Rise of The Hero

Chapter 6 : The Truth

"Now that I think about it, I couldn't really feel their energy!" Gohan thought, he remembered that he could never really feel both Emi's and Yuuji's energy every time he was around them. That explained the strange feeling he had every time he got near the two, the strange feeling he had never felt before, the feeling when he can't detect any energy.

Gohan and all the Z fighters can't always measure power level especially if the subject's power level was too low. But energy was different, they worked different than power level. It came from people's true nature, sometimes it even showed if someone were either evil or good person. No matter how low the power level, people's energy could still be felt, even though in some cases, their needed to get real close and focusing their perception to feel it. But those two were able to hide it somehow, just like Kitoki said earlier [1].

"I have to tell Tsukauchi!" He thought, as he quickly ran towards the door of his room. He stopped, when his hand already grabbed the door knob and was about to open it, something crossed his mind and made him stop.

"Tsukauchi is their friend, what if he's actually one of them?" The thought came to his mind. He quickly then tried to focus on Tsukauchi's energy.

Bead of sweat streamed down his temple as he hardly feel any energy, probably because he was too worried and nervous, he couldn't really focus his perception. But after a while, he was finally feeling it. Tsukauchi's energy, it wasn't evil, and his power level was pretty low. A sigh of relieved came from his mouth.

Until he felt Tsukauchi's energy was moving, and realised that he was about to go. Gohan quickly ran his way downstairs.

There he found Tsukauchi was already at the entrance of the pub and about to leave, Yuuji and Emi accompanied him to the entrance. Seeing that, Gohan tried his best to walk up to them without raising any suspicion.

"Leaving already?" Gohan asked.

Hearing that, the three of them, turned back and looked at him.

"Gohan? I thought you were already asleep, you better get some rest." It was Emi who reacted first when she saw Gohan came closer to them.

"It-it's okay, I'm not that tired." He responded, a little nervous but still trying his best to look calm.

"She's right Son, you need to rest. I heard from my friend just earlier, a hero with ridiculous pose caught some criminals. That was you right?" Now it was Tsukauchi who said that, with a little mockery.

"Tsk, yeah yeah whatever, I'm not tired. Anyway Tsukauchi, I just remembered, I talked with All Might today, he wanted me to tell you something." Gohan said.

"Hm? What is it?"

"Umm… it's about the thing we talked yesterday, you know…" Gohan said, as he tried to give the signal to Tsukauchi so that they two can talk in private.

"Ah…" Tsukauchi seemed to know what Gohan meant, then looked at both Yuuji and Emi. "I'm sorry guys, may I talk with him for a second?"

Yuuji and Emi looked at each other before Yuuji finally gave his response.

"…alright." He said, as he then get back inside followed by Emi. Yuuji however noticed the nervous on Gohan and the beads of sweat in his temple. But he tried to ignore it.

Finally, when they both were alone, Tsukauchi asked Gohan to follow him as he walked towards his car. But they didn't get inside the car, instead just standing on the side of it. Tsukauchi leant his back against the door, while Gohan standing in front of him.

"So what is it All Might wanted you to tell me?" The police asked.

"No, I lied about that. There's nothing All Might wanted me to tell you." He responded.

In response, Tsukauchi raised one of his eyebrows and a bit confused. "What is it then?"

Gohan scratched the back of his neck as his head facing down. He didn't know where to start, and was worried to tell him about this. He knew Tsukauchi had been friends with Yuuji for a long time, he was afraid Tsukauchi will be mad at him.

"It's about our problem, I got a few new information."

"That's good to hear, so what do you got?" He took a little note and pen from his pocket to write the new info Gohan about to give him.

But Gohan didn't say anything and just looked more worried and nervous than before.

"What is it? Something's wrong?" Tsukauchi asked.

"It's just… I don't know where to start."

"Just start from the beginning, what's the new info you got?" Tsukauchi said. "There's no need to worry, I believe you. Besides, I have this quirk that help me to tell if you lie."

"You're not going to like this." Gohan said. As he then took a breath to relax a bit, before he started his story.

A few minutes passed, Gohan told Tsukauchi everything about the info he got from Kitoki, and his theories about the Yuuji and Emi.

"I don't believe you." The police said. He wasn't mad at Gohan saying that his friends were probably aliens in disguise, he was just... couldn't believe him.

"Look, I know it's hard to take, but use your quirk, do you detect any lies from me? I didn't just make it up." Gohan said.

And Tsukauchi know about it, Gohan didn't tell any lies, he was just saying the truth about the new info he got from Kitoki. And that was the reason why he couldn't take his theory about his friends.

"But I didn't detect any lies from them too Son!" Tsukauchi exclaimed, a little bit loud but not loud enough so that Yuuji and Emi could hear them.

Gohan quickly put his index finger in front of his lips and asked Tsukauchi to stay quiet.

"I've been friends with them for a long time, I know who they are. Besides, if they really are what you talked about, how can they knew everything about me? When we talked about the old times, they remembered everything. For aliens who took the form of my friends, yeah they sure knew about me a lot." Tsuakuchi said, he started to feel frustrated about it.

"I already told you, once they copied others, it's not just the appearances that they took, but also the quirks and memories." Gohan continued. "They already took the memories of the real Yuuji and Emi, that's why they knew everything about you."

Tsukauchi on the other hand, still couldn't believe it, he didn't want to believe this. "You said there are three of them, then where's the third one?" Tsukauchi asked, trying to make a reason not to suspect his friends.

