sweat.

"You mean…?" the young rider began.

"Exactly." Spoke the shadowy man. "The one who threatened Tokyo was not alone. He had two other colleagues. Why else do you think he would call himself Wiseman?"

"But it gets better." He held up a second finger. "The day of the eclipse, three Sabbaths were held." Everyone with the exception of Asia gasped. Not just one monster creating ceremony was held, but three! "On top of that." The speaker held up a third finger. "The other two Wiseman were more selective when it came to the Gates they turned."

"But why!" Issei cried out clenching his fists. "Fueki held the ritual to gather energy for the Philosopher's stone! That's why he kidnapped so many! Why would the other two feel the need to hold their own separate rituals with specific Gates?!" His outburst grabbed the attention of Rias, Akeno, and Raynare. They knew that Wizard held the legendary stone, but it seemed that he acquired it only after defeating his enemy, a man named Fueki who apparently called himself Wiseman.

"To create high quality Phantoms like myself." The mysterious speaker said, standing up for the first time. It was hard to tell, but he seemed like a tall bastard. "There are ways to determine the potential of a Phantom, but that's not part of the deal. We think it would be more fun for you to figure it out yourself." He chuckled. "Here is a hint though." The figure took a half bow. "You can call me Hitman."

"Don't know if you're making a reference or not." Issei joked still sweating.

"Interpret it however you like." Hitman said standing upright again. "Keep this in mind, my comrades and I have been around for over a year. I'm sure you realize what that means."

"You've had over a year to build your power."

"Exactly." Hit clapped again. "My final piece of information will be that we have continued increasing our numbers." Issei's jaw nearly hit the floor. "It is a slow process." Hitman admitted. "But the results are extraordinary and our backers have been very satisfied with the data we have provided them."

"Your backers being Foundation X." Issei snarled as he regained use of his mouth.

"I forgot you encountered them in New York City." Hit said, expressing annoyance for the first time, something Issei noticed and capitalized on.

"If by encounter you mean fuck up their plan to turn the Big Apple into Phantom City, then yes I did." The rider was actually able to smirk back at this. Hitman was silent for a moment.

"Well." He spoke after a minute, his voice now calm and confident once again. "It's time I took my leave. I shall see you again, Gremory Peerage, Wizard II." There was the sound of fingers snapping before Hitman was surrounded by a tornado of black feathers. As soon as it appeared it disappeared, the mysterious enemy with it. The ORC was quiet until Asia fainted in Issei's arms.

"Yeah I think anyone would be exhausted from all that." Issei chuckled half heartedly, tiredness evident in his own voice. His comrades gave their own half hearted laughs. Calling it a busy night would be an understatement

The next day in the morning…

Issei came to the ORC at the request of Rias. After arriving, he told Rias that he and Raynare were okay while Kalawarner was still recovering. Then they got into a conversation about the "value" of Evil Pieces and how it took all 8 of Rias's Pawn pieces to turn Issei into a devil.

"Which means," Rias said, leaning towards Issei as he sat on the couch. "You're my one and only Pawn." She was about to give him a peck on the head, but that was stopped when Issei pointed his gun in her face.

"Before I agree to that," Issei said calmly, looking her in the eye easily even though her head was higher than his. "Answer me this. Did you intentionally stall me so that Asia would die allowing you to swoop in and reincarnate her like you did with me?" Rias's eyes widened at Issei's accusation. "If it hadn't been for you delaying me repeatedly, I could have saved Asia without her dying like she did. And frankly you seemed to have already made up your mind about making her a Bishop. So I'll ask you again." He pressed the barrel against her chin. "Did you let Asia die on purpose?"

For a moment, the air was still. The only thing happening at that instant was Rias and Issei looking into each other's eye. One was looking for signs of deceit, the other for understanding. Rias's mind flashed back to the previous night when she came face to face with Wizard. She knew that this was a key moment in her relationship with Issei. Steeling herself, she grabbed the gun and, in a move that surprised Issei, moved it so that it was pressing against her left breast, aimed right at her heart.

