A/N: Welp, I meant to revise this chapter a few more times before posting it up today, but unfortunately, I've gotta be heading out early to a friend's house today. So much for my day off from work to relax and be productive. :/ Ah well. Hope you guys enjoy this quick update regardless! I wrote it up on Monday and don't really wanna put off posting it any longer, considering my next day off after today won't be until next Monday. Ugh...Something tells me work's gonna be hell this upcoming weekend. ;_; In any case though, sorry this chapter is shit. I'll try to come out with better updates in the future. ;3;

A little thrown off guard by Dib's sudden rise in temper, Zim pulled back away from him at the outburst before narrowing his eyes on the hybrid, something inside of him seeming to snap and push him over the edge in that moment. "BECAUSE THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU!" he screamed back, pinning both Dib's arms to the wall and refusing to let the other move from that spot.
"AND SO YOU THINK HAVING ANOTHER PERSON CALLING ME INSANE IS GOING TO HELP?!" Dib looked up at Zim with an all too broken expression on his face.
"THEY WON'T CALL YOU INSANE! THIS ISN'T ABOUT YOU BEING CRAZY BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT! THIS IS ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON WITH YOU EMOTIONALLY!"
Dib's eyes could only grow perfectly wide at all of Zim's screaming, making him want to pull away. He struggled weakly, antennae falling back as he didn't want to admit that anything was wrong with him. "L-Let me go...L-L-Let me go..." he whimpered out helplessly, breathing shaky as he sobbed to himself.
"NO! NOW YOU LISTEN TO ME, DIB! I'VE BEEN TO HELL AND BACK! I DIED! I'VE DONE EVERYTHING FOR YOU! THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS JUST TRUST ME!"
Balling up in his spot when Zim wouldn't let go of him, Dib flinched at the yelling, his body trembling.
Panting from his yelling, Zim then held him tightly once he had caught his breath again and calmed some.
"Th-There's nothing wrong with me..." Dib closed his eyes, his hands clapped over his antennae now. "...There's nothing wrong with me..." he then said a second time, trying to convince himself more of this than anybody else at that point.
"Dib, please..." Zim pried the hybrid's hands off from his antennas. "Just do this for me. I'm not going to leave you alone while we're there. I'll be right there next to you, I promise…Please?" he held both Dib's hands firmly in his own.
Sniffling wetly, Dib merely shook his head however. "...Wh-Why...? Why are you trying to change me?!" he sent Zim a look of panic, afraid the other really did hate the way he was now.
"I'm not trying to change you, Dib...I just want to help..." Zim held him close, rocking back and forth in his spot with him. "Please...Just trust me..." he pleaded with the other to give him a chance.
Dib breathed in shakily at those words. "...I-I do trust you..." he blinked some tears out of his eyes. "But I still don't want to go..." he hid his face in the Irken's uniform top. "Don't make me go...P-Please don't make me go..." he begged, a part of him truly frightened by what such a visit might reveal about himself. The last thing he wanted was for Zim to discover yet another part about him to dislike.
"Dib... I won't let anything bad happen to you…We'll go check it out tomorrow…And if they really do try to call you crazy, we'll never go back again…Alright?"
Knowing now that he wasn't getting out of this no matter how much he begged the other not to take him in, Dib didn't answer back but rather just cried against the other, his fears getting the better of him now.
"Shhh…It's okay, Dib…" Zim held him close, rubbing his back soothingly in an attempt to calm him.
Not wanting to be moved from that spot, Dib's antennae wilted as he continued to cry and cry for the better half of the next hour until his anxiety finally left him feeling drained and he drifted back off to sleep pressed up against the other.
Sighing to himself once Dib had finally settled into a more or less restful sleep, Zim nuzzled the sleeping hybrid before glancing up at Rose. "Could you help me get him into bed?" he asked, feeling thoroughly drained now himself from the back and forth argument they'd been having and even more so from the fact he'd actually won it.
"Of course." Rose knelt down to help Zim, said Irken still taking on the majority of Dib's weight so they could carry him back upstairs to the bedroom and tuck him in once they had reached the bed. "Would you like me to make the appointment to see the therapist? I know of a therapist who works with people aged 8-18." she offered, certain Zim had already dealt with enough stress for one day even just convincing Dib to agree to such a meeting.
Zim nodded his head once Dib was comfortably resting in the bed. "Please? That would help a lot." he said, certain Rose could handle setting up an appointment much better than he could himself.
"Alright. I may need to give them some information concerning Dib though. Would you rather we experimented with his female disguise tomorrow and send him as a female? Or would it just be easier for you having him go as himself?" Rose asked, starting to worry about how noticeable his pregnancy was becoming.
"I…I don't know... What would be better?"
"Well...I-I think he could still pass as a male if he had to, but he's really starting to show more now. It might be safer sending him as a female, if the both of you remember not to do or say anything that would give him away as a male. I honestly don't know which would be better for this situation though."
Zim sighed and nodded at those words, figuring it best he make the call on at least that much. "It would be easier if his pregnancy wasn't a secret..." he said, certain Dib's pregnancy had at least something to do with the other's emotional outbursts.
"So as a female then. We can do that. Consider it...a trial run for before Dib has to wear that disguise to any of the pregnancy classes we signed you up for."
Zim sighed and nodded again.
"Don't worry too much about it, Zim...So long as you don't mention the fact that he's male in any way, this meeting should go smoothly enough. I'll make the appointment now." Rose said, standing up to head on out of the room and back down to the kitchen so she could look up the number she wanted and call the therapist.
Zim sighed one final time. "It might be easier if they knew he was..." he said under his breath before shaking his head and crawling into the bed next to Dib. He'd NEVER reveal his love to anyone. The safety of Dib and their unborn smeets was his top priority above all else he reminded himself as he gradually allowed himself to drift back off to sleep with his hybrid.
Feeling the shift in weight on the bed, Dib turned to curl himself up against Zim. It wouldn't be until about another 2 and a half hours later that he woke up back in the bed again, feeling just a tad bit disoriented and confused about how he had gotten there.
He sat himself up slowly, rubbing his head before noticing Zim fast asleep next to him. To say the very least, Zim didn't look well at all as he slept curled up in a tight ball, pale with his antennae drooping low. It caused Dib to feel a sharp pain ripping through his heart. He had done this to the other, put Zim through so much. It wasn't fair that he was like this. He wanted to give Zim so much more than he was at the moment. Sex wasn't enough.
He leaned down, brushed back one of Zim's antennas a little, and then kissed the Irken lightly on the cheek. Zim deserved so much better than what he was giving. The Irken had done so much for him already. Dib couldn't stay just lying there for even one moment longer.
Shifting his weight slowly towards the edge of the bed, he slowly got himself up, taking care not to wake Zim in the process before heading on out of the room and closing the door behind him. He had somewhere he needed to go, something he needed to pick up for the other. Making his way down the hall, he then made sure nobody else was around before heading for the front door silently. The coast was clear as he quietly left the house, nobody the wiser to where he was heading.
Meanwhile, his body having been so stressed it had reverted back to how it had been when he first arrived, minus all the blood, Zim didn't budge for at least another hour. Feeling dizzy and sick when he finally did begin to come around again, he then whimpered and tried to cuddle up to Dib, freezing in his spot when all he met was air. "D-Dib?" the other's name left his lips before he cracked open his eyes and gasped at the empty spot next to him in bed. Dib was gone!
A/N: And there you have it for Chapter 181. Until next time~