"That's what I'm about to ask you. Do you know someone who's close to them that you rarely see recently?" Gohan asked.

Tsukauchi didn't want to think of it, but the picture of someone came quickly to his mind even though he didn't want that. And he said the name without realizing it.

"Kuro…" He said, facing down with his wide eyes opened.

"Who?"

"Hikari Kuro, Yuuji's big brother." Tsukauchi said. "He sometimes came to the pub to help Yuuji, but usually just lazing around or sleeping in one of the bar table. The last time I saw him was about four or five days ago, that was the last time I came to the pub before today."

"What is he like?" Gohan asked, when Tsukauchi said that Kuro sometimes was spotted lazing around the bar and sleeping, the image of a certain muscular guy who he saw always sleeping in the pub came to his mind.

"H-he is tall, muscular build, and long black hair."

"I think I know him." Gohan said, as Tsukauchi looked at him a little confused.

"You knew?"

"Yeah, I saw someone who matched your description a few times at the bar. Just like what you said, he was a muscular man who slept on the right side of the bar." Gohan responded. "But at that time, I didn't really pay any attention to his energy, so I can't really say if he was one of them or not. But it's a probability."

Tsukauchi just stayed in silence about it, he still didn't want to believe that.

"Listen to me, I have a plan to get the three of them out from their hiding, and show us their true identity." Gohan said.

But even though Tsukauchi heard that, he pretended not to hear him, or maybe he really didn't want to care about what Gohan was saying. It was too difficult for him to accept all this.

"Tsukauchi? Tsukauchi!" He exclaimed, a bit louder so that Tsukauchi would hear him. "Listen to me! If I turned out to be right, the real Yuuji, Kuro, and Emi were in danger, and we could help them."

And that, brought Tsukauchi back to listen to him and his plan. He hated it, he didn't want to believe it, but his quirk told him that Gohan didn't make things up. And if all of that were true, there was probability that his friends were in danger.

"…You're right. So what's this plan of yours?" Tsukauchi asked as he finally listened.

"We'll use the orb, we'll draw them out." Gohan said which brought the confused look on Tsukauchi's face.

"What do you mean? We don't have the orb, how are we going to use it to draw them out."

"Not the real orb. We can just lie about it." Gohan said. "Now listen, do you know any place or island here in Japan where no one lives in it?"

"Like an abandon place?"

"Yes but it has to be far from the population." He explained.

Tsukauchi tried to think about such location, and he finally thought of a place. "There is an uninhabited island about thirty kilometers away from Dagobah beach."

"Hm… thirty kilometers?" Gohan doubted that range would protect the civilians from the force and shockwaves if he had to fight the three of them, but he didn't have any other choice.

"Alright, we'll use it. So here's the plan, after you go, I'll tell them that you got a call from the police force that they just found a mysterious orb on that island. If those guys really are the prisoners we've been looking for, then they'd probably go to that island to get the orb. Then I will go to that island and might be forced to fight them there, meanwhile you and the police force can go to Yuuji's or Emi's house and check if they're alright." Gohan said.

Tsukauchi thought that was a good idea from Gohan. But he still has the responsibilities to supervise the Saiyan, what if Gohan just tried to use him to his advantages? What if Gohan was actually planning on something, that was why he needed an uninhabited island for his plan to succeed? All that thoughts came to his mind even though he didn't detect any lies. He had to pay attention to what Gohan was about to do, that was also an order from the police chief. That was why Tsukauchi had another plan in his mind and he wouldn't tell Gohan about it.

"That's a great plan, in that way we could know if they're the prisoners you talked about or not, also we could save the real Yuuji and the others." Tsukauchi said despite having another plan.

"Good… We both agreed on this then." Gohan smiled as he know Tsukauchi agreed to his plan. "You can gather the police now and wait for my signal to go to Yuuji's or Emi's house."

Tsukauchi nodded at that. "Good luck."

"You too." Gohan responded, as he saw Tsukauchi turned his back and went inside his car.

After Tsukauchi drove away, Gohan got back to the pub and met Yuuji and Emi inside. They both looked at him and asked if Tsukauchi already went home.

"No, he got a call from the police force." Gohan said, he tried to sound like he didn't care about it.

"A call from the police force?" Yuuji asked. "What is it about? Another criminal activity?" He asked as he cleaned his bar table with a cloth.

"No, if it was about that, I would've go with him." Gohan said. "They said a fisherman found a mysterious sphere or something on an island a few kilometres from Dagobah beach. So he called the cops about it, and Tsukauchi was ordered to go there with some other police to investigate." Gohan said, as he looked at Yuuji and Emi to know their reactions after hearing the story. And just like what he expected, both of them were frozen on their place, they stopped doing anything they were doing earlier. Yuuji's eyes opened wide for a few seconds and then he looked at Emi who was also frozen on her place.

"Guys? What is it? Is something wrong?" Gohan asked. Which question brought them back to their conversation.

"N-no, it's nothing." Yuuji said.

"Okay then. I wanted to take a shower and take a rest now." He stretched his body to act like he was tired. He then walked to the stairs to go to his room upstairs, but stopped when Yuuji called him.

"Gohan. Are you not going to help Tsukauchi?"

Gohan shook his head in response. "Nah, I'm tired right now, I just want to relax and have a good sleep. Besides, I think the police force is enough to handle a mysterious ball."

