"I'll say it again Professor Stein join my experiment this static unchanging room doesn't suit you. You were made for better than this. You're a scientist after all. We could harness the power of the kishin together. We'll change the world back to what it should be, a place where evolution and progress always reign." Resolved, Medusa proposes to Stein perched upon her tail like arrow impaled into the stone tiles below where both fighters are trapped by the arrows swarming them, pointing at them, refusing to let either of them escape.

"A long time ago I was analysed by a bunch of foolish doctors who feared my violent tendencies and what they considered my selfish attitude. They seemed elated while they studied me as if they were solving the crime in a mystery novel. They theorised for hours, wondering if something had traumatised me in my past or if some terrible influence had come into my life. That was all nonsense though I've loved tearing things apart since the very beginning." Calmly, Stein explains as he lunges at her, striking from left to right with his death scythe blows Medusa easily avoids with her tail swinging, swaying from side to side until placing her arms up blocking the blow.

"What's your point Stein are you trying to compare me to these doctors?" Smirking, Medusa uses her forearms to block then reels her fist back with her free hand, pushing him back.

"When I was in kindergarten it made me nauseous watching the other kids listen dutifully to their teacher and played games. I would almost puke just from the sight of everyone focusing so intently on questioning what was on the chalkboard with their notes not an original thought in their heads." Heckling, Stein smirks grinning fondly slashing from left to right.

"What kind of story is this anyway? It's entirely pointless not to mention boring, make me wanna puke. Are you mocking me? If you hate unoriginality so much why are your attacks so tiresome? Really? I'm sleeping here." Mockingly, Medusa seers.

"Now, now be more patient. This is my answer to your invitation so you should listen. My feelings didn't change as I matured and grew stronger the madness inside me, the desire to destroy and dissect did too. Do you know what it was that eventually stopped me?" Stein smirks smugly at her.

"It was fear." Medusa answers her gold glaring into his green.

"Yes I was terrified, terrified of the person I might become even though all that I cared about was having fun and doing whatever I wanted. That's when I learned I needed someone in control not a tyrannical rule by someone who disregards the wants and needs of others but the rule of a god. One who reigned without ego…" Stein exclaims raising his hand enveloped in a bright blue light remembering it well, remembering his pinned form, his battered, bloodied beaten form before the woman having sewn him to the ground, smirking sadistically down at him. Primal gold glare into fearful green, a manic grin upon his lips as she raises her blade to him, a sadistic gleam in her maddened mustard hues.

"Is that really the truth?" Medusa smirks smugly amused almost by his words.

"Perhaps though if I must confess… You know what drew me to you Medusa." Stein confesses.

"What was it?" Medusa furrows her brow at him.

"It was your eyes." Stein's green glare into her own.

"My eyes?" Mystified, Medusa quirks a brow bemused by his words.

"The eyes of a witch, the eyes of madness I had seen eyes like that before and you reminded me of them but then I wad disappointed." Cackling, Stein declares slicing at her as she continues dodging each and every hit unaware of his hand enflamed in blue transfers into his scythe, the energy conducting within.

"Disappointed?" Medusa raises a brow.

"Your eyes…were nothing like hers!" Stein snarls.

"Hers…do I detect a little crush dear professor?" Teasingly, Medusa suggests seeing Stein's scowl.

"No someone like me…could never be anything more in her eyes. But she saw me different, she was the only one who understood, who saw me as normal, who helped me understand. For she too was born with this innate need of destruction. She…she is the only one who truly understands madness, who understands how to nurture it, how to control it…" Stein recalls intensely, grinning at the memory her gold glaring down into his own, the fear flowing through him consuming, controlling his madness, the glint gleaming in her darkened gold.

"I take it you speak of lady Ava, I've seen the way you look at her, the envy you have towards lord death especially since he keeps you in check it must hurt…in this new world with lord death gone perhaps you two could be together." Smirking, Medusa offers.

"And cause us both to go mad? Without the other there is no balance." Firmly, Stein states the fact of the matter.

"Is that right? Then perhaps we could use this, use this madness to change the world together." Medusa suggests.

"That's your ego now talking isn't it." Stein sneers diving at her.

"No but following ones ego will be the standard for long, a standard you too will follow." Medusa promises him.

"Stein!" Spirit calls out concerned as an arrow coils around her hand, creating a drill of sorts impaling into his side making him crumble to the ground, spewing out crimson joining the blood spewing out of his bloodied torso.

