A/N: So here is the chapter and honestly…it's kinda questionable on what just went wrong here lol btw a little sexually here and there. Nothing serious though.

Burning Kitty Cat & Tails Lost His V Card

The muscles in her legs pumped as fast as they could as Amy raced onto the ocean, splitting it in half, leaving a trail of pink and green behind and causing sprinkles of cool water to splash about. She nearly lost her footing when she did a hard turn, drifting uncontrollably, zig-zagging from side to side. Timing it right, she crouched and tucked into a ball, thrust herself into the air, neatly performing a drop dash and falling back on course to her destination.

When her counterpart had said that these shoes would provide her with greater sharper turns, she had not expected for that to apply on water too. She had quickly gotten the hang of the change on land, but water was obviously different because it wasn't solid.

But just as she's quick on her feet, she's a quick learner.

Attempting a second sharp drift, she grinned when she was successful, water spraying like wild torrents as she boosted forwards, going even faster. Her legs and feet morphed into a blurred mess of green and purple, land now within visual distance.

Screeching into a hard halt, she looked ahead and saw…

Sonic and some female purple cat…

From the looks of it, the blue hedgehog wasn't entirely comfortable with her, the cat having him pinned to the tree, her lean form pressed against his chest as she stared into his eyes with her mischievous yellow ones, running her paws all over him.

Amy shook her head and would have laughed if it wasn't for the gear she was wearing….well more like a uniform; a jumpsuit.

An orange prison jumpsuit.

An escapee? I suppose I should give him a hand, right… She frowned. She came here to kick his ass, not save it.

"Don't bother."

Quickly turning, Amy saw a black and red hedgehog wearing a black jacket with the word 'G.U.N' on both sides of his arms, standing rigidly in front of her with his arms crossed, his deep red orbs shinning with authority. She watched curiously as he scanned her over, gauged her appearance and features.

"Interesting..."

"Huh?"

And then he walked away, baffling her. "Hey! Wait! What do you mean by that?"

"I have the situation handled, she's under my watch." He said, deflecting her question as he continued towards the purple cat, who was practically sexually assaulting Sonic.

"Damn prick…" Amy muttered, following the rude hedgehog.

As the pink blur closed in on Sonic and the cat, she actually felt kind of bad for him, the blue blur averting his attention from his assailant and looking at Amy, silently pleading for help.

"Come on Blue-boy! Give your kitty a kissy kissy~" The purple feline hissed playfully, her voice dripping with sex. "Or perhaps a little bitty licky-lick?"

"Y-you're too c-close…" Closing his eyes, he turned his cheek to the side when she nuzzled her face in the crook of his neck, inhaling in what she believed to be the most 'divine' scent.

"Not close enough~" She sang, purring softly and tracing a palm against his chest.

"Blaze…" He groaned, his body feeling extremely hot. As much as he hated to admit it, he kinda liked this…not that he'd ever admit that to her or anyone. "Back o-off."

"Meeooow~" Cooing, she licked his cheek slowly, making him yelp.

Amy blenched, her stomach-churning.

"Okay kitty, times up," Shadow grumbled with disgust, his deep voice breaking through the heavy tension.

"Meow?" the feline froze, her pupils shrinking as her arousal faded. Looking behind her, she sighed in disappointment when she saw Shadow standing impatiently.

"Ten more minu-"

"No."

"But-"

"No.

She pouted, holding onto the blue hedgehog tightly, possessively. "Fine…five then-"

Shadow growled. "Don't make this more annoying than it already is."

"Come on, he's not even as flustered as use-"

It only took Shadow one step to make the cat leap from Sonic, her hands held up in surrender, giving him the most innocent of looks.

"We've been through this, Nine. We give you fifteen minutes with this idiot in exchange for information that will aid us in raiding illegal gang activities, which have spiked in recent months. If necessary, you WILL come with us in the field and if you try anything stupid...well just don't."

Sonic frowned. Blaze didn't even bat an eye when Shadow referred to her as "Nine".

"Has anyone told you to loosen that stick up your ass?"

He rolled his eyes. "Plenty. Now let's go."

That's when Blaze saw the pink hedgehog standing there.

To Amy's surprise, the cat's expression went from playful, to irritation.

"What is…that doing here?" She said, looking at her with distaste, her feline features sharpening as she began to hiss like a feral beast… and was that steam seeping from her body?

Amy blinked confusingly. "Excuse me?"

"What's up with your get-up? It's so unlike you, Pinky!"

"Pinky?"

"You have some nerve showing your face here!" She growled, her fangs showing, causing Amy to drop into her fighting stance.

"Listen, I don't even know who you are!"

"Are you trying to take him from me again? He's mine!" Blaze's advances were put to a stop when Shadow grabbed her by the wrist.

"This Amy Rose isn't from around here, right Sonic?"

Breaking out of the trance that the cat's 'kiss' had left him in, he answered Shadow when his question registered. "No, she isn't."

"So the fox's theory was correct then?"

Sonic nodded since he knew the black hedgehog would be able to see right through his lie. "Listen Shadow, don't tell them thi-"

"I saw her running across the ocean, so I know she is very fast. But what about her fighting skills? Does she have any?"

"Well yeah, she can hold her own."

Sonic didn't like the tiny smirk Shadow was giving him.

"So if I were to let the kitty loose to play for a while, it shouldn't be a problem…right."

Blaze's feral grin widen with excitement, her pupils thinning as steam sizzled from her pours, highlighting her uniform.

"Shadow, I don't think that's a good-"

Stepping back from the wild purple feline, he eyed the touch screen watch on his left wrist. With a few swipes of his finger, he deactivated Blaze's power's inhibitor. The moment he did, Blaze exploded into flames, temporally blinding the other three present. Her jumpsuit ripped and charred in various spots, showing enough skin to make Sonic blush.

