YOSH! Squalo King here, with a new chapter of Demon of Pandora.

Lee: The following is a fanfic written by Squalo King, this is a nonprofit story with no actual bearing on the actual Canon of the Borderlands series created by Gearbox and 2K studios. Now, if you excuse me, I got a train to catch!

Chapter 3. To The Train

"Alright, boys listen up its time to go training catching!" said Gaige. She then takes out a small metal rod(think of a pointer used for presentations) and points it at a picture of the train that she had pined onto the rock along with many other photos and drawings that she had created.

"Now, Hyperion has several trains, some are for transport, but more importantly they're known for getting eriduim to that Hack Jack to be made into Slag or whatever." she then points at a bar of eridium.

"Bandits, Vault Hunters, and Raiders alike have been after this stuff, so its heavily guarded, meaning getting on the train will be a bitch." said Gaige.

"Next is that there are 4 trains for eridium and each one goes through different schedules but to the same destinations,"

Gaige then points at a picture of frozen tundra with bug-like creatures, one was a dessert that was similar to where they were currently residing with Buzzards in the air and finally one that looked like a town out of an old western movie.

"There are few stops that I've jotted down that are the best for sneaking onto the train and get to Jack: the Dust, a place call the Tundra Express, and lastly a dump called Lynchwood," said Gaige.

She then points to a picture of a woman with a cowboy hat.

"Now we can sneak through Lynchwood, but there's this bitch sheriff named Nisha, Handsome Jack's girlfriend who'll try to shoot us down. The train is in stops in the center of town, and the buildings provide cover, but everyone there works for the broke-back bitch." said Gaige

She then points to a picture of a large insect and to a picture of a group of bandits in a base.

"Now for the Tundra Express. There are these weird Varkid dudes, nasty insects that like to transform or whatever into big ass bugs. Plus, there are Bandits hold up all over, different than out here and a lot closer to each other." said Gaige.

"However, there is less Hyperion security there, and Bandits are dumbass as balls, so getting by them can prove easy," said Gaige.

Finally, she points at the picture of the desert.

"The closest stop is near us in the Dust wasteland, now I know this seems like the best option, but hear me out." She points at a map of the area.

"We'll be way out in the open when the train comes to stop and there it'll be guarded heavily cause eridium is, like, super valuable and stuff. We'd be sitting ducks if we get surrounded," said Gaige. She then points back at Lee and Salvador, who were sitting on rocks and listening to her briefing. Well, Lee was listening while Salvador was yawning.

"Now, any questions?" asked Gaige. Lee raises his hand.

"Let it rip Lee, what is it?" asked Gaige.

"You have three options and why they're good and bad, but what do we do when we sneak on the train?" asked Lee.

"We kill everyone aboard, and then when we get to Jack and, we kill him dead too," said Salvador with his arms crossed. Lee shook his head while Gaige nodded.

"I like that plan, but as I said, he won't be on the train," said Gaige.

"And we need info on the Vault, and to find it, I don't need or want to kill Jack," stated Lee. Gaige and Salvador then looked at Lee as if though he was an alien.

"What?" asked Lee.

"Can't shoot a gun or doesn't want to kill Jack, you really are a foreigner, Nino," said Salvador. Lee grumbled to himself hearing this while Gaige just facepalmed herself.

"It doesn't matter, we'll get info on the Vault where the train goes, with all the Eridium, we'll be able to find something and get somewhere," said Gaige.

"Well I think the Dust is the best option; it's not far from here, and I think we can sneak aboard without a fight," said Lee. Salvador jabbed Lee in his arm.

"Ow, what was that for?" asked Lee as he rubbed his arm in pain.

"For being a pussy." answered Salvador. He then points at the picture of Nisha

"We should go through Lynchwood, I heard that Sheriff's killed Vault Hunters and Bandits alike, I think we should kill her on the way to the train," said Salvador. Lee wasn't very comfortable with fighting the sheriff.