"If this standard does come to pass what will control my dark side then? I can never join you in this." Firmly, Stein cradles his stomach.

"I suppose there's no getting through to you." Medusa sighs disappointed almost.

"I want to tear things apart without losing my soul!" Cackling, Stein smirks sparks spewing out of his palm flinging her to the side, spurting out ruby red.

"So this is how you choose to use your madness. I think I've been overestimating you Stein that flimsy attack is all you could manage after turning down such a gracious invitation, I think I'll tear your head off now." Menacingly, Medusa smirks only to falter when finding herself unable to move stiches soon unveiling themselves upon her form.

"Spirit listen not a single move. Soul thread diffusion structures." Stein informs Medusa.

"What are you talking about you haven't sown my body to anything yet!?" Medusa scowls.

"Take a closer look the sewn are threaded throughout your entire body as well I'm using it to block our every nerve ending so you're completely paralysed." Stein informs Medusa his hand flat on her torso.

"What are you waiting for me? Why don't you kill me already with your little friend? You're running out of time remember? This is pathetic even for a last-ditch effort. Don't tell me you're counting on your little friend? A mother's love can make someone do the most craziest things, especially when you've failed that child for so long and that guilt festers and festers before you even know it…you've already fallen into the madness." Medusa declares as Stein's eyes dilate in horror. The swift slice of the scythe strikes at Medusa giving him the opportunity to slice as red rain of arrows come crashing down, where Stein lights his cigarette under the red rain, saddened when he confesses his victory was only given to him by the kishin as Medusa fades away, leaving the lone man to wallow in his own won battle but lost war.

Alarmed, Ava perks up at the sound of crying, of whimpering, of wailing breaking her heart, feeling the red rivers gushing through her veins still, as if a ice cool chilly breeze washed over the waves of ruby red, freezing it. She feels her veins feel as heavy as lead dragging her form slightly. She stares at the little boy before her, his hands over his face covering them trying to block the tears freely falling.

"Mummy, Mummy!" Shakily, she takes a step back at the voice seeing the boy bundled in bandages rush over to her side, despite her hesitation she feels his hands grab hold of her, feeling the familiar fabric of a scarf grab hold of her leg, coiling around it like a snake slithering squeezing its prey. She feels his fingertips dig deep into the fabric of her trousers. Slowly, she stares down at the wailing, whimpering boy, begging, beseeching for it to stop, breaking her heart.

"Why did you let him hurt me?" Slowly, she kneels down, reaching out to the boy, feeling her fingertips comb through coal black locks as he wails.

"Why did you let him take me away?" Angrily, he screams making her flinch from the demonic screech in his wails.

"Why did you do nothing?" Ava winces when feeling his claws dig deep into her trousers, seeing crimson seep staining her trouser leg making her hiss.

"Mummy it hurts! It hurts! It hurt so much! Where were you!? Where were you when I needed you!? Why did you go away?" Hurt, the boy cries tugging at his mother's trousers who blinks back the tears threatening to fall trying to gather the broken shards of her heart.

"Did you have fun hiding away? It's a shame we couldn't do it together…did you really think what you did could make up for what happened?" Cackling, the baby boy's whimpers turns to heckling, cackling, surprising her as her eyes widen when the boy before her disperses revealing instead…

"As…" Gently, Ava whispers her voice cracking breaking, her glassy gold gazing up at the tall towering figure above her, simply staring down at her. Slowly, he reaches his hand out to her, his pale skeletal tattooed hands reaching out to her as she feels her heart hammer against her chest, misery marred into Ava's anguished features.

She feels his ice-cold hand brush against her cheek, resting her cheek into his skeletal palm, feeling his fingertips brush against her cheek. She closes her eyes, leaning into his ice cold touch, feeling the tears freely flow from her glassy gold. Unaware of the sly slither of his scarf coiling around her throat before she was slammed to the side, violently crimson spews out of her stunned features, staring stunned at the male before her, before slumping her form against the cracked crater formed from the strike, bowing her head, ruby red rivers descending down her temple.

"Take this! …?" Suddenly, the doors burst open to Kid on his skateboard rushing in making the tall, towering male slowly turn to the child, making Ava's heart drop, panic and worry clear upon her face.

"Kid get out of here!" Horrified, Ava cries out panicked, her heart dropping, concern clear upon her facial features for her baby boy.