Shadow shook his head. He had forgotten that the cat wasn't wearing her fireproof gear. Let's hope that the cat does not burn the rest of her clothes off. Then again, I don't think Sonic would mind the show.

"Consider your extra ten-minute request reconsidered and accepted."

"Can I kill her?"

"Don't push your luck."

Blaze laughed devilishly, relishing in finally having her powers released after weeks of suppression. "I'll just settle for a few itty bitty burns then~"

Her body went into flames again as she then burst towards the stunned pink hedgehog. Realizing that if she didn't move she'd be toast, Amy rolled to her right, narrowly avoiding being steamrolled, however, her safety wasn't as secure as she thought as she looked behind her and saw the enraged still aerial cat throwback her hand and hurl a ball of fire at her. Amy rolled to her left, shot into the air, aiming a roundhouse kick at the feline. To her shock, the airborne purple cat caught her foot and spun around, slamming the pink hedgehog roughly against the ground, scattering the long lush green grass about. Falling on top of Amy on all fours, the pink blur's eyes widened with panic when Blaze grinned manically, her polished claws shining brightly from the sunlight. Each of her lengthened nails turned as orange and hot as a burning furnace, causing Amy's forehead to develop sweat. Her heart rate increased as the cat's psychotic features forced an unpleasant nauseating sensation to bubble within her stomach.

Looking at his watch, he sighed in disappointment. Barely a minute in and the hedgehog was already beaten. And what's worse, she didn't put up much of a fight…

Getting ready to reactive Blaze's inhibitor and step in before the cat broke their agreement (he shouldn't have allowed this to happen in the first place), he halted when he heard Sonic's voice.

"Amy, Blaze is using her 'Blazing Glare'! That attack of hers forcibly installs fear into her v-victims! In other words, she makes you believe you are paralyzed!"

And if it wasn't because that voice sounded completely identical to his, Amy would have never found the strength to break out of Blaze's spell. The cat snared, blood flying from her lips when she saw her enemy break her hold and sock her right against her cheek. Now having enough breathing room, she tucked in her legs against her own stomach, before thrusting them out, successfully shoving the cat off of her.

Flipping through the air, she landed gracefully on her two feet, her yellow orbs showing her ever-increasing insanity as her body then when into flames again, shredding more of her outfit. Sonic swallowed nervously when he saw Blaze give him a death glare, obviously pissed at him for giving her foe that bit of information. Seeing Amy stand back up, the feline rushed towards her, her hands roaring with fire.

"Shadow, call this off!" Sonic shouted, his fists shaking with anger. "You know Blaze gets worse the more she uses her powers!"

"I will in eight minutes," Shadow said firmly, carefully watching the hedgehog and cat meet blow to blow, Amy rolling and dodging most of the time while Blaze swiped with her scorching claws.

But Sonic was having none of that.

Without a second thought, the blue blur ran and jumped into the air, getting ready to break the battle with a well-placed homing attack, however…

"Chaos Control!"

A wave of his hand caused Sonic to freeze, slowing down his movement. Squeezing a hand tightly, he waved again, this time firing a Chaos Spear, though a weak one that was only meant to ground him.

Sonic gasped when his back crashed onto the ground, his teeth clenching with fury as he rose into a low crouch, then sitting down.

"I know what you are thinking."

Sonic remained quiet.

"That you can still save her." Shadow snorted, gesturing towards the battle, specifically, the purple feline, who seemed to be having the time of her life. "Look at her, she has absolutely no control of herself."

"But that's because you're letting her use her power! It's driving her-"

"She's a lost cause Sonic. Trust me, she's our prisoner, she's under MY watch. I've studied her enough and know what's she's capable of. Do you want to know how she thinks? At the start of the match, she was outrage obviously, because of that resentment she has with Amy Rose. If it happens to not be her, then she is rather playful. Within three minutes, she begins to 'forget' everything around her, solely focusing on her target. Another two pass and her cognitive thinking start to deteriorate, rationality dropping by 30%. Three more and her rational thinking deteriorate even faster, dropping by another 30%. That's a 60% drop in barely eight minutes."

Sonic grinded his teeth as he continued to watch the fight play out. Maybe Shadow is right. But that doesn't mean that he has to see this. Unfortunately, as he already proved, I can't take him down and stop the fight as I am now. My recent battle with Eggman as Super Sonic weakened me even more than usual. Heh, looks like Tails was right when he said that I've abused the power of the Chaos Emeralds. But without Super Sonic, what good am I in large-scale threats?

Back with Amy, she was struggling…and scared shitless. This…Blaze…she is crazy! No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't land a hit on her! She was supposed to be the fastest thing alive, well at least in her Universe, yet here she was, narrowly escaping swipe after swipe from this cat who for some reason had a grudge against her, well, most likely her counterpart because they have never met before. And as far as she knew, she hasn't bumped into the cat's counterpart in her Universe.

"Awww what's wrong Pinky?! Getting tired?! I guess you should have brought that dumb hammer of yours!" Blaze laughed hysterically, her yellow orbs contorted into madness.

Amy didn't bother responding to that, since she knew the cat wouldn't listen.

One quick swipe sent a horizontally wave of green energy, stunning the pink blur, causing her reaction time to reduce.

Amy's eyes widened. That's it! Whatever that attack is, it's slowing down my reaction time! Gotta break out of it!

With pure willpower, she dropped into her Chaos Guard stance, narrowly missing the window to block the feline's flaming swipe.

CLASH!

