Loudly, the crackle of thunder roars, rain comes crashing down, bullets of water descend down from the high heavens as the woman sleeps in her bed, her coal black locks all over the place as she curls close to herself, into a foetal poison almost ignoring the crackling roar of the rain and thunder that strikes down outside, unaware of the rapid fast footsteps vastly approaching that is until she perks up at the slide of the door.

"M-Mummy!" Surprised, she jolts up at the whimpering wail, making her blurry yellows meet a pair of ruby red. She furrows her brow, snuffling slightly to the side standing up slightly using the back of her elbows to catch the black blur diving at her. She feels his teeny tiny hands hold her, feeling his fingertips dig deep into her shirt as she stares down at her little boy, seeing the tears freely fall from her baby boy, breaking her heart.

"What's wrong sweetheart?" Sweetly, she questions her little boy groggily, blinking a few times adjusting to the dark lighting as she opens her arms, wrapping her arms around the whimpering little boy.

"The thunder it's scary! It's scary!" Shaking, the little boy whimpers to his mother, clinging to her side, flinching from another sharp pang of thunder roaring.

"It won't hurt you…" Softly, she smiles endearingly at her baby boy shuffling, diving into her covers, coiling himself around her duvet into a cocoon of sorts huddling inside, bringing a soft smile to the woman's lips at the endearing sight.

"B-But it'll hit the house and then we'll…we'll die I don't wanna die I don't wanna die!" Shaking he whimpers, feeling the fabric coil around him tighten as he huddles deeper, nestling in her mother's sheets earning a small chuckle of fondness from the woman.

"And you think I'll let that happen?" Amused, she arches a brow, placing her hand flat on the duvet smiling softly as he peers out, a pair of curious ruby red meeting her soft yellow.

"You won't?" Hopeful, he whispers shuffling, looking up at her, a veil of her duvet draped over his form.

"I promise. You won't die. You won't die. I'm here, mother is here." Tentatively, she whispers holding her little boy sobbing into her shirt but she remains unfazed despite the damp stain smearing upon her shirt. She remains holding her little boy, rocking him gently until his screaming sobs shift to small sniffles. She feels his body relax, leaning into her form, nuzzling into her form as she lies back down, feeling her baby boy curl into her side as the two hold one another, together, they descend down into the dark depths of their subconscious, dreaming…

"Mother?" Frowning, Ava perks up at the voice turning to see Kid by her bedside making her smile softly at him.

"Hey sweetheart." Softly, she smiles at her little boy.

"I thought I'd tell you I'm leaving for another mission." Kid reports to Ava arching a brow by the news.

"To make up for your test I assume?" Amused, Ava jokes, a small smirk upon her lips.

"…Yes." Grimly, Kid grimaces glaring to the side at the memory of the paper.

"Be careful okay sweetie?" Tentatively, Ava tells Kid.

"I always am." Kid smirks smugly.

"Are you going to wear your father's cloak?" Curious, Ava asks her son.

"It's said to be rather cold where I'm heading." Kid nods his head.

"Then bring some water too that robe can be quite stuffy." Sternly, Ava warns him making him sigh.

"Alright I will mum make sure you rest up." Frowning, Kid reminds Ava who nods her head.

"I will and you make sure you're careful." Frowning, she warns him.

"I will." Kid sighs slumping his shoulders having adjusted to his mother's warnings and tangents.

"Patty, Liz keep an eye on Kid alright?" Ava turns to the two girls behind him.

"You can count on us mam!" Liz winks cheekily as the trio then leave her to rest in the nurse's office.

"You seem close with your boy." Medusa smiles as she brushes the blue curtain to the side revealing herself to Ava.

"He's my son I love him." Honestly, Ava confesses, a small smile on her lips at the thought of her baby boy ignoring the brief sharp sting in her chest when her thoughts drift from Kid's gleaming gold to a pair of raw reds making her wince, flinching from her words, from the memories threatening to resurface.

"I'm sure." Softly, Medusa smiles down at Ava, a fake smile.

"Do you have a son?" Curious, Ava asks Medusa who has her back turned to Ava, focusing on her desk only to freeze from her question.

"…No." Coldly, Medusa snaps taking Ava back by the cold curt response.

"Right…thanks again for doing this for me doctor Medusa." Grateful, Ava smiles at Medusa.

