"These kids of yours have been training nonstop for years. Even if project Mjolnir isn't past the testing stage. The top brass want to see results. They want to see what your Spartans can do." Explained Admiral Parangosky via video link.

"Understood but what kind of results do they want to see?" Asked Halsey as she stood beside Mendez.

"Basically a field test. These boys and girls need to be thrown into action. And luckily a recent development on Earth has supplied the perfect opportunity for you Halsey." Smirked Parangosky as she sat back in her seat.

"What kind of development would that be Ma'am?" Questioned Mendez.

"You'll receive all information once you have a team selected on route to Earth. Just FYI this mission is kind of a big deal. Colonel Ackerson won't be to pleased when he learns he's teams aren't in on this operation... Parangosky our." The video connection ended with static followed by Halsey and Mendez sharing a look to each other.

On Route to Earth

"Spartans! You have been selected to represent the UNSC in a joint operation with Law Enforcment and hero agencies on Earth." Spoke Mendez as he stood in front of all the young Spartans standing at attention.

"Your mission is to capture a well known Insurrectionist leader and assist breaking down the Yakuza's operations." Explained Halsey briefly.

"Who's the target?" Asked Sam with great curiosity that was shared by the rest of his squadron.

"Target goes by Codename Kurogiri. He's been linked to a small yet dangerous insurrectionists/villain group that go by the name the league of villains. Kurogiri is believed to be close with the leagues leader Tomura Shigaraki... We need him alive. Any intel we can get out of him will help in taking one of the big players that continues to harass military personnel and Heroes alike." Explained Mendez

Izuku then stood up raising his hand. Mendez gave a nod giving him permission to speak. "Sir. You mentioned assisting in taking down the Yakuza's operations. What exactly is their operation?"

"For matters of secrecy Pro Hero Sir Nighteye has kept that information classified until a team joins the heroes for a briefing. You'll get your answers then 117" spoke Halsey

"Only a selection of you will be able to go on this mission. And that decision is up to your squad leader. Which reminds me.." said Mendez as he turned and approached Izuku. As he did Izuku quickly stood up at attention.

"Cadet 117. You are hereby promoted to Petty Officer Third Class." Announced Mendez with a Salute.

Izuku returned the salute. "Thank you sir."

"Now then. Choose your team and get ready. And most importantly. Be prepared for anything." Added Mendez.

Izuku nodded and turned to his fellow Spartans eyeing them off carefully. "034, 087, 104, 058 and 052. You're with me." Ordered Izuku

The selected Spartans replied in Unison "Yes Sir!"

Location: Earth, Unknown area

"My master only wishes to test your product before commiting to a purchase Overhaul." Speaks a figure who's body appears to be made of purple and black mist.

The man sitting opposite him groans but is muffled by the mask he wears which somewhat looks like a bird beak. "Yes but knowing who you work for he could use my product on a specific target that he has been known to dislike. And once he does that he'll no longer have need for my merchandise. You see the problem I'm having Kurogiri?

Kurogiri sighs "I do. But we have more targets we want out of the way. Not just the one even though the young master would take great pleasure in dealing with All Might."

"That still doesn't fill me with confidence. How about this then. I'll let you sample my product in exchange you allow some of your fellow league members work with me for a bit." Offered Overhaul as he leaned forward on his desk.

"Hmm what members do you have in mind?" Asked the purple mist form in curiousity.

"You for one. Your talents could be good for distribution of my little product across the colonies. And maybe the girl with knives. Oh and the patchy guy too. He could be useful." Answered Overhaul.

Kurogiri hummed softly "I'll have to give these terms to my master before giving a response."

"Then you better make a move."

Kurogiri disappeared into the air out of sight. Overhaul stood from his desk and stepped out of the room heading to a hidden door. He stepped in and followed the maze of hall ways and turns until he stepped into what looked to be a lab.

"How's this batch coming along Chrono?" He asked.

"This one looks promising. With a few more developments in the processing we just may be able to erase a persons quirk completely for good." Answers the silver haired man known as Chrono.

"That's what I like to hear. Now to do one more check up." Spoke Overhaul as he stepped out the lab and walked down the hall towards a door with a man guarding it.

The man gasped and stood up straight as he walked closer "Overhaul sir! Sh-she tried to make a run b-but I caught her just before she got to far down the street. She bumped into some heroes but I don't think they knew what was going on." The man panicked.

Overhaul stepped past him and opened the door revealing a pink bedroom with the floor covered in toys. On the bed sat a silver haired girl with ruby coloured eyes shivering in fear at the sight of the man.

Her eyes widened as she watched Overhaul remove his glove and stare the girl down "What happens next is your fault Eri..." he spoke in evilishly dark tone.

The man standing at the door looked between them in confusion "what do me..." he sentence became cut off as Overhaul flicked his wrist gliding his hand against the man and then...

SPLAT!