"Ah, I see. Well it's already late too, you better go to sleep. I think we are done here too." Yuuji said as he nodded at Emi, gave her the signal that they needed to go and informed their boss immediately. "Emi, it's already late, I'll get you home."

"Well then, good night guys, see you tomorrow." Gohan said as he went to his room, leaving the two.

Once he was in his room, he changed his clothes to the one he wore when he first time got into this world, minus his jacket of course. He changed his fit because he thought they probably put a tracker on the clothes they gave him. With changing clothes, they wouldn't be able to detect if he go to the island.

When he was about to call Tsukauchi through the phone Yuuji gave him, he stopped. He also worried if the phone was tapped or has eavesdropper inside it, even though he thought that wouldn't be possible, cause he already talked about the orb with Kitoki and Tsukauchi before, and Yuuji seemed to have no clue about it. They would've realised that this plan was all a trap if they really put an eavesdropper on the phone. But despite that, he was still worried about it, so he didn't call Tsukauchi but texted him instead.

He texted that Yuuji and Emi already went out, right after he told them about the orb. So the probability of them being the prisoners they were after was there. He told Tsukauchi to get ready and go check Yuuji's or Emi's house.

After he texted the detective, Gohan readied himself to go to the island, he jumped out of the window from his room, donned his Saiyaman costume, and slowly levitated himself and flew to the direction of the island without raising too much of his Ki, in that way, they wouldn't detected his energy going to the island.

Meanwhile with Tsukauchi, he received the text from Gohan. He felt nervous knowing that Yuuji and Emi actually went for the orb after they heard about it, he still couldn't believe it. And because of that, he ignored the next text from the Saiyan which asked him to go to either Yuuji's or Emi's house to check on them.

Tsukauchi quickly asked permission from the police chief to gather the police force and some heroes to go to the island. He did that because he can't accept the fact that his friends could probably be the threats they've been looking for. Also, he still suspected Gohan for manipulating him even though he knew Gohan told him the truth.

On the other side, Yuuji and Emi already reached their 'house' and told their boss Bojack about the new information. Bojack then decided to go to the island with the two, they flew to their destination without any thoughts if this was all just a trap. The three flew there without raising their Ki too high, especially Bojack and Bido (Yuuji), they didn't want Gohan to detect their energy moving to that island.

Back with Gohan. He already got to the island, even though he flew there pretty slow for a Saiyan, but in reality he was still fast enough to get to that place in just a minute. He stood in the middle of the island, with his arms crossed on his chest, and looking up the sky, waiting for the three to come.

The island itself was pretty big and full with trees on one side, and mounds on the other, the place was definitely suitable for fighting.

A few minutes have passed, still waiting for the three to come. What Gohan didn't realized was that, Tsukauchi and the police force already reached the Dagobah beach, with some top heroes presented themselves, like Kamui Woods, Ingenium, Gang Orca, Mount Lady, and even All Might were there. They were preparing themselves about three small ships to get them to the island.

Meanwhile, up in the sky of Dagobah beach, none of the heroes and police force realized it, there were three beings flew to the same direction as them.

"The police and some heroes gathered here." Yuuji said as he looked down below, the three of them still hadn't changed their appearances, and stay with the bodies of Yuuji, Emi, and Kuro. "So they actually found the orb? I can't believe how hard we've been looking for it and it's actually closer than expected."

"That's not important anymore, we know where the orb is, that's what important." It was Bojack, he took the form of Kuro, who was a tall muscular guy with long black hair, and actually looked similar as Bojack in his true self minus the scar in his face and the different hair color.

"Is that the island?" Emi was the one who threw the question when she spotted an island ahead of them.

"I think it is, there's no other island I could see." Yuuji responded. "Good then, we can get down there and get the-" Before he finished, he saw his boss and Emi stopped in midair all of a sudden, and he knew why they did that, he too saw what they saw in that island. The three of them stopped when they saw the figure standing there, wearing a black and green suit with a helmet and red cape.

"Who the hell is that?" Yuuji asked as he kept looking at the figure who was also staring at them behind that helmet.

"Maybe he's one of the hero." Emi said.

They hadn't seen Gohan in his hero suit, that was why they didn't know.

"Doesn't matter, a hero like him wouldn't be a trouble for the three of us." Bojack said.

Gohan also hid his power level low enough so they thought he was just another hero. They descended and landed on that island, standing a few metres in front of the hero.

"You better move, we would not ask you twice." Yuuji said as he stepped forward to face the hero. He stepped in confidence, and so was the other two. They believed he can defeat this hero in front of them by himself, all because they already got their power almost fully restored. Especially Bojack, in fact his power was already fully restored faster than expected.

"I couldn't believe it's really you guys." Gohan said, which brought the shock to everyone, especially Emi and Yuuji. They knew that voice, and as they took a good look on the figure, they realized they had seen him before.

"G-Gohan?" It was Emi who was the first to realized it, as Yuuji looked at her in shocked and turned at the figure in front of him again. And yes, he now realized it too, that was definitely Gohan, that voice, and his physical built really looked the same.

"D-damn it." Yuuji swore internally, as he then looked back at his boss to see if they should still continue and fight Gohan on this island, or should they flee.

