A/N: So for this chapter of the story, It is a Live Action Adaptation of the Nightwing vs Daredevil DEATH BATTLE, so there may be some parts of the content that don't make sense here, so... Just bare with me guys. But Right Now, as my old pal Boomstick would Say: "IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
We see Ryan wake up on a concrete floor of a building, unknown to his surroundings. "Nnngh, what in the Hell." he moaned, as he got up from his spot, and looked around to see that he was in an automobile repair shop at night, "Wait a minute... Is this? Nico's Garage?" Just as he was about to continue looking around the Garage, A figure dropped down from above in the middle of the vicinity. He was wearing a Red and black suit that made him look like a real devil. This was Daredevil, MARVEL'S Man without Fear. Daredevil used his heightened hearing to listen to the surrounding area before turning his attention to a white car, just where Ryan was.

"Holy Shit, Matt?" Ryan said in surprise, "What the Depths of Hell Are You-" Before Ryan can finish, Daredevil walked over to the Car, and feels around the back, then he punches it to open the trunk. He grabs a silver briefcase lying in the middle of the back. On the briefcase was a symbol with a small bright red rectangle with a black queen chess piece at the center. Before he closes the trunk, he starts picking up on a scent.
"I know you're there. You can leave now, or I can drag you out. It's your choice." The Man without fear said, looking at Ryan.
"What?" Ryan shockingly replied, "Matt You know me, I even Helped You and-"
"Oooh, I'm shaking in my boots. Especially looking at the Prince of Darkness." Said a voice, Ryan turned around to see a man wearing a black suit with a blue bird like symbol centered on the chest, and was wearing a mask over his eyes, This is Richard 'Dick' Grayson, better known as Nightwing.
"Dick?" Ryan said in a shocked voice, "What are you and Matt-"
"But that case is part of an investigation I've been working. So why don't you hand it over, and I'll get out of your horns?" The original Boy Wonder said to the Blind Hero, as Daredevil closes the trunk and slowly starts approaching Dick.
"WHAT THE-" Ryan shouted in his head, "Why can't they hear me!?"
"Is that a no, then?" Nightwing said, as the two vigilantes take their stance.
"Wait a minute... Where have I seen this before." Ryan whispered, as he thought for a moment to figure out what was going on.
As he did, the two Vigilantes run towards each other, Daredevil tries punching Nightwing, but the former Boy Wonder dodges and tries kicking the Man Without Fear. Daredevil catches the kick, prompting Nightwing to flip backwards. Matt punches Dick two times before trying to slam him into the ground, but Dick manages to flip over his arm and punches him back. Daredevil tries kicking Nightwing, but the Dark Knight's sidekick ducks before backflipping to avoid a punch.
While leaping back, Nightwing throws two wingdings at his opponent, who back flips to avoid both of them. The projectiles strike a car right behind him. After they both land on their feet, they resume their fighting stances and rush towards each other. Daredevil blocks Nightwing's punches before ducking down to avoid Dick's spinning kick. Now back to back, the former Titan tries backhanded attacks that the Defender catches.
"Now, I know where I've seen this!" Ryan exclaimed, "This DEATH BATTLE'S First ever Live-Action Death Battle, Nightwing vs Daredevil, DEATH BATTLE Episode 99, I love this Episode!"
As Ryan continued being aspired from the battle, Daredevil punches Nightwing and kicks him forward into a car. Dick narrowly avoids Matt's kick, which shatters the car door and window. Nightwing tries kicking Daredevil, but Matt catches his leg and pins him against the car. Dick manages to push him back and tries punching him again, but Matt blocks the attack and flips the both of them to pin Dick on the ground between his legs.
Daredevil takes out his billy club and tries swinging it down at the pinned Nightwing. Dick manages to narrowly avoid getting struck on the head before using his gauntlet to disarm Matt. Nightwing manages to turn around and pin Daredevil, but the attorney's leg manages to block his punch. He barely misses Daredevil's head when attempting to stab his opponent's head with his gauntlet.
Nightwing then pins Daredevil's right arm down with his legs. While the two wrestle, He activates the scanner in his mask and discovers the electro waves emitting out of Matt's head and an anomally in his opponent's visual cortex.
"What the-!?" The Famous Flying Grayson said, as he dislocates Matt's arm, causing the Man without Fear to yell in pain. When Daredevil attempts to stand up, Dick uses his legs to toss Matt into a dusty crate. Daredevil struggles to stand up while Nightwing leaps off of the ground without using his hands. Matt puts his billy club into his mouth to bite on it as he relocates his arm.
"Woah," Ryan said in Star Struck, "Now that was cool."
