Rise of the Hero
Chapter 8: U.S.J
It was past 2.10 pm, and Gohan had just done the fifth period of teaching the basic hero training and martial arts for the second grades. Today was Tuesday, the second day for him to work as a teacher at UA high.
Not much had happened… except for the fact that some students started to see him as a quite the strict teacher. It was probably because, today, in his first time teaching the subject, Gohan asked the whole class to attack him with everything they got. He did that to know more about the students' quirks and to measure how good they were at controlling their quirks.
But, the class ended up with him enjoying fighting his students and sent some of them to Recovery Girl's nurse's office. Guess, that Saiyan blood in him could still get pumped up every time he was in action. In the end he got scolded by Recovery Girl for going too harsh on his students. But at least with that fight, he learnt more details on his students' quirks. That way he can prepare the right method to teach them.
Now that he had finished the fifth period, he didn't had another class for today. So he decided to walk around the school while waiting the time for school to end. Due to his method of teaching earlier, Gohan didn't wore the same suit as yesterday as it will only hinder his movement on the fight, or worse it might get ripped on some parts.
So instead, today he wore his old purple Gi similar to his mentor Piccolo, with his obi, shin guards and wrist bands, all coloured in red. Wearing that Gi actually showcasing more of his muscular figure, like his strong and wide chest, broad shoulders, and his massively muscular arms. Some female students were even blushing every time Gohan walked past them.
No one can blame them though, even Midnight couldn't help and unconsciously touched Gohan's chest when they were having a conversation at the office this morning.
His built not only affected the female students. Some male students who envied him at first for getting all the girls, now thought very differently of him. It was all because those muscles in his body weren't the only things that caught all the attentions. Despite having a great muscular physique, Gohan had no healthy part on his body. So many scars spotted almost in every part of his visible torso. [1]
Most of them were small scars, but the biggest one was visible on his upper left arm. The one he got from his fierce battle against Cell. Those scars changed the way people saw him. Before, most of the male students saw him just as a young, inexperience, good looking new teacher, even some saw him as weak and thought they could beat him in a fight.
But now they knew, this new teacher must had gone through a lot of fights and training. That kind of body can only be achieved from hard training and various amount of battles. That was no doubt the body of an accomplished warrior. But knowing Gohan, just like his dad, he never really mind on what the others thought of him. He didn't even seemed to realize what the students thought of him.
Now that he still had times before the school ended, Gohan walked around the school to know more about the place. He stopped when he felt a familiar energy wasn't far from him, so he decided to go there which led him into a training area called The Ground Beta. He recognized the place as the arena where the entrance exam was held.
He went in through a tunnel that led him to get inside the battle arena. And there, he found a group of students and a teacher who looked like was explaining something. As he walked up to them, he realized that this was Class 1-A, the class in which Aizawa Shota was the homeroom teacher. And when he got closer, he also recognized the teacher who turned out to be All Might.
"Oh, Son Gohan-san, what are you doing here?" All Might asked, while looking at the Saiyan who walked up to him.
The students turned their heads almost at the same time, to look at the same direction as their sensei. And found a tall figure in a purple Gi walked towards the number one hero.
"Ah, I'm sorry if I'm interrupting, I just want to kill times as I just done teaching my class." Gohan said, which brought a little disappointed look in the students' faces, a thick bead of sweats streamed down their heads. How can a teacher in such prestigious hero school like UA, wandering around the school just to kill times?
But among those students, there was one kid who seemed to recognize the new teacher in purple Gi. The kid was wearing a hero costume which was a green full-body jumpsuit with a red belt, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves.
"Y-yo-you…" The kid stuttering a little, while looking at Gohan.
"Oh, hi… Midoriya right?" Gohan said when he saw the kid nervously looking at him. "It's been a while since we last met. Congrats, you made it to UA."
"You know him?" Said a boy in Midoriya's side, who was wearing what looked like a full-body suit armour, coloured in white, similar to Ingenium from the pro hero test.
"We've met when he was training at the central park a few days ago." To the kid's surprise, it was Gohan who answered the question. "So All Might, I heard earlier, you were planning on doing a battle trial?"
"That's right, a combat training. They'll be split into heroes and villains, then fight two-on-two indoor battles." All Might explained.
"I see, an actual battle to understand the basics of heroes work." Gohan said with his right hand on his chin. "That's a good method. Anyway, can I watch?"
"Of course!" As soon as he said that, All Might turned to his class to introduce Gohan so they wouldn't be asking any question on who he was, and why All Might allowed him to watch the battle training. "This is Son Gohan, a new teacher who started working here this year. Just like me, he teach the basic hero training for the second grades but more specific in combat training."
That brought a round of gasps from the students. Knowing the teacher in front of them had the same role as All Might, he must be a great hero and an experienced fighter. Though they couldn't recognize who he was as a hero, probably a mysterious hero who always avoided the media like Eraser Head? However, the most surprised would be Midoriya, he didn't expected the man he met a few days ago was actually a hero and a teacher at UA High.
"Nice to meet you all. And yes I teach the second grades, but if you guys need any help, especially if it's related to martial arts, you can come and see me, I'd be glad to help." Gohan said.
Some students smiled at him and slightly nodded in response. This sensei in front of them was so different from Aizawa, if only they had him as their homeroom teacher instead.
They just didn't know yet how kind Aizawa actually was. He was a great teacher no doubt, his method of teaching might be a bit harsh for some. But that didn't mean he wanted his students to fail, he would even do anything for them as a teacher, as long as they really determined to learn and become a hero.
"Alright, now team A will be the heroes and team D will be the villains. For the other, let's head to the monitor room." All Might said, before he then looked at Gohan. "Let's go Son-san."
In response of that, Gohan nodded and followed the bigger hero.
When he walked pass Midoriya, Gohan stopped upon noticing the nervous look on him, there the saiyan realized the kid must be on one of the teams, and was up for the upcoming battle.
He placed a comforting hand in the green-haired kid's shoulder, and brought Midoriya to look at him. "Hey, relax. Breath in, breath out. Remember the last time we met at the park?" He asked, as he got a nod from the kid.
"You were so nervous about the entrance exam back then. But now you're here, you've made it this far. This battle is going to be another obstacle you have to go through to be a hero. I'm not saying it's going to be easy, but try to stay calm, relax, and focus."
Midoriya nodded after hearing the advice, and took a deep breath. "I-I'll keep that in mind. T-thanks for the advice, sensei."
Gohan nodded and smile. "Don't mind kid." He then turned to the girl who was probably Midoriya's partner in this battle test. "You too, stay focus and relax." He said, which got a nod, and an excited expression formed on her face. Surprisingly, she didn't looked as nervous as Midoriya.
With that, Gohan departed and joined All Might and the rest of the class to the monitor room. All Might explained the detail about this battle test on their way to the room.
In the monitor room, everyone was watching the screens in front of them, which showing various places from the arena. When both team readied themselves on their positions, All Might started to give them the signal to begin.
"Team A and team D, you may BEGIN!"
With that signal from All Might, the battle begin. Both arms crossed on his chest, Gohan stood firmly and looked at the monitor resolutely, curious on what Midoriya and the others going to do.
The hero team, Midoriya and Uraraka slipped through a window to get inside the building, then walking through the corridors cautiously as they focused on their surrounding.
Unexpectedly, the blond boy who Gohan recognized as the kid who charged at Midoriya in the quirk assessment test, suddenly ambushed the hero team. He emerged from adjoining corridor, and with his explosive blast, managed to send the two heroes to the ground and even damaged half of Midoriya's mask.
"Surprise attack? Dirty move Bakugo! That wasn't manly at all!" Exclaimed a spiky red haired student in the monitor room.
"Surprise attack is also a strategy in a battle." All Might responded.
"In a battle where your life is at stake, anything can be used as strategy. Villains will do anything to fight the heroes in such situations. You better forget the concept of fairness in that situation." To everyone surprise, the purple Gi sensei was the one to continue the explanation.
