"Oh great lord why won't you speak your magnificent words so that I may hear them and swiftly obey!?" Dramatically, Jushtin proclaims bellowing said words stretching his arms out. The muffled music resonates from his earphones as the adults enter the room, finding the blonde before the god of death on his knees, exclaiming.

"Uh…." Uncomfortable, Lord Death sweat drops at the blonde before him, Justin appears as a slim, young man with short, loosely styled blonde hair and light-blue eyes. His attire consists of a white shawl that encompasses all of his upper body, extending from his neck to elbows. He bares a deacon's cross with Death's mask on it over the shawl and has visible headphones with the same symbol that emerge from the shawl and into his ears. Under the shawl is a black, ecclesiastical robe. The sleeves of the robe have white crosses on them. The front of the robe also has a portion made of grey fabric that almost makes the robe look like a double-breasted overcoat. This section of the robe has six visible black buttons on it with cross designs that are symmetrically separated on opposite sides of the grey centre of the robe. Finally, he wears a pair of black pants, loafers, and a white Zucchetto for a hat.

"Oooh this is a tragedy I am unable to hear your voice!" Sadly, Justin declares sadly slouching his shoulders.

"Um actually you should…" Patiently, Lord Death tries to hint but Spirit scowls, reeling his leg back and…

"Take out the earphones!" Enraged, Spirit snaps snarling as he kicks the gasping Justin to the ground, pointing towards his ears which Justin dumbly complies, the earphones plopping out.

"It's good to see you all again Justin at your service as always." Smiling, Jushtin bows before Lord Death.

"Great but um…if I may ask why's my wife on the floor?" Frowning, Lord Death quirks his head to the side scowling, craning his neck to the side lost confused at the sight of his wife.

"Imarriedatoiletimarriedatoiletwhatismylifenaywaywhereididigowrong?" Muttering, Ava mumbles whimpering to herself slouched on the ground, spirals still swirling making Lord Death sweat drop at the sight.

"She's just having one of those days sir." Spirit tells him.

"I'm sure. Ava dear you there?" Worried, Death crouches down to his wife.

"Imarriedatoiletimarriedafrekaingtoieltiwasagoddammitademigodathteleastandnowthis." Whimpering, Ava curls in on herself, her brow furrowed, a heavy cloud of grey hanging over her making lord Death sigh, taking out his hand reeling his hand back high in the air and…

"Reaper chop!" Death declares making the other gawk when seeing said husband strike at his wife.

"Lord Death do you think that's wise?" Worriedly, Spirit questions him staring at the ghost emitting from his wife.

"Wha…Oh hey hon." Surprised, the others jolt up at the unfazed Ava scratching the back of her head, crossing her legs over the other, looking up at him.

"Mind telling me why you're out of bed?" Sighing, Lord Death questions clearly concerned.

"…Long story I rather not talk about it." Intensely, Ava turns her head away, her brow furrowed looking drained.

"Right anyway thank you for coming all this way death scythes. Now then let's get down to business. I assume you already know why I called you down to the DWMA on such short notice. The Kishin Asura, a former member of my personal guard has revived obviously we need to discuss this. Despite Asura's incredible strength he's still a big old scaredy cat I doubt he'll make any moves this early on. This means the most pressing task for us at the moment is not determining how to counteract Asura's actions but establishing a strategy in dealing with his madness wavelengths, that's the real danger now." Calmly, Lord Death turns back to the death scythes filling them in as Ava can't help but send a brief dirty look Lord Death's way when remarking about him being a big baby before sighing slumping her shoulders, ignoring the brief comeback on the tip of her tongue.

"The real danger?" Azusa raises a brow snapping Ava out of her thoughts, her eyes widening when briefly seeing in the background, feeling her blood turn ice cold at the stickly figure in the background, his raw reds meeting her glinting gold, feeling her throat dry up. Gingerly, she feels her fingertips ghostly brush against her neck at the faint frog in her frog.

