Demande awoke in the morning and entered the living room to find Sapphir still asleep on the couch where he had left him in the early evening.
While it would be cause for concern that he had been out for over 12 hours in normal circumstances, he knew that this was just the effects of the Black Crystal and it would just have to take the time it needed to wear off.
Sapphir rustled and mumbled in his sleep before he settled in a final position, taking long and relaxed breaths, which further reassured Demande that he would be fine.
He left a glass of water on the coffee table for him in case he would be dehydrated when he would finally wake, and headed out the door for work.
When he entered the library at Juuban and closed the door behind him to set things up before he could open it to students, there came an unexpected knock on the door.
He furrowed his brow in slight annoyance and went to answer it.
Usagi greeted him.
His eyes widened and he quickly checked his watch to make sure he hadn't accidentally arrived later than he was supposed to as she had a tendency to show up to school moments before the last bell would ring.
He was relieved at the time that showed back to him and he gave a relieved, yet, relaxed smile to her.
"You're here rather early today, I'm impressed." he said.
She smiled as well and hesitantly brought around something she was holding behind her back. A round dish that was wrapped in a checkered pattern cloth.
"Mama made an extra lemon pie last night and insisted that I give this to you as a 'thank you' for helping her look for Chibi Chibi and for your help with my schoolwork. I wanted to make sure that I was able to get it to you in time so I woke up a little earlier than usual." she winked at him.
Demande caught off guard by this, blushed slightly before he accepted the pie from her.
"That's so nice of her. Please give her my thanks."
He gently sniffed the aroma that was coming from package.
"It smells great."
"Maybe when I come by after school, we can have slice together." she cheerfully
He was pleased at this and was about to hastily accept her offer.
But as he opened his mouth, he remembered what Sapphir told him when they had argued before he stormed out of the apartment. That he would show up at the library to escort him home every day when his shift would be over and there was no way he could be seen with her after what had happened yesterday.
His expression fell in disappointment.
"I will be actually closing the library early today so I'm afraid I can't. There is somewhere I have to go." he told her.
Her cheerfulness didn't seen to waver at this.
"That's okay, I have some homework I have to do anyway. Let me know what you think of the pie." Usagi said.
As she gestured a wave and turned to leave, he placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Feel free to stop by tomorrow and I can look over your homework for you if you'd like." he suggested.
"Sure thing." she nodded before waving goodbye to him.
He closed the door and stood there in bewilderment while holding the pie that her mother had baked for him.
Thinking back on how her mother had offered the Three Lights the last crumbs of a pie she that was probably about to be thrown away anyway, he couldn't help but see this as a small victory and gave a satisfied grin.
He set the pie aside for later and took the last few minutes to sort everything out.
When the first bell rang, he opened the door to the public.
As he lingered outside of it, Demande noticed Usagi and her friends were hanging around the entrance area deep in conversation as the other students passed around them.
Her expression was filled with nothing but laughter, as her smile never left her face. Each step she took as she walked from friend to friend had a lightness to it. She was absolutely glowing in a way he hadn't seen before.
He folded his arms and leaned against the doorway as he continued to observe them.
Seiya and the rest of the Three Lights soon joined them with Seiya playfully toying with her pigtails as he usually did.
But strangely enough she didn't react in the way as she usually did, in fact, she hardly entertained it at all. Her mind seemed to be in another place entirely.
Just why was she so happy and why did he have the ominous feeling that it had nothing to do with him at all?
The rest of the school day was nothing blur to Usagi. She hadn't heard a word of any of her lectures, since her thoughts were engrossed with nothing but Mamoru.
The blank postcard was an odd choice to send her, she had to admit, especially after they hadn't had contact at all in the passing months but, the fact that she knew now that he hadn't forgotten her was all that mattered to her at the moment.
She couldn't wait until she got home that night to call him, he would have to answer her this time, he just had to.
"Odaaaaaaaango." Seiya waved a hand in front of her distant stare.
"Earth to Odaaaaango."
She blinked in confusion as her eyes met his.
School was only minutes away from letting out and their homeroom teacher had allowed them free time to talk.
"I was telling you about the new project the Three Lights are doing. It's top secret and we'll be starting it this weekend. Didn't you hear me at all?' he asked.
"I heard the whole thing." Minako chimed in next to them. "In fact, I think you also mentioned that it will be released on Halloween night on cable."
Both Seiya and Usagi looked to her in surprise.
"Uhh-yeah, what she said." Seiya answered.
Soon the rest of her friends joined in around them.
