El Morro and his friends are now back at the Beijing National Stadium. They are here for the closing ceremony as a matter of fact. They have won a lot of medals of course. They had a good Olympic game of course. It is the last day of the Winter Olympics by the way. The next Winter Olympics will take place in Milan, Italy. Let's hope that El Morro and his friends will be having a good ceremony.
"Here we are, guys." said El Morro. "The Beijing National Stadium."
"We are here for the closing ceremony." said Sue.
"Yes, we are." said El Morro. "In fact, we have got the most gold medals than the others."
"It was nice for them to compete against us." said Diana.
"Yes, it was, Di." said El Morro. "I am holding the flag."
"That is good." said Nancy. "We are doing the flag bearers right now."
After the flag bearer parade, El Morro and his friends will be hearing the mayor of Beijing doing the speech.
"He just said the games is now closed." said El Morro.
"It is unfortunate that we don't speak Chinese." said Diana.
They saw the mayor of China handover the Olympic to the mayors of Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
"They have two mayors?" Sue asked.
"They sure do." said El Morro.
The flag of Italy was raised and played that country's national anthem.
"I have never been to Italy before." said El Morro.
"We can go there in the future." said Jon. "The Olympic flag would be raised again when we go to Paris for the Summer Olympics in 2024."
"We better go practice before then." said Sue.
El Morro and his friends saw the flames being extinguished on the cauldron.
"The games are now closed." said El Morro.
"Can we dance?" Patricia asked.
"Sure." said El Morro.
They went to dance for their celebration until the photographer came over.
"The photographer is about to take a picture." said El Morro. "Look at the camera."