"It's my job there's no need to thank me. So tell me how are you?" Curious, Medusa questions Ava.

"Fine just…just a bit tired." Tensely, Ava places her hand on her arm, scratching at her arm.

"Tired?" Medusa raises a brow from Ava's words, a small sly smirk of pleasure crossing her lips at the answer.

"Had some old dreams," Drearily, Ava whispers, her yellows darkening, draining, dazed almost at the memories threatening to resurface.

"What sort of dreams?" Intrigued, Medusa probes, quirking her head to the side.

"Nothing to worry about." Ava dismisses brushing it off.

"I see…excuse me." Politely, Medusa leaves Ava to rest, her eyes darkening scowling.

"So?" She perks up at the voice, a strained smile upon her lips as she turns to Stein leant against the wall.

"Hm?" She hums turning to him.

"Doctor Medusa a fair warning I should give you, that woman is lord Death's wife. If he finds a single scratch on her well…he won't exactly be happy. And you don't want that." Warningly, Stein smiles.

"I'm sure…" Smirking, Medusa sneers sadistically, a gleam glinting in her eyes as she leaves him, her eyes narrow curious to see what her black blood will do within this new found vessel.

"Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream merrily, merrily…" Peppy, Patty sings out loud as the salty sea air resonates in the air where Kid garbed in his father's cloak and mask stands at the tip of the boat while Patty and Liz row said boat.

"Come on can't you row any faster?" Impatiently, Kid sighs at his weapons.

"Would you explain to me what we're doing in a row boat in the first place!? Why not a motorboat or a nice big cruise ship!? You know something with an engine maybe!?" Mad, Liz snaps scowling at her meister who remains unfazed, simply staring ahead.

"Quit complaining. Anyway we've almost reached our destination now." Kid places his skeletal mask down.

"That's where we're going? That's a nice looking village I guess. Seems pretty peaceful." Liz confesses admiring the cliff village.

"I'm not so sure about that." Warily, Kid's gold glare at the village.

"Why the place looks okay to me?" Perplexed, Liz argues.

"Look over there." Kid tells her as she does only to gasp.

"What the heck happened?" Horrified, she whispers gaping at the huge chomp that is now the cliffs.

"A few days ago the people who lived here were swallowed up by something." Simply, Kid explains as they note the debris of the home float above the tidal waves.

"Along with their homes. Please don't tell me we're here to find out what's responsible." Pleadingly, Liz begs to Kid fear laced in her tone.

"Let's go we need to gather information." Kid's yellows narrow as they land ashore and begin gathering intel.

"Can you tell me what happened here?" Kid furrows his brow at the quivering quaking mess curled into the corner, shaking.

"It was the mist." Traumatised, the man whimpers.

"Mist? What do you mean? What kind of mist? Calm down don't be scared you're alright now. We're here to help you we come from the DWMA to put a stop at whatever did this." Kid explains to the traumatised man huddled in the corner draped over with rags.

"The academy?" The man perks up at the name.

"Yes so please tell me as much detail as you can what happened here?" Kid requests from the unstable man.

"Black…black dragon. The black dragon came! The black dragon came and ate our village!" Wailing, he whimpers as Kid towers over the hunched over adult simply staring down at the whimpering mess.

"Black dragon…interesting." Kid notes before turning on his heel and leaving the old man, continuing his research into this black dragon.

"Elephant, chimpanzee, dog, cat," Happily, Patty points at the array of picture books before her opened pointing at said picture of said animal.

"Very good. But aren't you a little old for picture books?" Bored, Liz leans against the bookcase furrowing her brow.

"Coo coo!" Patty intimates.

"Let me guess a pigeon." Liz decides to play along.

"Oink oink!" Patty continues.

"Yeah that was a pig." Liz assumes.

"Coockel doodle doo!" Patty gestures trotting off.

"Come on kid tell me we're done with all this. It's suffocating in here." Fed up, Liz turns to Kid huddled in the dark depths of the corner on a stack of books as if it were a throne for him as he reads the book in his grasp.

"Don't be such a slacker. Preliminary research is necessary which is what I would tell you if I didn't hate this place too. I think I got enough basic information, let's get started." Kid sighs slamming the book shut before returning it as they head out beginning their search for the black dragon.