Amy breathed a sigh of relief when precious Chaos energy was absorbing into her body.

Blaze, though briefly dumbfounded, shook it off and dashed towards her opponent, who used Chaos Guard a second time.

CLASH!

Shadow's raised a brow. Interesting…every time she uses that technique to block, if done at the right moment, she converts the attack into Chaos energy…

An understanding glint flashed within Shadow's eyes. She's planning some sort of counterattack.

"Grahhh!" Blaze shrieked, throwing fists and swiping carelessly.

CLASH!

CLASH!

Watching carefully as Blaze's flaming fist came flying towards her, green Chaos energy consumed her body. Despite knowing that she was going to get burnt, she raised her left hand up and caught it, before transferring all the collected Chaos energy into her right palm and releasing it, thrusting it against the wild feline.

Blaze gasped, her eyes broadening when the powerful harsh blow sent her hurling backwards across the ground.

"And with two or one minutes left, she's down to 30%. Thus, leaving her with 10%."

"Blaze..." Sonic's shaking jaded orbs stared into Blaze's vacant tired ones as she gradually progressed towards Amy, who was unmistakably flabbergasted that the feline was still moving.

"Pain no longer registers within her mind. She'll attack until she tires herself out or dies. Kill or be killed."

Taking one last breath, Blaze gasps, crumpling straight down onto her knees before falling flat onto her face.

"Blaze!"

"Stand down Sonic," Shadow said, stopping the blue blur in his tracks as he himself walked towards the cat.

With the countdown hitting zero, Blaze's inhibitors reactivated, suppressing her fire powers. Shadow crouched down and picked her up, tossing her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

"You're a real bastard, you know that?" Sonic said, his eyes seething with rage. "That was unnecessary! You could have just taken her and left."

"Was it? I wanted to prove a point. Granted, to spare you any more grief, I won't allow you to witness this again. Just remember, she's a machine, a weapon of G.U.N. nothing more, nothing less."

"Which means you'll let her loose like a freaking feral beast in your missions? Tell me something Shadow, what are your 'mission' really about? I've heard some shady stuff about what goes on down there."

"That my friend, is classified," Shadow said emotionlessly. But the blue blur knew better. Underneath that stoic exterior was an arrogant asshole.

"You could have at least kept her powers suppressed."

"She'd last an extra five minutes at best. Anyways, as per our agreement, you will meet her here again when requested."

"Yeah, yeah…"

"Oh and don't worry. I won't say a word about her." Shadow said, eying Amy, who wearily walked towards them. "Until next time."

With the conversation over, Shadow winked from view along with the unconscious Blaze.

"Damn, what an ass."

Sonic gave a weak grin. "So Ames, what's up?"

"I originally came over here for…" Amy paused. "Doesn't matter, what was all that about?" she didn't really care, but yet….she felt like she needed to. Vanilla and Rouge had constantly told her she had to work on her compassion since she tended to be a bitch every now and then. Yeah, she was somewhat of a caring person, but thinking about how she treated her Sonic…

She winced with guilt.

Sonic shook his head. "It's nothing."

Whelp, she tried. No Amy, don't be like that she scolded herself.

"A-are you sure? I don't mind listening." She forced through her teeth, desperately wanting to just tell him what the real reason for her being here was.

Sonic raised a brow. "Really? Cause it looks like you'd rather be anywhere else but here. So tell me why you were looking for me."

"Humor me, man."

"Okay, but first, let's get some grub! I'm craving a chilidog!"

When Amy's features brightened, he couldn't help but think she looked adorable.

"Cool!"

The tension was thick. So thick, that a knife couldn't slice through it.

After Tails's 'special' admission to her, things had become much too uncomfortable for the two. In fact, once Tails gave the broken watch for her to continue to try fixing and slid a blank sheet of paper, politely asking her to map out the scientific equations to multiverse time travel, which to his surprise he had been pretty damn close to figuring it out himself, everything had become silent.

That is, everything but their forever active minds.

Shits-shit-shit-shit-shiiitttt~! God, I'm such a moron! I probably scared her again and now she thinks I'm some weirdo! 'VaNiLla, YoU Are Summtine speeshal', see how stupid that sounds? You could have said that she was beautiful or better yet, maybe not say jack-shit at all! God, I'm such a virgin…oh wait I am! Dumbass fox!

Since his impulsive comment, he's been trying to remain calm and so far, he appeared to have managed that…or that would have been the case if he was capable of stopping his triangular ears from trembling like they were in the middle of the artic. Also, he hasn't bothered to turn and look at the rabbit, fearing that the look of disgust that surely was pasted on her face would kill him. Worse of all, he hadn't made any progress in understanding what the rabbit had written and outlined for him. He merely reread the same sentence over and over again, occasionally staring at diagrams she skillfully sketched.

He mentally screamed.

As for Vanilla…well...

She was having quite a difficult time getting rid of the heavy blush that constantly flooded her cheeks. To her, Tails appeared to be calm, diligently studying all the complex equations she had laid out for him. Every so often, she'd steal brief glances at him, only to quickly return focus to fixing the time-traveling watch, which she had broken more times than she could count, as she couldn't steady her hands long enough to insert the pieces correctly.

Then she realized how stupid she was because constructing the PMS watch back in one piece without freaking Chaos Emerald or Time Stone energy would render the device useless. Simply put, she had wasted over an hour just fidgeting with the stupid watch pieces like they were damn legos. And it was all thanks to that stupid fox.

I don't get it! All he did was call me special and my heart did this flippy thingy that I've never felt before! What the heck does he even mean by 'you are something special? He's got me acting like a virgin…wait I am one! Ugh, dumbass cute fox, I liked it better when I thought you were a creep!