"Damn… who's this mummy guy?" Death scowls striking at the creature, but his bullets do nothing.

"Dammit not this again. I'm really getting sick of this guy. I'm starting to feel like I'm going to lose it." Free scowls, spewing out crimson as the hand impaled into his chest after watching Kid fire wildly at nothing, flat on his back.

"Calm down just breath what you're feeling is just the wavelength caused by the kishin's madness. You've felt it plenty of times on the way down here. It's only a hallucination!" Kid tells himself as he blinks finding himself back to normal alongside Free as they turn back to Eruka where…

"She's got the blood!" Kid fires wildly only for Free to intercept taking the hits his arms outstretched as Eruka has the needle in her hands, ready ti inject the bag of flesh chained up in the heart of the temple.

"This sure hurts more than it did earlier." Free grunts grimacing from each bullet blow.

"So long as I'm aiming for the black blood the werewolf wont be able to move. I'll cover you Blackstar go now!" Kid calls out having heard his approaching footsteps.

"I've got it!" Blackstar appears brushing past Kid.

"Be careful the kishin madness can make you hallucinate." Kid tells Blackstar.

"No worries on that one. My sixth sense really sucks! I can barely feel the madness at all!" Arrogantly, Blackstar declares smirking smugly.

"Heh, excellent." Relieved, Kid smirks continuing to fire as Blackstar leaps over Free reaching Eruka.

"Yahoo! Enchanted sword mode!" Blackstar smirks as Tsubaki changes to her enchanted sword mode.

"Eruka now!" Free roars as she charges at the sack.

"Don't even think about it! Try one of my tadpole bombs! Ahh!" Eruka forms a small tadpole in her inner palm tossing it at Blackstar only to gasp as she is flung back, dropping the needle having been blown back by the blast.

"Here goes." Blackstar raises his blade to the needle.

"Hey don't do it no!" Eruka calls out to him only for hers and Blackstar's eyes to widen when…

"What?" Blackstar gapes when suddenly a tendril of black curls around the syringe, tossing it over to Eruka.

"Good job boy!" Pleased, Eruka smiles at her Jackson, giving him the peace sign only to sweat drop when….

"You slimy amphibian getting in my way!" Angrily, Blackstar bashes the whimpering Tadpole crying out from his strikes.

"Tadpole Jackson! You were a good pet I won't forget you!" Tearful, Eruka promises him before turning to the sealed sack.

"Don't even think about it get away from it frog girl!" Blackstar catches on, lunging at the witch.

"Hurry up Eruka!" Free roars.

"You got to stop her now Blackstar!" Kid calls out to him.

"Uwaaahh!" Blackstar roars raising his blade to the high heavens.

"Come on! Just go in!" Impatiently, Eruka slams the needle into the sack, trying to push it in struggling.

"Looks like your times up froggy take this!" Smugly, Blackstar slams his blade down as the needle is sliced in half, black blood bursts out of the cracked syringe.

"I did it…we won. There's no Kishin reiving today…" Tiredly, Blackstar bellows he heaves then falls flat to the ground drained only then to blink when his brow furrows as the room shifts and the next thing Blackstar knew before collapsing into the dark depths of exhaustion was the tremors of the school…

"Free we…succeeded." Stunned, Eruka whispers still reeling from it all as she and Free gape at the syringe impaled into the sealed skin sack as ruby red sparks spew out of nowhere where outside thunder comes crashing down from the darkened clouds of smoke, where three ruby red eyes appear, releasing ruby red sparks into the open air causing tremors to course throughout death city.

"No this can't be happening." Kid refuses as slowly Ava arises from her sealed form, grimacing at the raw red tattoo flaring up making her hiss, so that's what sealed her in place, she really needed to get rid of that thing, she makes a note before shakily standing, limping over.

"Hold on a sec but we won, didn't we?" Lost, Blackstar argues befuddled, panting, heaving on the verge of passing out.

"Check the sack." Sternly, Ava remarks, gesturing to said sack.

"What?" Slowly, Blackstar turns to the sack.

"Your desperation wound up working against us take a closer look what you actually cut was the shrine sealing the bag." Sadly, Kid bows his head as he explains the truth to Blackstar.

"What?" Blackstar stares stunned, horrified by his actions.

