-Day 20-
-Santana pov-
I have to make sure my gift for Rachel is still perfect. She is not the girl I am going after now. It has to be better presented to her. She is my girlfriend now.
I still think she will like the necklace I got her. It is absolutely her in every way. I just need to grab it from the box...where did my box go?
I look around the guest room and start to panic. I wheel down to where my parents have been staying. I rummage through my bag and see nothing. I quickly get downstairs and spin my Mami around.
"Where is Rachel's gift?!" She gives me a confused look and shrugs "Mami it was a expensive gift! It was in the box under the bed!"
"Oh that was the gift box" I slowly turn toward Papi who pales some "I Uh well you mom said you brought a box that was meant to go with the Berrys to the give away"
"Giveaway?" They nod and I wheel back confused "What giveaway?"
"You know the charity event at the hospital?" I look at Quinn who is just as confused "Oh come on you both have been...right?"
"Uh charity was not our specialty" I finally notice my mom is dressed in winter clothes "Oh god you all are about to go?"
"Well I thought we all were going" Shelby frowns as Beth speaks gibberish in her overalls "I guess I can test Rachel and say no"
"I will be there" I wheel myself back to the stairs "I just have to get changed real quick!"
My parents nod and I get back upstairs. I could have slept downstairs but I said no. I wanted to show I am strong still. Now I am worn out from going down and back up.
I can already tell this will be a long day.
-Time skip-
"So where is my girl at?" I wheel the food tray over to my mom "Careful it is hot"
"Thanks and she is in the kids section" I try to look but can not see past the food "You can go and find her"
"Thanks" I wheel out then around the homeless and less fortunate "There are a lot of people who need help in Lima"
"This is the short list" I stop and look at a older woman that is missing a leg "I am glad to see you are going to be able to walk again"
"With hope I am" I look down at my casted leg "I have some issues that have come up apparently"
"A bad break and fracture?" I nod and she frowns before smiling with a wave off "You will be back on it! The doctors will always tell you what is wrong but you have to what you fix it"
"I guess so" I look and finally see the kid section "That is a lot of kids...how have I never been here before?"
"Well if you are like your mother then I know why" I turn and see her still smiling "Your mother used to be one of those kids you know?"
"My mom?" She nods and I turn to where my mom is working at "H-no that can not be"
"Your grandma fought tooth and nail everyday" I look at the lady who is smiling "But she just could not do what she needed to raise a kid"
"So what happened?" The look frowns and looks at the ground "Mam?"
She takes a minute before speaking "I was So young then" I can see tears falling down her face "I could not do what I needed and she paid for it...I am just happy she met someone who took care of her"
"You said I" I look at Mom and then her as it clicks "YOU ARE MY ABUELA ON MY MAMIS SIDE!"
"Santana do not yell!" Mom comes over with a glare "How many times do I have to...no"
"I was going to be gone before you came" My Abuela starts wheeling away "I just always have to see your face for the holidays..it makes my year"
"No I mean no you are not leaving again" Mom grabs the handles on the chair "You left me in this place for Christmas and then I got sent to a orphanage! You do not just get to wheel out of my life again!"
"I am sorry" Both of them are in tears as Abuela spins into a hug "I am so sorry Mija!"
"Well that was cute" I look up to see Rachel with the kids "Now I told them that someone knows a good Christmas song"
"I am sure you could have sang to them" Rachel shrugs with a smirk "What am I singing?"
"Feliz Navidad!" I glare as the three hold in their laughter barely "Feliz Navidad! Feliz Navidad!"
"I am so owed some kisses later" Rachel gives me a cheek kiss as the kids cheer "Let's go back to the kids section! Come on!"
We make it back to the section and they all sit. They all look so intrigued to watch this. I sigh and look at Rachel. She just smiles and motions me on.
-Santana singing-

"Yay!" The kids clap as Rachel come over "Now it is time for the dreidel game!"
The kids cheer as they split into groups. I watch Rachel give them candy coins as I wheel to my family. Mom puts a hand on my shoulder while Abuela grabs my hand. This feels so nice to have.
-Rachel singing-
Hanukkah, Oh, Hanukkah
Let's light the menorah Let's have a party
We'll all dance the hora
Gather 'round the table, we'll give you a treat
A dreidal to play with and latkes to eat
And while we are playing The candles are burning low
One for each night, they shed a sweet light
To remind us of days long ago
One for each night, they shed a sweet light
To remind us of days long ago
Hanukkah, Oh, Hanukkah
Let's light the menorah Let's have a party
We'll all dance the hora Gather 'round the table, we'll give you a treat
A dreidal to play with and latkes to eat
And while we are playing
The candles are burning low
One for each night, they shed a sweet light
To remind us of days long ago One for each night, they shed a sweet light
To remind us of days long ago
"You got yourself some girl there" I smile as my Abuela pats my hand "I am glad I am able to see your life now"
"I can not wait to share it with you" She smiles as does mom "This Christmas just keeps getting better"
I can not wait for the next great surprise to come my way.