Despite having to say that, Gohan himself was a prideful warrior like his father, not only that, he was also trained by one of the greatest fighter of his world, Piccolo. Using dirty moves in a fight would never came to his mind. But this world was different, these kids needed to learn about how tough a fight with actual villains can be. And so, in that situation they'd better forget about the concept of fighting with fairness.
Back to the screen, next, Gohan saw Bakugo launched himself at Midoriya. When he was close enough, the blond followed up with a right swing, but unexpectedly, the green-haired kid was able to counter his attack.
Midoriya grabbed Bakugo's right arm, pulled him over the shoulder, and slammed the blond to the ground.
That, brought a few gasps among the spectators, while Gohan formed a small smirk on his face. Without using his quirk, Midoriya managed to predict Bakugo's attack and countered it with a pretty good martial arts move.
After he recovered and got to his feet, Bakugo and Midoriya found themselves in an argument, which safe for All Might, no one can hear what the two were talking about.
"What's Bakugo saying?" The spikey red haired from earlier asked in confused.
"He's talking to Iida over a small transceiver." All Might responded, as he pointed at the device in his ear. "You can bring these, the building's map, and a capture tape in the battle. If you succeeded to wrap your opponent with this tape, it means that you've captured them."
"But, with the time limit of fifteen minutes, and the heroes knowing nothing about the location of the nuclear weapon, that makes the heroes at disadvantages here." Said a pink-skinned girl.
When Gohan took a glance at her, for a second he thought of her as Majin Buu taking a female form.
Shrugged that thought of Majin Buu aside, he tried to explain the situation.
"It's true that the villains may have more advantages in this situation. But that's also the reality of being a hero. While villains have the time to prepare their plans, we heroes have to respond to the call and think of a plan in a small amount of time. This battle training is a one way for you to learn how to turn the tables no matter how delicate the situation you're in."
"Wow… I didn't think of that, now it makes sense if you put it that way. Thank you sensei." The pink-skinned girl said with a bit admiration, while Gohan gave a smile in return.
Everyone focused on the monitor again, and saw how Midoriya and Bakugo started to fight.
Bakugo attacked with a kick, which Midoriya was able to block and wrap the capture tape around his foot. But the blond launched an explosion, forcing Midoriya to unwrap the tape and retreated from the fight.
On the other scene, Uraraka already reached the room where the nuclear weapon was located. There she found Iida guarding the bomb while trying his best to mimic a villain character.
While in hiding, Midoriya began to arrange a strategy. He can't join Uraraka at the moment since the blond boy would follow him, so he came up with a plan to capture Bakugo with the tape as quickly as he can, then join Uraraka.
While still focusing on his plan, Midoriya didn't realized Bakugo was already a few metres behind him. When he turned around, he saw Bakugo rose his left arm forwards and asked Midoriya to better use his quirk.
Bakugo revealed that he was about to release the explosion from all the nitroglycerine-sweat he had been storing in his gauntlets.
"Young Bakugo, stop! You could kill him!" Despite All Might's warning, Bakugo shot the explosive attack, saying it wouldn't kill Midoriya if he dodged it.
BRROOOMMM!
Heavy torrent of flames went down the corridor towards Midoriya. All the glass were shattered, the wall and cement floor was destroyed, the ground rumbled, and the sound of the explosion was so great, they could even hear it from the monitor room. That powerful blast resulted in the destruction of a large portion of the building.
"Oi oi oi… isn't this just a training?" It was the same spiky red-haired kid from earlier who commented.
"Midoriya! Young Midoriya!" All Might shouted into his microphone, the panicked on his face was visible for everyone.
"He's okay All Might, he narrowly dodged that attack in the last second, but he's fine." Gohan said, which brought the surprise to everyone.
He knew Midoriya dodged it, not only because he saw it on the screen, but he could also feel Midoriya's energy when focusing his perception. And right after he said that, the smokes and dusts finally dissipated. The screen showed Midoriya laying on his back, panting heavily. Even though his costume in tatters, fortunately, he was unharmed.
"Young Bakugo, I'm stopping the battle and give your team the loss if you use that attack again." All Might scolded. "Large-scale attack inside a building is against the concept of protecting your stronghold. That would be a foolish plan for both heroes and villains."
Irritated after hearing that, Bakugo launched towards Midoriya and proceeded the battle with close quarter combat.
Despite his calm reaction earlier, after seeing the capability of Bakugo with his quirk, Gohan felt worried for Midoriya. His expression changed into that typical fierce look of Saiyans.
"If that happens again, I'm interrupting the fight." The Saiyan said, with that piercing glance which sent chills down the spine of the students in that room.
All Might looked at him for a while and nodded in response. He knew Gohan could go to the arena in an instant, maybe even faster than him, so he'd allow the new hero to interrupt the fight if necessary.
"Bakugo is no joke." Said a muscular student in a yellow full-body suit.
On the screen everyone could see the fight between the two. Bakugo completely dominating in close quarter combat. He used the explosion to fly and charge forward, while still in the air, he launched another explosion to change his trajectory which also function as a smokescreen and landed behind Midoriya. He launched another blast at the back of the green-haired kid, which caused Midoriya to lose balance and stumbled.
Not wasting any time, Bakugo grabbed Midoriya's arm, and slammed him into the ground with the momentum he gained from the explosions on his free hand.
Took him a few seconds before recovering from that slam, Midoriya finally rose up, and tried his best to dodge every attacks from the blond, he ended up leaning his back against the wall.
From the monitor everyone could see, the two were talking about something for a while until Midoriya decided to charge forward.
Filled with emotion, Bakugo also darted forward to send a final blast to end the fight. Knowing Midoriya's finally going to use his quirk, Bakugo felt more excited as he launched his attack.
The next thing shocked everyone in the monitor room. Midoriya shouted, alerting Uraraka to grab onto something. And instead of punching Bakugo, with his pulled back fist, Midoriya aimed his attack at the ceiling.
"Detroit… SMAAASSHH!"
BOOOOOOOMMMM!
With that punch, Midoriya destroyed the ground in every floors above him, while he used his other hand to block Bakugo's blast.
The effects of his one hundred percent One For All punch, created enough debris for Uraraka to use them for an attack. With her zero gravity quirk, she tapped on a pillar and used it as a bat.
"Comet Home Run!" She shouted the name of attack while using the pillar to bat some small rocks and debris towards Iida.
"Oi oi… how can you call that a 'Home Run'!?" Iida exclaimed as he guarded himself with both hands in front.
While Iida was busy protecting himself from all the shrapnel darted towards him, Uraraka saw her chance to jump towards the nuclear weapon, and grabbed the bomb, securing the win for the Hero team.
"H-Hero…" All Might said lowly as he watched the monitor, before he announced the victory. "Hero team… WINS!"
No one said any words nor commented on the battle. They all saw how the it ended. That was a great strategy from the hero team, and one of the most epic battle they had ever seen up to this point on their life. But despite that, after seeing Midoriya with all those wounds, and Uraraka puking on the upper floor due to the overused of her quirk, that was still too great of a cost to win just a training.
Everyone stayed silent while still watching the screen, until an unexpected scene played in front of them.
Son Gohan, the sensei who had been in All Might's side this whole time, suddenly appeared in front of Midoriya. Catching the green haired kid before he fell to the ground.
"S-so fast…" Murmured the spiky-red-haired kid, with eyes wide opened, he saw the blue Gi sensei already in the arena.
The others looked at the scene, then looked at the spot where Gohan stood earlier, then looked back to the monitor. Their jaws dropped, eyes opened wide, couldn't believe what they had witnessed.
How can he move that fast from the monitor room to that building in the arena in a mere second? Moreover, All Might didn't told him which building they were in. Some of them actually thought he used some kind of teleportation quirk, but in reality, Gohan did that out of sheer speed.
