Soldier: "We don't see it anymore, sir."
An unnerving calm ensues, until...Driscoll's hand hits the glass!...everyone knows what's going to happen...Driscoll begins to transform into Kong, little by little...then... Kong destroys the glass, breaking the window of the bridge!
Bill Randa: "There you have it."
Kong jumps up and falls onto campus, Englehorn, Randa and Ann look at him, Kong punches him in the chest and lets out a mighty roar... but this time Englehorn is ready.
Bill Randa: "Alpha team, attack with everything."
The soldiers start shooting at Kong, but the bullets don't do any damage to him, Kong turns to the soldiers.
Bill Randa: "50 caliber, now!".
A military jeep with 50 caliber appears and shoots at Kong, nothing happens, because Kong rams it easily, another jeep appears, Ann wants to do something, but they prevent her. Kong continues to address the soldiers, who by the way are next to an abstract monument, Kong arrives and with his foot crushes the jeep, rendering it useless. Kong takes the jeep as if it weighs nothing and crashes it against the monument, continues like this until it is destroyed, then crushes some soldiers with the remains... followed by taking the engine and throwing it into another jeep, colliding with another jeep, exploding both. Some students approach and record what happens.
Hudson: "Look at that, are you seeing that?"
Robert: "Of course, I'm with you."
He begins to see exorbitant casualties, and very badly wounded soldiers, so Randa orders.
Bill Randa: "Englehor, now you!".
Englehorn takes a grenade launcher and shoots at Kong, managing to stun him but only a little, Englehorn keeps shooting, Kong breaks part of the monument and uses it as a shield, protecting himself, Englehorn's shots only make Kong angrier.
Captain Englehorn: "Do you remember me?"
Englehorn jumps over Kong and takes cover on the heights of the monument, he shoots at Kong's face, but it doesn't work, then he jumps again dodging Kong's attacks with the shield... on the ground he continues to dodge Kong's attacks.
Bill Randa: "He's really doing it."
Kong tries to crush him, but Englehorn once again escapes.
Bill Randa: "Send him to the guns!"
Englehorn starts running, Kong chases him...but it's all a ruse, because two jeeps with two cannons appear...Englehorn keeps running, Kong has almost caught up with him.
Captain Englehorn: "Now!"
They activate the cannons, which fire...some sound waves that are too strong, which send Englehorn flying and manage to stun Kong, it's too much, even for Kong, who can't stand this, Englehorn smiles...but Ann insists to her father .
Ann Darrow: "No...no, don't, you're going to kill him."
But Randa does not agree. It seems that Kong is going to give up, but seeing Ann, Kong receives the necessary strength, to get up little by little...and take the two pieces of the shield, Randa can't believe it...Kong protects himself with the shield. ...and throws a chunk...splitting a jeep in half!...now free Kong jumps onto the other jeep and crushes it.
Bill Randa: "Where is the helicopter?".
A military helicopter approaches, Englehorn decides to act on his own and starts shooting at Kong, provoking him...but Kong doesn't take it seriously...they both face each other.
Captain Englehorn: "Is that all you got?"
Bill Randa: "Englehorn, stand down now."
But Englehorn ignores this order, Kong looks at him euphorically.
Captain Englehorn: "That's it!"
Furious Kong hits him with his arm, with a single blow he sent him flying and Englehorn crashed into a tree, being severely injured, if not almost dead.
Bill Randa: "Back off!"
The soldiers begin to withdraw, but Ann only looks at Kong, Bruce arrives at the place.
Bruce Baxter: "Anne!"
Ann doesn't listen to him, she chooses to approach Kong, when Kong sees her he calms down a bit, despite everything... she trusts that Driscoll is still there.
Ann Darrow: "Jack."
Kong stares at her. Behind Kong comes the helicopter, who points at Kong and starts shooting at him...Kong protects Ann by covering himself and Ann with the shield...Randa notices this.
Bill Randa: "Stop!"
Kong then throws the shield at the helicopter...destroying it, the helicopter falls crawling towards Kong and Ann, Kong protects her at all times...the helicopter explodes.
Bill Randa: "Nope!"
Randa and Bruce think the worst...Randa starts to regret everything...when he looks at Kong...who is carrying Ann in his arms, she is unconscious...Kong glares at Randa...staring at him in the eyes, Kong retreats with Ann, walking away from the place.
