Ai followed Yû before going in her own when they reached the first floor to make sure at least two of the three accesses are blocked, thinking Fumiyo and Arisa will take care of the third one.
And as she guessed, the enemies have separated, but she feels sick before she only has two opponents, even if they're the ones she wanted to see.
"Ryoubi, Ryouna, I am glad to tell you the great and beautiful Ai is going to be the one to gut you, isn't it great?"
Ai asks in an innocent voice.
Ryoubi and Ryouna still feel bad because of Ai's malicious aura, but they don't fear her.
"I guess the great Ai is aware…"
Ryoubi says sarcastically.
"Indeed, and I guess you're aware that I'll absolutely NOT help you! Following master Hamato's orders is fine for me!"
Ai confidently claims, whipping the ground once her words said.
Ryoubi and Ryouna perfectly knew Ai would refuse, they're actually reassured they are the ones facing her since they know Ai is a lost cause.
Especially since they have a few words to tell her…
"Ai, we thought about what you told us…"
Ryoubi says, looking down.
"Oh?"
Ai reacts, curious.
"You were right, we're just assholes, who only deserved to burn in hell…"
Ryoubi admits, Ryouna doesn't say anything and looks down too.
Ai wasn't expecting such a confession, but she likes it.

Ai says.

Ryoubi claims with determination while raising her head to stare Ai's eyes.

Ryouna adds, doing the same.
Ai is shocked, but also very angry because of the naive speech of her former comrades.

She says while grinding her teeth.
Ryoubi is ready to start the fight, but Ryouna wants to say a last thing before the unavoidable clash.
"Ai, know that, even if we don't like you, I personally hope that, one day, you will also be able to free yourself from your demons and find peace."
Ryouna says in a good intentioned voice, but that just makes Ai even anger.

Ai yells, scaring her enemies, but also making them curious.

The twins are astonished, shinobi usually aren't allowed to teach shinobi arts to normal citizens.

Ai stops and looks at nothing special without any special facial expression, as if her soul just left her body, which gives Ryoubi and Ryouna chills.
"Do you know the punchline?"
Ai asks, only moving her lips.
Ryoubi and Ryouna don't respond, too confused because of the sudden question.
"That fool wanted to let them go… Even worse, one of them, a boy, simulated a fatal injury to make him feel bad, a girl of the group simulated a panicked girl asking for help to give him more credit… He fell in the trap… He got close to help them… And they killed him by surprise…"
Ai stops, looking at the roof this time.

A kind of sorrow can be heard, but the anger makes it hard to notice.

The twins' are disturbed, a kind of sympathy has risen inside them even if they know how despicable Ai is.
They're afraid that could make them less efficient in the fight, which is still incoming since Ai's aura is still hostile.