All Might shook the thought of how the Saiyan already on the scene, and turned to face his students. "Now, please wait a few minutes while I check on young Midoriya and escort the others here."
As he left, the whole class got their attention back to the screen.
"D-did you see that sensei move at all? He was so fast…" Asked a little person with a purple ball-liked hair.
"Yeah, he's so cool!" The red spiky haired kid added excitedly. "Man, these pro heroes are awesome! First we got All Might as our teacher, and now we got to see another pro hero in action!"
"He just went there to save Midoriya though, Kirishima..." Said a girl in a green costume which resembled a frog.
"But still, he's so awesome. I mean, don't you see all those muscles in his body? And those scars? That is the body of a manly warrior I tell you." The kid she called Kirishima replied as he excitedly clenched his fists to the front.
"But… poor Midoriya, he got injured so badly." The pink-skinned girl said, which brought the others to focus on Midoriya.
"Yeah… if only he can control that quirk, he'll be a monster!" Kirishima exclaimed.
In the arena, Bakugo who was still shaken after the loss, got even more surprised as he saw Gohan suddenly appeared in front of him.
"You did good." Gohan whispered with Midoriya in his arms. Then he looked at Bakugo as the blond flinched a little.
"I don't know what's between you two. But you certainly have a great quirk on your side, don't waste it by acting like a child." Gohan said, not angry, or anything, he just wanted to give a little advice.
A few seconds later All Might came to the site to check the condition on everyone, and also checking the destruction on the place. After that he escorted the other students back to the monitor room, while Gohan went with Midoriya to the nurse's office.
"You again! Was this your doing!?" In the nurse's room, Recovery Girl shouted at Gohan when she saw him and the injured Midoriya got inside the room.
"What!? N-no… He's in All Might's class, they just done a battle training, and he got injured." Gohan quickly clarified.
Recovery Girl however, just ignored him and turned to the kid to see his condition before she prepared the place and medication.
Once she had done, the medic laid him down on the bed, and she kissed him. Immediately healed the kid's injuries. But in return, the kid lost all his energy as Recovery Girl's quirk needed it to heal the injuries.
"Haaah…" She sighed loudly which Gohan could hear.
"You look tired." He said.
"Of course I am…" She responded, then turned to see the new teacher. "Son-sensei, you sent nine students here earlier today, and now this kid. I know you guys trained them to be a hero, but you teachers really need to go easy on them."
"Umm… sorry." Gohan responded as his head looked down like a little kid who got scolded by his mom.
Another sigh came from her before she started to speak. "I'm going out for a while, can you wait here and look after the kid? When he wakes up, don't let him go before I come back, we still need to check on his condition first." She said as she got up from her seat.
"O-Okay." After that response, she walked out of the room to get some fresh air and cleared her mind from all the works she had done today. While Gohan stayed on the side of Midoriya's bed.
After waiting for more than an hour, Midoriya started to give a sign he was about to wake up. The thought of giving senzu bean to him came to Gohan's mind, but he changed his mind. He only brought five of them, and those beans were for emergencies only. Besides, Recovery Girl said, the kid's injuries will heal and his hand will get back to normal soon, there was no need to use the bean.
So instead of giving the bean, Gohan transferred a little amount of his energy to the kid slowly. That way, Midoriya's body wouldn't get the shock from the instant surge of the Saiyan's energy in his body and he would regain consciousness little by little.
Slowly, Midoriya started to open his eyes and observing around the room. Then he realized the teacher in purple Gi on the side of his bed. Slowly he got up, and took a seat.
"S-Son sensei…" Midoriya said, stuttering a bit, while still rubbing his head with his free hand. His other hand was bandaged due to the heavy injury from the usage of One For All.
"You okay? Feeling better?" Gohan said with a smile on his face. "I transferred a little of my energy to you."
"Y-yes, thank you s-sensei…" Midoriya responded weak. "S-sensei, d-did I lose?" He asked with his head hanging, and a sad expression on his face.
It was understandable why he asked that, though he was still standing, he already went unconscious when All Might announced the winner.
"You did it, you won the battle." That response quickly brought Midoriya to look at him with wide opened eyes. "Though, I'd say you won the war, but lost the battle." Gohan continued, which brought Midoriya to look down again, but he had a little smile on his face while looking at his clenched hand on his lap.
Gohan didn't know what was between Midoriya and Bakugo, but to form that smile of satisfaction from winning a training battle against the blond, this victory must be something this kid saw as a big achievement.
"Hey, Midoriya, there's something I want to talk about."
Midoriya turned his head to look at the Saiyan teacher.
"About your quirk."
And that, of course surprised Midoriya as he got some cold sweat streaming down his face.
Will he get scolded because of using too much power and hurt himself? Or maybe this teacher recognized some similarity of his quirk and All Might's? Moreover he shouted 'detroit smash' when he used his quirk earlier. Those thought came to his mind. But the next statement from Gohan brought surprise to his face.
"One For All… right?" Gohan said.
He knew? But how? Only All Might and Dr. Shuzenji knew about it. All Might told him? That came to his mind.
"All Might told me about it." The answer confirmed it. Gohan then continued to explain. "Actually, both of us have the similar basic way to use our quirks. It's all about controlling the energy in our body."
Midoriya's eyes opened wide hearing that statement. "Co-controlling energy?"
Gohan nodded. "You with your One For All, and I with my Ki."
"Ki?"
"It's some kind of life energy within me. It's... my quirk, just like your One For All." Gohan explained as he showed a small yellow ball of light came floating on his index finger. And then it was gone when he blew it away, like how people blew the fire on a candle. Of course it wasn't gone because he blew it, he just acted to look that way.
He called Ki as a quirk because he didn't wanted to explain about ki to Midoriya, as it will be troublesome. "What I want to say is, I might be able to help you controlling your quirk."
"Y-you can?" The kid asked, looking at him with face full of hope.
"Well… it's not going to be easy, but I already have some plans ahead. We can start once you're ready. Of course only if you want to, and All Might will also be there." Gohan said.
Midoriya faced his head down for a moment, he knew it wasn't going to be easy to control One For All, it was the quirk that even All Might needed some time to control.
But the memory when he got hurt after destroying that giant robot, and got helped by Uraraka. The memory when Aizawa had to cancel his quirk before he threw the soft ball to avoid injury. And the memory from today, when he injured himself from the battle training. All of those reminded him, he couldn't stay like this forever, he didn't wanted to be a burden to others, he had to take a step forward, to control his quirk so he can be the hero he always dreamed of.
Midoriya made up his mind, he will accept the training from the Saiyan, no matter how difficult and tough it will be.
The green haired boy looked at Gohan with confidence, and nodded his head. "I'll take your offer sensei, and thank you."
"Good, we can start once you're ready." Gohan said, then he looked at the watch on the wall and realized that it was almost time for the school to end. "I suggest you to rest here until the school ended, but you can go to your class if you want to, I think they already done with the battle training though."
"T-thank you sensei, but I need to go to the class." Midoriya remembered the earlier fight with Bakugo, the blond boy misunderstood him for hiding his quirk this whole time, and Midoriya felt the need to clear things up with him.
"Alright then, need me to accompany you?"
"It's alright sensei, I can go there by myself, thank you." He said, as he got up from his bed, and bowed at Gohan. "Thank you again sensei, for helping me." He then looked up at the sensei and smiled before slowly walked to the door, and stepped out of the room.
Gohan can only watched him walked away with a smile on his face. When Midoriya was already out and pretty far from the nurse's room, Gohan suddenly remembered what Recovery Girl asked of him earlier.
"Aaah crap… That old lady is going to kill me…"
The fourth day working as a teacher at UA, Gohan found himself not inside the hero academia, but flying in the city sky in his hero costume.