Nightwing looked at his Death Battle Opponent, surprised at what he just did to his arm.
"What are you?" Nightwing said in suspense, as he takes out his escrima sticks out of his utility belt and prepares a stance.
Daredevil takes out his other billy club and connects the two parts to form a longer stick. "Better." He replied, as the two rushed back into battle, with Ryan cheering from the sidelines.
"Go Get'em Boy Wonder," he Shouted, "Man, this is one awesome dream... But something's off?" as he looked to the back of the white car, pondering as he cupped his chin. "Why did the briefcase have the Black Queen Club's logo on it?"
Nightwing counters Daredevil's billy club attack and electrocutes his opponent with the escrima sticks. Daredevil tosses his club into a car which bounces back and hits Nightwing in the back of the head before its owner catches the weapon. Nightwing tries rushing down his opponent with his sticks and manages to hit Daredevil once before getting hit again with the billy club. Noticing a circuit box in the corner of the shop, Dick tosses one of his sticks into the electrical switch, turning off all the lights in the facility.
Nightwing runs away to perform a stealth attack on his opponent, but Daredevil's radar sense allows him to see in the dark.
"You think the darkness is your ally?" The Man Without Fear said, trying to find Nightwing, "I was born in it... Molded by it..." As he continued to look for Batman's Original Protégé, he hears three Wing Dings coming at him and counters them into a nearby car, "I Didn't see the light until I was a man!"
Nightwing tries leaping off a car to perform one final strike with his escrima stick, but Daredevil senced him, and knocks him down by launching his grappling hook right into the former Robin's face.
Nightwing falls onto the ground face down in pain and drops his remaining stick.
"OOOOOOHHHHHH," Ryan said, biting his teeth, "That'll hurt in the morning."
Daredevil turns his opponent upward using his foot and plants it on Nightwing's chest to keep him down.
"I wish I could see the look on your face." Daredevil said to Nightwing, Pointing his stack at Nightwing's face.
"You know what, pal," Nightwing Chuckled at the man without fear, "Me Too."
Nightwing pushes a button on his belt and activates the ultrasonic soundwaves in the three Wing Dings he threw at Daredevil in the dark. Matt starts feeling immense pain and steps back to cover his ears while screaming. Nightwing stands back up and charges his fist with electricity to deliver one final punch to Daredevil, snapping the vigilante's neck from the impact. Daredevil's body falls down lifeless.
"K.O.!" Ryan shouted, putting his fist in the air, celebrating Nightwing's victory, as Dick Grayson walks away to grab the briefcase as Matt Murdock's corpse lies on the floor with his detached Daredevil mask in front of him.
"See You in Hell." Nightwing said, as he opened the trunk of the car to grab the briefcase, but was immediately stopped by something being pressed up against the side of his head.
Nightwing looked to his left to see a man with slanted, dark-green eyes and bright, long, orange hair, with long bangs covering his right eye. Black eyeliner traced his visible left eye. He wore a red-lined white suit with long black pants and black shoes. His accessories included a small gray scarf, black gloves with buckled sleeves, and a black bowler hat with a small feather tucked into its red band.
"What The Fuck!" Ryan Screamed, "WHAT THE DEPTHS OF HELL IS ROMAN TORCHWICK DOING HERE!?"
"Sorry Boy Blunder." Torchwick said, firing his Melodic Cudgel right into Nightwing's face, causing his head to explode, and had blood spilling out onto the floor, "But that briefcase is Mine."
"ROBIN!" Ryan yelled, as Torchwick grabbed the brief case, and laughed maniacally like The Joker.
As he did, the whole garage was set on fire, and many shadow silhouettes were appearing around Ryan, taking forms of his past enemies, and some of Remnant's enemies, as they all closed in on him, causing Ryan to fall to his knees, and start to panic.
"WHAT IN THE FUCKIN' DEPTHS OF HELL IS THIS!?" Ryan Yelled out loud, as a tip of a sword was pointed right at Ryan. Ryan looked up at who was holding the sword, and to his surprise, it was a silhouette that looked exactly like Ryan.
Ryan got shocked at what he had to see, as he tried to get up, but fell on his butt. "You!" Ryan said in shock, as the Look-a-like Silhouette stabbed Ryan in the chest, causing some blood to spill out. Then, the Look-a-like Silhouette pulled the sword out of Ryan's chest, held it above him, and had a devilish smile on his unknown face.
"Goodbye... Brother." The Look-a-like Silhouette said, as it struck it's sword down, cutting Ryan in half, and causing all of the flames to go out.
"GWAAAAAHHHHH!" Ryan screamed, as he sat up and looked around to see that he was no longer in the Garage, but back in his team's room.