"Asura's wavelength is that of a god's wavelength it can make even the most sweetest of people the most bloodthirsty you name it he effects it. Whether it be tidal waves, the weather, the people his wavelength can bring out the insanity within everyone even a new-born babe. Everyone in this world has a little bit of madness within them and some people with certain waves are effected the most, like a certain doctor over here." Sighing, Ava shakes her head snapping out of her thoughts keeping her head low, down as she explains Asura's wavelength to them.

"She's right I am no exception, heh the madness spreads like a disease. I could feel the waves of it the moment the kishin was alive." Stein agrees nodding his head grinning from ear to ear manically.

"A plague of madness and you're saying anyone can feel its effects?" Azusa sneers scowling at Stein.

"Not quite it might be relatively difficult for a person like Justin to be inferred by the madness also for the time being I think the outbreak will be limited." Stein gestures to Justin bobbing his head up and down.

"But it will strengthen the wicked." Icily, Azusa sneers adjusting her framed square lenses glaring at Stein who happily glares back.

"That's correct for example, it can even awaken old slumbering withes." Stein agrees adjusting his oval lenses as Ava bows her head, a small slither of a bead descending down her tense temple.

"Yes…it can do that." Ava flinches from the thought alone.

"But for another example dissecting creatures has always intrigued me the madness enhances that." Sadistically, Stein smirks smugly at the thought.

"But it can also enhance your power, some rare wavelengths feed off that wavelength to make you stronger, to make you numb to attacks." Ava throws in her brow furrowed.

"But it can cloud your judgement." Azusa points out.

"Depends on how well versed you are with the madness." Aloofly, Ava remarks glaring to the side, feeling her fingertips comb through her locks tugging at them.

"Ava…" Softly, Death places his hand on her shoulder.

"Apologies." Ava bows her head, feeling her fingers fidget in the stray strands of her hair.

"So enemies who have been inactive for a long time will be moving…" Spirit furrows his brow at the thought.

"Most likely yes." Pained, Ava nods her head, her fatigued features furrowed, scowling, looking grim, grave as she bows her head, exhaustion etched into her tired tone as she feels a hand on her shoulder, making her look up to see Death's own clear concern for his wife as a still silence hangs over the air, the silence speaking golden, the silence speaking as clear as day.

"The reason we're in this mess is the blundering of these two idiots Lord Death have you given it any thought about what should be done with them?" Sternly, Azusa questions him, furrowing her brow at both the squirming Spirit and stoic Stein.

"Why you little…!" Seething, Spirit slams his foot down on the child turning to glare daggers at the tattle tail.

"Enough. Both of you." Sternly, Ava snaps at the two.

"But lady Ava…!" Azusa begins furrowing her brow at her.

"Azusa no one likes a snitch." Strictly, she reminds Azusa making her falter from her words.

"Yeah!" Self-righteously, Spirit cheers smirking smugly.

"Spirit shut up." Annoyed, Ava barks back at him making him whimper.

"Y-Yes mam." Shyly, Spirit bows his head, crouching down looking like a wounded pup, his tail between his legs.

"Er…yes about that, I'm thinking a very light staff reassignment might be in order." Lord Death sighs brushes it off as he states the news to the group.

"NOOOOO!" Wailing, Spirit screams, the tears freely falling alongside the snot shooting out of his nostrils. He dangles down from the platform ledge looking ready to jump.

"My happy life with my daughter is gone. Gone for good. What future do I have now how can I explain this to Maka, I don't want to see the sad little look on her face." Feebly, Spirit whimpers making both Ava and Lord Death share a look sighing slumping their shoulders at the mess.

"No, no calm down Spirit you'll syill be my personal weapon." Lord Death tells Spirit.

"Are you really going to keep me!?" Joyous, Spirit beams brightly hopeful turning to smile up at the two.

"Get even a slither of your tears on me and I'll cut you." Disgusted, Ava sneers scowling at the tears and snot dangling down his nose.

"Y-Yes mam." Meekly, Sprit bows his head fearful.

"You shouldn't be so surprised you're the only death scythe aside from Ava who is actually a death scythe have a little more confidence in yourself." Lord Death reminds Spirit.