Bojack saw Yuuji's nervous expression and so he reacted to that. "No need to worry, we already get our power restored, even if we had to fight him, there are three of us, we could still get the upper hand." Bojack said. He then telepathically talked to both Yuuji and Emi about his plan. "Two of us will try to fight him and when he's focused on us, use the opportunity, I want one of you to go look for that orb. With that orb, we could defeat him." He said in his thought as both Yuuji and Emi nodded to give the confirmation.

"It's no use."

And there, all three of them opened their eyes wide in shocked when they heard that. It wasn't Bojack, Emi, nor Yuuji. That was the voice of Gohan, he went into their conversation inside their minds. Right there they knew, not only he was powerful physically but even his psychic abilities were superior compared to them.

"This is all was a trap for you. There's no orb or anything in this island." Gohan continued, saying it normally. "I want to see if you guys really are the people we've been looking for, and turned out it is true, you also knew about the orb. Now tell me, what happened to the real Yuuji, and Emi? What've you done to them?"

The three went silent, they didn't want to waste any more time to talk about it. "Bido! Zangya!" Bojack quickly ordered the two to attack, and they did as ordered.

Both Bido and Zangya advanced towards him still in their Yuuji and Emi forms. Bido landed the first punch which got blocked by Gohan's crossed forearms, he continued to push the Saiyan backward with his fist and hit some trees on their way, until they finally stopped when Gohan crashed into a really large tree. Second later, Zangya came from the left side to send a kick, but was easily dodged. Gohan then grabbed her leg in which she tried to kicked him with, and swung her to Bido's direction. They both hit each other and was thrown away hitting a mound on the other side of the island.

BRRROOOOMMM!

The sound from the impact echoed around loudly, the shockwaves could be felt, the dusts and debris could be seen exploded high above the sky.

Didn't wasting any time, Gohan flew to where Bojack was. But he wasn't there, he looked around to find him when he quickly realized and looked up at the sky as he could see Bojack's rocketed down towards him with both his arms clasped behind his head. It was too late for Gohan to react when he saw that attack coming at him.

"GHAAAHHH!" *BAAAM!* Bojack successfully hit Gohan and sent him flying down to the ground. He descended like a meteor, piercing the air with the hissing sound of his fall as if he were a missile.

KABOOOOOOMMM!

The blast caused by Gohan's fall was far more powerful than when Bido and Zangya hit the mound earlier. The entire island shook, even the shockwaves sent out of the island, and created waves in the ocean.

Some of the police and heroes who were approaching the island can feel the monstrous shockwaves and see the explosions of dusts rising up to the sky. Some even had to hold onto the railing to avoid falling from the ships.

"What the-" Said one of the officer when he tried to keep his balance on that boat.

"It came from that island!" Kamui Woods said, drawing the attention of everyone to look at the object and saw the explosions of dusts up in the sky. He had to use his quirk and hold onto the railings so he could balance himself and help the other so they wouldn't fall. "What the hell is happening over there!?" He exclaimed as he averted his gaze to Tsukauchi on the other boat.

"Are you okay? What are we facing there actually? What's happening on that island." It's All Might, he was on the same ship with Tsukauchi and helping him to get up on his feet.

"Thanks, All Might." Tsukauchi said as All Might helped him to stand up. "It's Son."

"Son Gohan? What is he doing there?" All Might asked in confused, Tsukauchi didn't tell him the truth about Gohan yet, hence why the hero had no idea about what was happening.

Tsukauchi just said to the whole police force and heroes, that they were about to capture a dangerous high rank villain, that was why he gathered them. Earlier, he didn't want to trust Gohan, even though he knew the Saiyan told the truth, he just didn't want to believe that his friends might actually be the villains. And now that he had seen the explosions of dusts, and felt the shockwaves, it was definitely caused by a fight, and the only fighter he know can shake the whole island and the ocean like that was Gohan. The question was, who was he fighting? Was it really his friends or someone else?

When the dusts dissipated, found Gohan laying down in the middle of a crater about twenty metres in diameter. Parts of his body was buried in dirt and small stones. He then got up and shook his head a little, his hand rubbing the back of his head.

"Ouch, ouch, ouch… that hurts." He said as he tried to remove the dizziness in his head from that attack. But he froze when he saw his helmet dropped on the ground, broken into two. And just now he realized he couldn't feel the helmet on his head. That was surely his helmet on the ground, broken, into two pieces, his-precious-helmet.

"No… no, no, no, my helmet…" Gohan said as he get down to take it to his hands. "You broke it dumbass!" He shouted as he looked at the sky where Bojack floated many feet above the ground.

A thick bead of sweats streamed down on the back of Bojack's head when he saw the Saiyan complaining about the broken helmet. The other member of the Hera clan came to him and floated on his side. Emi still rubbing her head due to the impact with Yuuji felt really painful. While Yuuji swept a drop of blood from one side of his mouth.

"You're going to pay for my helmet! You hear me!?" Gohan shouted as more bead of sweats came on the back of Bojack's head. But because of that, he lower his guard and wasn't prepared when Gohan suddenly appeared in front of him.

"What the- uagh!" Bojack shouted then spitted out blood from his opened mouth. Gohan buried a monstrous uppercut in the poor man's chin, who felt the brute strength from the contact of those knuckles. He got thrown away to the sky for who know how high.

While the other two still couldn't react to what just happened, Gohan used the opportunity and grabbed both the faces of Yuuji and Emi, dragged them down, before he slammed them to the ground.

*BOOOOMM!*

Again the force created another two crater on the ground, and shockwaves was sent out from the island.