Focusing his perception ability to everyone and everything, so he would find people with evil energy and intention. It was eight at morning and the Saiyaman already captured about ten villains from different parts of the city.
He did that not without reason. Yesterday at UA High, a break-in happened when the students was still in school. The school didn't told the media or the students as they knew nothing good will come of it. It will only raise more worries from the parents, while the media and public will started to doubt UA's security.
Gohan was the first to know about the break in, after the alarms started to blare, he quickly focussed on his perception around the school. And when he sensed a couple of evil energy, he quickly disappeared from the teachers' room. His sudden disappearance resulted the confusion among other teachers.
When he arrived at the place, Gohan found two figures, a pale man with grey hair and a mist figure, they successfully destroyed one of the 'UA barrier' and then flee with some kind of teleportation ability from the mist figure right after Gohan landed his feet there.
After they got away, Gohan couldn't feel their energy at all. They probably teleported to a place where his perception ability couldn't reach the range.
It was true that Gohan can detect energy and power level, but that only worked if he was closed to them. Though the villains in this world did had evil energy, they weren't Frieza or Cell whose energy and power level can be felt from even other planets. So Gohan needed to get closed enough to feel their energy.
And after the situation turned to normal, the principal and some teachers came to the break-in place. There, the principal stated that, this break-in could be a declaration for war.
Gohan was furious hearing about it. These villains went so far to even attack a school full of children, how can someone be so rotten to even did this. He wouldn't let them got their hands on those kids.
That was the reason now he flew around the city to find those people. With his perception, hopefully he can find them. Besides, he had no class for today, and he rarely did the hero job these days due to the teaching activity, so this would also be an opportunity for him to do his hero work.
He already asked permission from the principal to come later today, and he had given time until the fifth period.
Strangely, Gohan hadn't found any similar energy from yesterday, and the city was filled with villains in action, so he only caught some random bad guys. He assumed, those two from yesterday probably went hiding in other city, but he wouldn't have the time to search for them with all the crime activities happening right now.
On his fly to one of the crime sites, Gohan saw All Might with his yellow stripes suit helping other heroes taking down some villains.
"All Might, aren't you supposed to be at school?" Gohan asked as soon his feet touched the ground.
"Ah Saiyaman, yes I'm on my way there, but some crimes happened, I had to stop the-"
"AAH! He's running away." Before All Might can finish, a scream from a pedestrian came to their ears. The two heroes turned, and saw the villain was running away from the crime scene.
All Might was about to go, catching up with the bad guy, but Gohan stopped him.
"All Might, let me handle this, you should go to school now. Remember 'your time', if you use your quirk for too long, I'm afraid you're not gonna be able to maintain that form in front of the students." Gohan said in whisper so the people wouldn't hear them. "I heard you and Aizawa will go to the USJ for a hero rescue simulation with class 1-A right? Then you better go now, I'll take care of this." Gohan continued, then he looked at the running villain. "Habit Headgear? I watched him on the news, he wouldn't be a problem for me."
All Might was silent for a while before he gave his response.
"Thank you, Saiyaman." As he nodded and jumped away from the location.
As soon as All Might went away from the site, Gohan disappeared in thin air and reappeared in front of the running villain who immediately stopped when he saw the hero. Gohan raised his hand, and… *flick*
BAAMM!
With a flick of his finger, Gohan threw the villain back a few metres until he fell to the ground, knocked out unconscious caused by the impact from his flick.
Inside the USJ facility, the students of class 1-A were listening to a hero named Thirteen. The hero was explaining about the facility, which was a dome-shaped building with six disaster simulation areas, to help the students on their rescue training.
Some of them thought that the facility was similar to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), as it has some detailed simulation areas and looked like a massive park. Then Thirteen revealed the name was actually USJ, which stood for Unforeseen Simulation Joint.
While they were listening on Thirteen's explanation, suddenly they heard a loud thud from the entrance.
"I AM… coming through the door like a normal person!"
Every students of class 1-A were surprised when they all turned and saw All Might walked inside the building. He walked towards Aizawa and Thirteen, then apologized for coming late. The number one hero explained the reason why he was late and about Gohan helping him.
After All Might had done, Aizawa was about to send the students to the disaster area when all of a sudden the lights were turned off, the electricity went out.
Still confused about what happened, all the teachers looked around, until their eyes locked onto a dark mist that suddenly formed in front of a fountain at the center of the building.
Some of the students thought that this actually was part of the simulation. Some of them tried to step forward to get a closer look but was prevented by Aizawa.
"Stay back!" Aizawa demanded when Midoriya and some others tried to get a look. "Those are villains."
That of course drew the frightened faces of the sudents, some of them who had never experience such situations were even too afraid and started panicking.
The situation became more frightening when they saw a giant black creature came through the dark mist, the creature had an exposed brain and a series of sharp teeth.
But what was more horrifying from this monster beside its appearance was its threatening aura, which made it projected differently than the other villains.
When they thought that creature was the most horrifying amongst the other, suddenly another figure came out of the dark mist. Very different from the black monster, this new figure had a pretty normal appearance that resembled a human, or perhaps a woman.
She had a long curly orange hair, pointy ears, and bluish skin. While yes she looked pretty normal in appearance, but no one can understand how her aura felt much more menacing and frightening than even the dark humongous monster.
All Might reflexively moved to the front of the group to protect them. "Do not fear everyone, as long as I'm here, everything will be alright!" He said with a soothing bright smile.
"They must have been responsible for the break-in yesterday." Aizawa said quietly to the other two teachers so the kids wouldn't heard him.
"How about the trespasser sensors?"
"I think it's a calculated attack." Thirteen answered. "They probably already taken care of the sensors and the electricity."
"The question is, are they attacking the whole school or just this place. If they only attack this place, they must have a motive of some sort." Aizawa said. "Thirteen, evacuate the kids and try calling the school. Kaminari, you try that too. There could be someone with an electromagnetic quirk that's interfering with the sensors."
The two nodded and started doing what Aizawa asked.
All Might started to do some stretches while Aizawa prepared his goggle to cover his eyes.
Followed by Aizawa behind, All Might was the first to leap into action, landed in front of the villains as he created some cracks on the ground. Immediately as he landed, he swung a fist with blinding speed, knocking away some bad guys close to him.
His attack didn't stopped there, as the shockwave from his punch actually made some other villains struggling to stand firm. All Might saw this as an opening, he launched a series of monstrous punches at them, knocking them away.
Some other villains who were watching from a safe distance decided to join the fight, with quirks that function as a range weapon, they started attacking the number one hero. But at that moment, Aizawa came to the scene and erased their quirks before they could use it.
Still confused on why their quirks couldn't be activated, Aizawa took the chance to move forward, and unexpectedly to everyone, he ruthlessly knocking them out in close quarter combat. He wrapped some of the villains with his special scarf and threw them towards the others.
"Wow... I know All Might's awesome, but Aizawa-sensei's a badass!" Kirishima said, looking at the fight scenes with astonishment.
"Yeah, I didn't expecting him to be good at a one-on-group battle." Midoriya responded.
"Everyone, come on, we have to go." Thirteen ordered, which made them turned and walked to him.
When they all ran up to the exit, some kind of a dark mist came from the ground and slowly formed a figure with two golden eyes. Startled, they all came to a halt.
"Nice to meet you, we are the League of Villains." The mist figure said. "It may be presumptuous of us, but we have invited ourselves to the home of heroes, UA High School. In order to have All Might, the Symbol of Peace, take his last breath."
Thirteen was ready to use his black hole quirk, but all of a sudden, Bakugo and Kirishima darted towards the villain, and attacked him with their quirks.
The confidence on the two students faded away upon seeing their attacks did little to no damage to the villain.
"Oh my, that could be dangerous. I forgot, even if you're students, you're excellent golden eggs." Kurogiri said after the smokes from Bakugo's attack dissipated.