She mentally screamed.

"A-a-are you hot? I'm hot!" Tails stuttered, throwing his hands in the air in a fake stretch. "I'm thirsty! You want water? I want water yah know, cuz water is good when you're hot!"

He needed to get out of there. The thick tension was driving him up the wall! If this keeps up, he was never going to get anything done. Maybe I should ask Va-

"You suck!"

Vanilla's sudden outburst caused Tails to stumble forward, his heart leaping to his throat as he nearly snapped his neck when turning to face the rabbit.

"What? What did I do?!"

Vanilla shook her head, her long ears swinging side to side as she pointed a finger at him. "Why did you say something like that? Calling me special?"

"I meant it as a compliment, not an insult!" Tails stepped back as the rabbit pushed and rose from her seat, the wooden chair scraping against the floor.

"I know that! I just don't like how it makes me feel!" Vanilla spat, pacing back and forth. She just doesn't do feelings such as these. She just saw them as inconveniences that interfere with what's more important to her, such as the shit load of projects at home or fixing this damn multiverse traveling watch that is necessary for her and her friend to go home and put an end to Robotnik's plan so she can then get back to working with said projects.

Tails swallowed thickly, his throat feeling dry. "A-and how does it make you feel?"

She responded with actions instead of words, taking a step forward and grabbing the fox's head, and pulling him down into a deep kiss of frustration and urgency.

It only took him a second to catch up with her and return the sudden show of affection, his stomach bursting with butterflies and his heart thumping rapidly against his chest, causing his head to spin.

They both broke apart because duh, they needed air.

"O-oh…" He breathed, his blue eyes round and wide with shock while staring at the rabbit, who appeared more flustered now than angry.

Pursing her lips together in a thin line when seeing the fox's fish outside of water face, she made a move to reattach her mouth with his in order to remove the stupid look.

"W-wait! Don't you think-humphhh!"

The fox was silenced again by the rabbit, Tails messily kissing her back as Vanilla pushed him backward until she trapped him firmly against the wall. Vanilla hopped, expecting Tails to grip her tight enough to keep her up, but unfortunately, she expected too much of him as his inexperience ass caused them both to lose balance and fall, the fox landing on his back with the rabbit on top, connected at the waist.

He nearly groaned because damn, she looked so freaking adorable and hot with the way she was gazing at him, her hazel orbs lit with heated swirls of gold as her face hovered mere inches from his.

"Ugh, so clumsy!" She panted, inhaling and exhaling deeply from excitement.

"No, I just wasn't expecting that!" He said, still unable to believe what was happening! Did he fall asleep during his poor attempt in studying her notes?

Shaking her head as if she had heard his thoughts, she latched onto him once more, but this time she was gently nudged back far enough to break the lip lock.

"Wait V! The watch! Remember the watch?!" Why the hell am I stopping this? I mean there is always-

"Later."

"Later?" he echoed.

She nodded. "Yes. Now shut up."

They kissed.

Later it is then.

"Oh yeah, I just remembered that it was me that asked the others to send you after me once you were up and runnin'. But I get the feelin' that you searched for me cuz you wanted to battle me again, didn't you?" Sonic asked, giving a nod at the food stand owner while slapping a five-dollar bill on the counter, his hands then reaching to accept the chilidogs.

"I could have paid for my own, you know," Amy said, taking the hotdog offered before biting off a large chunk of the meal. She was hungrier than she thought. "Gee, how'd you guess?"

Practically inhaling his hotdog, Sonic grinned as he walked side by side with the pink blur. "Ehhh wasn't difficult. You seem like the vengeful type."

Amy rolled her eyes. "So what do you say?"

"Nah."

The pink hedgehog's shoulders drooped, her jaw hanging low. "What do you mean 'Nah'?! There is no 'Nah-ing' with this!" Her temper rose when the blue idiot's grin widened.

"Listen, Ames, I don't do fighting for fun..." Sometimes...he added as an afterthought. "Now racing-" The pink blur shrunk back when his grin got even bigger. "That's more my style!"

"Racing? B-but I want-"

"Tag, you're it! Catch me if you cannnn~!" Tapping her on her shoulder, he took off, tearing through grass and causing ripples to slosh as he tore the ocean in half, heading to the city at breakneck speed.

Amy's mouth opened and closed, confused with the blue hedgehog's sudden actions. When the situation registered in her mind, she hurried on after him, a vein pulsing on the side of her forehead as she sped through the vast ocean.

It took her a few seconds, but she caught up to him, the grin on his face further increasing her temper.

"Stop running!"

Turning around, he pedaled as one would with a bike, only backward, making sure to keep the same pace.

"Make me!" With a wink, he backflipped and landed on his feet, not breaking his speed as a street slope came into view, the grin on his face widening as he saw a couple of kids skateboarding near it.

Reaching into his pocket, he never broke speed as he dug out a decent amount of cash, pushing the bills against the kid's chest while grabbing his skateboard. Shouting at him to buy himself a rad board, he hopped onto his newly acquired skateboard as its wheels then connected with the declining road, smiling as he started rolling down the street, breaking the speed of sound.

Amy, blushing from the embarrassing amount of money she threw at a kid for his board, did the same as Sonic, wanting to beat him at his own game instead of easily catching up to him on feet. She watched as he wallride up a building, the smugness that just wouldn't go away pissing her off.

Skating downwards, his board connected with a rail, sparks from the metal grinding together flying about as he then collided with the street again. His smile diminished, a surprised expression replacing his grin when he witnessed the pink blur streak past him, the look of determination on her face challenging him to go faster. And was that a glint of enjoyment brimming to the surface from her jaded eyes?