When they both laying down on the crater, too weak and too hurt to move. Gohan released his hands from their faces, he stood in between the two and faced his head down looking at them.

"Why did you lie about it?" He asked to their surprise. His expression turned serious but also sad at the same time when he looked at them both. He couldn't believe Emi and Yuuji who always so kind to him were actually doing that for an act.

He remembered the conversation he had with Yuuji when they ate breakfast together yesterday, he remembered what he spoke with Emi when he drove her back home, he remembered all that time when they cleaning up the pub together, telling stories, and laughing together. All of that, all of that, was just an act? Fake?

"You… You said you want to be a hero! You said it… even though you don't have the quirk! You said, you want to help people!" He couldn't hold it anymore, he felt the sadness and hurt when he remembered all that moments. "Was that all a lie?" He asked, looking at Yuuji who didn't say anything.

"Emi…" He turned to look at her. "What we talked on our way to your house, was that all a lie?" He looked at her with sadness and disappointment in his eyes, and so was Emi, unlike Bojack and Bido who were heartless killers. She didn't want to fight or to kill, the situations forced her to do this. But she can't tell him that. Small stream of tears started to come out of her eyes. She remembered the time when they both were on their way to her house, she remembered what they talked about, when Gohan told her that no matter what she did in the past, she deserved to be forgiven if she really wanted to change. She wanted to say sorry and asked for his forgiveness, but she thought she didn't deserved it, she didn't deserved his forgiveness after everything she had done.

At that time when he dwelled with mixed emotions in his feelings, Gohan felt a familiar energy not too far from them. He averted his gaze and could see three small ships approaching the island. When he focused more on them, he noticed someone he knew in one of that ship.

"What are you doing here!? Get away from here!" He shouted as he saw Tsukauchi in one of the ships.

Yuuji took advantage of it, when Gohan lower his guard down, he kicked the Saiyan in the gut and sent him flying through the little forest, hitting a bunch of trees behind him. Yuuji got up and shot a series of Ki blasts to continue the attack.

Bojack, who just landed on their side, joined him on firing ki blasts at the Saiyan, but much larger and stronger.

Gohan who hadn't even got up from that kick, quickly tried to protect himself from the blasts with his forearms as he stood on one knee.

The yellow lights caused by the Ki blasts and the explosions brightened up the area around the island, with that Tsukauchi was able see the figure who were firing ki blasts through his binocular.

"Y-Yuuji, Kuro…" Tsukauchi murmured, he finally saw it himself, his friends were there on that island, firing Ki blasts at Gohan. "It was all true…" He murmured again, as he then saw someone who was trying to get up and standing on Yuuji's side. "Emi…?"

It was really hard for him to accept all this, he just stood there with eyes opened wide looking at the figures he recognized on that island. He could see Emi standing there and slowly averting her gaze to look at him. He noticed her hand slowly moved, she opened her palm, then pointing it at him and the ship. Slowly a yellow light began to form on her hand. Tsukauchi didn't know what she was about to do, but saw her head facing down and seemed like Yuuji said something to her.

And then he noticed her lips moved, she was saying something.

"I'm sorry…" Tsukauchi murmured as he followed what her lips were trying to say. The next thing he saw was a yellow light shot at his ship in high speed and All Might quickly covered him.

BOOOOMM!

The explosion could be heard from the island, sending shockwaves that shook the ocean and the other ships. The people of that ship could be seen thrown away into the sky before falling into the ocean.

"TSUKAUCHI!" Gohan shouted when he saw the explosions of the ship where Tsukauchi was in. "HAAAAAH!" He raised his Ki high enough to repel all the blasts from Yuuji and Bojack. And quickly darted to the direction of the explosion.

"This is our chance! We should go now!" Bojack exclaimed as the other two nodded and followed him flying away from the island.

Meanwhile Gohan still floating in midair looking at what was remaining of ship and the red water mixed with the blood from the people who died on that attack. He then immediately help some of the officers who survived that blast and brought them to the other ship. But he hadn't seen or felt Tsukauchi's energy.

When Gohan started to think he failed to protect his friend again, he felt a big energy slowly came up from under the water. He then walked to the edge of the ship, and stood there to see whose energy was that. Suddenly the water made some circle waves that could be seen by everyone, Gohan knew whose energy this was.

"It's All Might." He said, drawing the attention from the other to look at him and then looking at the water.

And just like what he said, All Might suddenly appeared from the water, surprising everyone when he then jumped into the ship where Gohan was. He brought three unconscious people with him, one of them was Tsukauchi.

"All Might! Tsukauchi!" He exclaimed as he ran to them both.

All Might laid the three people down to check their conditions. "They're unconscious, call the medics now!" He ordered one of the officer to call the medics.

"Let me help." Gohan said which drew the attention of All Might.

"Son Gohan-san." He said as he looked at the Saiyan.

"Let me see if I can help." Gohan then kneeled down and put his hands to the chests of two unconscious officers. Then sending a Ki energy that gave the shock to their body which forced the water to come out. That Ki also sent a little amount of his energy to help them regain their consciousness.

Suddenly the two officers coughed up some water and regained their consciousness, the medic quickly help them to sit and gave them towel.

Gohan did the same to Tsukauchi, he also coughed up some water before regaining his consciousness.

"Haaah… Thank God you're alive." Gohan said as he saw Tsukauchi got help from the medics to take a sit and gave him a towel.