On the other side, Aizawa saw what happened to the students and thirteen. He tried to get to them, but the villains gathered around him, won't let him to take another step.
"Tsk, All Might the kids!" He shouted as he looked at the bigger hero who was already taken care of most villains on the other side.
After sending another blow to some villains, All Might responded to Aizawa with a nod, and was about to go to the students, but...
BOOOMM!
Everyone turned their heads towards the booming noise that resonated around the building. Saw smoke of dusts rose up in the air, small rocks and debris were thrown away to every direction. When the smokes slowly dissipated, revealing All Might who was trying to get up from the ground.
Everyone saw the gigantic black monster already standing in the place where All Might stood earlier, with a fist in front. That became a clear enough sign for everyone, that monster was the one who knocked All Might away with such force.
With this monster on their side, All Might and Aizawa wouldn't have the chance to get even close to the kids. They can only leave the kids to Thirteen.
Meanwhile everyone on the building's entrance were looking at the fight below.
"Unfortunately, your teachers can't help you right now." Kurogiri spoke, making the students to turn at him again.
All of a sudden, Kurogiri spread his mists to engulf the whole class in a massive dome-shaped dark purple mists.
Iida was the one who was quick enough to respond to the attack, with his engine boost quirk, he immediately grabbed Uraraka and Sato, and brought them out of the dome mists.
When the dark mist dome dissipated, revealing only some of the students and Thirteen were present, but they can't find the others.
Iida, Uraraka, and Sato quickly joined Thirteen to face the dark mist figure in front of the entrance door.
"Where are the others!? Shoji, can you detect them?" Iida said as he turned to a student with tentacle-like quirk.
"They're all separated, but they're still in this building." The statement brought relief to the others.
"Class president." Thirteen called, which Iida then turned to look at her. "I want you to run to the main building, and let them know what's happening here. If the villains really have someone with the interference type of quirk, that person must be in hiding. The best thing to do now would be one of us get to the school and get reinforcements. Class President, from Aizawa's quirk test result, you're the fastest in class, you're the most suitable for the task."
Hearing that Iida gritted his teeth and clenched his fists, he wouldn't want to leave his peers in such situation. But he knew that Thirteen's plan was the right course of action to do now.
"But, sensei! As the class president to leave my peers in such peri-" Iida was about to object when Sato cut him.
"Just do what Thirteen-sensei asked. If you get out, the alarms might get activated, that could be the reason they only attacked us inside the building." He stated.
"He's right, if you get out, they wouldn't follow you." Sero added.
"Just like what you did in cafeteria the other day. You can do this, class president!" Uraraka said, giving him support.
Iida turned to look at Thirteen again when she started to speak.
"Class president, use your quirk to save us, to save everyone, and be a Hero!"
There, Iida's eyes opened wide, what sensei and the others said were right. He was the only one who can do this, he had to do this. Iida started to get to his running position, his engine-boost started to activate.
"I know you don't have any other choices, but are you that dumb to discuss your plan in front of the villain!?" Kurogiri quickly spread his mist to trap them like earlier.
"We did it because that won't be a problem!" Thirteen lifted her right hand and directed her index finger to the villain, all of a sudden, a suction effect came from her fingertip. "Black Hole!" She shouted her quirk.
"Such a magnificent quirk!" Kurogiri could still respond despite being sucked into the black hole. "But, Thirteen you're a rescue hero who helps civilians in disaster situation. You're lacking experience in battle with villains!"
As soon as he finished, Kurogiri created another portal behind Thirteen, which connected to himself at the front. That portal warped Thirteen's quirk, and causing the hero to be sucked by her own quirk. Sooner than expected, the hero's incapacitated.
"S-sensei!" Mina shouted when she saw her sensei collapsed to the ground.
"Iida, run! Now!" Sato exclaimed, reminding the class president to run for the exit.
Hearing that, Iida turned to see his friends before focusing his gaze to the entrance.
"DAMN IT!" He shouted as he immediately ran towards the exit with his engine boost.
But Kurogiri didn't lost sight of him, the villain appeared before the class president and was about to warp him.
Shoji quickly reacted as he jumped into Kurogiri, and grabbed the mist figure. "Go! Now!" he shouted, letting Iida to continue running towards the exit.
"Everyone, just wait! I'll come back with reinforcements and save you all!" Iida said in his thought and kept on running towards the main school building.
"ENGINE BOOST!" He shouted, activating his engine to make him run even faster.
Meanwhile at the flood zone of USJ, Midoriya, Mineta Minoru, and Asui Tsuyu were trapped on a ship, while the villains surrounded them on the lake. Midoriya had a plan to fight them, but Mineta, the students with grape-like hair criticized him and his plan.
Midoriya concluded that the villains knew nothing about the students' quirks. That was why they threw them on random places. After the three explained about their quirks to each other, Midoriya used the information to make an escape plan.
But when they were planning a strategy, one of the villains struck the ship and it started to break apart. Without thinking, Midoriya ran his plan and jumped off the ship. With his hand in front, he formed a flick on his fingers, and just like the quirk assessment test, he focussed One For All onto his fingers.
"Delaware… SMASH!"
BOOOMM!
The shockwave from his attack struck the centre of the lake like a spear, causing the water to spread out, creating a whirlpool which trapped the villains around it. Tsuyu jumped with Mineta on her hug, while in the air, she used her frog-like tongue to grab Midoriya.
Didn't want to look like a coward, Mineta threw his sticky substance into the water. When the water converged in the center, all the villains were stuck together by Mineta's quirk.
With that, they successfully escaped the flood zone.
When they were on their way, Midoriya suggested that they should try and call for a help. But then the three came to a halt when they saw their homeroom teacher, Aizawa-sensei was fighting a group of villains in the central plaza. Meanwhile, All Might was fighting the huge beast not far from the place where Aizawa fought.
They saw their teachers, started to get tired from their fights.
"We have to help them." Midoriya said, which of course drew the shocked faces from the other two.
"W-what? Are you crazy!? Even the teachers were struggling to fight them. What're we going to do?" Of course, it was Mineta who responded, he kept his voice low enough so the villains wouldn't notice them.
"We watch the fight first, and we'll jump in when there's an opening." Midoriya explained.
"What!? No! Dude, are you cra-" Mineta was trying to object the plan, but cut by Asui.
"Mineta, why are you joining Hero school in the first place? *ribbit* " Asui said.
"H-Hey! It's normal to be afraid in this situation. Besides, we were a junior high students a few days ago." The grape haired boy reasoned. "You guys are crazy to jump in on a fight of the pros. I don't want to die so quickly, at least not until I touch Yaoyorozu's big boobs."
The other two just ignored him and didn't even paid any attention to the perverted dwarf. They focused on the fights of Aizawa, who had defeated a lot of villains and leaving only some of them to fight.
But then, unexpectedly, Shigaraki, the grey haired man, charged towards the eraser hero.
"So, you're the last boss?" Aizawa said as he also charged towards Shigaraki and launched his scarf to attack the villains' leader.
Shigaraki caught the scarf from Aizawa, holding it while still running towards him. His free hand was readied on the other side.
When the two were close enough, Aizawa sent an attack with his elbow right on the villain's stomach. For a second there, it looked like Aizawa had dealt a fatal blow to the villain.
But no, Shigaraki managed to grab the elbow before it hit his stomach. And with his quirk, he started disintegrating it.
Aizawa couldn't erase the villains' quirk due to the time limit of his quirk. With that, he had to hold the pain from his elbow being disintegrated.
When his quirk was able to get activated again, he erased Shigaraki's quirk, and sent a punch with his good arm that knocked the grey haired man away. Aizawa then backed away while also beating another two villains who attempted to attack him.
"Your quirk isn't suitable for fighting a large group for too long." Shigaraki said while he was trying to get back up. "Even so, you jumped right in, to fight us from the front. Was that to put your students at ease?"