The pink hedgehog hunkered down, readying herself for the ramp that was randomly placed at the end of the road. Seconds before she could reach it, Sonic blew past her, leaving her at second place as he shot into the air, performing a spinning flip and discarding the skateboard. Amy waved her arms comically while she blasts through the air from the ramp, never having performed aerial tricked on a skateboard.

In fact, she has never ridden a skateboard until today.

As much as she hated to admit it…it was pretty cool.

Sonic sped up a wall before bouncing off it and connecting with a handholding rail going up then down a flight of stairs. Touching the sidewalk, he boosted forward, leaving a trail of green and blue energy in his wake.

Amy growled when she noticed the trail of green energy he left behind. Unless she absorbed Chaos energy by using Chaos Guard, she can't stably convert Chaos energy into speed; but she could still boost with her natural speed.

Watching as Sonic looped through a circle ramp, which she again question why it was there in the first place, she followed him nevertheless, her eyes widening when she completed the loop, only to be met by a drop that would surely kill her if she smacked against the ground; thankfully, her new Soap shoes active and ground her to the wall like she was a magnet.

"Hey, Ames! You're too slow!~"

"You used Chaos energy! So you cheated!" she said, doing a smooth curve to finally gain in on him.

She heard him laugh.

"No, I didn't cheat! You have been doing it too!"

Amy's face wrinkled in confusion as she quickly eyed herself and sure enough, she was glowing green unlike Sonic, who only left behind green energy every time he boosted to go faster; her body always reacted differently with Chaos energy.

"Don't think I didn't notice the fresh outfit you're wearing. It's the Soap shoes! They allow you to control your Chaos energy more smoothly!" He explained, zig-zagging past dead ends, avoiding construction sites.

Just as she reached Sonic, aiming to touch the blue blur, desperately wanting to claim the win, he took an unexpected turn, evading Amy and then…he called the race, deciding that he was victorious. Screeching into a halt as his feet connected with the wooden floor, he snickered when Amy nearly busted her ass from that last jump they had to do.

"The hell?"

"I win." He claimed, a finger running under his nose while smirking smugly.

Amy's brow twitched. "You can't just decide that you won! We never set rules!"

"Yeah, but I'm the one that wanted a race, right?"

Amy pouted. "Yeah, but still…"

"Look, did you have fun?"

Instead of letting out that bubbling excitement he just knew she was feeling, the adrenaline rush he himself felt after a run, especially when going against someone as fast as him, (Metal Sonic and Shadow on his 'happy' days), Amy chose to shrug nonchalantly.

"It was fine."

"Whatever you say." He said, shrugging also. "Come on, I want to cool down with an ice cream cone! You in?"

Amy hesitated at first, seeming to have some sort of inner conflict, which Sonic noticed before slowly nodded. "Y-yeah…"

Sonic rolled his eyes. "Don't worry Ames. This isn't a date. I just needed a distraction and well, you looked like a person I could use." He winked.

Despite her wanting to, she could not suppress the tiny smile on her lips.

"Jerk."

On top of a high building, Amy and Sonic dangled their feet on the edge while quietly eating their ice-cream cones. She sighed in gusto as she licked her ice-cream cone, which consisted of two scoops of mint-chocolate-chip. She used to love just plain vanilla flavor, but after that joke that Rouge made about Vanilla, yeah she never wanted to...she shivered in disgust.

As for Sonic, he held a cone filled with two scoops also, which was made up of an...unusually combination. An extra sweet glop of strawberry sherbet, topped with a scoop of Cherry Pistachio Ice Cream. To finish, he had strawberry syrup poured all over it; it was absolutely disgusting, and well, she knew it because she had tried it before.

Catching the small barely subtle looks he was receiving by the pink blur, he snickered.

"I know, it's an acquired taste."

"It's revolting."

"So I've been told. But I bet, like everyone else who said the same, you've never even tried it."

Amy grimaced. "Actually, I have. Almost threw up."

Sonic gave her a surprised look. "What?! The chances of you concocting, Tails' word, not mine, something like this is slim to none."

Amy gave him a weak smile. "The Sonic from my Universe, he likes it too."

Sonic took a long lick. "Ah, so he is similar to me."

Snorting at first, she gave her first honest smile. "That shitty gross ice cream is as far as you compare to Green."

"Green?"

"Oh, just like my counterpart here has a last name, so does the Sonic in my Universe. His full name is Sonic Green Hill. I sometimes just call him Green."

A mischievous gleam of light flickered within the blue hedgehog's eyes when he saw Amy brighten and well, she couldn't have looked more beautiful. "So tell me a little about Green."

"Uhhmm…unlike you, he wears these nerdy brown pants and has ugly prescription glasses. He's very shy but a caring and overall nice guy. Uhhmm we…we used to hang out a lot, go to Twinkle Park and-and s-stuff like that." Why was she suddenly nervous? "We-we had this thing that we did which was take a long run first before going to grab some ice cream."

Then her uneasiness disappeared, a smile as bright as the sun filling her face. "It's funny because unlike you and me, Green can't run fast, so I actually have to carry him in my arms! I offered him my back but he's weird and says he prefers to be carried in my arms. Says that I'm his 'hero' and stupid stuff like that." She laughed.

"Huh, he sounds like a special guy." He said, finishing his ice cream.

Amy became flushed when she realized she had openly expressed her feelings, which she never really did with any of her friends. "He's nice…"

Then just like that, her expression along with her shoulders drooped. "Then I screwed things up…because you see-" she didn't know why, but she wanted to continue. Maybe it was because he looked like her Sonic. "He likes me…and-and I like, already kinda knew that, but I was hoping that he'd get over it, you know? The romantic feelings, I don't feel em'…but yet I'm confused…Green."