"Good job, Son Gohan-san." All Might said as he patted on Gohan's shoulder.

"Haah… hah… Thank you Son..." Tsukauchi said, as he was gasping for air and his body was freezing because of the cold.

When the ships reached the island, some officer were sent to investigate there, while some other stayed on the ships. An officer came to Tsukauchi to give the report about the attack earlier.

"Sir, we-we've lost seven people on that attack." Said the officer. From twelve people they brought on that small ship, seven of them were dead. "All of them were from the police force." The officer continued, on that ship, All Might was the only hero to protect them, they thought it would be enough knowing that he was the number one hero, but it turned out to be the opposite. Hearing the reports, Tsukauchi stayed silent, didn't know how to process all the information, Gohan and All Might couldn't do anything but feeling sorry and guilty for the loss.

After a few moments, they decided to go back while some officers were ordered to stay on the island to investigate. Tsukauchi walked inside a room on the ship, followed by Gohan, All Might, and all of the other heroes.

"I'm sorry for your loss, but can you tell me what we faced earlier?" Kamui Woods asked, breaking the silence in that room. "Also, who are you? And who did you fight on that island?" He asked Gohan as he hadn't heard anything about him and curious of what he was doing on that island.

"He is Saiyaman, a new hero who just got the professional hero license." Surprisingly for them, it was Tsukauchi who answered the question. Some of the hero already familiar with Gohan, like All Might, Gang Orca, and Ingenium, even though for the last two heroes, this was the first time they saw his face behind that helmet. Meanwhile Kamui Woods and Mount Lady looked at him for a few seconds before then introduced themselves properly. "He works with me to capture the villains I talked about earlier." Tsukauchi continued.

"So, who are they? You know them?" It was Ingenium who asked Gohan about the villains he fought earlier.

"We don't really know anything about them." Gohan answered. "But what we knew is that, they had the abilities to copy someone's appearance and took their abilities and memories." He said as then Tsukauchi continued to explain.

"Our friends been acting weird recently, so we suspected something had happened to them, then we found out that they weren't really our friends. Those bastards copied their appearance and used it to their advantages." Tsukauchi explained.

"So it's a personal affair." Kamui Woods said with a little mockery on his tone. "You gathered the police force and the nation's top heroes just to intervene in your persona-." Before he could finish, Mount Lady elbowed him lightly on his stomach to stop him.

Tsukauchi and the other heroes thanked her internally for doing that, Kamui Woods was definitely one of the nation's top heroes, but his attitude sometimes can be really annoying.

"Yes, but not really." Tsukauchi continued. "The more we investigated them, we found out that they actually has incredibly monstrous power just like what you saw earlier." He said, reminding them to the battle that happened earlier. Explosions that deafen the ears of the spectators, dusts and debris were thrown to every direction, shockwaves that shook the ocean, and as the results half of the island was destroyed. And that fights just lasted for about two minutes, who knew what would've happened if the fight continued. "They also planned on something that could endanger the whole nation." Tsukauchi continued, brought the surprise to everyone.

"And what is it that they planned?" Ingenium asked.

"They are looking for something, some kind of weapon, we don't know about it yet but it has an incredible power that could endanger people if they get their hands on it." Tsukauchi answered which also brought a silence to the room.

The silence continued until Gohan brought a question to the detective. "Anyway, Tsukauchi, have you gone to Yuuji's or Emi's house?" There Tsukauchi realized, he had forgotten about it.

Tsukauchi was too obsessed to find out if Gohan was wrong about his friends, he followed him to the island and ignored their original plan, only to find out that Gohan was right the whole time.

His expression was enough for the Saiyan to know that Tsukauchi never went to check on them. He was frustrated, but can't do anything about it now.

"I got to go check on them." Gohan said. "With flying I can reach their place faster." He said as he walked out of the room.

"Wait Son. " Gohan stopped when he heard his name was called. "Bring me too." It was Tsukauchi who got up and asked him to bring him to the location.

"No, it's too dangerous, you know what they can do."

"This is all my fault Son, and they're my friend, I need to see them myself." Tsukauchi responded which Gohan couldn't resist, as All Might also stepped in.

"He's right, I'll accompany him. I don't really know Yuuji as much as you guys, but he's also my friend." All Might said, he remembered when Tsukauchi brought him to drink at Yuuji's pub a few times, and he met Yuuji there.

"We're approaching the land sir." Said an officer to Tsukauchi as he walked into the room and drew the attention of the heroes there.

"You guys can go first, we'll catch up." Ingenium said, as he knew Gohan could go faster than him, or even any heroes presented there.

With a sigh, Gohan had to agree with them. "Alright then." Gohan said as he got out to the deck followed by All Might and Tsukauchi. He then floated a few feet and grabbed both All Might and Tsukauchi by their collars, and without any cue, Gohan flew away of the ship so fast that no one could even react to his speed.

ZAAAASS!

The hissing sound of Gohan, flying through the sky could be heard, just like a jet splitting the city's sky. And in just a few seconds they landed in the place where Gohan dropped Emi the last time he drove her home.

They all landed safely there, except for Tsukauchi as he was feeling dizzy because of the flight, luckily for him, All Might protected him in his hug the entire flight, so he wouldn't get to face the air directly with his body. And for his part, All Might had to hold the pain when his back pierced the air along the flight.

"I would never ask you to fly me ever again." Tsukauchi said as he still shaking his head to remove the dizziness in his head.

