"Stain might be use to us or use to me", Izuku/Black Knight answered Sauron that Stain might be useful to them or to him if he is not taken to the authorities.
"Your serious?"
"Yes I am Stegron, come and let's go to the Mustafu City Docks and will hide in one of the abandoned warehouses with Stain", Izuku/Black Knight says there is a place they go where they can let Stain lay low for a while.

"But just in encase, Stegron you hang on to Stain's Katana Sword.
"If you insist Black Knight."

Abandoned Warehouse, Musutafu Docks
"Okay we are here, now what's the deal on saying Stain is useful to us or to you if that's what you mean?" Sauron ask and this time Izuku/Black Knight removes Stain's restrains and then takes the Katana Sword from Stegron and he was going to return it to Stain.
"Listen Stain, I've been only been training on my own with some help from my Ancestor Sir Percy of Scandia who was the original Black Knight, I believe you can give me more training", Izuku/Black Knight reveals his intentions why he choose not to send Stain to the authorities in the first place because he wanted Stain to train him and that's his usefulness, this surprises Sauron and Stegron.
"Very well then Black Knight, I don't have much of a choice anyway since you beat me", Stain accepts Izuku/Black Knight's request and he was going to take his Katana Sword until Izuku/Black Knight distant it away from him.

"But it one condition, I want you to leave all of the Pro-Heroes and Young Heroes in training alone, if you harm them I will turn you over to the authorities, Sauron and Stegron will help with that", Izuku/Black Knight gives him a warning of a condition and what will happens if Stain harms anyone of the Heroes.
"Deal", Stain shakes Izuku/Black Knight's glove hand accepting the deal and takes his Katana Sword back

Unknown to them, they're are being watched by some unknown person. "This Black Knight might be interesting!"