"That's not sneaking, although killing one of Handsome Jack's best men put a dent in his capitalist money-grubbing operation is tempting," said Gaige. Salvador pumped his fist in the air in victory.

"Buuuuuut, Tundra Express if probably best, there is already a visible stop for the train, plus bandits there are stupid we can sneak in or just kill all of them with," she waives her metal limb and summons Deathtrap from digistruct," the help of my precious DT here and hop on the train," said Gaige. Deathtrap them then waives at Lee and Salvador.

*Happy robotic noises*

Lee looks in awe at Deathtrap's entrance and waives back while Salvador smirks.

"Wouldn't the bandit-stop be bad, I mean why do they have the run near there anyway?" asked Lee. Gaige shrugged.

"I tried figuring that out, I have a crapload of info on each place but it took me a while to get this much. The Dust is frickin' huge so mapping was craz-hard, Lynchwood is guarded as hell and with wanted posters of me it doesn't make it easy and bandits along with Varkids were all over the Tundra Express," said Gaige

* Embarrassed Robotic noises*

Gaige then pets Deathtrap's like he was a cat.

"No it's not your fault babe, it took a while to get our footing here," said Gaige. Lee nearly chuckles, seeing Gaige treat Deathtrap so nicely. However, he was thrown off by hearing about Gaige's wanted poster.

"Wanted, what did she do?" thought Lee. However, he gets back on topic.

"I still think we should go through the Dust, all we'd have to do is follow train tracks to the stop," said Lee as he folds his legs, sitting Indian-style on the rock.. Gaige shook her head.

"And all that Hyperion would need to do if they caught us is Digistruct turrets and pelt us with Moonshots, which will more than likely hit us cause where that train stops it we'll be out in the open," said Gaige. Lee felt nothing but confusion while Salvador looked conflicted when he heard the term "Moonshots,"

"Huh, can't exactly survive a hit from those even with a shield," commented Salvador as he scratched his chin.

"Whats a moo-, never mind, how do we pick then?" asked Lee.

"Tundra Express is the best choice, we've already killed bandits so taking them out is pretty easy," claimed Gaige. Zeke shook his head.

"Well in the Tundra Express and Lynchwood our enemies have the home-field advantage. Plus what if we start a fight and those crazy bastards destroy the train. Those Bloodshots didn't hesitate to use rocket launchers one me when I was alone!" said Lee. Salvador nods.

"I agree with Nino, the Express is bad!" said Salvador.

Gaige and Lee looked at Salvador like he switched bodies with a more sane person. He then points at the picture of Lynchwood.

"Lynchwood is obviously more congested, bandits everywhere, a big-time member of Hyperion wanting to slug it out!" he yelled. He then gave a hearty laugh.

"It's perfect!" he yelled.

"NO, ITS NOT !" yelled Gaige and Lee in unison. Salvador then begins to pout.

They were arguing in circles. They realized that this wasn't going anywhere and they needed to decide.

"Look, let's just pick one," uttered Gaige, exhausted.

"*Sigh* Yeah. we're putting ourselves in danger anyway," said Lee rubbing the back of his head.

"But how do we decide?" asked Lee

Salvador then brought out a Vladof pistol and cocks it, much to Lee's dismay and Gaige's curiosity.

"Vladof roulette!" suggested Salvador. Lee sighed, the gun didn't use a revolver chamber, but a magazine.

"Let me guess small fry, you never lost." joked Gaige.

"Of course not, I'm pretty lucky." said Salvador with a smile. Before another word was said, Lee pulls out his deck of cards.

"How about we use this. We each draw a card; Salvador for Lynchwood, Gaige for Tundra Express and I'll draw for the train in the Dust, highest card wins." suggested Lee.

"You want to decide how we sneak onto the train with luck?" asked Gaige. Lee nods.

"Unless you want to argue in circles all day," he said. Gaige thought about it and grinned.