Sonic tiled his head with concern as Amy's eyes glazed over and that's when the blue blur realized that she wasn't here anymore. She was lost in her mind, her mind which might have somehow traveled back to her Universe.

Suddenly she choked back a sob. "And then your dumb ass had to admit your stupid feeling, only for me to reject you, which you should have seen coming! Can't you see Sonic? You are too special. You can do better than me! I'm just some emotionally inept bitch…you already knew before I met you and the other two, I was a loner! And damn it!"

"Green, I failed you! Robotnik, the fat ass has you and is destroying the world while I-" Raising her head, her tears scattered into the cool night wind as she faced Sonic, who for some reason had no glasses.

She shook her head when she remembered where she was and who she was talking to.

"Sit here, talking about my feelings to someone who looks like you! This isn't some vacation! I gotta go!" she yelled, dropping her melted ice cream, creating a mess.

Amy stood up, getting ready to run like she usually does when she is confronted with things that involve her feelings, and well, she would have escaped, if it wasn't for the only person that can match her in speed.

The pink hedgehog felt a hand reach out and grab her arm. Reeling her in, Amy glared at Sonic's gentle stare.

"Let go or I'll make you." She whispered under her breath, a layer of anger laced with it.

Instead of responding, Sonic pulled her into a hug, shocking Amy.

"Relax Ames, We will fix this."

She burst into tears.

Letting her cry until she was dry of tears, he decided to speak about something that would take the mind of her own problems.

"You know Blaze…the cat you fought…do you want to hear a little about her?"

Removing herself from his arms, she smiled sadly. She felt relieved, much calmer than she has since she arrived in this Universe. "Okay…"

Rouge stifled a groan of boredom as she watched a cartoon movie of a guy on a journey, with his monkey and a princess traveling on a rug. Along the journey, a blue ghost snake would appear and then-and then after that, she tuned out, until she began to dose off. She had seen this movie more times than she could count, so why bother?

A squeaky voice snapped her from sleep.

"Miss Rouge, we could have just left home if you wanted to. I know you are bored out of your mind."

The half-lidded bat would have smiled at her smart mouth if she wasn't so tired. "You said you wanted to stay to watch a movie…even though we could have done that at home."

Rouge felt like shit when the rabbit turned and gave her that look that could melt chocolate. Maybe I should see if her stares could melt chocolate. Ohhh boy, then get some marshmallows and gram crackers! Instant s'mores! Okay, I'm definitely tired.

"Sorry." She said, feeling bad. "We can stop watching the movie and watch one of those soaps you love. It's nearly nine, so I am almost certain that there are airing it soon."

Rouge smiled softly. "Nah kiddo, keep watching. I'll just-"

*CRASH*

Rouge and Cream quickly turned, searching the area to find the source of the sound.

"W-what was that?" The rabbit whispered, her little body shaking.

"I don't know, but stay quiet." The bat whispered back, her jewel eyes now lively, and her mind fully alert.

They both screeched, feeling their souls ripped out of their bodies when the door to Tails's workshop slammed open, loudly smacking against the wall. Rouge's eyes widened when she saw the fox and Vanilla's doppelganger come bursting out in a heated but clumsy lip lock, their hands and arms everywhere, their fur in complete disarray as they nearly fell off their feet.

Rouge quickly covered the little rabbit's eyes until they went up the stairs (considering the thud she heard, she figured that they actually fell this time on the way up it), disappearing from view. Another slam followed, signifying that the door to the fox's room had been shut.

Rouge had thought that that was the end of it, as everything went quiet, but then she heard one of the most hilarious conversations she's ever heard. Needless to say, she will use this against him, especially for probably dramatizing poor Cream, as the rabbit in his room is one that is a spitting image of her mother.

"That's it?!"

"Sorry?"

A disappointed groan is heard.

"You can't be serious fox-boy!"

"I'll get my second wind…"

A few seconds later.

"Alright, let's goooo!"

"Yes! You got the thingy?"

"I got the…thingy? What thingy?"

"Oh come on! You know? The thing!"

"What thi-OHHH, you mean a condom! Why didn't you just call it that?!"

"Because..."

"Okay."

"So do you have one?"

Long pause.

"What the hell, you stupid fox?!"

"How was I supposed to know this would happen?"

"Well you gotta always be fucking ready or else this happens!"

"Wait! I'll go buy some! I'll be right back!"

"Nope, forget about it. This is a total mood killer."

"But-"

"Get out Tails, I'm going to sleep."

"But this is my room!"

"Don't care! You pissed me off by leaving me like-like this! So use the guest room."

"Come on V, it's just a quick trip to the-"

"Careful fox-boy, you're sounding thirsty…"

"Well I mean, I kinda am."

"Get. Out."

"But-"

"NOW!"

"Fine…"

The door opened.

"Maybe next time, you'll be freaking ready."

"So there is hope?"

"…just leave."

Rouge blinked, her wide eyes following the poor emotionally crushed fox as he practically dragged his feet past her.

"Don't…don't say anything."

Then he was gone, the door to the guest room closing softly.

Looks like Tails lost his V card, and not in a good way. I wouldn't be surprised if he's crying in there.

"Miss Rouge, were they going to make a baby? And if they did, how would they take care of it if Miss V goes back home?"

The bat flinched.

Ohhhh Tails was in for it now.

"Blaze…Blaze…there are so many stories, things I could tell you about but…I don't want to make this super long." Sonic took in the cooling air, his quills swaying from side to side, and his mind drifting fleetingly to the past to bring forth old memories.