"I never wanted any one to die last night." Rias spoke with clear confidence. "I would never endanger someone you consider a friend for my own gains. I just did not want to see you get hurt with me unable to protect you for political reasons."

There was another still moment as Issei looked at Rias hard, looking for any sign of deceit. As he did so, he pushed the gun against her breast a bit. The sensation made the heiress blush a bit but she held down her reaction. This was not the time to be bothered by sexual stimuli.

Just when Rias thought Issei had turned into a statue, he smiled and pulled his gun back. Before she could say anything, Issei opened his pocket dimension (Connect; Please!) and pulled out a box slightly bigger than his hand. Pressing a button on the side, the box opened up to reveal a crystal ball big enough to be held in two hands. While Rias had no personal experience with these items before, she knew that this was no fake nor was it some cheap tool. This one was high quality in terms of material, construct, and magical aura.

"Last night, before going to your location, sensei gave this to Raynare. He said that if I trusted you with no doubts in my mind, then to give this to you." Issei gave Rias a smile, the same smile he had long ago from the base of the tree. "With that answer, I know I can trust you with this." He held out the box for her to take.

"I'm honored." Rias said, returning his smile with the same look she would give him from the balcony, as she accepted the gift. However, she wasn't expecting Issei to lightly kissing the hand the grabbed the box.

"I look forward to fighting with you, President Rias." He grinned pulling his lips away from her hand, making her blush madly.

The moment was interrupted with the arrival of Asia, the reveal that she would be attending Kuoh, and the rest of the ORC showing up for cake.

While all this was happening, there was a flamboyant red bird perched on a branch outside the clubroom window, watching the events inside. Everything it saw was being viewed in live time by a blonde man surrounded by women. Said man was currently gnashing his teeth at what he just saw.

"How dare that lowly scum bag touch my Rias with his hands, much less place his lips on her hand like some damn gentleman!"

As the blonde ranted, the women had various reactions. One was agreeing with every word, some were indifferent, some thought it was romantic, and some thought that the boy was interesting since he went from threatening Rias to pledging loyalty to her in a snap. All this was interrupted when the feed started jumping. It took a while for them to realize that the bird was flying around because it was under attack.

"Who dares attack my familiar?!" Blonde yelled. It was at that moment that the bird managed to get a visual on its attackers. "Are those, flying toys!" He was confounded by the silver red eagle, blue unicorn, and yellow octopus that seemed to be coordinating their attacks on his familiar. "How dare they! Show them what it means to strike the familiar of a Phenex!" However, before the familiar could do anything, the three creatures came together. There was a flash of light and when it died, they were combined into one being. Before blondie or the bird could react, the new being attacked, spinning like a drill horn point forward. There was a squawk of pain and then the feed went dark. The occupants of the room were silent. All the women turned towards the sole male. His mouth was agape, almost hitting the floor. It took 5 minutes for him to react.

"What the hell!"

Okay.

Anyone want to help me with my writing?

Over 30 pages, 15,000+ words, including the AN. Totally worth it.

Recently I took another look at Issei's entry in the wiki and realized that Issei's favorite food is cheesecake. Now I'm not going to change to donut thing, but I will make cheesecakes show up more and more.

Who got the mass Pun?

Hope you liked what I did with Rias and Akeno vs Team Mittlet. Having Haruto show up like that was always the plan, but after reading reviews and messages about how I was weakening the DxD characters just to suit the original plot, I came up with this. So thanks to those who gave those comments, you know who you are. The kamikaze Ghouls won't make too many appearances, only when facing Phantoms who can use Holy energy and right now there is only one more in mind. I was planning on having Rias blow off Mittlet's arms (while in Phantom mode mind you) but the injury is healed by absorbing energy from a charged Ghoul stone. But then I decided to save that for later. Would have been too much to type, not to mention the placing would have messed things up.

I also apologize for the lack of a better description for the Phantoms here. Frankly, they were a last minute concern seeing as they would be destroyed in the same chapter their true form was revealed. I hope to give better descriptions in the future, especially concerning Boss level Phantoms. I'll probably ask the experts for help when the time comes.

The dialogue between Raynare and Mittlet would have been better and longer if the computer I was using didn't mess things up!