"I like that, but only if DT gets to draw a card for my side," said Gaige.

*Robotic noises*

Lee snarls and points at Deathtrap.

"What that's not fai-"

"Perfect, put the deck down," said Salvador in agreement. Lee was outvoted and furrowed his brow angrily.

"*Grumble* Fine, don't show your cards until we've all drawn, aces are high," said Lee as he shuffled the cards. He then put the deck on the ground. He, Gaige, Salvador, and Deathtrap sat in a circle around the deck of cards.

Gaige drew first, then Salvador, then Lee, and finally Deathtrap who tips the deck over while trying and failing to pick in a card due to its large metal fingers, this leads to Gaige taking the closet card for him. Each card was face down so they didn't know what they had.

"Okay, now go," said Lee. Each of them flips over their cards.

"I have a 4," said Lee in a depressing tone. Gaige then smiles and shows her and Deathrap's cards.

"King and a Jack, HA I win!" yelled Gaige in satisfaction while Deathtrap was clapping. Salvador then shows his card and gave a toothy grin.

"Ace, Hurra Mis Amigos, we fight a sheriff!" yelled Salvador in excitement. Zeke, Gaige, and Deathtraps drop their cards. Lee then looks up at the sky for answers to this conclusion.

"This is some kind of cosmic joke isn't it?" asked Lee.

"I call bullcrap, probably cheated," said Gaige angrily. Deathtrap nods his large body in agreement.

"How about we go again?" asked Lee, he didn't care that Gaige's deceleration made no sense. Salvador shrugs, he had already won but was having fun.

"Fine with me," said Salvador.

"This time I hand out the cards," said Gaige. Lee didn't interject, even if she won then they wouldn't have to go the Lynchwood.

"Go for it." said Lee.

Gaige then puts everyone's cards back to the deck and begins shuffling it. keeping them face down she takes 4 cards and gives one to each person.

"Okay, GO!" yelled Lee. They flip their cards over.

"2, are you kidding me?" asked Lee in distress.

"3, dammit!" yelled Gaige, She sees Deathtrap's card.

"4, is lady luck on her period!?" she asked. Deathtrap was also disappointed.

*Distressed Robotic noises*

"5, I win again, to Lychnwood!" Salvador yelled. He tosses his card to the ground.

Without another second to lose Salvador gets his things ready for the trip, much to the annoyance of everyone else.

"Deathtrap makes sure he doesn't break our stuff," said Gaige.

*Compliant Robot noises*

Deathtrap then goes after Salvador. Gaige then throws her card at Lee who clumsily catches it. He felt a bit guilty since this was his idea.

"Sorry," he said. Gaige smiles and waves her hand.

"Don't crap your pants over it," she said. She clenched her fists and shook them at the sky.

"But, FUCK I still should've won!" she yelled. Lee nearly chuckles.

"Say, um thanks." said Lee shyly. Gaige blushes and chuckles at this thanks.

"Oh no problem, but for what?" asked Gaige.

"I'm going with Salvador for the moment, but I like hanging around someone whose actually looking for the Vaults rather than a fight." said Lee. Gaige smirks a little and puts her hands on her hips, standing in a confident manner.

"Not a problem, glad to have a level headed person, I mean aside from someone smart as myself." said Gaige as she bragged.

"Thanks, sorry about Salvador though," said Lee.

"Normally I'd ditch the midget, but it might be easier getting on a train if I'm in a group, not that DT isn't enough." said Gaige.

Lee smiles and puts his all his cards back into his pocket. He and Gaige then gather their things like Salvador. Gaige gathers her notes on the Vaults and her weapons , as she did she looked at Zeke, admired his body, he was fit, his body was strong with somewhat defined muscles, his scars, his long hair. However also noted that he only had one gun with no shield, no grenade mod, no armor and he didn't even use a gun when they first met.

"When I got here all I had was a wrench, I needed Deathtrap to protect me, so how did he survive this long?" she thought.