"Can you tell us anything about it at all?" Makoto asked.
"Absolutely not, we're under contract." Yaten replied as he overheard.
"Not even a little hint?" Ami sheepishly pressed.
"The 'Halloween' part of it was the hint." Taiki said politely without taking his eyes off the book he was reading.
"Also, what he said." Seiya commented.
The final bell to end the school day rang.
Everyone went back to their assigned seats and gathered their things with the classroom soon thinning out of students as they left one by one.
Seiya went to Usagi before he gathered with the rest of his trio.
"Pssst, Odango, if you're curious about it enough, maybe if I get that second date, I'll consider breaking contract." he whispered loudly to her.
"No thanks, I'd rather be pleasantly surprised like everyone else." she said as she turned her nose up to him.
"Harsh as always." he chuckled before he made his way out of the class.
"Date?"
"Did he just say date?"
"A second date I heard him say."
Usagi could hear the distant mumbling of the few remaining girls left in the class beside her and her friends. When she turned to them, she saw the intense glares they shot to her before becoming enveloped in conversation with one another.
"Usagi, what did he mean by second date?" Ami asked suspiciously as the rest of her senshi joined her.
"He's just joking of course, we had to meet up for that book report he forced me into, remember?" she said before rolling her eyes.
But soon she smiled and proudly pulled out an enclosed letter sealed with a heart sticker.
"Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to go mail this to my beloved Mamo-chan." she gleamed.
"It's been a while since we've gotten a Mamoru update, how's he doing?" Makoto asked.
"Well, you know, he's busy with University and I've been busy with things as well. But I'm going to call him later tonight so I'll find out more, then. I've just informed him on what happened yesterday with Aluminum Siren and Lead Crow. And also let him know about our camping trip to Rei's cousin's cabin this weekend in case he tries to call me."
"Tell him 'hello' for us when you talk to him." Minako suggested.
"I will." Usagi reassured her.
The girls all said their 'goodbyes' and parted ways before Usagi made her way downstairs and walked passed the library.
A 'Closed' sign hung on the door meaning Tohru had already left for the day.
She suddenly looked down to the sealed letter before she continued on and clutched it tightly to her as her nerves suddenly began to set in.
'He will answer this time.' She kept telling herself. 'He just has to…'
Demande upon making his journey home was surprised to not find Sapphir on route to the school. He had made it clear the day before that he would be there to pick him up, something he knew he was serious about, and yet, he never showed.
This had him start to worry. What if Sapphir never recovered from the crystal's power?
He started to walk faster then eventually broke into a run to the nearest isolated place to transport back to the apartment.
When he entered, the couch was empty as well as his bedroom.
Moments later Sapphir entered with sacks of groceries in each hand.
"Ah, Nii-san, I'm glad you happen to be home early for once, I could use some help."
Demande hurried over to him and took some of the bags he carried.
As they unloaded them in the kitchen Demande shifted his eyes toward him noticing that Sapphir seemed to be in a particularly good mood.
"How are you feeling?" he asked Sapphir.
"Fine. When I first woke up, I was so tired and groggy that I thought for sure that I would be skipping class tonight but within hours, I felt much more energized. In fact, I feel better than ever." he answered cheerfully.
"Are you able to remember what happened before you fell asleep?"
"That's the only thing...my memories of yesterday, for some reason, are scattered." Sapphir said as he brought his fingertips to the temples on his head.
"What all can you remember? Try to recount the day's events to me." Demande said.
Sapphir took a deep breath and thought to himself.
"I had gone to the park earlier that day by myself as you were sleeping. Later, I came home and took you with me to a restaurant…" Sapphir started to strain himself as he tried to remember.
"We ended up at the police station somehow…." he continued.
"Oh I think I remember! While you waited inside to put down a reservation for us, I went to escort a lady who was looking for her child to the police station. That's what it was." Sapphir exclaimed.
Demande furrowed his brow in confusion as he listened.
"While I was there, that was when I saw the police officer get attacked by the Anima Mates, when Sailor Moon, Sailor Pluto and the Sailor Starlights appeared before Sailor Moon eventually defeated the 'Phage' as they called it. After I came out from the police station, that was when you had come looking for me and we went home and I explained everything that happened to you..correct?" Sapphir asked.
Demande didn't answer him readily and continued to stare back at him in disbelief as that was not at all what had happened yesterday, or at least it was only part of it.
"Well?" he asked again.