"It's sort of ironic you were so focused on the syringe you left yourself vulnerable your sixth sense took in when you weren't expecting it at the very end you must have begun hallucinating." Disappointed, Kid explains to Blackstar, sweat sliding down his temple making Ava grimace glancing to the side.

"No that…that can't be right." Blackstar whispers heartbroken by the truth, falling flat to the ground as they stare at the syringe stabbed into the skin sack where beneath…

"We've failed." Blackstar whispers watching on as a portal of sorts, a circle with three eyes opens up below the sealed sack, where a gust of wind propels itself from the portal, allowing the steam spewing out of the sack to be twisted, contorted, controlled even as the ground shakes.

"Dammit die!" Kid snaps firing wildly at the sack trying to stop it but…

"Kid don't!" Worried, Ava cries out to her son but it falls to deaf ears as he continues to fire at the sack but it does nothing.

"It did nothing…" Stunned, Blackstar whispers shocked.

"Kid take Blackstar and leave you two need to go as well." Sternly, Ava explains to the two before turning to the surprised frog witch and wolf.

"What? why?" Confused, Blackstar turns to her.

"We're not leaving you here, this is my responsibility!" Kid asserts.

"As it is mine! Please you need to go!" Pleadingly, she begs to her son but…

"It's starting to come out…" Freaked out, Eruka whimpers watching the head sprout out of the bag making Ava place her hand over her mouth as it slams itself on the ground looking like a seal with the iron chains sealing its legs looking like a seal's tail.

"The bag the kishin is putting its skin back on…" Shaken, Kid points out watching on as it slams its head to the ground before stretching its bones out, flexing its fingertips scraping against the grey floorboards as Ava winces when hearing the scratching sounds of the floorboards and fingertips before slamming its hand on the ground, spreading its skin about. Ava places her hand over her eyes, not wanting to watch as a creepy smile crosses the kishin's face as it slams its head to the ground, a bright broad green upon its facial features.

"Eruka you need to step back!" Calmly, Ava explains trying to reach out to the frightened witch as the kishin looms over her, peering down at her as he scratches his eye, readjusting it as a face form and the raw red peers down at her where red meet grey and the kishin…screams.

"What the…what's his deal?" Freaked out, Free frowns.

"He's scared of Eruka?" Stunned, Kid exclaims shocked by the reveal.

"Asura is scared of everything and everyone." Grimly, Ava says

"Damn that's annoying that thing's the kishin Tsubaki enchanted sword mode we're going to kill this thing now." Seriously, Blackstar tells Tsubaki struggling to stand, battered, bruised beaten and yet he still struggles trying to stand before the kishin.

"I can't your body already took too much of a beating earlier! If we do the enchanted sword anymore then I could easily cut off a piece of your soul!" Tsubaki refuses clearly concerned for her meister.

"Shut up and do as I say! Now hurry! Enchanted sword mode!" Mad, Blackstar orders but..

"I can't do it!" Tsubaki refuses.

"Fine you can sit here and watch." Scowling, Blackstar slams Tsubaki in her blade form to the ground before charging at the Kishin.

"Blackstar stop!" Ava calls out to him.

"Come on we're going too!" Kid decides aiming his guns at the kishin.

"Both of you stop please! You can't beat him." Horrified, Ava begs the children, not wishing to see them harmed but it falls to deaf ears.

"Take this creepy naked demon pervert Blackstar big wave! You're gonna die! H-Huh?" Blackstar bellows, grimacing when releasing the shockwave to the kishin back releasing his soul wave but...it does nothing as simply the kishin steps forward unfazed. Slowly, the kishin turns to Blackstar and simply flicks the empty air the sheer force of it causing Blackstar to gasp, blood burst out of him as he comes crashing down to the ground, defeated.

"Blackstar! Dammit!" Kid curses firing relentless at the creature.

"Kid stop!" Pleadingly, Ava begs her son but…

"Huh?" Kid blinks baffled when his yellows see the kishin stretch out its skin recoiling it back as a thin stretch of skin simply flicks Kid in the air, blood burst out of him.

"Kid!" Horrified, Ava darts to her son's side swiftly catching him in her arms, feeling him go limp in her arms as she then turns to look up at the creature towering above her watching on horrified, her grip tightening around Kid as the creature shifts. Stretching out its skin, it swings its skin over itself, coiling around itself as her eyes widen when noting wrapping the familiar silken scarf tied around his thigh, the only article of clothing he had.