As she looked at him ,Lee felt uncomfortable and a chill up his spine. He looked back at Gaige and she looks away before Lee could notice.

"Hey do you need anything before we leave?" asked Gaige. Lee thought about it and looked down at his body.

"Well, if you have any clothes I can use, I lost my poncho and goggles in a fight. I feel exposed like this," said Lee embarrassed. Gaige was put off by this being all Lee wanted but looked around found a cloak that she used to keep the sand out of her mechanical arm, clothes she stole from some bandits, along with a spare pair of goggles.

She gives them to him, and he quickly goes behind a rock and puts on an old pair of pants, a cloak, and put a pair of goggles. He comes from behind the rock as clothed, but with no shirt or shoes.

"Thanks." said Lee.

"No prob, but you owe me one. Oh and before we head off,I drive an Outrunner to get around and its only got 2 seats" said Gaige.

"Is that a problem?" asked Lee.

A rusty red Outrunner traveled across the desert wasteland, like a leave being carried by the wind and kicking up as much dust as possible. So fast they would leave bandits behind if they were ever chased and even squished enemies underneath its tires. At the helm was Gaige who was driving, on the turret was Salvador who was patiently waiting and looking out for any Bandits that would attack them and Lee was sitting in the back of the Outrunner holding on for dear life.

"How are you down there, NiƱo? asked Salvador as he kept his hands on the turret. Lee made sure to keep his grip as strong as possible. He was nervous about falling off and that fear kept him from letting go.

"I'm fine, just bumpy so excuse me if I puke!" yelled Lee.

"Do that when we got bandits chasing us, perfect oil slick!" yelled Salvador. Gaige and Lee both grimaced in disgust hearing that.

Gaige then hits a bump caused the Outrunner to jump a little, nearly launching Lee off and onto the wasteland. He holds on tighter and sighs when he realizes he was safe.

"You know if I squeeze enough I could sit in your lap and I work the wheel, I don't mind the extra room!" yelled Gaige. Lee shuddered.

"No thank you!" yelled Lee as politely as possible. Gaige grumbled and she continued to drive.

The ride was long and arduous, they had to avoid using the Hyperion transport train due to avoid the Sheriff seeing them immediately. They were lucky not to run out of gas or run into a large group of bandits, though they did run over the occasional Skag turning them into roadkill for the Rakks to pick at. However, this somewhat mundane Pandora drive would soon come to an end.

Lynchwood

After hours of driving, they arrive a mile from what appeared to be a mining facility with very strange bandits off in the distance. They held up further away from where no one could see them, and nested on a rock formation to get a vantage point. Gaige pulled out her sniper rifle and looked through the scope to see down below.

"How does it look?" asked Salvador.

"No different than last time I was here, still crawling with those weirdo freaky rat people that work with Nisha.

"Rat people? Let me see," said Lee. Gaige hands Zeke the sniper rifle and as Lee tries to hold it he nearly drops it.

"Oh my god!" she yelled. She takes the scope off the rifle and gives it to Lee to use. Lee was embarrassed and Salvador was chuckling.

"S-Sorry." uttered Lee.

He then looks through the scope and sees large drills, carts with Eriduim in them, people riding scags, large men with cowboy hats and badges, rails, and more mining equipment, lastly there were strange people with gas masks that covered their faces, they were very skinny with weird bodysuits and seemed to pick up anything that they found.

"Those are rats?" asked Lee Gaige nodded.

"Gross as hell and talk like freaks, they've got big rat eyes under those masks and love to steal," said Gaige.

"I killed things like that all the time, Rats usually hang around the Fridge, and talk like ssssssnakessss." said Salvador, mocking them.

"Great so now along with the sheriff, we have to worry about these guys," said Lee.

"Not if we keep quiet, I know a quick way into town," said Gaige as she climbed down. Lee followed her and Salvador sighs in disappointment.

"Can't we just blast our way in?" he asked.