"That's correct... I hadn't been there but you gave me a very detailed account of everything when we returned home. You told me about the new Anima Mates, Sailor Aluminum Siren and Sailor Lead Crow and how they ran away before Sailor Moon defeated their Phage." he answered.
He hadn't had any conviction in his voice with his answer but Sappir didn't pick up on this as he sighed in relief before he continued in trying to recall the day's events.
"Yes, I remember that scenario clearly. Then, when we had returned home you had went out somewhere and left me alone for quite a while after that. I can't really remember why that was."
Before Sapphir could think any further on it, Demande had decided to quickly answer for him.
"I had gone out to get some medicine when my the headache I had woken up with that morning started to return. While I was out, I had also grabbed dinner for us and that was when you had signaled for me to come home and said it was urgent."
"Yes, I had never experienced anything like it. Rubeus and Esmeraude had summoned me in 'the room' and had entranced me. While I was under, they told me a great deal of many things."
"What all did they tell you?" Demande eagerly asked.
Sapphir only shook his head.
"The only information I can recall is what I had already told you before I passed out. It's like when you have this long and vivid dream with many details but you can only remember a small fraction of it when you wake up. All I know is that they kept telling me for us to hurry and revive them."
"I understand what it is they mean for us to do. We must work extra hard to grow the Jakakozuishou. Our powers are becoming ever more sophisticated and soon, I have a feeling that we will surpass our level from when we lived on Nemesis and accomplish the unthinkable: the ability to revive the dead." Demande proclaimed.
"Something I'm sure our ancestors would have looked down on, no doubt." Sapphir said in disappointment.
Demande shifted his eyes in another direction.
"I'm not sure that's completely accurate... if it's for a good cause...if it means that we can bring back two more of our people before we are truly the last of what remains of our planet."
Sapphir placed a hand on Demande's shoulder, "I understand Nii-san, and that is why I am with you in this..until the end."
Demande was both extremely relieved and confused all at once but tried to reflect that of a loving brother back to him as he smiled.
"If you're about to fix dinner, I just need to wash up a bit first and I can help you out." Demande suggested.
Sapphir chuckled at this. "Take your time. I mean no offense when I say that I've picked up on this cooking thing a little better than you, Nii-san."
Demande narrowed his eyes to him and then smirked, "Don't be too self-assured, I just haven't had as much practice as you have is all."
"Just so long as we don't have to eat burnt Congee or crunchy rice again, take as long as you need." Sapphir cheekily answered.
Demande smiled and shook his head as he entered his bathroom.
He washed his face with cold water and wiped it away with a towel before he dropped his disguise, revealing the black mark of the inverted moon on his forehead.
Why was it that Sapphir's memories were an altered version than what had actually occurred?
Once he was finished drying himself, he placed the town down next to the sink and continued to stare blankly in the mirror as he continued to be lost in his thoughts.
Could Rubeus and Esmeraude really be responsible for this?
He pondered this but it didn't make sense to him what would be in it for either of them to cause Sapphir's memory to lapse for the part in particular that would cause him to part from Usagi.
But as he thought about it, he realised that there was one person who was counting on their courtship. Could 'he' from the Maleficent Black Crystal be responsible for this...
Just then, his eyes began to glow their bright purple and his reflection in the mirror grinned back to him and nodded.
Demande gasped and instinctively turned away and covered his eyes with hands while is heart pounded with such speed inside his chest. He took a few breaths and calmed himself before he worked up the courage to look back again.
He slowly lowered his hands and was reassured to find that the glow in his eyes dimmed and his reflection appeared again as normal. Beads of sweat dropped from his temples, so he grabbed the towel again and exhaled in relief as he patted down the sweat.
Before he exited the room, he couldn't help but glance several times back into the mirror before he knew it was a lost cause in seeing something else and dismissed that what he saw was nothing more than his imagination.
When he entered back in the living room, Demande was surprised to find Sapphir sitting at the table with salmon, miso soup, pickled vegetables and a bowl of steamed rice set at the table.
"Sapphir, this is incredible, how did you make all this in that short amount of time!" he exclaimed. "Is this something new you picked up from the black crystal?"
Sapphir frowned at him.
"Short amount of time? It took me over an hour to make all this. And don't make fun of me, the directions weren't very clear."
He then took a sip of his tea.
"And I hope you don't mind but I had a piece of that pie you left on the counter, I assumed it was for us; one of the best desserts I've had since we arrived here."
Demande looked back to him in confusion but then gave a slight chuckle.
"Come on, I was only in the bathroom for a few minutes at most. Seriously, how did you do it?"