"Row, row, row your boat…" Patty sings out loud returning to her role of rowing the boat.

"You can row harder than that can't you?" Irritated, Kid frowns impatiently.

"Why are we back in this stupid row boat!? Whatever we're doing better be real important or else!" Enraged, Liz roars fury laced in her tone.

"Of course it is would I make you work this hard for nothing?" Kid argues furrowing his brow at the two.

"Well knowing you, yes. So what is this black dragon thing we're after." Annoyed, Liz huffs under her breath.

"This part of the Baltic sea, there's been a lot of boat trouble out here sailors have been sailing these waters since Vikings began setting sail." Kid explains to the two.

"K but what's that to do with some scary black dragon?" Confused, Liz asks him.

"Not every boat makes it to shore so with many ships crossing that means there's also a number of ships sinking." Grimly, Kid reveals to the pair.

"Eh kid I don't think I like where this is heading." Liz whimpers when noting the mist slowly pour in.

"Just because a ship sinks doesn't mean it'll stay silent. I can also sense a countless number of souls in this area." Unfazed, Kid says ominously allowing the mist in as the boat becomes enveloped within said misty terrain.

"T-That…" Liz whimpers when seeing said ship slowly approach.

"All right Liz Patty after it!" Kid proclaims pointing at said ship as Patty nods her head determined.

"Eeeh! Wait a second that's a ghost ship! Monsters are- AHHHH!" Scared, Liz screams as her sister takes the reigns, Patty roaring as she charges the boat towards the ship much to the horror of both Kid and Liz, Kid wraps his legs and arms around the helm of the boat screaming.

"Waitwaitwait Patty!" Kid screams but it falls to deaf ears as he slams headfirst into the boat, blood spews out as a ruby red trail is slowly revealed as he descends down leaving nothing but a stain of raw red.

"Huh? Sorry!" Patty giggles.

"Oww…" Liz moans laying flat on the boat.

"Quit fooling around! I said wait! If you're going to crash into a ship you should crash into the centre!" Angrily, Kid roars, raring at Patty, seething ignoring the raw red stream sliding down his nose.

"You're mad about that!?" Liz snaps scowling at Kid.

"Do it over!" Kid commands.

"Alright!" Patty salutes smiling as she furiously begins swinging the oars going around the ship until crashing into it again with kid's face yet again slamming into the ship.

"All right! Let's get onboard!" Kid declares despite the crimson oozing out of his nose as they get on board.

"You're both morons really…Huh? I got distracted by your stupidity and actually came onboard!" Horrified, Liz screeches when she blanks out momentarily only then when she returns to reality to find herself on the ship following the two before her.

"Lalala!" Patty beams brightly skipping on the ghost ship.

"It seems that there are souls onboard we're going in." Kid tells the two.

"Yess!" Patty smiles.

"R…Really? Let's stop… Ehh are you serious?" Scared, Liz whimpers but it falls to deaf ears as they approach a door.

"Looks like some lively souls have shown up. The souls to be offered to the kishin have increased again." Annoyed, Kid notes furrowing his brow grasping hold of the door handle.

"Ahh scary." Liz whimpers.

"It's here." Kid mutters as he opens the door where their eyes widen when seeing the numerous amounts of souls lingering before them.

"There's this many!?" Shocked, Liz gasps at the sight.

"Taking souls like this is unforgivable. What the hell are you going to do with this many souls…?" Sickened, Kid demands seething.

"Is it okay if I take all these souls?" Patty wonders out loud only to see Kid's sharp scowl.

"Don't even joke about that! Do you want to become a kishin!? As a Shinigami I will take care of them…" Angrily, Kid snaps at Patty before stretching his hand out about to put a seal when…

"What's that boy? You're a Shinigami!?" Shocked, Kid's eyes widen when feeling the hand grab his foot.

"Wha…Liz!" He bows his head to turn to see the stranger creature before him only to gasp at the scream turning to see Liz fall through the floorboards opening underneath her, causing her to come crashing down.

"Hahah! She fell down!" Patty cackles out loud.

"She's your sister! Is that something to laugh about!?" Scowling, Kid scolds Patty.

"This ship and I are one and the same…you guys walked right into my stomach all that's left now is to digest you." Proudly, the gunslinger roars hovering above the two cackling.

"Are you an evil spirit? What are you collecting all these souls for?" Furious, Kid demands from the creature.