"NO!" yelled Gaige and Lee in unison. Salvador shook his head and followed along with them.

As they entered the mining area they sneak around as quietly as they could. There weren't many places to hid and the rats were sensitive to noises as well. Gaige led them around a large set of drills through a small cave passage where no one could see them kill off some of the Rats before they could alert anyone else. Then Gaige leads them down a large conveyor belt whilst buried beneath the stone that was being moved out of the way to keep digging. As they get closer to town they start hearing announcements.

"This is Sheriff Nisha of Lynchwood with a reminder to not cut down and bandits I hanged, just let them swing in the breeze."

Lee was flabbergasted hearing Nisha talk. He expected a more gruff and threatening female voice. However, Nisha's voice was mature and weathered, almost seductive.

"That's her voice?" thought Lee.

"Ignore her, keep going!" whispered Gaige.

They kept going until finally, they were in a spot that was in full view of the actual town of Lynchwood, it was higher ground and near an abandoned building. They laid on their stomachs, looking down at the town.

Lynchwood was bigger than most of the little number of towns that Lee had seen so far on Pandora; tons of buildings men keeping guard, there were train tracks in the and a stop in the center of town an entrance to a transport terminal, a large building that seemed like a bank, a clock tower and a clinic. More notably there were several dead bandits hanging by their necks, swinging in the breeze like evil Mercenary Day ornaments. The town's buildings were old, brown, rusty dusty, infested with bandits and deputies. More tracks and mines were visible in the distance as well as a path that leads into a further section of the town. Sand blew everywhere when the wind blew and to add to all this, tumbleweeds occasionally rolled along with the land.

"There it is, the town that belongs in a tacky Truxican Western movie," said Gaige.

"Cheery place," said Lee sarcastically. Salvador then scoffs.

"This place is a hole compared to my village, though I don't live in my village anymore so it gets an edge," said Salvador.

Gaige held out her hand and Lee hands her back her scope to look through at the town. She noted that the same deputies and bandits that hung around were still here and the number was the same as before.

"Same scrubs as before, they're fodder so its no biggie," said Gaige. Lee sighed in relief, he then looked at Salvador.

"Meaning when the train comes we can sneak onto it with no problem," he said in an annoyed manner.

"Maldito aburrido " said Salvador annoyed. Lee chuckles, satisfied at the situation at hand. He looks over with Gaige.

"So when does the train come?" asked Lee. Gaige then groaned.

"High noon, cliche," she said annoyed. She looks

"Anyway its almost noon I think, so if-"

*Rumble*

Just then small quake occurred shaking the earth beneath them. Some of the bandits and deputies were thrown off their balance. Some of the rocks shook, some Skags, Raks and other animals fled. Lee, Salvador, and Gaige were already on the ground so they didn't fall down, but they could feel the quake.

Then for a moment, Lee feels a searing pain in his head. He grabs his head unable to ease the pain any other way.

"AH, Damn that hurts," he utters

The quake subsides, all is calm for the moment. Lee, worried, looks over and sees that bandits going back on their business. No alarms were raised and no one was panicking. NO buildings were destroyed, no fires occurred. It was like nothing had happened

"Damned Earthquakes," said Salvador.

"There was one on the first day I got on Pandora, are they normal?" asked Lee. Salvador shook his head.

"No, they're not. Most earthquakes the Skags and Stalkers can feel coming so they hold up somewhere safe, even the Rakks get to higher ground. These are weird though they, don't have time to react to these." said Salvador.

"I noticed that too," said Gaige. She looks at Lee.

"Aside from that, your head okay?" asked Gaige. Lee nods.

"Yeah must be the planet air or something, they happen from time to time," said Lee. His headache slowly fades away.

*Rumbling,*

"What again?" asked Lee. Gaige shook her head.

"No, the train's coming!" said Gaige excitedly.