Sappir laughed, "A few minutes? You must have fallen asleep in the bathtub or something. Look." he gestured to his plates and bowls in front of him which were empty.
Demande stood rigid at this.
"But that's...impossible." he said quietly to himself.
Sapphir looked at the clock, "Too bad, I was hoping we could have dinner together for a change, but I need to get to class. There should be plenty left and I've got to say it didn't turn out half bad."
He smiled and bid his brother farewell, not paying any mind to his sudden unresponsiveness.
Demande was left standing alone and for the first time since their return… truly afraid.
Friday afternoon:
Days had gone by since that night and everything appeared to be back to normal.
Usagi sat at her usual place at the table in the library while Demande tended to the last of students checking out books.
Next week would be the last week before Mid-Term Exams would take place and students busily came in and out to get their study material in preparation for it.
Students were off the next day leaving open a slightly longer weekend for everyone.
Usagi not seeming to be working on her schoolwork at all, rested her chin against the palm of her hand with her elbow on top of the table while she tapped her fingernails of her other hand against the smooth surface of it.
She had no luck in getting ahold of Mamoru the night she sent her letter out, nor the next night, or the next. Each time she called him, it was the same as it had been in the past months: absolutely nothing but his answering machine.
Yet, she thought she finally had a breakthrough the night before, when she received another letter in the mailbox from America.
She greedily opened the envelope with 'Usagi Tsukino' written in big, bold letters.
It was another blank postcard with this time being a picture of a cluster of stars in the image.
Now as she sat in the library, all she could do was try to distract herself from this. Her camping trip to Rei's cousin's cabin was tomorrow and she needed to put on a brave smile for her friends and try to enjoy herself before she would have to spend the following days studying for exams.
This mindset didn't last long as she pulled out the postcard for the upteenth time and scanned every possible detail it held, hoping to find some kind of sign, some kind of cryptic message Mamoru hid within the useless cardboard.
But once again to no avail, there would be no such message.
Demade checked out the last set of students in line, and made his way over to Usagi who appeared to be deep in concentration as she hovered over what he assumed to be her school work.
"Anything I can help you with before I start closing down?" he asked her.
His voice gave her a slight start and she quickly placed Mamoru's postcard back into her skirt pocket.
She turned and smiled to him, "No, I'm okay. I think that will be all for me today, I need to get home and start packing."
"Ah, that's right, you'll have an extra day off. Plan on going on some sort of trip?"
"Yes, nothing too extravagant." Usagi replied as she started putting her school work in her bag. "Rei, my friend that goes to another school, has a cousin who owns a cabin that's only a couple hours away by train so we'll be doing some camping along with the rest of my close friends."
He leaned against the chair next to her with his arms crossed and returned her smile.
"That sounds like a lot of fun. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I've never gotten to go camping before. What all will you be doing, exactly?"
"There's a lake that's a small walk from the cabin so we'll mostly be swimming during the day and then once the sun starts to go down, we'll go back to the cabin and start a campfire while Makoto will use the fire to roast vegetables and meat for our dinner while we trade stories around it. You know, that sort of thing." she said as slung her bag over her shoulder.
"I'll have to plan a trip like that for myself someday soon, being among nature that surrounds you like that sounds so lovely…" he said dreamily as he stared out into nothing.
His green eyes seemed to sparkle as the light bounced from it and it made her heart pound abnormally.
"Yes.." She cleared her throat "Yes it is."
He turned to her. "Just know that when you return, I'll be here for you if you need any help with studying for your exams, you must be nervous."
She shook her head, "For the very first time, I can honestly say that I'm not, thanks to you."
"I'm very glad to hear that, be safe on your trip." he said to her before she parted ways from him.
When he returned home that evening, as soon as he went to the kitchen to pour his usual glass of wine, Sapphir burst through the door.
"Nii-san! I'm glad your home. How adventurous are you feeling?" he asked.
"What's the commotion about?" Demande wanted to know.
"My friend Naoko's family owns a cabin in the Kanotoen Campgrounds that she sometimes uses but since it'll be vacant this weekend, she offered for us to stay instead. I have the key and everything, we can go within the hour if you start getting packed now."
Sapphir handed a brochure for the campgrounds to Demande and as he looked it over, he sighed.
"It sounds great and all but seems like a lot of trouble to get a train ticket so last minute and having to spend all that time traveling, I'm just not up for it." he said while handing back the brochure.
Sapphir began to grin, "What if we won't be using the train..?"
Demande looked to him in surprise, "You of all people would suggest such a thing?"