"I really don't understand you Shinigami. These souls are to be offered to the Kishin." Proudly, the creature proclaims.

"Kishin? Ragnarok?" Kid suggests hopeful for some slither of info.

"That rookie is of no importance at all. The kishin who is closet to you for that person's sake." Disgusted, the gunslinger seethes scowling at the sheer notion alone.

"What!? Close to us?" Kid's yellows narrow at the thought.

"It's fine if a child doesn't understand…this ship can bring me anything right? From the far off depths humans are waiting for the kishin's song. Everyone wishes for the power of one sort or another. However occasionally there are situation where that just isn't enough. Humans are craving the kishin this soul will be offered up to the kishin! I will not give it up!" Dedicated, the hunter explains to Kid.

"Kid I'll transform into a gun okay?!" Patty offers as the two gasp as the creature fires blast after blast at them, sending spikes of wood their way which they narrowly dodge.

"No…impossible." Kid dictates pleadingly almost as Patty notes Kids trembling fidgeting form, looking scared at the sheer thought of fighting unbalanced as the two face off against the shipmaster.

"Uuuh where am I? Patty…kid…but I wonder if those two are okay? There shouldn't be any reason why Kid can't use one handed asymmetrical style with patty…either way I have to get to where those two are…what's that…this ghost ship is…not scary at all. I was once Brooklyn's demon, one of the feared Thompson sisters. Ahh why am I here? I got high and tried hugging a Shinigami and I guess my luck ran out. Umm…was it this way? Ehh what? AAAH! A monster!" Scared, Liz whimpers mainly to herself, fearful as she crosses her arms over her chest, wandering through the dark dreary hallway of ship, her arms crossed over her chest, shaking, quivering, quaking.

"I'm the ghost of a poor young girl who was eaten by this ship. I'll guide you to where your friends are." Terrified, Liz squeals when seeing a small girl in pigtails appear before her.

"You're lying no! no! you're trying to trick me no!" Scared, Liz comes crashing down, curling in on herself, shaking, quivering, quaking, wailing, whimpering.

"I'm not lying. Believe m…" Patiently, the child tries to argue only for her to be cut off by Liz's wails.

"NOOO!" Liz cuts the child off.

"Shut up! Quit blubbering and come with me! God damn it! I'll kick your ass!" Angrily, she snarls snapping at Liz, her angelic features turning feral, fuming.

"I'm coming…" Liz whimpers, feebly following after her.

"Hey get moving! Geez if I had lived to be about the same age as you I would had a nice body and everyone would say I'm sexy." Bitterly, the girl grumbles, guiding Liz away.

"You're probably right…" Obediently, Liz gives in following after her.

"Wa! Wa! Wa! Where the hell is Liz!?" Kid wails, narrowly missing the floorboards striking at them dealing with the gun fire aimed their way as they try to dodge the strikes.

"This way…" The child whispers as they go outside.

"WAAAHHH!" Liz wails whimpering.

"Just shut up!" The ghost snaps scowling at the child.

"What's wrong Shinigami!? Is that all the power of a god has!?" Tauntingly, the hunter sneers, firing widely at both Patty and Kid who narrowly avoid such fires.

"I haven't done anything yet!" Kid seethes his gold glaring up at them.

"Then show me! Let me see your power! I'm an evil Kishin worshipping spirit who killed innocent humans let's see you judge that which you call evil!" The hunter taunts.

"I will not deny evil! I don't know anyone who is complete without some trace of evil. Everything is a balance! If good and evil were at perfect equilibrium there would be no problem. If there was a perfect balance, dispute and discrimination would disappear." Dedicated, Kid explains confesses to the creature.

"I don't care about your ideals of what god wants you to do! Don't think that's all humans seek the same as you!" Rudely, the hunter roars.

"Like I care about that! I won't be satisfied until I've created a neat and tidy perfect world!" Cruelly, Kid snaps scowling at him.

"Are you saying you'd take away others freedom?" The hunter accuses.

"Disgusting…I'm a Shinigami I will never give others the freedom to kill!" Kid snaps firmly.

"Here…" The ghostly child stops as she turns to Liz whose eyes widen when finding herself out on the ship, out in the open, on the top deck.

"Thanks for the help… what? Isn't this the deck? Nobody's here." Confused, Liz points out frowning.

