Bonus IV

Tails liked standing on the hill right behind his house. It was a good spot to see his children play in his self-made play garden, watched by his wife.

But there was one more reason, why he loved to stand up here and wait. He felt the usual high in his stomach, when the wind started to get stronger and a harsh gust brushed past him, yet seemed to gently pat his head.

He smiled, while the wind plowed on. If you looked close enough, you could see, that the wind had a slight blue hue to itself...

It hadn't taken him long to notice, that the wind had changed, after Sonic had been gone. How it had brushed in this unfamiliar way against his chest, back, or head. How he got so often blown to the side by a gust of wind, when he was in danger of getting hit by something.

He had realized quickly, that the power of a last wish did exist, he got a daily proof of that, here, on this hill.

Tails smiled to himself. "See you tomorrow, Sonic.," he whispered to the wind, that traveled the world, and yet was still everywhere.

He whispered to his brother, who had become the wind itself.