"Nakedness is so wrong I need to cover up I like the macho look!" Asura blurts out surprising the other two while Ava simply sweat drops, adjusted to her son's strange sense of humour like father like son she supposed…

"Lady Ava what should we do?" Ava perks up at the twins as Aura attempt to dig his way up to the outside world.

"Take Kid and Blackstar somewhere safe, take them to the school!" Sternly, she commands the two Tsubaki returning to her human form perks up from her words.

"What about you?" Concerned, Liz argues.

"I'll be fine. Kid and Blackstar are who you should worry about." Ava tells them, passing Kid over to Liz and Patty.

"Where are you going?" Tsubaki gasps when Ava stands.

"Please…keep Kid safe." Softly, she turns to the twins.

"We will." Liz nods her head making Ava smile relieved to hear her words.

"I know you two will." Softly, she smiles at both Patty and Liz reaching out to pet their heads making their eyes widen when seeing her forlorn smile before leaning down, pecking Kid's temple before turning her back to the group.

"Lady Ava!" The girls chorus concerned.

"Asura!" Angrily, Ava roars as she grabs hold of Asura's skin scarfs as next thing she knew she was flung into the open air gasping as the skins he once clung onto, coils around her form making her wince when she is lifted upwards to face the Kishin…to face her son.

"What do you mean he's going with you!?" Angrily, Ava roars, scowling, glaring daggers at Death his claws crossed over his chest as Asura watches on, hiding behind the door peering through, his mother had settled him done but he had woken up to them screaming…again. He having overheard the two arguing again, noting a few of the others quickly flee from the sight, scared of getting in their way. Whimpering, Asura nibbles upon the scarf coiled around his neck nestling into it, his nose twitching at the scent easing him as he watches the two fight, shaking, shivering, shuddering.

"He is as a Shinigami he has duties to fulfil." Firmly, Death's dark voice argues.

"He's a child!" Sharply, she snaps back making the onlookers squeak slightly, taken aback by the sheer nerve of Ava, no one having the nerve to bark back against Lord Death and yet here stood the mortal before the god of Death, unfazed, glaring daggers into Lord Death's mask who happily returns the glare.

"He needs to learn how to kill. He is to be a god of death." Dutiful, Death reasons to her but she simply scowls at him.

"Death the boy is terrified of you, how are you going to teach him!?" Baffled, she gawks gaping at him frustration laced in her tone.

"The boy will learn whether it be by my hand or not." Determined, he snaps at her making her eye twitch as the two glare daggers at one another before Death sighs, placing his claw over his mask, trying to regain some semblance of patience as he then brushes past Ava heading to the door which Asura swiftly slams in his face.

"Mummy!" Terrified, Asura cries out as the door is pried open by Death.

"Are you even listening to me? Asura hates going out of his room, you know how he is going out, let alone with meeting new people." Poisonous, Ava snaps watching on in horror as Asura is pried out of the comforts of his home.

"The boy will learn." Briskly, Death brushes her off.

"Death this isn't about learning this is something he struggles with!" Pleadingly, she tries to get him to understand, staring down at her screaming shouting baby boy wailing, slamming his fist on Death's claw but it does nothing as he thrashes, trying to escape earning a few looks sent his way only breaking Ava's heart when seeing the tears fall further from Death.

"And you think babying him throughout his life is going to help? You're spoiling him!" Death roars at her, grimacing briefly when seeing her glassy gold.

"I'm supporting him if you were in his life maybe you'd notice!" Pained, she screeches at him, her voice cracking briefly before slamming her hand over her mouth trying to muffle the sob threatening to break through.

"Mummy! Please I don't want to go, I don't want to go! Mummy!" Asura cries out pleadingly as Ava watches on sadly, solemnly watching on as he is dragged off by Death seeing Eibon waiting for him alongside…Ava's gold glare at the smug smirk sent her way, practically proclaiming her so called victory as the group leave, leaving Ava who collapse to her knees, her glistening gold bloodshot, unaware of a certain mask marred with guilt…

"Ava!" Ava jolts up at the voice snapping her out of her thoughts.

"S-Sid…w-where's Spirit? He needs…" Heaving, Ava spews out crimson.

"Sorry…" Meekly, she whispers staring down at his crimson coated shoes.

"It's fine. He's with Stein." Gently, he helps her down grimacing at the wooden implement impaled into her side before prying it out.

