On a beautiful gloomy sunny day on September 20th 2001 over at Arlington National Cemetery nine year Penny, relatives, friends and Military Personals are attending a Military Funeral Service for Lieutenant Commander Andre Keyes. There is a lot of sadness as Penny and everyone present are grieving.

Both the Military Chaplin and the Honor Guard are present while the casket is down as the flag is stretched out, level and centered over the casket. Penny is wearing a black and white polka dress while her grandfather Jules, Uncle John, Uncle Max, Uncle Michael, her Aunt Madeline and her Aunt Kathleen are dressed in their United States Navy White Dress Uniform. Military Personals who came to the funeral service are also dressed in their Summer Dress Uniforms with their covers on.

From a distance from Arlington National Cemetery there is the Pentagon, currently there is a big hole on the Westside of the building where the attack happened nine days ago. The smoke and flames are gone, now it is a site filled with debris and considered a crime scene. Penny's mom and dad Andrea and Andre passed away nine days ago on September 11th 2001 at the Pentagon during 9/11 attacks. On the morning of 9/11 Penny was at school when she heard the sound of jet engines while American Airlines Flight 77 was descending at a low altitude at a fast speed. After hearing the roars of jet engines Penny looked out the classroom window and she saw American Airlines Flight 77 crash into the west side of the Pentagon. Hours after the attacks the Keyes family were informed that both Lieutenant Commander Andre Keyes and Lieutenant Commander Andrea Keyes were killed in the September 11th 2001 attacks on the Pentagon.

Lieutenant Commander Tara Keyes was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery yesterday with Military Honors and today is the funeral service for Lieutenant Commander Andre Keyes. Penny is having a hard dealing with the death of her mom and dad and also dealing with the fact that her brother Jason ran away from home on the evening of September 12th 2001. Her older brother Jason couldn't deal with the death of his parents and blaming himself for not able to save them, Jason ran away from home after he packed his stuff and left behind a note.

John was the Pentagon on 9/11 and while he was evacuating from the Pentagon he was getting worried about his brother and sister in law. Once John was outside the building he end up finding Andre and Andrea's bodies on the ground as he knew it was them, he was able to identify them by their uniform nameplates and their military dog tags. John was really devastated as his heart shattered into pieces; he got really mad when he learned who was responsible for their deaths.

Penny and her relatives are sitting down in seats near the grave site where Andre will be laid to rest, the Officer In Charge steps away and then the Chaplin performs the service. While the Chaplin is performing the service Dr. Claw's minions Bruce and Lenny are hiding in the bushes quietly while peeking through a little window while watching John attending the funeral service. Both Bruce and Lenny start to realize that John is grieving and they feel terrible that the fact he is going a though time. Dr. Claw is currently attending a Military Funeral Service for his sister Lieutenant Kaylee Keyes at Arlington National Cemetery right now and he is not in the mood to commit any crime as he is grieving.

At this point the Chaplin concludes the service and steps away, then the Officer In Charge steps up to the casket. Then the Arlington National Cemetery representative asks family members to rise for honors, Penny and her relatives rise from their seats. The Officer In Charge presents arms to initiate the rifle volley. Once the Rifle Volley is completed the Bugler plays Taps, towards the end of Taps the F-14 Tomcats fly right above the Cemetery doing a missing man formation. The Keyes family sits down after being asked to be seated, the next thing that happens is that the Casket Team Leader starts to fold the flag and once the flag fold is completed the flag is passed to the Officer In Charge; the Casket Team leaves the gravesite.

The Officer In Charge faces nine year old Penny while holding the folded flag waist high with the straight edge facing her. He leans towards Penny while he solemnly presents the flag to her.

From a distance both Bruce and Lenny are watching Penny being presenting the flag; at this point they realize they can't kidnap Penny right now and have to wait later. Kidnapping a grieving kid is never a good idea and now both nimrods learned their lesson. If Dr. Claw found out what his minions where up to he would threaten to knee haul them or yell at them.

On behalf of the President of the United States the United States Navy States Navy and a grateful nation please accept this flag as a symbol of our for your loved one's honorable and faithful service." The Officer In Charge says.

Penny accepts the flag and now she is holding it in her hands, a Naval Officer is holding a pair of a copy of Lieutenant Commander Andre Keyes' dogtags and he places the dogtags around Penny's neck. Then the Chaplin extends his condolences to the Keyes Family and the Cemetery representative announces that the service has concluded.