"Why not? It's dark, the cabins aren't exactly close to one another, and most people won't be arriving until tomorrow." he smirked.
"We've never been there before, how will we be able to transport there?" Demande asked.
"This brochure has the location's coordinates, along with various images of the grounds. It's something we've never tried before but I'm confident that it's enough to get us their successfully. What do you think?" Sapphir pressed anxiously.
"I don't know, it just doesn't feel right doing this while we have all this free time in progressing the Black Crystal to revive Rubeus and Esmeraude. I'd feel guilty if we lost our opportunity because of this."
"That's the best part. By using the nature around us, our meditations will be all the more affective. Our powers will evolve like never before and we're strong enough now where it won't drain our energy to the point where we can still have time to have fun and we'll be able to transport back home so we won't waste any time traveling."
Demande stared blankly at Sapphir for a few moments.
"I must say, my brother, this is most unlike you."
Sapphir started to look down in disappointment.
Soon a grin started to spread on Demande's face.
"I'm on board with this plan nonetheless."
Sapphir looked back up to him and laughed in relief.
"I was afraid that this wouldn't work out. It won't be just us before long, you know, so I thought..."
"No, I'm excited about this, really. Just think..our first vacation with an unlimited amounts of trees, geenary, sunshine, and all the things we could have only dreamed of on Nemesis."
"Do you think you can manage to be packed in an hour?" Sapphir asked.
"I'll be ready within half an hour." he answered confidently.
Each of the brothers separated into their bedrooms and frantically gathered the things they would need for their trip.
As Demande browsed through his closet, he realized none of his wardrobe was suitable for this type of excursion.
"What exactly do I pack for this sort of thing?!" he yelled to Sapphir from his room.
"Don't worry, I stopped by the store earlier and bought some comfortable clothes for us, just worry about everything else!" Sapphir yelled back.
Demande chuckled to himself. His brother was always thorough with any plans he made.
Just then, he looked over to the end table next to his bed and felt the sudden compulsion to open the drawer.
The tattered journal was still safely hidden away, not anymore of it read since the night he brought it home.
He spontaneously placed it in the bottom of his bag even though he knew there would be no need for such a thing on a camping trip.
Once it was buried underneath all the other necessities, it was soon forgotten about as Demande zipped his bag shut.
The brother's joined together in the living room with their bags in hand.
Sapphir concentrated on the brochure he held in front of him, before he looked to his brother.
"I think I'm ready now." he said.
Demande gave a nod and placed a hand on Sapphir's shoulder.
Soon after, they faded away into the night.
Sunrise:
The morning after, Demande and Sapphir were already up on the tallest hill that was able to be climbed.
Before much sunlight was able to cast out over the horizon, the light they gave off from their black crystal earrings shined a powerful, purple light off each of them.
Both men sat on the Earth across from each other with both their eyes closed with no sound to be heard but the wind blowing through the trees surrounding them.
There was no fear nor isolation to be felt despite the fact that they were the only two humans present in the wilderness. Just Peacefulness.
Hours passed in this manner until the glow of the earrings disappeared and both men opened their eyes before drawing out a long exhale.
Demande stood up and looked up at the sun that was in the high noon position by that point.
"It's so bright now." he shielded his eyes with his arm.
Sapphir stood up alongside him and checked his watch.
"We made good time, " he commented. "Naoko-chan told me there's a lake nearby that's only a short walk from our cabin. The water will cool us down."
"Let us hurry back then, " Demande said cheerfully. "It's funny, I feel no more tired than when we first walked up this hill. On the contrary, I feel exhilarated, like I could run down this hill.
"It was the same with me after that time in 'the room'." Sapphir responded.
The brother's made their way down the hill to the bottom in no time at all.
There wasn't much more distance left until they would be out of the forest area and in the clearing. They hadn't run into a single soul along the way.
Soon, the cracks of branches and leaves could barely be heard in the distance who was made by another.
"Shhh." Demande placed a finger on his own mouth before he whispered. "Listen."
The noise was starting to grow near, and now, a grinding sound of a machine mixed in with the rustling of the tree branches and grass.
"It seems we are not alone." he mumbled softly to Sapphir.
Both men looked around, trying to pinpoint the location of the strange noise.
Sapphir soon saw a strange figure behind one of the trees in the distance. It's overgrown silhouette appeared to be that of an inhuman creature.
'A Phage!' Each one thought to themselves.
The creature gave a grunt, indicating that it was aware of their presence now and stepped forward.
