Stark-Fujikawa Enterprises 1
Tony Stark has a wedding with Rumiko Fujikawa but interrupted by Scorpion looking Cyborg.

The Sports Festival is happening and everybody including many Heroes are attending, well Izuku is attending it with his girlfriend Yu Takeyama/Mt Lady but conceal himself as the Black Knight but he hides his Ebony Sword behind his shirt so no one will notice it just in case danger hits the Sports Festival. He has yet to tell Yu/Mt Lady that he is the Black Knight, especially his heritage as the Black Knight.
Sauron and Stegron tag along with them and enjoys eating what's the food that the sports festival has and giving autographs to fans.

"Hey Izuku, did you hear?"
"Hear what Yu?"
"Tony Stark is in Hosu City and he's getting married a with his fiance Rumiko Fujikawa."
"So that means Tony will be a marry Avenger known as Iron Man and his company will be known as Stark-Fujikawa Enterprises."
"Yes Izuku."
"Well when we see him, let's congratulate him and Rumiko Stark for getting married", Izuku suggested they congratulate the both of them when they see them while he sketches out Tony in his Iron Man suit with Rumiko in a wedding dress.

Meanwhile Hotel, Hosu City
"We pick perfect place for our wedding darling Rumiko", Tony pick the Hosu Hotel because it was large enough for their wedding to be held and now a lot people of Hosu are attended it, also his company is now known as Stark-Fujikawa Enterprise now.
"Oh it is perfect Tony dear", Rumiko embrace her future husband and just as they about to kiss this happens after they finished saying their wedding vows.
CRASH!
A Cyborg looking Scorpion crash the wedding causing most of the people to scattered and run for it, "I am Scorpio, a mighty warrior of the Zodiac", Scopio introduce himself as he is ready for battle against Tony.
"You pick the wrong time to crash my wedding Scorpio", Tony use his bracelet on his wrist to summon his Armor and become Iron Man again.
"Be careful Tony."
"I will Rumiko."

Iron Man VS Scorpio
Iron Man lunges at Scorpio but was knocked into a wall with a single swipe of Scorpio's pincers, "man that's smart", Iron Man gets back up on his feet and fires his repulors at Scorpio which knocks him off his feet and yet he gets back up like he didn't take any damaged at all. "That didn't even faze me Iron Man!" Scorpio then grabs a table and toss it at Iron Man who evades with his jet boots and hover him to the right.
Iron Man then made a poor choice on attacking Scorpio head on by punching him in the face repeatedly which gave Scorpio an opening to grab Iron Man with both his pincers and attempts to crush him while Iron Man tries to break free from his pincers.
"Flares!" Iron Man stuns Scorpio with flares causing him to let go of him while everybody else and Rumiko cover their eyes from the flares not to get blinded.
"GRRRAAAAHHH!" Scorpio roared in pain as optics malfunctions due to the flares

"End of the line Scorpio", Iron Man fires his Unibeam that sends Scorpio away and destroys him but unknown to Tony/Iron Man, Scorpio shoots his stinger into the air far into the city without anyone noticing it, this could mean the threat posed by Scorpio isn't over yet, he'll be back for another battle with Tony/Iron Man.

"Look at this damage caused my battle with Scorpio, the wedding needs to postponed until everything is ready again", Tony out of the Iron Man Armor looks at all the property damaged caused by the battle against Scorpio which indicates the wedding needs to postpone for now.
"Don't feel bad Tony darling, it was Scorpio who barged into are wedding", Rumiko kissed him on the lips to make him feel better.
"Thanks Rumiko dear."

Rooftops Elsewhere
Scorpio's stinger starting to grow a legs and pincer claws which means Scorpio isn't through with his battle with Tony/Iron Man yet. A few hours Scorpio is finally recovered and ready to attack Tony again but this time will take a different tactic to defeat Tony.

"In that case, I will hack into the system of Stark-Fujikawa Enterprise", Scorpio use his stinger to hack into the system and hold everyone in the building hostages after he deactivated JARVIS and then reprogram JARVIS to serve him.
"BWAHAHAHAH! Now your AI serves me Iron Man!" Scorpio announces and allowing Tony to know of his presences.

Hotel
"That's not good, without JARVIS or some electricity, I cannot summon my Iron Man Suit to aid me", suddenly the security system in the building activates unexpectedly.
"I think Scorpio as the security system to target you Tony", Rumiko said after noticing the security system has set their sights on Tony because Scorpio assume control of the security system too.

Coming will next part where Scorpio gets destroyed by Izuku/Black Knight and his Dino Duo.
Notes: the design I'm using for Rumiko Fujikawa is from Iron Man Volume 3 #1 Comic, Tony Stark/Iron Man design I'm using is Iron Man Marvel Anime and that includes the Iron Man Suit is from Iron Marvel Anime and Scorpio and all of the Zodiacs I'm using for this Fanfic is from Iron Man Marvel Anime.
Rumiko Fujikawa was Tony Stark/Iron Man Lover in some Marvel Universe who is Japanese, her being his Fiance in this Fanfic and combine his Company with her Family name on it was writer TheGreatGodzilla's idea. More notes, I don't really know the wedding vows, well I know some of it but there are many different lines with the wedding vows.