"Ahh they really did trick me…save me!" Wailing, Liz kneels down to the ground sniffling.

"They're coming now so be quiet damn it!" Fed up, the ghost child roars at the wailing Liz just as Kid and Patty come running out into the open trying to dodge the gunshots fired at them.

"Oh." Kid exclaims.

"Ah." Patty adds.

"Patty!" Happily, Liz beams brightly at the sight of her younger sister.

"Hey Liz fool! It's your fault that I wasn't able to use Patty!" Angrily, Kid snaps stomping down on the floorboards below.

"That's your fault." Liz sweat drops at her meister.

"You won't escape." The gunslinger roars, firing at the trio.

"Liz Patty! Transform let's do it!" Kid commands the two.

"Right!" Liz nods her head.

"Okay!" Patty smiles as the two then transform into their gun form which Kid swiftly catches, ready to end this once and for all.

"Prepare yourself!" He bellows, furrowing his brow at the gunslinger, the true showdown now having begun or so the two thought before the swift slash of an implant impales into the hunters side, blood bursting out of the hunters form. He comes crashing down where a familiar creature swoops down before them, where Kid gapes at the creature before them at the sword impaled into the floor.

"That's…" Kid whispers stunned at the sight of the pink haired figure.

"Ragnarok…" Moping, the pink haired boy whispers as a mouth forms upon the blade releasing a fierce feral screech to the high heavens as next thing Kid and his guns knew, bright ball lights that are the souls from below lift up in the air.

"The souls from inside the shop! They're being sucked in!" Kid gasps when seeing the souls be sucked up by the blade.

"Bye old lady." Liz's eyes soften sadly to see the girl from before be devoured by the blade breaking Liz's heart.

"Unbelievable…That's his soul." Kid whispers in awe.

"Are you telling me that that's actually a human soul!?" Scowling, Liz frowns baffled by the sight.

"The ghost ship was called Kokuryuu however that kid standing over there…is the true black dragon?" Kid concludes glaring at the slumped figure, seeing the black blood forms wings out of its back.

"Judgement." Kid mutters under his breath, his gold glaring at the slumped figure of the demon sword.

"Did you know my blood is black…" Crona whispers glumly.

"I'll execute you." Kid dictates, his grip tightening around his gun.

"Everything is scary…power when it comes within your grasp. Did you know how to use it? where is hell? Do you know? It's inside your head. Get in my way and I'll kill you." Coldly, Crona declares, their grip tightening around the hilt of the blade.

"Is that so? Let's go." Kid dictates charging at Crona.

"Ehh…fast!" Amazed, Crona exclaims as next thing Crona knew, a gun was shoved into his torso as he fires into Crona who is flung to the side.

"Victory and the like obtained through power…is that how you free yourself from fear? Relax…if you really want to remove your fear strengthen your soul!" Soundly, Kid declares firing his blasts at Crona who cries out as he is thrown to the ground.

"Neat and tidy." Coolly, Kid lands down, arms outstretched as he is perched upon a podium of some sort on the ships taring at his work.

"Did we do it?" Liz questions Kid.

"What!?" The trio's eyes widen when next thing the two knew…

"You don't understand either…I thought you would have, your mother is like mine. I guess you don't understand either there's no way a Shinigami like you could understand. Leave me alone." Disappointed, Crona sighs sadly, craning their neck to the side.

"Sis…that kid." Patty whispers.

"Yeah you're right Patty the same. She's exactly the same as our old selves being born as a weapon. We always carried a power fear and such never existed." Pained, Liz bows her head solemnly.

"No that's not it. I just wanted to know is that kid a boy or girl? Sis what are yoy thinking about all by yourself." Giggling, Patty chuckles at her sister.

"You brat!" Surprised, the others turn to the angry head.

"What? He was still alive…" Surprised, Kid turns to the fuming head.

"This ship and I are one and the same as long as this ship floats I will never die! Greedy bastards eating all of the souls! What did you do with the rest of my head!? You have no honour! Making a huge fucking disturbance on someone else boat no honour at all. If the captain were here he'd have you thrown overboard! I'll destroy you with my canons!" Proudly, the head hollers jumping on the cannons as they fire wildly at Crona.