"She…she was lively when I met her. About six years ago, I decided to do a little patrollin', cuz I was bored when this thief decided to do a good ol' jewelry robbery. I had known what jewel it was that the crook was after. Some sweet lookin' white gold neckless with a pure jade diamond in the middle." Sonic said.

"Did this thief do the Indian Jones switcheroo?" Amy joked.

Her eyes rounded with astonishment when he cracked a grin. "Yup, the stupid Indian Jones switcheroo."

Amy snorted, stifling a giggle. "Wow."

"And what's worse, it worked."

"No alarm went off?"

"Nope."

She whistled, clearly impressed. "Damn, she must be good. Either that or they have shitty security."

"Well, that wasn't her, Ames."

"It wasn't? Then who was it?" She asked, head tilting to the side.

"Some guy." Sonic simply responded. "He was good at stealing I guess. Unfortunately, I had-"

"Embarrassingly fallen asleep, huh." She chimed in, dryly.

"Happens to you too, huh?"

She nodded. "Lots n' lots of dull nights. But I tend to just let the cops do their jobs unless shit is goin' down."

"I usually do too, but this jewel was a BIG deal. So big, that I caught one of Rouge's ears twitching every time she saw it promoted on TV."

Amy rolled her eyes. "Not surprised there."

"In her defense, that's an improvement from secretly 'window shoppin'." Sonic smiled warmly, his green orbs shinning thanks to the moonlight "Cream…that little girl has softened her up. Call her bunny therapy?"

Amy swallowed thickly when her stomach fluttered and warmth blanketed her body. The feeling, while not totally foreign, was not unpleasantly. It was just distracting. He looks so much like him… those thoughts caressed her mind, causing her cheeks to explode with a tint of pink the same color as her fur. Just need the glasses…those God-awful glasses…

"My Rouge says she's clean, but I'm not sure I believe her one-hundred." She inwardly scoffed at such nonsensical thoughts of Sonic, attributing it to her guilt and failure of saving him from the fat-oaf; even that sounded stupid.

Sonic chuckled. "Turns out I didn't need to worry because when I woke up, I saw the cops surrounding the thief. When I went to investigate, to tell them good job…for doing their job, they said that they did nothing. In fact, they had failed because while they have the guy apprehended, he did not have the jewelry nor was it returned to its rightful place. Apparently, he had just been…there, unconsciously leaning against the jewelry store door. The cops then handed me a note…"

"What did it say?" Amy leaned in closer to him, the story proving to be an exciting one.

Sonic grinned, happy that he was able to distract the pink blur from her problems. "It said, 'It reminds me of your pretty eyes. Sorry.'"

Amy sniggered. "Lame."

"She even wrote signed by, 'Kitty', though it wasn't with ink. She burned it in skillfully, probably with one of her claws."

The pink blur gave a tiny crooked smile, taking in just how much he obviously liked this Blaze. He must be in love with her…but what could have happened to get her…shit now I'm invested in this! Damn that bat and her freakin soap operas!

His smile dimmed. "This continued for a while, we'd chase each other, playing a game of cat and mouse. And-I am ashamed to admit that when I did catch her, I'd let her go. She had become a well-known thief at that point."

"Did you at least get the neckless back and report it?"

Amy gawked at him when he winced.

"Everything she ever stole, if I caught her before she sold it in the black market, I'd report it…except that neckless. She always had it on her, but she has a way with words-" He coughed almost as if he had something stuck in his throat.

"Wow, you are smitten, my guy."

Sonic sighed with defeat, slumping over. "Yeah, she had me wrapped around her fingers."

Amy's curiosity rose when Sonic turned pale.

"Then, something happened…which to this day I'm still confused. I've tried to ask her about it but….her mind is so messed up...even more now because of G.U.N." he said, anger surging to the surface.

"G.U.N? That's the organization that the black hedgehog, Shadow, is part of, right?"

Sonic nodded. "They interfere with police matters when things begin to get out of their control...or when they see something that intrigues them."

"Her fire powers."

"Yuupp. Anyway, Blaze, for whatever reason, started murdering the thieves instead of helping me capture them like usual. She'd sometimes burn them, but only if she had a lighter with her…something that had gasoline. Mostly? She'd cu-cut their throat open."

Amy blanched. "Wait, Gasoline? Did you not see her openly using her fire powers in our fight without it? She nearly incinerated me!"

"I'll get to that. Eventually, she was cornered by G.U.N and arrested…well more like beaten down by Shadow. I tried to stop them, but Shadow blindsided me."

Sonic felt spend and Amy could tell. "I didn't hear from them for days…not until it was shown in the news that an explosion had occurred at the G.U.N headquarters. They said it was like an inextinguishable inferno, as no amount of water snuffed it out. Since neither the Fire Fighters nor the idiots at G.U.N could put it out, Tails came to the rescue and did their job correctly."

The pink blur gasped, her face warping into one of disgust. "They experimented on her, didn't they?"

"They did and needless to say, as you saw, it made her insane…that is unless her inhibitors are intact. But even that doesn't always work."

"Man…and she really never told you why she started killing…before all this shit?"

Sonic rose to his feet, stretching his back and legs. "Nope. She'd always evade my questions and run with the stolen goods. She'd turn back and look at me every now and then, wanting us to continue our 'game', but I couldn't. That'd piss her off and she just left."

"When she was captured again, Shadow had contacted me and all the arrangements were made. She wanted to see me and I wanted to see her and they wanted her for 'assignments', whatever that means. She won't tell me because Shadow's constantly watching us…then again she might not even know herself; that…and she would rather spend her time trying to seduce me." He turned red.

The pink hedgehog stood up, doing her signature cat-like stretch. "Why did he call her Nine?"