It was a tall creature with blue skin, yellow eyes and scragilly brown hair that matched the color of the tattered outfit it wore. What was most telling about it was that it was carrying a chainsaw.
The creature gave another grunt and raised the chainsaw, aiming it toward Sapphir as it pulled the string to jolt the hums of the saw once more.
The chainsaw roared loudly in the arms of the possible Phage and it ran toward Sapphir with all it's might while Sapphir raised his arms in a defensive stance waiting for it to make the first move.
But before it could do that, Demande gave a swift kick to the back of it's head, causing it to roll off the body and roll down to Sapphir's feet.
A head of a human was underneath and looked around himself as if confused.
The monster that was chasing them was nothing more than a costume as the man underneath went to pick the head up and looked to Sapphir.
A bolt of energy shot at the two men and they both instinctively jumped apart from each other to avoid the blast.
Demande, Sapphir and the man looked over to the source of the blast and looked upon a tall slender man, dressed in a strange blue outfit and posed as he held up a matching gun.
"When the world is overrun with evil, we are here to stop it in a flash!"
Soon, another man came out from behind him, donning a similar outfit in a red color.
"Cho Red!" he shouted as he held out a red colored shield.
"Cho Yellow!" Yelled out, yet another man, who also hid from behind who proudly held up a yellow bow.
"Cho Blue!" shouted the original man.
"We are the Secret Task Force! Cho Commanders!"
Demande immediately recognised the obnoxious voices who were underneath the visors and helmets of the costumes they were wearing.
Seiya soon recognised Demande as well and broke out of character.
"You...you're here…?"
"Cut!" A voice shouted .
Soon, several men walked out from behind the trees that were completely hidden before.
"You're…!" Sapphir started to say.
"Seiya…" Demande said as his face grew pale.
"Librarian-san…" he answered dumbfoundedly. "Since when were you scheduled to be in this movie?"
"Movie?" both brother's said simultaneously.
"Looks like the extra's got lost and wandered in the wrong part of the set." one of the crew called out.
"Hmm is that so." Seiya said to himself.
He took notice of Sapphir.
This must be that man's brother, the one Usagi mistook for her boyfriend and threw herself on as it was rumored at school. He noticed the shiny black earrings he was wearing and that the librarian was wearing a pair himself. It was unusual because it was not something he would typically wear, especially for this type of outdoor setting.
Yaten and Taiki followed behind Seiya as he stepped toward the two men.
"That kick was impressive, are you a black belt?" Taiki asked Demande.
"No. I just do what I can to protect my brother when I feel we're being attacked which I don't appreciate." he replied coldly as he folded his arms.
"Ahhh come on, you have to find some humor in it. I bet you didn't expect to stumble on a horror movie set like this." Seiya chuckled.
Sapphir continued to stand idly by watching the odd conversation take place as well did Yaten who appeared uninterested in the whole situation.
"I don't. I expected to have nothing but peace and quiet on our trip out in the wood, not be chased around by a chainsaw wielding maniac." Demande said harshly.
Seiya laughed even harder at this, taking some enjoyment in his irritation.
"Peace and quiet huh, and here I thought you were out here on your own special photo shoot."
Seiya lifted a piece of his librarian's hair revealing his black crystal earrings for all to see.
Demande's eyes widened and he ripped himself away.
"I bet you and your brother are in some secret band, am I right? I would never expect Visual Kei to be your style. When can we expect your debut?" Seiya taunted, now laughing hysterically.
"Okay guys, time to stop messing around, the extra's finally showed up!" one of the filming crew members called to them.
"Come on, Shinjiro, let's go." Demande said irritably to Sapphir as he didn't even wait for him to respond before he stomped away from the group.
Sapphir gave one last look to the Three Lights as they looked peculiarly back to him before he ran off after his brother.
"Nii-san, wait up!" he called to him as he caught up next to his side.
Demande irritably ripped his earrings off of him and placed them in his pocket.
Sapphir followed suit and noticed his sudden change in mood.
There was some emotional hold that the Three Lights held for his brother that he has noticed for quite some time, especially from the one called, Seiya.
He wasn't sure why this was for it was something that his brother had never talked about with him, though, his brother was never one to discuss his feelings.
They both continued to tread in silence.
'Great, just great…' Demande thought to himself.
'What else could possibly go wrong on this trip besides running into that clown along with his sideshow..'
The two men who were distracted in their thoughts this entire walk turned the last corner that lead to the clearing and finally realized that they weren't the only left on the trail anymore.
Sapphir and Demande were now face to face with Sailor Moon and all her Inner Senshi.