"Depressing bastard what the!? The kishin's spirt wavelength is expanding!?" Kid tsks only to gasp at the soul wavelength engulfing Crona as they fly high into the air.

"I hate everyone…hate…hate. People who cant even put themselves back together will be blown away by my scream." Seething, Crona snarls scowling as they slam the blade down releasing a pulse of darkness, a screaming shaped energy blast at the ship cutting cleaving the ship in two.

"Cut in two it's somehow moving…" Mesmerised, Kid whispers in awe at the ship slowly sinking only then for their eyes to widen when Kid furrows his brow at the sudden shudder of ice crawl down his spine making him grimace. What's with the sudden chill in the air? Before Kid could question it, his yellows widen when suddenly a black blur comes slamming down, feathers spewing out of the cloaked wings of some sort of cape coiled cocooned around the figure as they turn to look at Crona, the shadowy sandy like claws digging deep into the back of Crona's head.

"Brats like you should be silenced." Swiftly, the figure states slamming Crona down into the ground of the floorboards, ignoring the debris flying about the place, ignoring Crona's screams, ignoring the black blood spewing staining the floorboards as constantly, Crona's head is slammed down on the floor.

"Who is…?" Kid begins lost, wincing when hearing the crisp crunch of bone and wailing, whimpering from Crona begging, beseeching, pleading for it to stop but it falls to deaf ears, no matter how hard he says she can't deal with it, they deal with it.

"Captain!" Happily, the gunslinger beams brightly at the sight of the man before him, towering over him, garbed in a cloak of coal black feathers, smirking down at the trio. His eerie yellow meet a pair of shocked gold gazing up at the stranger before him, reminding him eerily of someone…

"So much for a birthday gift…" Sighing, the figure slowly stands before Kid, Kid's eyes widening when seeing how unfazed, bored almost of the sinking ship the two find themselves on as Kid's eyes narrow at his eerie similar yellow, his ears hear the heavy pitter patter of black blood dripping down his bloodied hands. But he simply brushes off such blood as if it were dust on his shoulder or some sort of sticky slime he simply could not have on him, disgust clear upon his facial features.

"Lady Medusa isn't happy Ingram hiding all these souls from us." Wincing, Crona slowly stands as Ragnarok sneers peering out behind Crona's shoulder as the older of the two simple stares down at his bloodied palm, flexing his fingertips.

"And you think I care?" Coolly, he remarks before Crona could even stop him as he had once again reeling his fist back, slamming his knuckles into Crona's face making him cry out, black blood spewing out of her broken bloodied nose as he shakily stands, swaying, staggering slightly. Stunned, Kid gapes at the sight, his attacks had done nothing and yet one simple slam of his fist causes more damage than he had even done to the demon blade. What was his bones made of? Kid gets into his sin stance, not liking the stranger before him one bit, watching his every move like a predator watching its prey.

"She says we should punish you." Ragnarok points out only to release a small whimper when his neck is grabbed by the bloodied black hand as sparks spew out of said hand causing both Crona and Ragnarok to wail to the high heavens, tears in Crona's eyes begging, beseeching for it to stop as they use their free hand, slamming it weakly down on the male's wrist but it does nothing. Bored, he simply stares at the two before tossing them to the side as if he grew bored of the toys before him making them cry out as they roll to the side with Ragnarok hoarsely yelling at Crona to shakily stand which he does making the figure sigh tiredly.

"Ragnarok stop we can't deal with this. He's super scary!" Pleadingly, Crona breaks the sob, pleading begging for his partner to stop.

"I don't care he needs to pay!" Bitterly, Ragnarok seethes

"And you need to be punished." Surprisingly, the two jolt up at the voice both of them squeaking slightly as Kid gapes at the sheer speed of the person, he had thrown them to the other edge so how did he get to them so quickly? Before Kid could even wonder the question, he notice the two freeze flinching from the cold golden glare towards the two making them squirm as if the blazing burning sun's shine was blinding them.

"AHHHH! Stop! Stop! Please!" Pleadingly, Crona begs as he simply raises his foot, slamming it down on Crona crying out as Kid grimaces when hearing the hard crunch of bone once more and Crona's pained whines as black blood crystalises only to easily break by the sheer strength of the adult's kick.