Aizawa paid him no heed as he kept on fighting the rest of the villains and managed to knock them out even with his elbow injured. When he was done with the crooks, he was ready himself to fight the grey-haired who he thought as the last boss.
"By the way hero… I am not the last boss." Shigaraki said, he then looked at the woman with pointy ears and orange hair, who was standing on the side of the fountain, with her arms crossed in her chest.
Aizawa readied himself to fight her, his hair rose up, his scarf floating around his neck.
Midoriya, Asui, and Mineta too were ready to see the last boss in action. They thought the black monster All Might was fighting, was the last boss, but then the pale man revealed it was her. So they were ready to see what made her the final boss.
They waited, and waited, and almost half a minute passed but she didn't advanced at the hero, nor even moved from her place. Even Aizawa's quirk deactivated a few times, but she didn't attacked.
"Hey, final boss, you shoul-" Before Shigaraki finished, she cut him.
"I came here because my boss ordered me to. You're not my boss, don't order me around. I'll fight when I see someone worthy of my time." She said, which brought a thick bead of sweat on everyone's head.
She even managed to frustrate Aizawa a bit by saying that he wasn't worth her time. But that also became a clue for him, that there was someone who probably even stronger than her to even able ordering her as he pleased.
"That Nomu creature is enough to handle this." She said, which brought everyone to see the Nomu receiving a blow from All Might right in the face, but strangely, it didn't got any effect in return.
"No way. All Might's punches didn't have any effect on it." Muttered Midoriya, the other two were silent in response. Mineta was shaking, while Asui sunk half of her head in the water.
BOOOM!
The creature sent a monstrous blow which All Might blocked with his arms, but still managed to throw him away back and hit a wall.
"Tsk… Nomu!" Irritated because Zangya didn't wanted to follow his order, Shigaraki shouted, and ordered Nomu to come to his side and defeat the eraser hero.
Right after the blow to All Might, Nomu darted towards Aizawa who was standing ready with his quirk activated, trying to erase Nomu's power. But to no avail, Nomu was too fast for his eyes to follow. Before he knew it, Nomu already positioned behind him and grabbed his head.
When Aizawa had the chance to saw Nomu with his eyes, he activated his quirk towards the monster. But it didn't do anything as Nomu immediately slammed his head, face first to the ground. A few cracks were created on impact.
One, two, three, four times Nomu slammed his head to the ground, which left a pool of blood on the ground. While still pinning the teacher down, Nomu stomped its foot to Aizawa's arm, breaking his elbow as the result.
"AAAGGH!" Aizawa screamed in pain, while the students can only watched the scene in fear.
When Nomu was about to send a punch to his head, all of a sudden, a blinding fist hit its face, and sent Nomu away back.
The blond hero had recovered from the blow earlier, and now standing on Aizawa's side after sending Nomu away with his punch. "A-Aizawa, I'm sorry." All Might said as he looked at the horrible condition of the hero.
He then took Aizawa off the ground, and carried him. "You three." To the surprise of Midoriya, Asui, and Mineta, All Might knew they had been hiding there all along. They all came out of their hiding, and walked towards All Might. "Take Aizawa to the others and get out of here, I'll take care of the rest."
While the other two nodded at his order, only Midoriya knew about All Might''s condition. He overheard what All Might said this morning when he came late. All Might already use One for All to fight some villains on his way here, he wouldn't have enough time left.
"But All Might, the tim-"
"Young Midoriya." All Might said, as he then turned towards the three before he continued. "It's alright!" As he formed a soothing smile on his face.
Midoriya couldn't respond to that, the three can only nodded and started to walk away to the entrance.
"Do you really think I would let you go!?" Shigaraki said as he ran into Midoriya's direction.
All Might reacted, and was about to go protecting the three from the grey-haired villain, but Nomu quickly came to the front, blocking his way.
In every seconds passed Shigaraki came closer, while All Might still had to fight the Nomu creature if he wanted to help the three. Midoriya and the others were in panicked and couldn't think of any plan.
And then, with his hand to the front, Shigaraki was readied to grab Midoriya's face. Only a few inches left before he can touch the kid's head.
Midoriya can only close his eyes and readied himself.
When Midoriya was still waiting for the villain's attack, nothing happened. He slowly opened his eyes, and there, he found Shigaraki's hand a few inches from touching his face. Midoriya and the others slowly backed away from him.
Strangely, the villain didn't moved to catch them, or perhaps, he couldn't move. Safe for his head, his feet, hands, and body couldn't move.
All Might who just sent Nomu away with his blow, saw this with a confused and surprised expression.
Shigaraki slowly turned his head to look back to the direction of the fountain.
Everyone followed his head to look at the fountain, and there they found Zangya still standing calmly. Her left hand still folded on her chest, while the other was directed towards Shigaraki, with opened palm, and all the fingers pointed at the pale man.
"Y-You… Why are you stopping me?" Shigaraki glared at her with that furious expression on his face. On the other side, Zangya didn't feel intimidated at all, and answered him calmly.
"You came here to kill the big hero. Leave the kids alone, or else…" She slowly pulled all her fingers inside, and there, everyone saw it. It was so thin and no one could see it first, but now they saw it, a series of thin threads were shining when she moved her fingers.
The threads were connected to her fingers and Shigaraki's hands, feet, and body were ensnared to it.
She slowly moved her finger, and tightened the snares on Shigaraki. Everyone could see some marks of the tightened threads on his body slowly formed, and then little by little, blood streamed down from those marks.
"If you don't want to die, then let them go." She glared at him.
"Ghh… Alright fine." Shigaraki started to loosen the intensity on his muscles.
Zangya then gestured with her head so the kids would go from there. The three were confused at first, but they knew she gave them a chance, they quickly moved away from Shigaraki, and went towards the building's entrance.
Once they were away, Zangya released her technique and let Shigaraki free. The man then slowly walked towards her and stood beside her. Both had their attention on All Might.
The number one hero was confused at first, but relieved after he knew the kids were already away from the battle area. He then turned towards Nomu who was recovering from his blow, and trying to get up. The second round of battle was about to begin.
Slowly on Shigaraki's side, a dark mist was formed in thin air. The mist started to form a figure that turned out to be Kurogiri.
"Shigaraki Tomura." Kurogiri called. "Thirteen is defeated, but, I can't stop one of the students from escaping."
Hearing that, Tomura quickly turned towards the mist figure in shock for a second, but then he calmed himself. "It's alright, we still have Nomu, and All Might is here. Once we kill him, our job's done."
Kurogiri wasn't really surprised hearing that, considering Nomu on their side, they would be able to defeat the number one hero as the creature were made with the sole purpose of killing All Might. Besides, they still had Zangya on their side.
"But, I guess, it's better to end this fast. Kurogiri, help Nomu kill All Might." Shigaraki said as Kurogiri agreed, observing the fight, and when he saw an opening, he'll start to move.
Realizing his power became weaker as time went, a few punches he had thrown at the Monster didn't left any effect, All Might decided to go for a suplex. He got behind Nomu and grabbed around its waist, slowly lifting the monster up before he smashed it to the ground.
BROOOOOMMM!
The impact was monstrous, the sound of him smashing Nomu sounded like an exploding bomb. The explosion of dusts and debris were massive as it reached about ten metres above the ground.
Everyone on the building turned towards the noise and saw the explosion of dusts. They knew, it was All Might, only he could make a martial arts move sounded so deafening in the ears of the spectators.
"I-Incredible… pro hero is really on a different level." Mineta said as he looked back at the central plaza where All Might was fighting. Midoriya and Asui thought the same when they saw the effect of All Might's attack.
"Hey, we need to hurry and get Aizawa-sensei to safety first." Asui commented after she realised they had been watching the scene for too long while Aizawa still in critical condition and in needed of help.
"A-alright." Midoriya responded as he then took a glance once more at All Might. But there, he saw it, Kurogiri was interfering in the fight.
