Chapter 20 : The Strongest Vtuber & The Thousand Year Dragonlord
The next day, Monday.
"I hope I get Kongou to complete all the sisters." Fubuki muttered to herself as she once again make a roll of the Gacha.
It's her third day playing Kanmusu Collection.
She was playing the game. But anytime she uses a character two to three times, she always have the urge to roll once again.
It's like she wants to complete all the roster that she can get.
Though it would be impossible because some of the alternate versions of the characters can be taken on certain events or occasions, with some of it not happening in the future due to it being a one time thing.
But even with that fact, she still wants to roll the Gacha. She always got happy everytime she got a new character.
While she was busy whaling on that game.
Ayumi, now as Kotomi, was streaming once again. This time she was playing GOS.
"I am sorry but I think I am still not ready to join on the Alpha Server." She was apologizing to her viewers like that while she was shooting her enemies on her screen.
She had just eaten all the pills and capsules that she got yesterday and opened up all the chest she got, which gave her some great things. Most of it are upgrades in the computer which she put on her computer while some excess upgrades were put in Fubuki's computer.
And because Ayumi was pretty scared of not being able to protect Fubuki, so she also give Fubuki some of the status enhancing items to her. To ensure that she will become stronger.
It seems like it works on anyone else so long as they eat.
This makes the existence of the Forbidden Room much more important due to most of her items being just plain absurd in this world.
Anyway, both of them are busy doing their own things.
Outside their house, there is a guy looking at them in a far distance. He was at least a hundred kilometers away from their house. He was standing on top of a building while looking down at them with a grin on his face.
Yes, this is the Thousand Year Dragonlord. Senryuu Jin.
Using his sight much superior than any humans, he can easily see every detail on a thousand kilometer distance like he was standing near that place.
"It's that chick? Doesn't look like someone special." Jin spat.
He was confident that the one on his subordinate's report was the girl he was looking down. He can't sense any of the energy that he heard on his report.
Koda said that the girl can easily hide her presence.
Still, Jin was confident that he should be able to sense it, no matter how much the girl hides it.
He was a part of the dragon kind. And dragons in this world are a special case.
They can't be compared to a real god or a Cosmic Being, but a dragon is still someone birthed by the world itself. Due to being created by the world, dragons have the capability that was enough to protect the world itself.
One of their simple ability is to see everything with their eyes. Dubbed by the people of this world as the Dragon's Eye.
Nothing can lie to a dragon. Nothing can deceive a dragon. Even illusions is naught but petty tricks to them.
Even a person who was holding a single eye of a dragon can easily break through any illusions. One of it being hypnosis or mental dominations.
So they are also immune to mental attacks.
And that's just one of the many abilities that a dragon can have. It's not even including the unique abilities that each dragons have.
Anyway, Jin should be able to see something. Nothing can be hidden by the eyes of a dragon.
But he can't see it so he concluded that Ayumi wasn't that special at all.
By the way, Jin doesn't know this but as to why he can't notice Ayumi's presence. This is because she was the one who was hiding it.
After she heard from the Arctic Fox that he can sense some special power inside her, and also confirming to herself that it was her Essence score, she tried thinking of hiding it so no one can sense her power. She doesn't want some random people from the supernatural side to sense her power and go to her that will end in disturbing her peaceful life.
And because Fubuki is talking to her now so she asks if she can see some sort of aura or energy or sense something in Ayumi which the white fox shakes her head. Because she was already a part demon so Ayumi thinks she will have a special sense for this kind of supernatural stuff.
What Ayumi didn't is that because of her Disguise God and Cover God, she manages to essentially hide her Essence and also camouflage it to make it look like a normal air to any beings who can perceive supernatural energies even when it was concealed.
Jin wasn't aware of any of this.
'Maybe she was using some sort of artifact?' He thought to himself before jumping in the air.
And then he blinks out of existence before appearing besides the house of Ayumi.
"Doesn't matter. I'll take a look for myself." The punk looking dragon said with a grin as he placed his hand on the doorbell.