The rumbling got louder and soon a yellow train passed into the main street and slowly stopped. Compartments on the train began to open. Soon carts of Eridium being pulled by the Rats and bandits with the deputies keeping watch.

Gaige sets her scope aside and addresses Lee and Salvador.

"Okay so here's the plan: we sneak down there while they're loading up, then I send Deathtrap off as a distraction, while they panic we get on the train and make sure we stay aboard," said Gaige.

"Sounds like a plan, boring but if we get caught then I might get some fun," said Salvador.

Lee took the scope out of Gaige's hands and looked down at the train, he saw the bandits like Gaige did, but he also saw a woman, the only woman around with a single deputy next to her as she made her way to the train. She had a purple sheriff's hat, badge, dark purple attire, a Jacobs revolver in her hand, and a mean look on her face.

"Gaige, is that the sheriff?" asked Lee. Gaige and Salvador widen their eyes. Gaige swipes back her scope and looks down to see Sheriff Nisha.

"Oh hell no, what's she doing, she usually lets her grunts do this stuff!" said Gaige surprised.

"Is this a problem?" asked Lee concerned

"Only if we're not super quiet when we get down there, but it's not like if I use DT I can't bring him straight back if something happens," said Gaige a little worried. Lee and Salvador saw the concern in Gaige's eyes. They didn't know Deathtrap and Gaige's history, but they could tell she cared about him.

"Want me to cover him when it's time?" asked Lee. Gaige was put off by this question, but Salvador intervenes.

"I'll cover him, Nino!" said Salvador with gusto. Thrown off by their proposal as human shields, she stops them.

"What, no I can digistruct him in and out wherever he is, there's no need for heroics boys," said Gaige.

"It'll just be harder to get him back," she said worriedly. Though in reality, Gaige didn't know if she could use Deathtrap now.

Lee looks back down and sees that the Eridum was still being loaded, but more importantly, he saw a new person exit the train and walk over to Nisha. Seeing this he snatches the scope from Gaige and looks down at the new figure; it was a man with defined face though one would say mask, he had perfectly groomed brown hair, tanned skin, an exceptional overcoat with a pocket watch adorned to the lapel, tattoos on his wrists and Hyperion guns at his side. His name was,

"Handsome Jack!" said Lee surprised.

"What?!" Gaige quietly screamed. She nearly screamed to the top of her lungs, but remembered the situation, Lee,

"H-He's here, Handsome Jack is here!" said Lee in a panicky tone.

This time it was Salvador who takes the Scope from Lee and looks down, he sees Jack and laughs. He stood up, much to Lee's horror. He knew what Salvador wanted.

"Now this is perfect, time to go guns blazing bitches!" said Salvador. He pulls out two Bandit rifles and prepares to run down there, but Lee gets up and runs in front of him.

"W-Wait, what are you doing?" asked Lee.

"Killing Handsome Jack," said Salvador.

"Are you crazy, you'd be totally surrounded, this won't be like with the other bandits and he's probably got high-grade weapons on him!" said Lee. He then points at the sky.

"He's the head of Hyperion and that base up there is his, he might fire a laser on you!" said Lee in a panic.

"Don't care," said Salvador nonchalantly. Lee grabbed Salvador's shoulder only to be brushed off.

"No, use that hard head of yours! You'll get slaughtered!" said Lee. He looked over to Gaige for help in stopping Salvador.

"Gaige he-"

Gaige was busy. She was preparing an SMG and summoned Deathtrap to the party. Her eyes were like fire and she bore a grin on her face, like a mad mechanic prepared to strike with the fury of a thousand storms.

"Gaige, what are you doing?!" asked Lee in protest.

"I didn't think I would get this chance, now I can take down Hyperion with well-placed head-shot, with Jack dead getting to the Vault will be a cakewalk!" said Gaige hyped up tone.

"Will you two slow down and listen?" Lee begged. No one listened.