Sonic frowned. "That's what G.U.N calls her."

The look on his face told her not to push more on that subject.

"Hey Ames, don't worry. We got this. I promise we will get you and your friend back home."

She believed him.

"And when we do, I'm gonna miss ya. I like you a little more than the one here. She's too-"

"Bitchy?"

Sonic tried not to laugh. "More like bratty."

"You think she's cute?" She didn't know where that came from…nor why she cared.

"She's pretty…but not my type. Also, she's fifteen, so no thanks."

She pressed further. "So that means you think I'm pretty too."

"Nah..."

Amy suddenly felt...odd. It was almost as if a snake had coiled itself around her heart, proceeding to then torment her with bad thoughts and images; the one of Green rejecting her and bluntly insulting her looks stood out the most. So t-that's how that feels…

"I think you're beautiful."

With a wink, the blue blur burst off the rooftop, leaving Amy alone, stupefied and utterly speechless as her heart soaring back into its rightful place and started beating faster.

"So th-that's how that feels like…

Universe 7 Character Bio

(Tails's personal notes on Shadow the Hedgehog)

1. Age: "Not Sure"

2. "Though not as fast as Sonic, he does have incredible knowledge of manipulating Chaos energy, which in some cases, makes up for his speed."

3. "Shadow is, what Sonic says, one cold-hearted bastard. He seems to not care about anyone or anything. All that matters to him is getting the job done. Despite his awful personality and just, at times, plain disregard for people, he has sometimes helped them when disasters strike (commonly, Eggman's involved). He's even gone as far as helping Sonic by giving him tips and showing him techniques to further refine his control over Chaos energy. Though Sonic and I wonder, is he doing all this because he wants to or only because he's told to? Probably the latter."

Blaze the Cat

1. Age: 21

2. Is agile and has impeccable reaction time in fights. Her fighting style and form are wild, (though she clearly knows what's she doing) making her movements unpredictable. While she has fire powers (which are weak and require gasoline to increase in power), she mainly prefers to use her claws non-lethally.

3. Blaze has a perky, playful yet seductive personality. She loves jewelry, and that love has pushed her into self-teaching herself to be a master thief (Better than Rouge?). If it wasn't for Sonic, who appears to be her second (now first?) obsession, she'd have gotten away with every single thing she stole. The only thing that Sonic refused to grab and take back to the authorities was the white gold neckless she stole, the very same one which kicked off the whole cat and mouse game of theirs.

(Classified info obtained by Tails by hacking G.U.N's Servers)

Project Nine (aka G.U.N Subject 9b)

1. Age 21

2. Is very fast and highly dangerous as she has no problems killing (She prefers to use her deadly fire powers to kill than claws)…even the innocent. She has no fighting style and is animalist in behavior, especially when going after her targets or prey as she likes to call them. Unfortunately because of her animalist behavior, her movements are pretty predictable after careful study.

3. Project Nine has extremely powerful fire capabilities, which might eventually melt metal (melting point, roughly 2,500°F) , (though it has never been tested), as her body constantly rises in temperature the longer she uses her powers. When a total of three minutes pass in using her fire powers, (inhibitors removed), she enters into a body overheating stage, named 'Inferno'. Once roughly eight-ten minutes pass, her saintly escapes her, turning her into a mindless killing machine. Tests have been done and it's kill or be killed when she reaches this stage. On top of all this, Chaos energy has been pumped into her, giving her odd abilities, such as this one named Blazing Glare, which forcibly installs fear into her targets, paralyzing them. A second is a claw swiping ability (not named), which causes others' movements to become sluggish.

3. G.U.N.'s next goal? It wasn't clear because Tails's connection to their servers was cut.

(Tails's Personal notes)

4. "Blaze is mostly the same in personality, playful and as seductive as ever. But, we know better. Shadow says she is permanently broken and unhinged and I, sadly, agree with him (I felt guilty when I sided with Shadow and not Sonic, since he is my best friend, my brother. He felt betrayed and I didn't see him for days). It really appears that she can no longer be saved and even if she was, she'd constantly be on the run because of her crimes. Perhaps she could be pardoned for what she did and plead insanity, but what about for thievery or worse, the kills she did before she was experimented on?

and Sonic... despite the evidence, keeps telling himself that Shadow, I, and the others are wrong. But that's understandable since it's obvious he is in love with her. Nevertheless, he frequently tells her that he will make everything better in their meetings; too bad she believes everything is fine and that just makes this situation scarier. (mental programming most likely.)"

A/N: So I had been stuck for nearly a year because I just didn't know where to go, other than this path I just took. It just wouldn't go away, this idea that is. No matter how much I tried to write something else that would actually progress the main story.

First, Shadow wasn't even going to be in this story. Then, I thought I'd have him in as a cameo for something and that's it. But wait, then I was like, wouldn't it be fun to write Blaze in too? Lol Now, this seems like a totally different story (I could of just taking all of it out, but then you all would have been left with barely anything)….HOWEVER, I figured that I'd use this as an excuse to make another little spin-off/sequel, focusing on U7 Sonic and Blaze (cuz fuck, this shit went deep ^_^;). It wouldn't be long, more like this is gonna be. This will NOT be happening again. The main plot will continue next chapter. I'm sorry if this is not the kind of update you were wanting (not even I was expecting this). I hope you enjoyed reading it anyway, cuz I really do like it (def that Tails/Vanilla part lol)

Besides, be real, wtf was Sonic and Amy gonna do? Tails and Vanilla need to fix the watch before they can really do anything. I think that's why I was struggling. I thought they could fight Eggman but ugh, nope, that will happen with the one of U26. Now I'll be able to get more to the point.

Later guys!