"Oh lord you are a truly kind and benevolent ruler." Justin proclaims chorusing alongside Spirit, the two bowing before the sweat dropping Lord Death and Ava, a dazzling bright beam of holy light glinting between the two.

"Recently I sent you off to be Stein's temporary weapon whenever he needed you which I was fine with since I had Ava as backup but now with her current state, that has to change. You must avoid leaving the academy as much as physically possible from now on." Sternly, Lord Death dictates as the happy Spirit smiles cheering in a world of his own.

"Understood sir." Spirit promises winking mischievously twirling, spinning about like a ballerina making Ava sweat drop at the goofy guy.

"Another change I think we should have another death scythe here to fortify the DWMA's defences. Marie I'm assigning that duty to you. I'd like you to be Stein's new partner." Lord Death turns towards Marie gasping taking aback.

"Huh? Why me? Oh no…please you can't be serious. I've completely lost the motivation to work I even choose to be in charge of Oceania cause I knew it'd be peaceful and easy if I'm always here busy at the academy it'll take me even longer to find a husband." Miserably, Marie sighs sadly, bowing her head pained, sorrow laced in her tone.

"Come on Mari don't think of it like that." Pitifully, Ava places her hand on her shoulder squeezing her shoulder.

"How else can I think about it then?" Marie turns to Ava frowning.

"Think about it as if you're playing hard to get?" Ava tries to comfort the girl, trying to cheer her up, trying to help her friend.

"Hard to get?" Marie quirks her head to the side, her gold gleaming at the prospect.

"Yeah you'll be so busy with responsibility that the guy will pine for you instead of you pinning after them." Ava answers.

"You…you're right!? You're a genius thank you Ava!" Joyous, Marie merrily smiles wrapping her arms around the girl, bringing her into a hug as Ava glances to the side chuckling uneasily awkwardly patting her head.

"Besides I have a feeling your obsessive tendencies will come in handy." Smoothly, Stein slides in his hand on her shoulder squeezing her shoulder trying to console her through his blunt words.

"Don't say that…" Whining, Marie bows her head, slumping, slouching her shoulders sadly.

"Lord Death sir what tasks will you like me to take?" Dutifully, Azusa questions Lord Death adjusting her framed lenses, the slight glare bouncing off her glasses.

"You'll use your widefield vision to locate Asura wherever he's run off too. You'll also be in charge of Oceania while Marie is stationed here at the school." Sternly, Lord Death tells her.

"Right." Azusa nods her head in understanding.

"And as for your task Justin….Justin?" Lord Death turns to the blonde bopping his head back and forth.

"Oh for-" Frustrated, Ava angrily seethes scowling, snatching him by his collar making him squeak.

"I swear to my husband if you keep on disrespecting my husband I'll have you go deaf you hear me blondie. Listen when my husband is talking to you or else I'll shove those earphone of yours so deep into your head, blood will be spewing out of your earlobes and your hemispheres will be crushed do you hear me? Do I make myself clear!?" Enraged, she snarls sapping at him making the blonde squeak back at the sheer intensity the bloodlust resonating from her.

"Y-Yes." Meekly, Jushtin bows his head his earphones dangling down from his neck.

"A-Ava dear how about we calm down?" Death offers sweat dropping at his wife.

"He's done this twice now, twice!" Bitterly, she huffs dropping him to the ground, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Yes, yes let's just take a step back okay?" Tentatively, Death pats her back.

"Fine…" Frowning, she glares to the side.

"Well never mind Justin for now obviously life in the DWMA has got to change in the upcoming weeks we're entering a difficult time but at least it'll be exciting." Optimistically, Death offers.

"You're nothing but an optimist hun." Impressed, Ava smirks up at him, shaking her head at him.

"Aw thanks sweetie now class dismissed. Oh hang back a second Spirit." Lord Death smiles down at his wife before calling out to the redhead.

"Yes sir?" Surprised, Spirit perks up turning to the two.

"There's something we need to discuss in private." Politely, Lord Death tells Spirit stopping him in his tracks as the other deaths scythes leave, leaving the trio to their private chat.