Lee was in distress, he knew the danger and the chances of them attacking together were no good, they would all die. At this second he saw Salvador and Gaige's corpses below Jack's feet with Deathtrap being torn apart.

"No, think of something!" he screamed in his mind.

As Gaige and Salvador were about to go down, he thought about the situation: Handsome Jack arrived on the train they sought, they didn't know why he was here, he was on his turf so he had every advantage with his soldiers, nothing could hurt him. Then it came to him, something quick and sloppy was the only one to come to mind.

"Damn it wait, I have a plan to get Jack!" Lee said quickly. Salvador stops and Gaige does the same with Deathtrap preparing to move.

"Oh, what plan Nino?" asked Salvador about to shove Lee out the way. Lee takes a deep breath.

"We'll go after Jack, but not in Lynchwood, on the train where it'll be easier," said Lee. Lee had a certain, yet desperate look in his eyes. He was calm but anxious to speak, something that they took note of. Gaige knew she didn't have a plan, but she also didn't want to let this chance slip by. Salvador was intrigued because he wanted to know what Lee came up with on the spot.

"Okay, what's this plan that will help us get to Jack?" asked Gaige. Lee sighed in relief,

"We need to get on the train, first I need Deathtrap's help." said Lee. Gaige looks at Deathtrap confused, but she agrees.

"Anything, what's the job?" she asked. Lee then points at Deathtrap.

"I need him to throw me," said Lee.

"Excuse me?" asked Gaige.

*Confused Robotic noises*

"Oh, I like this plan," said Salvador.

Down by the train Nisha, her deputy named Winger and Jack were overseeing the Eridium transfer onto the train.

"More of the Eridium's on its way now Sherrif Nisha, Mr. Jack. Said Deputy Winger. Jack takes a lax stance and smiles at Deputy Winger.

"Ringo, Ringo, buddy pal," said Jack in a relaxed tone. Deputy Winger felt a knot in his stomach when Jack spoke to him.

"I-Its W-"

"I've told you this before, my name is Handsome Jack. Don't be too afraid to call me Handsome in front of my hot girlfriend, I'm not judgmental," said Jack.

"Yes sir, Handsome Jack," said Winger in an uncomfortable tone.

"Good, now get your goons to hurry up with that Eridium, chop-chop!" ordered Jack. Winger then ran to get more of their deputies to help. Jack then inches over to Nisha and puts his hand on her butt. He

"So babe how you been, I mean aside from your deputy clearly wanting to sleep with me?" asked Jack.

"Fine, hung up some new stuff," said Nisha pointing at the newly hanged men.

"Like the decorations, red's a nice color, but what happened to the other ones?" asked Jack.

"Idiots tried to cut them down or the Rakks got hungry," said Nisha.

"Next time just use spikes, oh speaking of which I got you something," said Jack in a cheery tone He then pulls out a Hyperion pistol.

"New model, I mean not better than mine but still," said Jack. Nisha then takes the gun, then points it at one of the Bandits, and shoots him in the head.

"Not bad," said Nisha. Jack then put his arm's around her waist.

"So you like it," said Jack. He squeezes Nisha's waist.

"Yeah, still a bit too shiny," said Nisha. A bit bored with the gun.

"Oh just beat it some Claptrap's corpse and that'll help," said Jack as he turned Nisha around to kiss her.

However before anything else could happen something falls from the sky behind the two, when it crashed down dust went everywhere. They both look and draw their guns, anyone helping to get the Eriduim on the train stopped to look and prepare to kill. When the dust settled it was revealed to be Lee who was just getting up.

*Cough*

He coughs into his hand due to the dust. He was also dusting off his own body as he stood.

"Thanks, DT.," said Lee to himself.

*Click*

Lee's eyes widen the moment he hears guns cocking. He looks at the two figures before him, Sheriff Nisha and Handsome Jack, head of Hyperion. They had their guns trained on him, being a meter apart from each other. Lee took a quick look around and all of the other bandits and deputies had their eyes on him. He looked at Nisha and saw a cold stare, nearly made him shiver. He looked at Jack and saw that he was smiling at him.