"Son-san, next time if you fly with someone, make sure to fly them slower." Now it was All Might's turn to complaint. Even though he could hold on to that flight, he wouldn't want other people to experience that.

"Heheh sorry, we were in a hurry so…" Gohan apologized as he scratched the back of his head like usual.

"It doesn't matter anymore." Tsukauchi said as he started to feel the dizziness in his head gone. "Anyway, why are we landed here?"

"What're you talking about? This is the area where Emi lived." Gohan answered in confused. "She told me to drop her off here when I drove her hom- …oh, crap baskets." He realized she'd probably lied to him that time.

"She lived with Yuuji, their house is still a few blocks away from here." Tsukauchi said as he then pointed to the direction where their house located. "That away."

"I see, come on then we should go now." Gohan said as he was about to grab their collars and took them flying again, but was stopped by Tsukauchi.

"No, I'll go with All Might, it's just a few blocks away, he can jump to that place, and I think that's safer for me." He said.

"Ok, if that's what you want." Gohan responded as he then floated slowly, waited for them to show the way. "You go first, I don't know the place." He said while floating in the air with his cape flapping.

All Might then grabbed Tsukauchi, and carried him bridal style which caused a laugh from Gohan as he can't hold it, he found out it was hilarious to see the sight of them both like that.

"SHUT UP!" Tsukachi shouted, he can't deal with the way the Saiyan laughed at him, but he also felt embarrassed about it. "Let's go All Might." He continued.

"A-alright. Hold on tight." All Might responded, as he then bent his knees to gather more strength so he could jump higher and further. "Here we go!" He gave the signal as he then jumped to the sky so fast and powerful, leaving some dusts blown away in the place he stood earlier. After a few jumps, they finally saw the location. All Might and Tsukauchi were the first to land there, followed by Gohan who landed slowly and smoothly on their side.

Surprisingly for Gohan and All Might who had never really knew Yuuji's house, it was located in a remote area without any other houses around. There were ruins of houses and buildings around the area, the road was broken and cracked on all sides, some rusty cars could be seen upside down, and no lights or street lamps could be found on that, the only light that brighten the place was the light of the beautiful moon above.

"They… they live here?" All Might asked in shocked of course after knowing they lived here.

"What... is this place?" Gohan asked as he looked around and saw all the mess and destruction on that place.

"This… was the place of the incident five years ago." All Might said as he stopped walking and took a ripped teddy bear from the ground. The memories of the incident, the battle, the villain he fought five years ago still so fresh in his mind. It was one of the toughest fight he'd ever experienced in his life. As he remembered that fight, he then put his hand on part of his body where he got the scar from that fight. [2]

"I told them to leave this place and get a new place to live." Tsukauchi said, brought the attention of everyone to looked at him as he walked towards the one and only house that still standing in that area. "But they insisted to stay, this was the place where they grew up. Yuuji and Kuro lived here since they were children, so was Emi, she lived next door. But the incident five years ago took their family and friends, the people who were saved and survived that incident decided to move to another place to live. But not them, they wanted to continue their life here, together." Yuuji stopped as he reached the entrance of the house, it was a pretty big house, but unfortunately cracks could be found on every side of the wall, some of the windows were broken and pieces of glass scattered around on floor.

Tsukauchi then opened the door and got inside as All Might and Gohan followed him. Once they stepped inside, they immediately covered their noses as they could smell a disgusting scent. The three of them already had an idea of what smell this was. Tsukauchi quickly ran to check the house, opening every rooms he passed on his way, until he stopped at the front door of a room which had a very strong smell came out from it. Without hesitation he quickly opened the door... and there, he found them. Three of his friends, already dead, their rotten bodies laying on the floor of the room.

Gohan who had the strongest sense of smell among the three couldn't really handle it, but forced himself to get in when he saw Tsukauchi standing there, in the middle of that room, without moving a single muscle, looking at the dead bodies in front of him.

For Tsukauchi, the smell of the rotten corpses didn't affected him anymore, he ignored the smell as he slowly walked towards the dead bodies. He knelt down with his head facing down, slowly a stream of tears came from his eyes.

A low desperate cry that grew louder and louder came out of him and echoing around the room. Gohan and All Might faced their head down, couldn't do anything, they felt as helpless, especially Gohan. Even though he didn't know anything about the real Yuuji, Emi, or Kuro, he knew Tsukauchi's been friends with them for a long time, and losing his long last friends like this must be really hurt and difficult for him.

All Might came to Tsukauchi's side, and patted on his shoulder as he then get out of the room followed by Gohan. They wanted to give him some time alone in that room. Outside the room, All Might quickly send their coordinate to the other heroes and police force, so they can quickly secure the place.

While Gohan looked around the house searching for more clues that could be a lead to find those three. When he was inside a particular room, he found something that he had been looking for. It was his lost jacket, it was put on a wooden table on the corner of the room, along with some capsules on its side.

He reached the jacket and checked the capsules, only to find out that some capsules were missing, from six capsules he brought, there are only two capsules left on that table, they were the capsule of clothes, and the capsule of gravity chamber.

But when he looked closely behind the table, he found his magical staff nyoibou, and a sack of senzu beans there. He realized, they probably left in a hurry and only took the capsules consisted with something useful, like the capsule of house, and then emptied the other capsules in which contained small things like his staff and senzu, that way, they can use them to carry something.