I did not have the heart or energy to write out Asia's final words. I think I paraphrased it pretty well.

I did not have all of Issei's rant planned when I started this chapter. I only created the structure in my head and ended up filling the rest as I actually wrote it. I apologize if I offend any of you but frankly, I wrote from Issei's perspective here.

If you were offended by the rant then know this. I had difficulty writing this myself. While I am not the best or most devout Muslim, I do believe in God and his teachings and that he has a plan for everyone and that he loves us all. However, I forced myself to think about this version of Issei, who has travelled through America and met all sorts of characters so he knows that there are people out there who seem religious but are really creeps or criminals. Taking into account the fact that this is a rant and as such he says stuff from the top of his head, it ended up becoming this. This may have been the hardest part for me to write content wise.

At first, Gabriel was going to offer to take part of the burden and the Cross of Fire would separate and head for her before Michael forces her to stand down taking on the full burden himself. As I was writing, I decided to just cut out dialogue and make it go faster. This is a long chapter damn it!

I realize my decision to have Dohnaseek be a hybrid-Phantom kind of comes out of nowhere, but I am seriously stumped on whether or not a Phantom should be able use Sacred Gears. I mean, aren't they technically walking corpses. Plus, it might actually be the case that some Phantoms have special abilities because their Gate was a Sacred Gear holder. Whether or not they had awakened their Sacred Gear yet is another factor to consider.

With the end of the Asia arc I will be taking a break. I will start working on the next chapter once I have cleared up some stuff with my counselor. Need to take care of those meetings.

Before I start the next chapter, I will go over all my previous chapters and make edits accordingly. I will change things like the format when spells are used and the wording at certain places. If you know any particular spots where I need to fix my grammar please let me know.

Also, here are some ideas I have been toying with:

Starting a series of one-shots with Issei as different Kamen Riders saving Rias from either Riser or Kokabiel. Will go in reverse order starting with Ghost. I know I have mentioned it before, but I think it would be easier to do now.

Continuing the Asmodeus fic by first restarting it as a series but the chapters for that will be even sparser. Also, I will try to do various lemons with cannon characters as well as women from different series…hentai included. At least I'm admitting it!

A DxD crossover with Fate Stay series where Issei gave his entire body to Ddraig to survive the fire making him OP when the Holy Grail war starts (no he will not die at the beginning!) and he decides to not take shit from anyone. Sort of going to be a crack fic with how Issei goes "Fuck this Shit" and beats the shit out of everyone who pisses him off.

A DxD crossover with Fate Stay and Kamen Rider where Issei is Wizard and has returned home after putting Koyomi's soul to rest. He gets involved in the war (again, not going to die right at the start!) and being a Kamen Rider he decides to end the war. He will not have Ddraig (Irina has that spot) but he will be badass because he is a fucking Kamen Rider. Will have limited involvement of DxD plot. At the most will go up to the Treaty arc where Gilgamesh will be a total douchebag and try to get war going just because it would be fun.

A crossover between DxD, Naruto, and Pokemon. Basically, a story where Issei and Naruto grew up together and went on a journey together. The fanfic would cover after their adventure when Issei has opened his own daycare and orphanage center for both humans and Pokemon. No supernatural but there will be other DxD and Naruto characters.

A crossover between DxD and Pokemon. Again, will have DxD characters but no supernatural. In this one Issei will be on a solo journey. Have not really decided on which ones he would get but he will be super friendly with them and a bit of a bad ass. He will definitely have Pokemon capable of Mega-Evolution. Also Issei will have the goal of eventually opening his own orphanage and daycare center for kids of Pokemon alike.

A crossover between DxD and Walkure Romanze.

A crossover between DxD and Gundam Build Fighters, would include latest with Iron Blooded Orphans.

Three crossovers (minimum) between DxD and Fairy Tail

Two to three different Fairy Tail fanfictions.

A crossover between Naruto and Fairy Tail where Naruto is NOT the main character and DOES NOT steal anyone's girlfriend.

See…toooooooo many ideas!

That's it for now. Please Favorite, Follow, and Review. But most of all, thank you for reading!