With his warp quirk, he transported Nomu's upper body before it hit the ground. Allowing the monster to appear under All Might, grabbing on his weak spot.
There Kurogiri explained to All Might, that Nomu's job was to bring half of All Might body through the portal. After that, the mist figure will carry his duty to eviscerate the number one hero, with ripping him in half by closing the portal.
Try as he might, the hero couldn't release himself from Nomu's grip. The monster kept on tightening its piercing grip on his weak spot.
"Asui, Mineta." The two turned towards Midoriya who called them. "I'll leave Aizawa-sensei to you…"
"W-wait Midoriya, what are you doing?" Asui asked as Midoriya put down slowly the eraser hero. Asui knew what was on the green-haired boy's mind, but she couldn't believe he would do that.
"I will save him, I will help All Might!" Midoriya exclaimed as he rushed towards the hero with tears in his eyes. He didn't want his mentor to die, not like this. "All Might, no… I don't want you to die, I still have so many things to learn from you, no... please no!"
As he came closer to All Might, he jumped forward to save the hero, but unexpectedly, Kurogiri appeared in front of him, opening another portal for the kid to enter.
Midoriya couldn't do anything, he was in the air, he can't dodge or move away from his trajectory.
BOOM!
"Get out of my way Dekutard!" Bakugo suddenly jumped towards Kurogiri, and with his explosion quirk, he managed to blow the warp villain away while grabbing his weak spot and pinned the villain down to the ground.
On the other side, half of Nomu's body was frozen, which made it easier for All Might to release the monster's grip, and got away from it.
"Young Todoroki!?" All might thought when he saw the kid and realised it was his doing to freeze Nomu.
"Damn it! Only I who haven't the chance to show off!" Kirishima exclaimed as reached All Might and the others.
Behind the others, Midoriya was still stunned as he looked at his friends around him. "Kacchan… Everyone." He then swiped the tears in his eyes, and readied in his stance to fight the villains.
Everyone on the building's entrance could also see their friends came to help the number one hero.
"L-leave everything here to All Might, y-you need to get to safety a-and wait for the reinforcements to come." Thirteen said weakly.
Back on the central plaza, All Might and the four students were readied in their stance to fight the villains.
"HAH! You stupid mist! I know your weak point is that plates on your neck, I realized it when we attacked you at the entrance." Bakugo said as he tightened his grip on Kurogiri's plates. "Don't move! If I see even a little movement from you, I'll blow you to pieces." The volatile blond threatened with a series of small explosion from his fingers.
"Your attitude really doesn't suit a hero." Kirishima said when he saw the blond.
"As expected from the number one hero school students." Shigaraki commented. "Nomu."
With that, he ordered Nomu to get up which break half of its frozen body. But unexpectedly, the monster also had the ability to regenerate. With that, the monster fully came back to its earlier form, like nothing had happened to it.
"Now, first we have to take back our way out." Shigaraki said which brought the surprise in everyone. "Nomu."
Nomu quickly charged forward to where Kurogiri was held down by Bakugo. With a blinding speed it moved towards him, no one can follow his movement except for All Might.
BRROOOM!
The monster sent a monstrous blow towards Bakugo to release Kurogiri.
"KACCHAN!" MIdoriya shouted, the other two were also too shocked and couldn't react to the attack. But what Midoriya said next directed their attention to the green haired boy. "Kacchan!? You dodged that?" Midoriya exclaimed, as the others turned and saw Bakugo, sitting on the ground beside them.
"S-Shut up! It wasn't me." Bakugo said, still stunned on what just happened. "So fast, I couldn't react." He thought.
Everyone then looked at the place where they thought Kacchan was thrown away. When the dusts slowly dissipated, started revealing All Might standing with his arms crossing his chest, protecting himself from Nomu's punch.
"You really didn't pull your punches." All Might said, still panting from receiving the blow, and blood came from one corner of his mouth.
"I did this to save my comrade." Shigaraki responded. "Just like what you'd do to protect your students. In the end of the day, both heroes and villains are the same. We both use violence to protect what's important to us. Your title, the Symbol of Peace, is just another form of oppressive violence."
All Might can only gritted his teeth and readied himself in stance to fight.
The other students were also readied themselves to help the hero. "It's gonna be three against five, we can do this." Todoroki said.
"It's true that we already know the mist figure's weakness. But there's still one of them who hasn't get into the fight." Midoriya said which brought the other to turn at him.
"There's still another one of them?" Kirishima asked.
In response, Midoriya pointed his hand towards the woman who was standing in front of the fountain, still with her arms crossing her chest. She didn't looked to be interested in joining the fight.
"The only thing we knew about her is that she can use some kind of threads, but just that, we don't know anything about her abilities in a fight." Midoriya said, while all the others were looking at the woman.
"These people are crazy, but if we work together with All Might, we can win this." Kirishima said as he activated his hardening quirk on his hands.
"No!" All Might objected, slowly walking in front of them to protect them. "You all, leave now. I appreciate your help earlier. But it's alright. Leave this to the pro, leave it to me."
"But All Might, you're bleeding…" Midoriya tried to reason. "Also, the tim-" But he stopped before he spilled the secret.
In response, All Might gave a thumbs up to the students, and gave the last soothing smile, before he turned his gaze towards the villains. He took a deep breath...
"It's true that I barely have a minute left. My power has been declining faster than expected. But, I must do this. Because, I am…"
Shigaraki charged towards them and readied his hands on both sides.
"… The Symbol of Peace!"
Shigaraki who was charging towards the kids suddenly stopped when he felt the overwhelming aura of All Might who then charged towards him.
Nomu quickly reacted and darted towards All Might with its fist pulled back, and...
BOOOOM!
The shockwaves of both monstrous blows clashed with each other was so powerful, it threw away everyone on the scenes, both from the villains and the hero's sides. Only All Might, Nomu and Zangya who was still standing on the ground.
Midoriya and the others were thrown away a few metres back until they fell to the ground.
"Tsk, oi oi… you know Nomu have the ability of shock absorption don't you?" Shigaraki said, as he landed.
"I do!" All Might answered. "HAAHH!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOOOM!
Both, him and Nomu kept on attacking each other with a barrage of fists. Each of those fists clashing with one another and created continuous shockwaves to send out the area. Making Midoriya and the others struggled to just stand on their feet.
"A-a head-on fist fight!?" Midoriya commented as he covered his face with one arm while the other hand holding on the ground.
"W-wow…!" Kirishima astonished. While the other, Bakugo and Todoroki didn't commented on the fight.
"I-I can't get near them." Kurogiri said on Shigaraki's side while struggling to get near the fight but kept getting pushed back.
"If you were having trouble standing on your feet because of this, then you're going to have a lot more when he start getting serious." It was Zangya who unexpectedly walking up to them casually, while still with her arms folded on her chest. "This All Might seems to be quite the capable hero after all." She smirked.
Shigaraki, and Kurogiri knew that Zangya and the other two Heras were strong, but they didn't expecting her to be this strong and how can she be so calm even after watching a powerful scene like this.
"If your quirk is shock absorption. Then there's a limit to it!" All Might exclaimed as he slowly gained the upper hand. "Made to fight me…!? If you can withstand me at 100%... then I'll force you to surrender from beyond that!"
All Might's punches became faster and stronger, every blows, every hits… was more than 100% of his power. Nomu slowly losing its capability to absorb all of the punches, and started to back away. Until one monstrous punch, threw the monster away back like a rocket.
Nomu managed to land on its feet, while All Might jumped to the sky, and rocketed down towards the monster with his fist pulled back.
"A Hero, can always break out of a tough spot!"
Seeing the hero darted towards him from the sky, Nomu ran forward to gain momentum, then jumped towards the hero also with a pulled back fist.
BOOOOOOM!
Their fists clashed in the sky, sending shockwaves that could be felt from the ground.