"Shit. This is…" Gingerly, Ava places her hand over her wound, trying to apply pressure.

"Come on you're not well we got to get you treated!" Sternly, Sid reasons, placing her arm over his shoulder as she looks up worriedly towards the fight between father and son, her heart aching sadly to see such conflict.

"Tell me something mother would have regenerated by now why wasn't she? Why has she become weaker? What did you do to her?" Sternly, Asura demands from his father after Death had charged at him with another reaper chop only for Asura to use his skin scarfs to block the blow, throwing Death into a nearby wall.

"You're not going anywhere!" Fuming, Death snarls emerging from the cloud of smoke and debris glaring at Asura as he creates a skeleton mask of yellow pinning Asura down to the ground only for Asura to scream, dispersing the barrier keeping him down.

"Outta the way! You can't stop me!" Asura snarls taking out a familiar weapon from his mouth, the spike impaling the shield, causing cracks as next thing everyone knew, Asura zoomed past Lord Death, taking a fragment of him with him, impaling into his side and damaging his mask.

"No!" Panicked, Ava cries out worried laced in her tone as Sid swiftly catches the worried mother watching the fight from below.

"Curse you, you filthy swine! I'm going to skin you alive again!" Angrily, Death curses swaying slightly glaring daggers at the smirking Asura who stands up in the air above Death City smirking as Death dispels coal black skeletal like claws towards Asura only to bounce off the yellow barrier between father and son.

"Damn you! You shrewd bastard!" Death curses glaring daggers at the cackling Asura.

"Enjoy her while you can Lord Death for it won't be long." Smugly, Asura declares as Death glances down, his eyes widening when seeing her bloodied beaten form being held by Sid as he turns back to glare at Asura.

"You won't touch her." Possessively, he snarls.

"Of course, the great lord death doesn't like others playing with his toys now does he?" Mockingly, Asura heckles.

"She is no toy of mine." Firmly, he growls.

"Not anymore after all she's served her purpose to you hasn't she? That was the deal after all…" Asura seethes, his bandages removing themselves as his ruby reds glare daggers at the god of death.

"You knew there was a limit to my area of activity!" Angry, Death snarls scowling at Asura who bows his head, his bandages wrapping back over his face, grinning when Death dismisses said question.

"I doubt we'll ever see meet again but know this, I will take her from you and then we can finally be rid of you once and for all…goodbye master." Formally, Asura nods his head towards him before leaving Death City roaming the world finally free from the confines of his skin seal.

"Lord Death!" Urgently, Sid rushes to Death's side as he lowers himself to the school grounds.

"Ava…" Concerned, Death rushes over to her side as Sid places her down, seeing the look of clear concern, worry and fear for Ava on Lord Death's features looking her over.

"I-I'm fine…" Hoarsely, she whispers.

"No you're not. Sid…taking care of the children who went underground takes priority." Sternly, Death tells him.

"Right." Sid nods his head.

"And tell the death scythes scattered across the continent to gather." Death orders.

"Understood sir." Sid nods his head then leaves the two as Death picks her up bridal style.

"I'm sorry…" Sorrowfully, Ava bows her head pained.

"There was nothing that could have been done." Calmly, he tells her.

"There could have been so much we have done to stop this, I could have…" Ashamed, Ava bows her head at her moment of weakness, she didn't think his madness would be used on her of all people, perhaps it was arrogant of her to consider such a notion.

"Ava…" Gently, Death whispers making her blink looking up at him as she notes the tears freely falling from the emotion swelling, from the roller coaster of emotions flowing through her having no clue where to settle.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry you got hurt because of me, Kid got hurt because of me, everyone got hurt because of me." Miserably, Ava confesses curling in on herself, feeling Death's grip tightens on her.

"You did all you could. I'm sorry for having you go under a mission that was close to home." Gently, he nuzzles his mask to her temple, trying to help her.

"That's an understatement of the century…" Coldly, she whispers softly.

"We will make this right, I know we will." He assures her.

"But how? Asura is out there who knows what stuff he could do…!?" Anxiously, Ava argues fearful.

"It's alright now. He won't hurt you…he can't touch you. You must have been scared when he came out of that bag. I won't let him hurt you I promise." Gently, he cradles her close to her chest as she leans into his touch, the tears freely falling, as Ava continues to apologize until falling into the dark depths of her subconscious…