Then he rings it.
As to why he did that, it was because he was still unsure about Ayumi. He still thinks that nothing can be hidden with his eyes but there are some anti-dragon artifacts existing in this world. The girl might have one of it in her possession.
So he uses the doorbell to make her aware of his presence.
Ayumi was just done playing a single game on GOS when she heard the sound of the doorbell. Her stream also heard that.

"Wait a minute." Ayumi said as she took off her headset.
Then she stands up and look at the window besides her computer stand.
Below is a punk looking guy with a wide grin on his face. He was staring at her way with a confident attitude. There is also a certain aura that he was releasing which seems to be directed in her way.
Ayumi was not affected by it. Only feeling a light breeze from that weird aura. She can feel it but she wasn't fazed by it.
Though she was somewhat startled at the guy visiting her house.
'What does he want?' She thought in a panic. 'Is he a part of Senryuu-dou?' Her mind came to that part.
Due to the feeling of strangeness that the guy seems to be sending in her way, she concluded in a split second that he was someone from the supernatural side. Which means he might be someone from the Senryuu-dou. They are the only group that she only recalls encountering.
'This is too early!' She thought to herself with a slight panic. 'But if I don't go there, they might force themselves in my house again. And if they saw Shirakami-san, they might...' With her thoughts coming to a pessimistic one, her face which was usually timid hardens.
The chat didn't notice her facial expression changing due to her quickly controlling her emotions, which only took a quick moment, not even a microsecond passes.
She quickly goes back to her seat with a smiling expression as she declared to her viewers.
"I am sorry. It seems like I'll be ending my stream this early. Don't worry, I will be streaming again on 2 PM in Japanese Standard Timezone so you'll be seeing me again after awhile." She apologized to her fans with a bow of her head. "Now then, this is your forever 17 highschool girl, Sakaguchi Kotomi. See you later!~~" She ended in that note with a wave of both of her hands before ending her stream.
After that, she quickly took off her equipments in her body and took a hoodie that she put besides her computer, just lying on the floor.
She doesn't want to show her face still even with her wanting to change. She is still shy of other people seeing her appearance.
Also, she took the time to do this because she can sense the guy just standing in front of the guy and it seems that he was just waiting for her to get out.
After doing that, she goes outside while covering her face with her hood.
'I hope nothing too violent happens' She thought to herself as she moves to the first floor.
When Ayumi got out, she quickly goes in front of the gate and opens it for a little to peek on the guy on the other side.
When her gaze meets his, the guy just grinned at her while his eyes turned slightly reptilian.
"Yo!" He greeted her in a casual manner.
"Hello..." She muttered weakly, still not used to talking to a stranger. "Who are you?" She asks that with a timid expression.
Though Ayumi was already looking for any signs of him becoming hostile to her.
Jin just snorted before pointing at himself with a puff of his chest.
"I am just the Thousand Year Dragonlord, Senryuu Jin!" He declared with a voice booming with confidence. Then he stared at her in eye level with his eyes becoming sharp. "I heard you mess with my boys, so I came to pay a visit." He said with a cheeky smile on his face.
Ayumi flinches as she steps backwards. She is still not prepared for that kind of eye to eye contact.
'Boys? So he is the leader?' Ayumi thought while still looking for any instances of him becoming aggressive.
"So I'll get straight to the point." Jin said as he stood upright while looking down at her.
Then he released his full aura to overwhelm. To pressure her using his true presence as a dragon.
But even with that...
"... What are you doing?" Ayumi asks weakly.
"Hoh, so your a tough chick then." He grinned before raising his fist.
When he did that though, Ayumi quickly predicted what he was planning so she moves in advance before he did that. She uses her Psychokinesis.
Jin was fast. He already manage to stretch his hand and was just on a stance to throw a hook in her way. He manages to do that in five milliseconds.
But Ayumi manages to stop him from throwing that punch by stopping it with the force of her mind. She targeted his whole right arm, which he was using to propel his punch at her.