Quickly reacted after the blow, All Might grabbed Nomu's arm, and spinning it around in the sky. At the right momentum, he threw the black monster down the ground, like a missile splitting the sky.
BROOOOOMMM!
On impact, the whole ground of the central plaza was destroyed, rocks and debris were thrown to every direction, and another shockwave was sent out throughout the center of the building.
All Might quickly landed right in front of Nomu.
"Hey, villain… have you ever heard this words!?" All Might pulled back his right fist, clenched his teeth, planted his feet, tensed up his muscle, and… "Go Beyond! PLUS ULTRA!"
BAAAMMM!
The punch shattered the ground where All Might was standing. The impact created a vibration that was sent throughout the whole facility.
With one devastating blow, All Might sent the monster to the sky, breaking through the USJ dome-shaped roof, and sent the monster flying out of the building.
"What was that? That was the villain wasn't it?" Sero from the building's entrance commented when he saw the monster was sent flying out of the building.
"Y-Yeah… and that power…" Sato responded.
"It's All Might, he did it, there's no one else can do something so amazing!" Mineta shouted happily, knowing the strongest villain was already defeated.
"I-Incredible… He overcome that monster's shock absorption." Kirishima commented, astonished as he watched the number one hero's display of power.
"What an insane power…" Bakugo continued, still looking at the hero who was still standing in front of the remaining villains. "He rushed at that monster so fast it couldn't even have the time to regenerate?"
At that moment, all the students asking the same question on their minds. "Is this… the world of top pro heroes?"
"Haah… haah… haa… I really have gotten a lot weaker." All Might said while still panting in front of his students. "In my prime… five hits would've been enough. But that even need more than 300 blows." All Might clarified as he stood tall, showing the determination to face the remaining villains.
"Damn it, my time's up." All Might cursed in his thought when he felt his power decreasing considerably. Smokes came from his body, an effect that appeared as a sign that he was about to turn into his skinny form.
"Now, villain. I believe you want to end this quickly?" He said, facing the villain without showing any sign of weakening. Though he acted tough, his body was actually couldn't hold his power for long, he can't even move an inch from his place.
"Looks like he really didn't need any help from us." Todoroki commented.
"You're right. Midoriya, let's go, it'll be bad if we end up being hostage." Kirishima said, calling the green haired boy who was on the front, watching the number one hero in worried.
When he saw All Might, Midoriya knew it. Those smokes from his body, those were the sign when he turned into the skinny form. That means, All Might was at his limit, the hero was just bluffing so the villains wouldn't dare to step up.
"Now, villains! Come and fight me!" The number one hero shouted.
On the other side, Shigaraki and Kurogiri was uncertain to advance towards the hero.
"If only Nomu's still here…!" Shigaraki started to panic and scratching his neck, leaving some marks on it.
"He's just bluffing."
To the surprise of everyone, it was Zangya who said that, she walked towards the other two villains and positioned herself beside them.
"He's already at his limit." She continued, which brought the shocked faces on all the students and All Might.
"All Might's at his limit?" All the students were confused at that statement of her, except Midoriya who already knew the truth.
"He had given his all at that fight earlier. If you want to kill him, this is the time." She clarified still with uninterested expression and a level tone of voice.
All of them were frozen on their place, the kids still processing her statement, the villains still surprised on the information, All Might couldn't move as he was too worn out.
When the villains started to face All Might and were ready to attack. The students quickly came to the front to protect him.
"We're not going to let you." Todoroki said.
"We already know the mist's weakness, we can win this." Kirishima said.
Tap... tap... tap... tap…
To the surprise of the hero's side. It wasn't the mist figure nor the grey haired man who stepped up towards them. But the woman with orange hair, and bluish skin. She walked calmly while her right hand slowly raised to the front, palm opened, all her fingers pointed at them.
The four students ready in their stance despite being told to go by All Might. They were ready to fight. But then… they froze.
They couldn't move an inch of even their fingers. There, Midoriya knew she used her quirk on them.
"I c-can't move…" Kirishima struggled.
Same with him, the other three couldn't move a single muscle. Todoroki who had never used his fire side for some reason, for the first time since he entered UA, he was considering to use it to cut the threads. Slowly, on his left hand, a smoke appeared, and a small fire started to form, until Zangya stopped him.
"Don't fight." She said. "You can't do anything to break it." She clarified, and it was true, her Psycho Thread wasn't just normal threads, it was a technique of manipulating energy from inside her body, to form some kind of energy thread to snare up her opponents. It can also absorb her opponents' energy.
"I wouldn't kill you, I'll just kill the hero." She said, as she was getting closer and closer.
All the students started sweating nervously, every time they tried to move, the threads will scratch their body and let out some drop of blood. If they forced themselves to move, their body will definitely cut into pieces.
The most worried of them all was Midoriya. He didn't wanted this to happen, there was so many things he wanted to learn from All Might. He didn't wanted to lose his idol. If only… if only he was stronger, all of this wouldn't happen, this wouldn't happen. A small stream of tears started flowing down his cheeks, he closed his eyes, he couldn't watch this, he didn't wanted to watch this.
But then, when the situation getting intense, she stopped. Only a few meters away from them, but she stopped.
Midoriya opened his eyes as he heard her steps stopped moving. When he turned to see her, there was someone standing between them. He looked familiar…
It took him a few seconds to recognize the tall man in front of him, until he shouted the name.
"Son-sensei!"
[1] I hate how they forgot all the scars in the z-fighters' bodies, even Vegeta still had some scars until Cell saga. But then in Super, it's all gone. For me, it's weird how the body of the fighters who had gone through a lot of battles that endangered the whole planet had not a single scar.

Those two fics are awesome, and the DBZ characters didn't get weakened at all. I didn't understand the original language but I used the google translate page to translate the language to English. I recommend that stories if you want to read a good DBZ crossover with a consistency in power level. (But the translation might be hard to understand in some part, cause it's google translate.)

And what makes me regretted more to have wrote that scene was that the loss of his jacket didn't really affect the story in the future chapters. But well, damage's already done.
As for the villains and why Gohan felt like Mary Sue, honestly, at first I don't have any plan for the story, I don't have any ideas for the future chapters, including the villains. That's why I then edited the story up to chapter 5. I tried to find the right villains and the scenario on how they'd end up in MHA world and meet Gohan. I know some others hated it, that I edited the story, some even left the story because of that. But I think it was the better way to experience it.

Zedwolfshifted – Yeah, about why he took off the jacket, like I said in the review response of slade42, I didn't think of that when I wrote the scene. I just wanted to make it look dramatic and cool, and I do regretted to have written that scene. As for your other review, I don't know Gohan could detect energy that was left on his jacket. (From what I know, the concept of energy in DB universe is that, every living thing has energy, and I don't think jacket is a living thing.)
Before I wrote this story, I re-watched the dragon ball series. I re-watched from the OG dragon ball, to DBZ, and DBS (though I didn't finish Super, cause it was boring. I read the manga though, it was pretty good. Some aspects were executed better than the anime).
And I found a lot of details from OG DB that they removed in DBZ and Super, such as Goku's super hard head and his sense of smell that was leagues above any other characters. But never have I seen any scenes where the characters detected someone's energy from their clothing. I don't know if I was wrong or I missed it, but I don't think there was any of that. Anyway, thank you for reading, and to have paid attention on that detail.

There it is everyone, thank you for reading, hope you all enjoyed. Sorry if it's so long yet somehow feel rushed, it's all because I wrote what could be a two chapters into one. This chapter was actually going to be the battle training arc only, and the next one will be the USJ incident arc.
But then I think it'll be boring if Gohan didn't do anything (that's the hard part of making Gohan as a teacher in UA, he will not take many roles on future events, like the UA festival for example. If he was a student, he would have some action by beating the crap out of the others in that festival arc). That's why I decided to include the USJ arc in this chapter.
