Quinn groaned as she fell back against the stall wall after puking her acids.

"That's so gross." Lucy spoke up out of no where but this time Quinn just rolled her eyes.

"Go away."

"No."

"Are you here for my slow torture."

"No, I believe you have that wrong because you are here for my slow torture."

"Screw you."

Silence engulfed the two once more. Lucy's mind was on Rachel and the girls shimmering light.

"So.. Who was that girl?"

"Why do you care?"

Lucy sighed but reeled in her urge to be sarcastic. It was clear arguing with Quinn didn't get her far. She needed to ease the blonde in unconsciously.

"Just curious. She seemed to really care about your well being."

"Pfft. Sure she does. That's why she ratted me out about who the baby's father is." Quinn's eyes widened instantly at the word vomit she just had.

Lucy internally smiled triumphantly. "You don't know whose the father of your baby?"

"We are not having this conversation." Quinn replied fighting with her swollen belly to stand.

"Why not? You already told me you don't know."

"Because we aren't."

"Okay, fine. Than whose that girl?"

"Nobody. She's not important."

"Who says she has to be?"

"Look I'm not going to waste the rest of my lunch hour talking about Berry."

"Again with the fruit! What the hell is wrong with you?! Can't you have a normal civilized conversation?!"

"Says the uncivilized animal!" Quinn fired back before storming out of the bathroom leaving a frustrated lion in her wake.

Rachel was sat in the auditorium. She just finished her lunch and felt herself relax a little more after the feeling she just had moments ago that made her feel as if she was being watched.

She couldn't stop the guilty feeling in the pit of her stomach either. She knew it was do to the fact that she was able to eat but Quinn couldn't or at the very least she believed she couldn't at the moment.

The brunette couldn't pull her mind from the blonde. She was worried now that she got an up close look at the blonde's face and how worn out she looked. Where was Noah?

She hadn't seen him in school. She doesn't understand how someone who supposedly wants to keep their child so badly acts like a hooligan.

It's like he's holding a giant red sign read: HEY QUINN! LOOK AT ME! I'M WORTHLESS AND A WASTE OF TIME! I'M GOING TO BE A TERRIBLE FATHER!

The brunette sighed to herself as the bell rung.

She looked around her to be sure she was alone before repacking her lunch bag and heading for the door, her thoughts still on Quinn.

It was the end of the day and Quinn was at her locker changing out her books.

Grabbing what she needed for the nights homework. Her thoughts a jumbled mess.

She had been sure to pick up Pucks homework for him, telling the teachers he had a little stomach bug.

She was only doing it because she didn't want the baby to have an idiot for a father.

Though she knew he most likely wouldn't do the homework and she'd have to do it then turn it in for him again.

She doesn't know what she's going to do. With Puck begging her to keep the baby than Pucks mom saying not to.

Britney asking her to keep it so they could be the unholy trinity plus one and than her own feelings.

She doesn't know what the right answer is. It didn't help that Mr. Shue's wife wanted her baby but she felt this churning in her stomach almost like a protest from the baby not to.

She wished she knew what to do bec-

"You rang?" Lucy spoke up from her left and Quinn shut her eyes once again in annoyance.

Peace. All she wanted was a little peace.

"No, I didn't. Go away." Quinn grumbled under her breath. She was alone in the hallway but that didn't mean she was stupid enough to chance it by speaking out loud.

"Um.. I'm pretty sure you did."

"No. I didn't." Quinn growled than slammed her locker shut turning on her heel to storm away to glee.

"Actually, you did because your thoughts say so."

That stopped the blonde in her tracks. She turned her head with wariness. "Excuse me?"

The lion yawned lazily as if bored. "Oh, did I forget to mention that?"

"Mention what?" Quinn's eyes flashed dangerously hoping beyond anything that Lucy wasn't about to say what she assumes she's going to say.

"Oh nothing, just that we're linked."

Quinn's eyes bulged as she faced the lion fully in fear. "What do you mean linked?!" Quinn whispered harshly her eyes scanning back and forth through the empty halls.

"See if you had given me time to explain more and not disregarded my advances, you would know these things already. Wouldn't you?" Lucy replied with mirth.

Quinn clenched her jaw in anger. She knew she had glee but really, she honestly didn't feel like pretending to be happy and she didn't feel like she was much help to the group anyway.

"Tell me." Quinn demanded.

"Now you want to know?" Lucy asked smugly.

"Not here. In the car." The blonde growled out, storming toward the exit without looking back.

Quinn groaned as her back released it's aching grip on her spine when she sat in the driver seat of the old beat up mustang.

Her feet were killing her, she was hungry and could really use a nap. She was highly irritated when she looked to her right but Lucy wasn't there.

She growled in annoyance. "Lucy, you better get your fury ass here now! Because I did not walk all this wa-"

"Cool it, I'm here." Lucy spoke up from the back seat lazily. She stretched as she yawned and Quinn rolled her eyes.

Lucy vanished then reappeared next to her. Silence.

"Well?" Quinn growled.

"Would it kill you to be a patient, respectful young lady?" Lucy asked with soft sarcasm.

"I swear on all that is holy, if you don't cut it out-" Quinn began with slow building fury.

"Alright, Alright.. Jeez. Take a chill pill, would ya." Lucy relented.

She could feel Quinn was not in the mood and was actually feeling remorse for the blonde.

"We're linked. It's part of the rules. That's how I'm able to give desire's. Whatever you truly desire I can make happen by your feelings. If it isn't really what your heart wants I can't give it to you. I need to know how you feel to always be there at your beck and call even if you don't verbally or mentally voice it." Lucy took a deep breath because she hadn't wanted to tell Quinn about this part yet but she knew she had to. "I'm not only your genie. I'm also your body guard. Servant. Voice of reason. Your other more in-tuned half."

Quinn's eyes bulged.

"Everything you feel. I feel." Lucy finished.

Quinn's head bowed as her eyes filled with tears and anger shot through her along with embarrassment. "So you knew.. You knew how I felt today?"

"Yes. That's why I was there."

"So not only are you forcing your presence on me. Your also invading my privacy?"

"Not by choice!"

Quinn laughed with bitter fire. "Oh please, I bet you had a great laugh at my expense."

"Contrary to your belief, I don't get off on other people's pathetic lives." Lucy bit back with just as much bitter fire. It was matching Quinn's.

"Screw you!" Quinn growled as she grabbed the handle and had to fight her way out of the car thanks to her belly.

Lucy felt it instantly. Hurt. She felt Quinn's hurt. Lucy growled in anger.

She immediately teleported to a storming Quinn's side trotting in her thundered steps.

"Hey! Wait up!" Lucy tried but Quinn ignored her. "Hey, I'm talking to you!"

"Well I don't want to talk to you!"

"Calm down!"

"Go away!"

"Hey, come on! Will you stop walking for minute!"

"Leave me alone!"

"Look we both know I hurt your feelings but-"

"Fuck you!"

"See! That right there is why I'm even an asshole to you! I am what you exude!"

"Don't feed me bullshit, I don't want to hear it! Just go back to that piece of shit car you call a home and stay out of my life!"