"Guh!?" Jin was shocked when suddenly, the girl who was supposed to have no presence exploded with some sort of unknown force.
If he have to describe it, he can call it as a neutral one. Devoid of anything that will make it identifiable. It can be anything but also nothing.
"Please stop. I already told you to leave me alone." She said while looking at him with a determined look.
Even with her trembling a little, she was trying to hold onto him to stop him.
"... Yeah yeah, you pass." Jin said with a laid-back tone as he relaxes his muscles.
This makes Ayumi confused. Though she can predict that he won't do anything else so she stopped putting pressure on his arm.
Then the guy wave the right arm that was pressurized by a lot of force. He can feel a stinging pain in it.
"Gee, that fucking stings!" Jin curses though his stance is still relaxed. "You really pack a punch, chick!"
"What do you mean I pass?" Ayumi asks with what she was confused of.
It sounds like he was just looking at her in an amused way.
"I mean what I fucking mean!" He said in a loud voice, which makes Ayumi flinches again. "You passes with flying colors. You impressed me. Your great. Blah blah blah." He waves his hand in dismissal as he was saying that.
"... Your welcome?" Ayumi was confused with what he was saying. 'Wasn't he here to take revenge for those two?' She thought with a tilt of her head.
"So here is the deal." Then he looks at her with a serious expression. His grin was now gone and it was replaced with a dangerous expression, like he was looking at a prey. "My bunch of shits won't mess with you, and you'll be happy." He said before an aura of menace occurs on his surroundings. "But if you try to take a shit on my turf, I'll fuck you up! It doesn't matter even if I take the bucket, I will make sure you regret crossing me bitch!"
Ayumi wasn't affected by the intense pressure that he was showering her with. Though, she was scared of how he look at her.
Just like what Jin said, he won't interfere with Ayumi anymore. He saw how it would be a bad idea to do so.
When that unknown energy burst forth from Ayumi, he knew he will lose.
A large amount of force that even surpasses him. She seems even unfazed with his pressure, which most humans and even some mythical beasts will easily cower when bathed in it.
He knows that if he fights her, he will lose. His whole group will vanish and nothing will remain.
But still, he can also see that the girl was timid. Also, she seems like someone who will care on everything in her surroundings.
Even if she manages to defeat him, everything else will be destroyed.
And because he is a dragon, he have a price to uphold to himself. He won't bow down to anyone, only look at them as equal or below him.
If he will die in her hands anyway, he will give a final middle finger on her way before he passes.
That's the way of a prideful being like him.
He was intelligent and proud. That's why he was giving her a way out that benefits them both.
If she won't interfere with him, he won't make her life a living hell. A promise of none interference.
Ayumi was scared but she tried to straighten her stance and looks at him with as much confidence as she look, which looks convincing due to her Charisma and Talent scores.
"Of course. Please leave me alone. I won't do anything to you if you leave me alone." She said that while feeling somewhat short on breathing due to her nervousness.
"Cool. Then I'll be on my way. So long as our promise is in effect, no people from Senryuu-dou can touch you. For that, I'll fucking make sure!" He declared with confidence before quickly vanishing in her sight.
What he did is teleportation. Dragons can easily use those kind of magic due to being a part of the world.
When he was gone, Ayumi felt a sigh of relief.
"I didn't thought it would be such a short encounter. Though, I think this is fine in it's way. If what he says is true, then I think no one will trouble us anymore right?" She asks that to herself before shaking her head. "No, I still need to become stronger!" She said to herself with a slap on her cheeks before turning back to her get back to her house. "Well, I think I should go back and prepare myself to stream once again." She muttered to herself as she goes back to her house.
While all of that is happening, Fubuki was still sitting in front of her computer with her eyes lighting up in excitement.
"Yamato! I got Yamato!~" She said in delight as she looks at the beautiful portrait of a woman in her computer.
She wasn't aware of anything happening outside the house. For her, the day is just moving normally.

Sorry about that. I am still not at the point where my planned plot points can be used. There is a lot of setting up that I need to build up before it comes to that.