They probably thought that his staff was just a normal weapon, and the senzu beans were just a normal useless beans. The three probably hadn't tried to eat one of them so they didn't know that it can heal any injuries and restored energy. Also they didn't really know what the gravity chamber was for and how to use it, that could be the reason why they left the capsule of gravity chamber too.

Now it all made sense why he can't find the capsule box and his jacket. If they opened the capsules which contained a massive things like the capsules of house and gravity chamber in a remote area like this, of course no one would've ever noticed it.

Gohan then took the remaining capsules and the beans to put them in his pocket of that Saiyaman outfit, while for his jacket and nyoibou, he just held them in his hands. He then got out of that room to meet All Might and waited for the reinforcements.

A few minutes had passed, Tsukauchi finally walked out of the room and joined Gohan and All Might outside the house. The sound of the police car's sirens and the reinforcements could be heard coming to their direction. The three waited in front of the house, and when the officers came out of their cars, Tsukauchi ordered them to secure the place and look for any clues or evidence.

Unfortunately, Gohan had to give his jacket and staff to the police for investigation. Luckily, he put the capsules and the beans in his pocket, so they wouldn't know about about them, if he had to hand them over too, he would have difficulties on explaining those things to the police, the only member of the police force who knew the truth about him was Tsukauchi and some other higher ups like the chief.

The corpses of the three were brought out of the house in body bags, and they quickly brought them for an autopsy. Gohan could see Tsukauchi was standing there, looking at the car that carried the dead bodies of his friends driving away from the location. He could still see the sadness in his eyes, and the anger for not being able to save his friends.

"Tsukauchi." A man called his name as he then looked to the side and found out that it was the police chief. "I'm sorry for what happened to your friends, but can you explain to me the detail about everything."

Tsukauchi looked at his boss for a few seconds as he still lost in his thought about the death of his friends, and couldn't really processed what was the police chief said to him for a moment.

"Y- yes sir." He responded after a while as he then proceeded to walk to Gohan followed by his boss behind, he wanted to discuss the problem with only three of them.

When the three were pretty far from the other to listen, Gohan and Tsukauchi started to explain about everything, about Gohan's plan, the villains, their friends, and right there Gohan also knew the reason why Tsukauchi went after him to the island instead of coming to this place.

On the hand, the police chief and Tsukauchi finally started to believe Gohan's story and gained more trust on him. Especially the beagle head man, he didn't believe Gohan's story at first, he just believed on Tsukauchi's quirk and his ability to gain information. But now, after knowing what actually had happened, there was no denying that Gohan's story was true and he was someone they could trust.

"Son Gohan, I'm sorry for not believing you from the beginning, but I think you know the reason why I did that. What's more important right now is that, I think your information are true and we could trust you. I hope we can trust each other and work together to solve this problem." The chief said, as he then gave a handshake to Gohan.

"Tsukauchi, after you're done here, I want to discuss more of this in the office." He said to Tsukauchi as he then proceeded to leave the place.

Meanwhile Gohan and Tsukauchi were still there, standing side by side, watching as the head of the police force drove away.

"Son." Tsukauchi called as Gohan reacted and turned to see him. "I... want to apologize to you. I did believe your story the first time we met, well a little, but when you told me your thoughts on Yuuji and the others. I just… I couldn't accept that, even though I knew you didn't make that up. And as the result, I followed you to that island to prove you wrong, only to find out that I'm the one who was wrong about you. I'm sorry Son." He said.

"It's okay, you did what you think is right. I would do the same if someone told me that." Gohan responded. "What's more important right now is that, we need to quickly find those three and the orb. No matter which one we find first, as long as they haven't got the orb, we could get the upper hand."

"You're right, I'll starts the investigation about those three and the orb. Anyway, I think I'll go now, don't want to keep the boss waiting." Tsukauchi said as he smiled slightly and walked away.

Gohan could still see the sadness in his eyes even though he tried to hide it. After a few moments of another search for his capsules around the area, just to make sure in case they left some of them. Gohan then decided to go back to the pub to take some rest after this long and tiring day.

But surprisingly for him, when he got to the pub, he found some police officers there. He landed and walked towards the pub until an officer stopped him from taking another step closer. The officer explained to him that they were doing an investigation there to find more clues and evidence that could lead them to the villains, so they needed the location to be the same as when it was left and no one else except the officers on duty can enter the place.

"Oh great, now where am I going to sleep?" Gohan thought, he didn't have any money yet so he couldn't go rent a room in a hotel. He wanted to ask Tsukauchi for help but stopped after remembering what he had been going through today, he didn't wanted to trouble him even more. Gohan then decided to use the gravity chamber to sleep tonight, besides, it was actually design as a space ship at first, so it has some room he could use. The only problem was where can he opened the capsule without attracting any attention.

So he flew around to find a place for his chamber, until he finally saw a small island. When he tried to detect any energy on that island, he only felt some animals energy from it but no humans. So he decided to place his gravity chamber there, besides, the next morning he can hunt some animals for breakfast, just like when he was a kid. With that he already solved two problems.

[1] In the movie, the energy and power level of Bojack and the others could be felt by the Z fighters. The reason why Gohan can't feel it in this story is simply because, that way he would have hard time to find them in the future chapters, then the story could go on LOL!

[2] Actually, I don't know where the fights of All Might and the villain who injured him and made him lost almost all of his respiratory organs. So I just made that up, sorry if some of you didn't like that.
