Brianna and Lana are now getting ready to do luge. They are about to do luge doubles as a matter of fact. They are going to work together of course. This is the first time that they are doing luge by the way. Unlike skeleton and bobsleigh, luge only does two runs. Let's hope that Brianna and Lana will be doing luge.
"Here we are, sis." said Brianna. "Yanqing National Sliding Centre"
"That is where the luge competition takes place." said Lana.
"It sure is." said Brianna. "In fact, this is the first time that we are participating the competition."
"I have never been to a luge sled before." said Lana.
"Me either." said Brianna. "Unlike bobsleigh and skeleton, luge does two runs instead of four."
"I didn't know that." said Lana.
"Now you remember." said Brianna. "Get on the sled."
Brianna got on the luge. Then, as the clock starts, Lana pushes the luge and got on.
"We are doing it." said Lana.
"Make sure that we don't hit the wall." said Brianna.
"I am aware of that already, sis." said Lana.
"We could lose time if we did." said Brianna.
They made it to the second run and the clock starts again.
"We are now on a second run." said Lana.
"Yes, we are, sis." said Brianna. "This is the last run."
"We are doing good right now." said Lana. "I hope that we don't crash."
"I hope not, sis." said Brianna. "I can see the finish line."
Brianna and Lana made it to the finish line and the clock stops.
"We are in the lead right now." said Lana. "We can see the others doing the run."
"That is fine with me." said Brianna.
Later, after the other countries doing the run, the results for luge are up.
"We just got a gold medal." said Lana. "The United States got the silver and Canada got the bronze."
"We are the fastest." said Brianna. "We can do it again sometime soon."
