Every night, every dream in Henry's mind. He couldn't stop why he was dreaming of her? Why her? His brain is nagging him to get in love with her.
But he was opposite from her, he's a superhero and she's a villain. He's good and she's bad. Everything he did was, she did was the opposite of what he did. He was a sidekick, but she was...something else? He felt weird when someone is watching them when they both out.
Drex? Oh yeah, no one and even them never heard any news about him. But-
Someone was calling his name, knocking him out of his deep thought. He looks at the person who called him.
"Dude are you okay?" Jasper questioned, making sure he's okay since Henry looked like a zombie today.
"Yeah, it was some crimes." He whispered making Jasper nod his head.
"You haven't finished your homework." Jasper reminded him as Henry starts to bang his head on the locker. Just once.
"Ugh I'm going to fail, I wish we have a smart one in our group," Henry whined, taking out his unfilled homework paper.
Charlotte came to them and greeted, "Hi guys!"
"Hey, Char" "Wassup Charlotte" they spoke.
"Wait- is that the Math homework that you didn't finish last night?" Charlotte asked before she could lean more.
"Yeah Charlotte, I'm worried." Henry gives her a sympathetic look.
"Don't worry too much, I already finished all my homework. I'm the smart one."
She took out her binders, then take out the paper and gave it to Henry.
"Wow Charlotte! This the reason why we need her in the group." Jasper told Henry as Henry gives the look of saying "shut up Jasper" or "Don't you dare".
"What group?" Charlotte looked at them, making Henry elbow him on his stomach. However, he just continued without a secret.
"To work with us at Junk-n-Stuff."
"Hmm? Who makes up that name?" Charlotte laughed, bringing them a laugh as Henry interrupted.
"Haha yeah, thanks a lot Jasper." Henry noted the sarcasm then continued, "thank you Charlotte, you save my ass."
"No problem, Henry" she smiled but she was pushed by someone.
"Hey, that's not nice," Henry said as he held his hand to Charlotte for which she accepted.
"Who's that girl touching my man?" Joss sneered, looking evilly at Charlotte. She's one most popular girls in high school because of Rob Moss who became a famous mob in Swellview.
"He's not your man!" Jasper spoke up.
"I wasn't talking to you!" She snapped, making Jasper shut himself up.
"Joss, me, and Charlotte aren't dating. Also, I'm not your man, so stop bothering us and mind your business." Henry told her seriously, causing Joss to scoff and walk away.
"Is this how she act like this?" Charlotte watched Joss, shoving other girls and boys away from her path.
"All the time." They spoke at the same time, looking at each other. "Stop copying me!"
"You guys are funny." She giggled, it's great to have friends like them. She hoped that nothing will get their way.
"Make sure you finish that homework and give it to me, okay?" She added.
"Yeah, I promise, thank you so much, Char!" He hugged her for 5 secs then let go. He forgot that Jasper was there.
"Ooo, Henry got a girlfriend!" He teased them. Their face became insanely red. Gladly, Charlotte is black-skinned but her face is hot.
"Shut up dude," Henry yelled then chuckled nervously. Then the bell was ringing. Thanks to the bell who interrupted them before it goes a bit far.
-Lunch-
Henry sat next to Charlotte and Jasper who have good homemade lunch packs. Unfortunately for him, he got unpleasant school lunch.
"Looks like Henry is having a bad mood." Jasper joked, bring them to laugh.
"What you mean? I got a good grade on last night's homework, thanks, Char! Here's your paper." Henry smiled, handling the paper as Charlotte grab it. Their hands touch causing a spark or shiver through their body.
"T-thanks"
"So..."
"Is that what you're having for lunch?" She questioned as Henry touch his food with a fork.
"Yeah, I'm not hungry."
"Dude, stop trying to starve yourself!" Jasper looked at him.
"This lunch makes me feel uncomfortable, sorry man." Henry apologized, pushing his plate away from him.
"Do you wanna share with me?" She asked nicely. Which causes Henry to look at her.
"Hmm?"
"Here," she sighed, shoving her extra sandwich and half bag of chips to him.
"Aww, this is cute!" Jasper teased, pulling out his phone. They blush madly again. Well, they're an idiot and they do not know what the definition of "feeling".
"Hello again!" Joss smiled. Henry rolled his eyes uninterested, he wanted her out of school. Literally, everyone wanted her out too but Rob Moss can be deadly serious and hurt them.
"Ooo, are the sandwich for me?" She grabbed Henry's sandwich and took a bit as she looking at him seductively.
"Ugh, can you stop?" Henry groaned.
"Here, let me do this" Charlotte handed Henry with her bag. Finally, he ate some as Charlotte stood upright in front of Joss.
"Listen to me bitch, Henry is not onto you. Keep yo skinny ass down and focus on yourself. Stop flirting with him, boy he doesn't want you. So, I suggest you sit your ass down and shut up like a good girl." Charlotte sneered. Everyone was clamoring and shouting "ooo" on them. Joss looks around then scoffs, walking away, and yelled in rage.
Charlotte sat down, smirking to herself as the boys are clapping.
"Wow, I couldn't say anything. You got a lot of encouragement." Henry chuckled. Goodness, he loves that woman.
"That's what I do." She smirked.
They enjoy their lunch and the rest of their day.