He was reduced to nothing but a sickening blood stain against the floor and walls. Overhaul pulled his glove back on and slammed the bedroom door shut and turned to see that Chrono had witnessed what happened but was unfazed.

"I'm taking a bath... clean up this fucking filth" spoke Overhaul casually as he walked by.

Izuku stared at his reflection in the helmet he held in his hand looking at the familiar fluffy and wildness of his regrown hair, to his emerald coloured eyes and even his plain looking face.

"You okay?" Asked Sam sitting next to him removing his own helmet.

"Yeah fine. Nervous I guess. This out first real mission." Answered Izuku as he placed down the helmet into his lap. The Spartans were outfitted with a uniform and armour similar to the ODSTs. However the armour wasn't as bulky and instead of names printed on them it was their numbers.

"Technically this is just a briefing. The mission comes after." Spoke Fred sitting opposite the two.

"Prepare for landing Blue Team." Spoke the Pelican Pilot.

Izuku grabbed his helmet and locked it on and before standing up and walking towards the back hatch carrying a duffle bag. As the dropship touched down on the ground the hatched opened revealing a blue woman in what could be describe as a skimpy outfit and a clear mask.

She approached them with a gentle smile and bowed "Greetings Blue team and welcome to Japan. I am Bubblegirl. I'm here to pick you up on behalf Sir Nighteye and his agency."

"So you're a pro hero?" Asked Kelly from with one her helmet.

"Yes. Well a sidekick to be more accurate. I'll escort to the agency now. By the time we arrive the other pro heroes should arrive and we can begin the briefing." Explained Bubblegirl as she lead blue team to a van.

Ochako sat between Tsu and Itsuka as they waited for the meeting to begin. No one spoke about why they were there. But it had to be something important since so many hero agency's were here.

Before her mind could wander further the front doors opened and another pro hero leading 6 tactical looking people into the room. The entrance of these individuals gained the attention of everyone. The 6 Military personal stood at the back wall at full attention with their helmets still on hiding their faces behind the visors.

"Who are these guys?" Asked Pro hero Rock Lock with his arms crossed.

"These are representives of the UNSC. They will be joining this operation." Spoke Nighteye as Bubblegirl joined him at the front standing at his side.

"Why's the military here?" Asked Fatgum in visible confusion.

"Better yet why are we all here?" Asked pro hero and U.A teacher Eraserhead.

"To answer Erasers questions you're all here as part of a joint operation involving the Shie Hassakiai. The reason the U.N.S.C is involved is because they have been associating with known insurrectionist members." Explained Nighteye gaining everyone's attention.

Ochako listened as the pro heroes talked among themselves as she connected the dots seeing how they are all connected. Fatgum and his agency were involved in a street fight where someone pulled a gun out and shot Fatgums intern Suneater and caused him to temporarily lose his quirk.

Everyone's eyes widened at the thought of possibly losing their quirk. As this information was revealed Ochako glances towards the UNSC representives but can't get a read on them due to there statue like stance.

"That's only the tip of problem." Spoke Fatgum. Regain everyone's focus and then proceed "we did tests on the bullet that recovered. And what we found was traces of human blood."

Izuku's eyes widened hearing this information but no one noticed. Nighteye then showed an image of a man wearing bird like mask almost looking like he belonged during an era when there was a plague. "This is Kai Chisaki. Quirk Overhaul. His quirk allows him to take apart and put together anything at a molecular level. We believe he's using his ability to create the quirk erasing bullets using a girl named Eri who we discovered when Mirio and Itsuka were on patrol."

Izuku turned towards the two mentioned Interns and was quick to notice the two were shaking and were extremely pale. He also recognised a familiar look in their eyes... Guilt.

The same way he felt guilty for losing his family and fellow cadets they now felt guilty for the fate of the girl under Overhauls control. The atmosphere in the room was grim. There was no denying that. Izuku took note that this a rescue mission for the heroes as well as a snatch and grab for him and his team.

To change the atmosphere Nighteye focused on the Blue team and spoke "What orders were you given by your superiors?"

Izuku stepped forward and all eyes fell on him "Sir. Orders were to capture insurrectionist Kurogiri and assist law Enforcement and Pro heroes against the Yakuza during the operation."

"Very well. When we find their hideout we look forward to your assistance." Added Nighteye.

The briefing quickly came to a close. Jorge grabbed Izukus attention "Sir. I thought we were going on a mission after this briefing."

"So did I. Looks like we'll have to be patient." Replied Izuku.

Before the Spartans could discuss this any further Bubblegirl and Nighteye approaches them "We have set up accommodation in the basement of my agency for you. I apologise for it not being the most comfortable but it was the best I could organise under the circumstances." Explained Nighteye.

"It's alright Sir. We're used to it." Answered Izuku.

"Thank you for your understanding Petty Officer. Bubblegirl will show you your accomodation." Spoke Nighteye as he turned and walked to his office. While Bubblegirl lead the Spartans to the basement.

The wait for their first mission to begin would be shorter then they expected.