"Who the hell are you?" asked Nisha.

Lee swallowed nervously.

"I'm Lee and I would like to not die," said Lee awkwardly. Jack chuckles.

"Well I hate to disappoint but-" Jack then pulls the trigger,

*Gunshot*

Lee quickly moves out of the way of the gunshot, nearly grazing his side. He charges at Jack to disarm him, but Nisha tries to shoot him.

"Try this Bandit!" said Nisha.

Lee ducks, evading the shot, and he dashes at Nisha. Before she could fire again Lee flips back and kicks Nisha's gun out of her hand. While he was upside down he sees that Jack was about to shoot again. Lee tries to talk him down.

"W-W-Wait!" he yelled upside down.

"Yeah, gonna not do that pumpkin," said Jack.

Lee then swung his legs and twists his arms whilst upside down like a breakdancer, he spins and kicks Jack's gun before it could fire caused it to hit one of the bandits instead. Nisha pulls out another gun and backs away before rapidly firing her Jacob's pistol.

*Bam* *Bam* *Bam*

Lee quickly flips back and once he was on his feet he runs away.

"Hey, get your heads out your asses and fire!" ordered. Nisha.

The bandits and deputies then began to fire on Lee as he retreats. He runs through a hailstorm of bullets.. Some of the Deputies tried to take him down by force, but Lee just evades them without attacking.

"Crap I hope this works!" he thought.

He looked back at Nisha and she fires at him, Lee moves out of the way in time, only for it to hit one of her deputies in the leg. He ducks behind the corner of a building for cover as enemies continue to fire at him.

"Wait I just wanna talk!" yelled Lee.

"Right, sorry to tell ya but Nisha prefers corpses aside from me kiddo," said Jack as he put his hand on Lee's shoulder. Lee's eyes widened. He looked back where Jack and saw that he was gone, he then looked down and saw a pair of footsteps leading from that spot. He also saw a strange set of footsteps different from his own or Jacks's.

"So yeah, super adorable trying to kill me while visiting my girlfriend, real cute." said Jack amused with a gun pointed at Lee. Lee gets from behind the corned and everyone prepares to shoot him, he then looks over where Jack was standing and looks back at Jack who was confused. Everyone expected him to attack Jack or Nisha, but he did nothing.

"What the hell are you doing?" asked Jack. He walks back over to Jack. He points to where Jack was once standing.

"W-Weren't you over there, I made sure to land where I was so not to hurt you, but how did you get behind me?" asked Lee. Jack looks at Nisha who just shrugs confused. This wasn't how most people reacted to Jack.

"Weird last words from the guy trying to kill me, but I won't remember them so bye," said Jack. Lee then sighed, he dashes behind Jack before he could fire. Jack quickly spins around, only to have his gun grabbed by Lee before he could fire.

"I did not come to Lynchwood to kill you!" said Lee angrily. He lets go of Jack's gun.

"Oh really," said Jack. Jack then, for fun, shoots at Lee to scare him.

*BAM*

The bullet hits the ground near Lee's foot. Much to Jack's interest, Lee didn't move out of the way. In fact, Lee looked annoyed.

"Yes really, I do not want you dead, I came down here just to talk to you," said Lee continued his answer. Jack was a bit thrown off. What threw his more was that Lee didn't actually try and attack him before.

"Seriously?" asked Jack confused. Lee nearly screams, frustrated at this jackass before him. He calms down. As he did Nisha aims at him, but Jack holds up his hand. She stops, any other deputies and bandits keep their weapons trained, but don't fire.

"I wanted to kill you, then why did I clearly not try to when I came down, and why did I do everything except try to kill you even when you hot at me?" asked Lee angrily.

"Huh, someone I don't know doesn't want to kill me, oddly refreshing and unsettling," said Jack.

That's all for now.