"Spit them out then! Those souls weren't made for you!" Enraged, he roars snarling as he grabs Crona by her hair, digging deep into her pink strands shoving Crona to the floorboards once more, floorboards breaking debris once again thrown to the air as Crona whimpers pained.

"PLEASE STOP IT HURTS! IT HURTS!" Pleadingly, Crona begs hurt laced in her tone.

"OH SHUT YOUR TRAP BRAT!" Crona whimpers when he tugs her pink locks back, prying the strands off Crona's hair making Crona whimper when feeling his iron laced breath brush against Crona's neck, making Crona whimper.

"P-Please…" Pleadingly, Crona begs as with one final heft, he slams Crona into the ground once more, digging Crona's face deep into the floorboards grinding their face into the floor before pulling them up, allowing Crona to stand.

"Get the fuck out of my sight." Fed up, he seers tossing Crona high into the air as he cries out in both fear and horror, chanting, I can't handle this, their voice breaking, cracking as the tears freely flow, droplets descending down into the high heavens.

"L-Lady Medusa she'll teach you a thing or two!" Roaring, Ragnarok screeches, stretching its wings out allowing the slumped form of Crona with Ragnarok waving its muscular arms out, angrily.

"Oh I'm sure…" Scoffing, the feathery figure rolls his yellows at the thought scoffing, a sly smirk of amusement marred into his facial features, entertained bemused by the thought alone of Medusa being a threat to him as he scoffs, an air of smug sense of superiority surrounding him.

"What in the world…who are…?" Lost, Kid whispers stunned as he watches on gasping when the older male simply ignores Kid, flicking his wrist. They watch the fleeting figure of the demon sword escape only then to cry out as a small lone feather impaled into Crona's side causing Crona to cry out in anguish, black blood spewing out from the lone bloodied feather gleaming, shining shimmering from the hardened blade almost as he allows Crona to flee from the fight.

"Those eyes…you really are her child." Surprised, Kid gasps when he cranes his neck back as next thing Kid knew, the strangers shoved his face into Kid's face making his yellows widen when seeing the deranged pair of yellows look into his own.

"Who are you?" Kid demands pointing his gun at the male making him bow his head, chuckling lowly under his breath, a feral fang protruding out of his lips.

"I wonder…what makes you so different? What drives you towards this path?" Fascinated, he wonders whispering it in awe almost, quirking his head to the side as Kid flinches from the sharp crack of a bone almost as if from the angle alone if he broke his neck but he remains unfazed despite the creepy crooked angle taken.

"I follow the path of the Shinigami." Proudly, Kid proclaims.

"So resolute…you really are her child. To think my little sister would selfishly bring to the world another threat? How selfish…" Sighing, he slumps his shoulders stepping back as Kid's eyes widen when hearing his words, sounding disappointed almost.

"You're…sister?" Kid's eyes narrow at the stranger.

"Where am I manners? The name's Ingram though you can call me uncle Ingram!" Happily, he beams brightly at Kid confusing him that is until he feels a sharp stinging sensation, hearing the crisp crunch of bone, blood spewing out of him as he is thrown to the floor, groaning from his bloodied broken nose…

"Nice gun you got here." Impressed, Ingram places himself on top of the barrel, one leg over the other. He leans over, his thumb flat on the hole of the gun startling kid as before Kid could even pull the trigger he gasps as Ingram snatches Kid by his wrist, tugging him back, pulling him forward to toss him aside however as Kid is thrown, he gasps when finding his gun tugged out of him.

"Patty! Kid!" Scared, Liz wails screeching as Ingram chuckles spinning the gun about using his forefinger, smirking at the genuine fearful cry from the gun in his hand.

"No…no…everything's off balance." Confused, Ingram stops in his little game faltering from Kid's shaking words, noting the genuine fear, horror and panic laced in his tone at the note, instantly dropping his other gun much to the elder male's confusion.

"Let go of me perv!" He perks up at Liz's bellow but brushes her aside, his gold pinned upon the boy crumbling, curling into a ball going off on some sort of tangent about being ugly, being disgusting, being vile making him grimace, glancing to the side at the scene playing off before him, hearing him utter, chant, everything is off balance off balance…

"You…uh…you okay kid?" Confused, Ingram calls out furrowing his brow at the kid's behaviour.

"Kid snap out of it! Don't scratch your hair!" Hollering, Liz yells through her gun as Ingram furrows his brow at the comedic sight before him, his brow furrowed when watching the boy before him scratch the side of his head, his yellows widening when seeing a small slither of ruby red.

"Here." Surprised, Kid's eyes widen when feeling a hand hearing the surprisingly soft tone turning to look up into a pair of weirdly concerned gold, a look of understanding and empathy almost on his facial features as he gives Kid the who sighs slumping his shoulders in relief only then for Kid to fire directly at his face. Smoke spews out of the holsters as it fades only for Kid's goldens to widen when the smokescreen soon fades revealing the bored Ingram, craning his neck to the side sighing.

"Now that wasn't very nice." Swiftly, he slams the bottom of his foot down on Kid, crimson spews out as he then stretches his arm out, sparks spewing out of his fingertips as he plants it firmly down on his back, using soul force making Kid scream, screech wail as ruby red spurts out of his lips before grabbing Kid by his ankle tossing him to the side. Defeated, the bloodied Kid falls to the ground pained curling in on himself as both Liz and patty switch to their human forms, protecting their meister, scowling at him, threating him

"Don't touch him!" Liz snaps scowling at the loom figure standing above the two.

"Why not?" Confused, he quirks his head to the side, disorientation laced in his tone as he shoves his hands into his pockets perplexed by their gestures.

"He's our meister!" Frowning, Penny declares.

"And he's my darling nephew." Happily, he smiles stretching his arms out jovial confusing and unnerving the twins.

"You just beat the crap out of him!" Angrily, Liz snaps scowling at him.

"We're just playing." Innocently, he argues confusing the two glancing over at one another.

"Play…ing?" Patty glances over at Liz seeing her look as lost as her.

"Yeah! You know how it is." Happily, he beams brightly.

"Not really no. Patty!" Frankly, Liz snaps scowling as Patty nods her head swiftly changing into her gun form, tossing her over towards Liz who grabs said gun aiming it at the unfazed Ingram, who simply arched a brow bemused by the sight almost.

"I'm not going to kill him." Honestly, he tells her but she scoffs.

"Sure you're not before that punch just then didn't show that." Bitterly, Liz snaps scowling at him making him sigh.

"That was nothing, a light tap you know?" Happily, he smiles down at her.

"Light tap my ass!" Angrily, Liz snaps aiming her gun as he sighs, impatience etched into his facial features as he snatches Liz's wrist making her hiss. She cries out in pain and shock as he slams her into the wooden floorboards below, swiftly disarming her as he takes the gun.

"Patty!" Pained, Liz cries out towards her sister concern laced in her tone but its futile as he slams her into the ground.

"You sure do like to talk a lot then again I can't say much on that matter either." Frankly, Ingram confesses as he pins Liz down wincing unaware of Patty returning to her human from as both sisters share a look before smirking sadistically with Liz shifting into her gun form, throwing herself at Patty who swiftly catches her and fires, a dark deranged look upon her features only then for them both to gasp when hearing the crisp crunch of a bone breaking, making them gape at the hanging head loosely dangling down like a pendulum from a father clock.

"Two weapons one mister, my, my, you two certainly are naughty." Teasingly, he wiggles a brow suggestively at the two teens gaping, gawking at the morbid mortal looking creature.

"You…what are you? What do you want with Kid!?" Bravely, Liz tries to keep a brave face, her eyes darting to Kid gawking to see the pool of ruby red below him.

"Just came to see some family. Heh, his blood is just like hers, how pretty." Lovingly, he gushes, a faint ruby red tint to his cheeks as he skips over to kid, crouching down and placing his temple over Kid's after grabbing him by his black locks, smiling softly, his furious feral features softening from the familiar touch before placing Kid down, turning back to the twins.

"When you've lived as long as I have you tend to appreciate the smaller frailer things in life." Solemnly, he whispers, a look of pain marred upon his facial features forcing a strained smile upon his lips. He plucks out a spare feather from his coat collar, passing it over to the twins.

"If I had known I wouldn't have played rough. Here, give this to kid think of it as an apology for this misunderstanding." Miserably, he smiles before the next thing the twins knew he had crouched down as the feathers clung to his side stick to him as his body contorts swirling into a spiral before bursting out of his feather coat are two grown winds revealing some bird like creature cawing before leaving the Thompson tins upon the wreck of the boat slowly sinking…
